Abstract

A sensing substrate and a touch panel using the same are provided. The sensing substrate comprises a transparent film, a light-shielding layer, a transparent conductive layer, a conductive trace and a transparent connection layer. The transparent film has an edge area and a touching area. The light-shielding layer and the conductive trace are formed on the edge area. The transparent conductive layer is formed on the touching area. The transparent connection layer is extended to the transparent conductive layer form the conductive trace, so as to electrically connect the conductive trace and the transparent conductive layer.
