Description

織物改良結構
本創作係關於一種織物改良結構，為全新的開發概念，尤指一種可提高支撐性並可與肌膚更緊密貼合之織物改良結構者。
對於織物結構而言，例如日常穿戴於人們身上之衣服、褲子等織物結構，在人們要求愈來愈多之情況下，例如要求散熱效果、透氣性、吸汗、舒適性、輕盈等，對該衣服、褲子等織物結構也發展出多種編織方法、或者纖維排列結構、或者使用不同之纖維材料。
例如以女性之內衣而言，女性在穿戴內衣時，通常會要求內衣對胸部具有良好之支撐性，且會要求內衣不易滑脫，尤其是在穿戴無肩帶的內衣時，更是會要求無肩帶的內衣能與肌膚具有緊密的貼合效果以避免滑脫造成尷尬。
然而，目前市面上所謂的Spacer Fabrics(3D立體織法，俗稱三明治布)的織物結構並無法達到上述要求，故仍有改善的空間存在。
本創作之織物改良結構包括彼此依序疊設之一上織物層、一中間織物層及一下織物層，其中，該中間織物層係呈波紋狀，且該上織物層與該下織物層之其中一者係由100%之彈性纖維所構成。
由上述可知，本創作之織物改良結構之該上織物層與該下織物層之其中一者係由100%之彈性纖維所構成，藉由彈性纖維之特性，例如良好的伸縮彈性、彈性回覆率佳、較佳的柔適感、有點黏性等特點，如此即可達到提高支撐性並可與肌膚更緊密貼合之目的。

於圖式中顯示有一織物改良結構1，且此織物改良結構1包括彼此依序疊設之一上織物層11、一中間織物層12以及一下織物層13。
換言之，上述之織物改良結構1包括三層織物層，亦即3D立體織法，所謂之Spacer Fabrics，俗稱三明治布。
由圖式中可知，中間織物層12係呈波紋狀，且上織物層11與下織物層13之其中一者係由100%之彈性纖維所 構成，於本實施例中，係使下織物層13由100%之彈性纖維所構成，當然，於實際應用上亦可使上織物層11由100%之彈性纖維所構成。
請參閱圖2，其係為本創作較佳具體實施例之使用示意圖，並請同時一併參照圖1。
於圖2中顯示有一女性之內衣2，且此內衣2係由圖1所示之織物改良結構1所形成。
當圖2之內衣2被穿戴時，可藉由呈波紋狀之中間織物層12之結構而形成良好之滲透效果，例如透濕、透氣(散熱)等，如圖1中之箭號所示。
此外，藉著由100%之彈性纖維所構成之下織物層13之結構(此時，下織物層13係貼合於肌膚)，由於彈性纖維具有良好的伸縮彈性、彈性回覆率佳、較佳的柔適感、有點黏性等特點，使得由織物改良結構1所形成之內衣2在被穿戴時，可對胸部具有良好的支撐效果，且因微黏性而可緊密貼合於肌膚而不易滑脫，亦即可達到提高支撐性並可與肌膚更緊密貼合之目的。

  1. 一種織物改良結構，包括彼此依序疊設之一上織物層、一中間織物層及一下織物層，其中，該中間織物層係呈波紋狀，且該上織物層與該下織物層之其中一者係由100%之彈性纖維所構成。
