Description

預浸布基材之結構改良
本創作係提供一種預浸布基材之結構改良,尤指可透過二層或二層以上片材堆疊而成之預浸布基材,且相鄰的片材分別具有不同角度方向之材質紋路,進而達到增加預浸布基材結構強度、韌性之目的,並可提升預浸布基材的抗拉強度及拉伸模度等功效。
按,隨著科技時代的不斷進步,許多應用於科技上的原物料產品也不斷的提升,尤其在航太科技、電子、電氣產品或是醫療、建築或交通、食品、服裝等,與生活作息有關的衣、食、住、行或娛樂各方面,亦漸漸透過科技的原物料應用,達到提升產品的品質及使用壽命等目的,近年來應用在航太、交通等強調質量輕、薄之纖維材質,因為具有適當的強韌度、亦可節能的特性,更是廣受製造業界歡迎、並予以大量應用,而目前大量被應用之纖維材質,例如碳纖維、玻璃纖維或等,均是利用纖維絲材質以單一方向紋路進行加工,以製成單方向預浸布基材,且需依據單方向預浸布基材應用的模式,調整單方向預浸布基材的結構強度,使單方向預浸布基材具有20公克/平方公尺(g/m2 )或是70公克/平方公尺(g/m2 )等各種不同需求之強度,可供應用在各種不同的用途,例如製造飛機、汽車、自行車的車體、3C產品的外殼或是高爾夫球桿 、羽毛球拍或網球拍等各式產品,以可達到符合輕、薄、堅硬或強韌等產品特性,但傳統之單方向預浸布基材,請參閱第四、五圖所示,透過纖維絲材料集聚、堆疊,以單一向紋路製成所需厚度之單方向預浸布基材A,再於單方向預浸布基材A的二外表面預以黏合樹酯A2,但隨著不同單方向預浸布基材A之結構強度增加,則單方向預浸布基材A的厚度也要隨之予以增加、應用的纖維原料也必須增加,相對的導致製造成本也會增加,需要越高強度之單方向預浸布基材A的厚度也就越厚、韌度也會提高,反而造成單方向預浸布基材A在進行後續加工處理時,因纖維材質之單方向預浸布基材A厚度太厚即不易成型為所需的形狀,以致加工作業進行時的困難度提高、並且更為耗時、費工、費用亦提高,而經多層堆疊之複數單方向預浸布基材A係具有相同方向之原料A1,則堆疊成型後之單方向預浸布基材A結構強度並無法提升太多,抗拉強度亦較低、並不能在不同的方向增加抗拉強度,無法承受太大強度的拉伸模量,必須藉由增加單方向預浸布基材A數量的方式,疊合成更厚的單方向預浸布基材A,但不僅使單方向預浸布基材A使用量大幅增加,亦將導致製造成本的提升,若將單方向預浸布基材A的用量減少、使厚度亦減少,雖可方便後續的加工處理,卻使得單方向預浸布基材A之結構強度不足、韌度亦不夠,無法供製成較高強度需求之產品,則導致單方向預浸布基材A的厚度與結構強度、韌度之間,形成難以達到符合所需應用之條件,成為相關業者在加工製成時的極大困擾。
是以,如何解決一般纖維材質的預浸布基材必須具有相當厚度才可以達到所需強度、卻影響預浸布基材不易加工處理之問題與困擾 ,且預浸布基材的材質紋路係為單一方向,將降低預浸布基材的結構強度、韌度也相對較差之麻煩及缺失等,即為從事此行業之相關廠商所亟欲研究改善之方向所在者。
故,創作人有鑑於上述之問題與缺失,乃搜集相關資料,經由多方評估及考量,並以從事於此行業累積之多年經驗,經由不斷試作及修改,始設計出此種可將具有不同角度方向材質紋路之片材,透過二層或二層以上之片材、予以層疊結合成之預浸布基材,而具有良好的結構強度及韌度預浸布基材之結構改良的新型專利誕生者。
本創作之主要目的乃在於該預浸布基材(Prepreg Element)係包括二層或二層以上之片材(Sheet),透過交錯狀堆疊結合製成預浸布基材(Prepreg Element),而相鄰的各片材係可分別以相同或相異材質、透過材質之紋路呈不同角度方向方式,經由縱向、橫向或傾斜向的排列模式將各片材予以堆疊,即可透過各片材的不同角度方向紋路交錯、增加預浸布基材(Prepreg Element)的結構強度、韌性,達到預浸布基材具有良好抗拉強度、拉伸模量之目的,並可改善目前單方向預浸布基材僅透過單一片材製成之技術瓶頸,而能供本創作預浸布基材具有多方向片材予以層疊成型,且在片材應用的纖維絲材料不增加、厚度亦不增加的模式,製成多方向預浸布基材能具有倍增的材料強度。
