  本創作係有關一種墊體結構,尤指一種具有止滑效果之墊體結構。

  本實施例提供一種墊體結構,於本實施例係以馬桶蓋之阻隔墊為例,如第1圖所示,此述馬桶蓋1係結合於馬桶2,包含一坐墊11與一蓋體12組成,人之臀部可隔著阻隔墊於馬桶2上坐在該坐墊11。
  如第1至2圖所示,本實施例之墊體結構具有一本體3,此本體3具有一表層4,且本體3於該表層4的底部固結一止滑層5,本實施例中以該表層4供人之臀部接觸,且以該止滑層5供定位於該坐墊11,止滑層5之材質為熱可塑性橡膠,且止滑層5布滿於整個表層4的面積範圍。於本實施例中,該表層4為紙材;另於不同實施例中,該表層4亦可為布材。 
  於實際如廁使用時,本體3係以止滑層5放於馬桶蓋1之坐墊11上,人之臀部於馬桶1上坐於馬桶蓋1之坐墊11時,藉由與該表層4直接接觸,而與坐墊隔絕,此時便可如廁;當如廁完畢時,可將坐墊11上之本體3撕離坐墊1,且丟棄即可。
  由上述之說明不難發現本創作之優點,在於該止滑層5係由熱可塑性橡膠材質製成,故具有附著性,而當止滑層5放在坐墊11時,可藉由熱可塑性橡膠具附著性之特性而定位在坐墊11上,即使包圍產生氣流亦不會造成本體1由坐墊11上滑落的情形,且當使用者如廁完畢而臀部離開坐墊11時,本體3亦不會黏住臀部而隨之離開坐墊11,故相較於習知之墊體結構而言,本創作之墊體結構能以止滑層5達到定位效果。
  當然,本創作仍存在許多例子,其間僅細節上之變化。請參閱第4圖,其係本創作之第二實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異,在於本實施例之墊體結構作為滑鼠墊使用,其本體3A同樣由表層4A及止滑層5A構成,可供人之手部可握著滑鼠在該滑鼠墊上滑動,藉由該止滑層5A可令滑鼠墊達到定位在桌面上的效果。
  請參閱第5圖,其係本創作之第三實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異,在於本實施例之墊體結構作為腳踏墊使用,其 本體3B同樣由表層4B及止滑層5B構成,可供人之足部可在該腳踏墊上踩踏,藉由該止滑層5B可令腳踏墊達到定位在地上的效果。
  請參閱第6圖,其係本創作之第四實施例,其與第一實施例之主要差異,在於本實施例之墊體結構作為拋棄式拖鞋使用,其本體3C同樣由表層4C及止滑層5C構成,可供人之足部可穿在該拋棄式拖鞋行走,藉由該止滑層5C可令拋棄式拖鞋達到在行走過程止滑的效果。
  以上所述實施例之揭示係用以說明本創作,並非用以限制本創作,故舉凡數值之變更或等效元件之置換仍應隸屬本創作之範疇。
