Description

負離子及遠紅外線能量墊
本創作係有關於一種墊體，尤指一種可釋放負離子與遠紅外線，且特別適用舖設於床墊上的負離子及遠紅外線能量墊。
隨著現代人對於預防保健與養生議題的重視，如何有效地利用休憩睡眠時間獲得充分休息、舒緩壓力、補充能量，不斷地被熱烈討論，各種與能量有關的墊體等相關商品也陸續被開發問世，用以舖設於傳統床墊上，藉以提供傳統床墊所無法達成的功能與效果。
特別是遠紅外線，對於人體保健與疾病治療功效已受到肯定，也因此被應用於墊體上，如中華民國證書號數M445316新型專利，即揭示有一種遠紅外線能量之保暖結構，利用電力激發鈦晶玻璃之氧化金屬群產生遠紅外線，以達到加熱保暖及釋放遠紅外線的功效。
習知專利技術揭示之遠紅外線能量之保暖結構，必須仰賴電力加熱，方可產生遠紅外線，因此，除了必須消耗能源，電子電路還存在容易短路故障、漏電、過熱、髒污難以清洗、柔軟舒適性差等諸多缺點。另外，除了遠紅外線，並無其他明顯的附加功能，無論在效果或附加價值 上仍嫌不足。
本創作提供一種負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，主要包括由棉布所組成的一表層及一底層；由負離子纖維布所組成的二負離子裡層，設置於所述表層與底層間，可藉以釋放負離子；由經奈米處理後的能量素材(內含鐳、鍺、鈦、銀及鍆礦石粉末)與織物所組成的一能量素材裡層，夾設於所述負離子裡層間，可藉以釋放負離子及遠紅外線。還可以再包括設置於所述底層與相對的一負離子裡層間的一纖維裡層。
本創作所提供之負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，為一種多層結構，不僅觸感柔軟舒適，可以隔絕人體水氣與盜汗產生的濕氣，還可以釋放能量集中且高濃度的負離子與遠紅外線，而達到淨化空氣、調整呼吸系統、活化心肺功能、預防血管硬化、平衡賀爾蒙系統、調整自律神經，以及消除失眠、頭痛、焦慮、及改善婦科問題。

請參閱圖1、2，本創作係提供一種負離子及遠紅外線能量墊10，特別可供舖設於床墊上，主要包括一表層11、一底層12、二負離子裡層13、一能量素材裡層14及一纖維裡層15；係下係針對上述結構組成分述說明。
關於表層11，係由棉布所組成，更進一步說，本實施例係由精梳混紡棉布所組成，棉約佔30%，聚脂纖維(Polyester)約佔65%，可融合棉與聚脂纖維的特性，例如，少量的棉，可使觸感柔軟，不會引起皮膚敏感，且伸縮性不高，具耐洗的特性，同時乾燥天氣不會產生靜電等。大部分的聚脂纖維，具有吸水後快乾的效果，且堅韌耐用，不易產生皺摺等，適合作為床墊的表布。
關於底層12，係由棉布所組成，更進一步說，本實施例係由防蟎抗菌精梳混紡棉布所組成，棉約佔25%，聚脂纖維(Polyester)約佔75%，同樣可融合棉與聚脂纖維的特性，差別在於略為增加聚脂纖維的比例，以提高透氣性與快乾效果，特別是與人體皮膚或汗水接觸時，故適合作為床墊的底布。另外，該精梳混紡棉布含有防蟎抗菌成分，可以有效避免細菌及過敏原附著。
二負離子裡層13，係由負離子纖維布所組成，且設置於所述表層11與底層12間，可藉以釋放負離子；需特別強調的是，所述負離子纖維布係採用高科技負離子塗層搭配高科技纖維技術加工而成。
關於能量素材裡層14，係由經奈米處理後的能量素材(內含鐳、鍺、鈦、銀及鍆礦石粉末)與織物所組成，並夾設於所述負離子裡層13間，可藉以釋放負離子及遠紅外線。
關於纖維裡層15，設置於所述底層12與相對的一負離子裡層13間，並由100%聚脂纖維所組成。
藉由本創作負離子及遠紅外線能量墊10的多層結構，可 以達到諸多功效。例如，可以達到觸感柔軟舒適及極佳的蓄熱保暖效果，並可隔離人體水氣與盜汗所產生的濕氣，避免床墊滋生細菌與塵蟎。釋放的遠外紅線能量，可以滲透人體皮膚，促進體內氣血循環，達到調節身體機能及放鬆身心的舒壓效果。釋放的負離子，可以淨化血液、活化細胞、增強免疫力、調節自律神經，以及消除失眠、頭痛、焦慮、預防血管硬化等好處。還具有防蟎、抗菌及除臭功能，符合乾淨、衛生及健康訴求。能量墊適用於洗衣機洗滌，清洗相當方便，可輕易保持潔淨。
本創作特別可以產生能量集中及高濃度的負離子與遠紅外線，不僅具有釋壓舒眠的效果，還能藉以達到良好預防保健與疾病治療的效果。
綜上所述，本創作在同類產品中實具極佳的創新實用性，同時遍查國內外相關技術資料或專利文獻，亦未發現相同構造揭示在先，是以，本創作實已具備新型專利要件，爰依法提出申請。惟，以上所述僅係本創作部分可行實施例而已，舉凡應用本創作說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效結構變化，理應包含在本創作之專利範圍內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，包括：一表層，係由棉布所組成；一底層，係由棉布所組成；二負離子裡層，係由負離子纖維布所組成，且設置於所述表層與底層間，可藉以釋放負離子；一能量素材裡層，係由經奈米處理後的能量素材與織物所組成，並夾設於所述負離子裡層間，可藉以釋放負離子及遠紅外線；據此，所述能量墊可淨化空氣、調整呼吸系統、活化心肺功能、預防血管硬化、平衡賀爾蒙系統、調整自律神經，以及消除失眠、頭痛、焦慮、及改善婦科問題，還具有防蟎、抗菌及除臭功能，符合乾淨、衛生及健康訴求，且適用於洗依機洗滌、清洗相當方便，可輕易保持潔淨。
  2. 如請求項1所述之負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，更包括一纖維裡層，設置於所述底層與相對的一負離子裡層間。
  3. 如請求項2所述之負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，其中所述纖維裡層為聚脂纖維。
  4. 如請求項1所述之負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，其中所述表層為精梳混紡棉布。
  5. 如請求項1所述之負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，其中所述底層為防蟎抗菌精梳混紡棉布。
  6. 如請求項1所述之負離子及遠紅外線能量墊，其中所述能量素材內含鐳、鍺、鈦、銀及鍆礦石粉末。