本創作之次要目的乃在於該預浸布基材(Prepreg Element)之二層或二層以上片材,係分別具有不同角度方向之 材質紋路,而可將各片材分別呈水平的縱向、橫向或傾斜向排列,且供其紋路分別呈相異角度之0°~±180°不同方向堆疊排列,藉以增加預浸布基材的多方向性結合之抗拉強度(Tensile Strength)及拉伸模量(Tensile Module)。
本創作之另一的乃在於該預浸布基材之二層或二層以上之片材,係可分別為相同或相異材質,以材質紋路分別呈不同角度方向的層疊排列,而片材之原料係可為碳纖維、玻璃纖維、棉麻織物(Scrim)或樹酯(Resin)等材質所製成之片狀材料。

為達成上述目的與功效,本創作所採用之技術手段及其構造、實施之方法等,茲繪圖就本創作之較佳實施例詳加說明其特徵與功能如下,俾利完全瞭解。
請參閱第一、二、三圖所示,係為本創作之立體外觀圖、立體分解圖、側視剖面放大圖,由圖中所示可以清楚看出,本創作之預浸布基材1係包括二層或二層以上之片材2,其中: 該預浸布基材1(Prepreg Element)係包括二層或二層以上之片材2(Sheet),而二層或二層以上之片材2係分別可為相同或相異材質,且二層或二層以上之片材2係分別具有不同角度方向之材質紋路21,並將二層或二層以上之片材2利用不同的材質紋路21、分別以水平方向的縱向、橫向或傾斜向等,予以堆疊、結合,且供任二相鄰的片材2分別具有呈不同角度方向之材質紋路21,並在任二相鄰的片材2表面予以塗佈樹酯3〔可為熱固性樹酯(Thermoset)、熱塑性樹酯(Thermoplastic)〕,經塗膠、擴紗、壓合等處理等加工程序後,即藉由二層或二層以上片材2呈不同角度方向之材質紋路21交錯堆疊,構成預浸布基材1具有多方向角度之材質紋路21,可透過多方向的材質紋路21形成不同方向的抗拉強度,以提升預浸布基材1的整體結構強度,可供預浸布基材1具有好的抗拉強度(Tensile Strength)以及拉伸模量(Tensile Module)等特性,而供片材2在所應用的原料22〔例如碳纖維、玻璃纖維、棉麻織物(Scrim)或樹酯等〕不增加、且成型後之預浸布基材1之厚度亦不增加等條件,製成既定規格型式、厚度之預浸布基材1,進而達到提升預浸布基材1之結構強度及韌度等效果之目的,則可供預浸布基材1即使不增加厚度,亦可具有加倍的結構強度、抗拉強度等增加之功能,以製成層疊式多方向性、具高抗拉強度之預浸布基材1。
而該二層或二層以上之片材2(Sheet),係可分別為相同或相異之材質,則各片材2之原料22可分別為碳纖維、玻璃纖維 、棉麻織物(Scrim)或樹酯(Resin)等材質,並經過必要的抽拉、塗膠、擴紗、壓合等製程後,所製成之片狀材料,且各片材2間係分別具有呈不同角度方向之材質紋路21,其材質紋路係可為0°~±180°之角度偏斜設計,可由片材2(Sheet)的水平橫向分別朝順時針或逆時針方向,旋轉不同角度方向的材質紋路21,可使各片材2之材質紋路21分別為0°、45°、-45°、-60°、90°或120°等各種角度方向(此片材2的材質紋路21方向僅是較佳實施例的模式,並非以此侷限本創作之實施技術及申請專利範圍等內容,尚可依據製程需求而調整材質紋路21的各種不同角度方向,亦均為本創作可供實施之技術內容),則可將材質紋路21分別呈不同角度方向之二層或二層以上之片材2,且於任二相鄰的片材2表面再分別透過塗佈樹酯3〔可為熱固性樹酯(Thermoset)、熱塑性樹酯(Thermoplastic)〕,即經由塗膠、擴紗、壓合等加工程序後,予以堆疊後結合,以供成型預浸布基材1的加工製程,且可達到任二相鄰的片材2分別具有不同的材質紋路21,形成各原料22呈交錯狀堆疊模式,即可藉由各種角度方向之材質紋路21,形成不同方向的抗拉強度,以供各片材2具有多方向性的抗拉強度,且可增加各片材2的韌度,而達到預浸布基材1具有輕、薄之構形、並具有高強度、韌度等特性,可藉以提升該預浸布基材1(Prepreg Element)的使用壽命,即能供本創作預浸布基材1具有多方向片材2予以層疊成型,且在片材2所應用的原料22〔如碳纖維、玻璃纖維、棉麻織物(Scrim)或樹酯等〕不增加、整體厚度亦不增加等技術,製成多方向層疊式之預浸布基材1、即能具有倍增的 材料強度,增加預浸布基材1多方向性結合之抗拉強度(Tensile Strength)及拉伸模量(Tensile Module)等效果,突破習知技術的既有技術缺失,藉以改善目前單方向預浸步基材僅具有單一方向材質紋路而導致結構強度差、抗拉強度亦不足等技術瓶頸。
則預浸布基材1(Prepreg Element)因透過二層或二層以上片材2(Sheet),分別利用不同角度方向之原料22的堆疊結合,以產生高強度、韌度,可在預浸布基材1的厚度不增加情況(與目前習知應用的單層片材之單方向預浸布基材具有相同數量的原料、相同的厚度),而可具有更良好的抗拉強度、拉伸模量等效果,即可方便預浸布基材1的後續加工處理進行,具有方便塑型之特性,可製成具有高強、韌度之成品(如飛機、汽車、自行車的車體、3C產品的外殼或是高爾夫球桿、曲棍球桿、羽毛球拍框或網球拍框等產品),進而達到突破習知技術單方向預浸布基材之傳統製程缺失、以致構成單方向預浸布基材的結構強度不足、抗拉強度不足等技術瓶頸。
是以,以上所述僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,非因此侷限本創作之專利範圍,本創作之預浸布基材1(Prepreg Element),係利用二層或二層以上之片材2(Sheet),分別以不同材質紋路21呈不同角度方向、再透過樹酯3予以堆疊結合,可供相鄰的二片材2間具有不同材質紋路21之排列,俾可達到增加預浸布基材1的抗拉強度(Tensile Strength)及拉伸模量(Tensile Modulus)之目的,可藉各片材2間具有不同角度方向排列之材質紋路21,並可供相鄰的片材2分別具有相同或相異之 材質,而可具有不增加堆疊片材2之原料22用量、預浸布基材1的厚度也不增加,即達到良好強度、韌度之效果,並方便預浸布基材1進行後續加工作業的塑型製造、處理之功能,故舉凡可達成前述效果之結構、裝置皆應受本創作所涵蓋,此種簡易修飾及等效結構變化,均應同理包含於本創作之專利範圍內,合予陳明。
故,本創作為主要針對預浸布基材進行設計,係利用二層或二層以上之片材,分別具有不同角度方向之材質紋路、予以堆疊結合,並於任二相鄰的片材間分別具有不同角度方向之材質紋路,以供構成預浸布基材形成良好結構強度,而可達到形成良好抗拉強度及拉伸模量為主要保護重點,以供預浸布基材在不增加厚度、不增加重量的條件下,即可改善習知技術缺失、突破習知技術僅透過單一方向材質紋路成型單方向預浸布基材、導致習知單方向預浸布基材的結構強度差、韌性不足等瓶頸,確具有更佳的強度及韌度,乃僅使預浸布基材易於塑形、加工、製成各種高強度成品之優勢,而相鄰的片材可為相同或相異材質,以分別形成多方向性之預浸布基材,惟,以上所述僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,非因此即侷限本創作之專利範圍,故舉凡運用本創作說明書及圖式內容所為之簡易修飾及等效結構變化,均應同理包含於本創作之專利範圍內,合予陳明。
綜上所述,本創作預浸布基材之結構改良於實際應用、實施時,為確實能達到其功效及目的,故本創作誠為一實用性優異之研發,為符合新型專利之申請要件,爰依法提出申請,盼 審委早日賜准本案,以保障創作人之辛苦研發、創設,倘若 鈞局審委有任何稽疑,請不吝來函指示,創作人定當竭力配合,實感德便。

  1. 一種預浸布基材之結構改良,係包括二層或二層以上之片材,其改良在於:該預浸布基材係包括二層或二層以上堆疊結合之片材,而相鄰的各片材係具有不同角度方向之材質紋路。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述預浸布基材之結構改良,其中該預浸布基材係包括二層或二層以上相異或相同材質之片材,且相異或相同材質並分別具有不同角度、方向之紋路。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述預浸布基材之結構改良,其中該二層或二層以上之片材係為碳纖維、玻璃纖維、棉麻織物(Scrim)或樹酯(Resin)原料所製成之片狀材料。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述預浸布基材之結構改良,其中該二層或二層以上片材之材質紋路,係由水平方向分別呈縱向、橫向或傾斜向排列,且供各片材的材質紋路分別呈相異角度之0°~±180°不同方向堆疊排列。
