Description

簡易收合之鞋底
本新型創作係關於一種鞋子之零附件，尤指一種可以提供製成鞋子後簡易收合之鞋底。
鞋子之基本功能在於提供保護人體之腳部，因此鞋子基本上包括有一鞋底可以避免腳掌與地面直接碰觸與摩擦。然後視不同之款式與功能，以該鞋底為基礎製作成不同鞋子。
由於該鞋底為鞋子之基礎架構，因此鞋子如果需要收摺，通常受到該鞋底之形狀限制。換言之，由於通常先前技術之鞋底呈現一個相當大的整體平面，因此當要把鞋子收折、收合進入行李箱作為外出時攜帶，以便於換穿使用時，不容易彎折撓曲，若是強迫彎折撓曲，則可能造成鞋子變形。這種外出時攜帶，以便於換穿使用之鞋子。通常但不限於海灘鞋、涼鞋、拖鞋、休閒鞋等輕便鞋具。
有鑑於先前技術之問題，本新型創作者認為應有一種改善之構造產生，為此設計一種簡易收合之鞋底，該鞋底包括一上層片與一下層片相互疊設，該上層片係使用時朝向人體腳掌，該下層片係使用時朝向地面，且該下層片包括一第一片體，由地面仰視該第一片體為一三角形，且該三角形有一夾角是由人體穿著時之腳掌外側方向朝內側方向開展，且包括一第二片體與一第三片體，該第二片體與該第三片體各以一邊分別與該第一片體形成該夾角之兩邊之各一邊形成相間隔之溝槽。
本新型創作之鞋底由於便於收合與攜帶，因此所製成之鞋具便於相對較小的收折後尺寸收合進入行李箱作為外出時攜帶，以便於換穿使用。且本新型創作之鞋底可以配合不同之款式與功能，因應製成不同之抓著部(例如繫帶)得本新型創作可以符合多種款式之海灘鞋、涼鞋、拖鞋、休閒鞋等輕便鞋具。又本新型創作採取兩層，即上層片與下層片，因此該溝槽無須特別鑿設，只要把下層片之該第二片體與該第三片體各以一邊分別與該第一片體之兩邊之各一邊形成相間隔，即可形成溝槽。而該上層片不做破壞，提供穿戴者腳底接觸之舒適感。

以下藉由圖式之配合，說明本新型創作之構造、特點以及實施例，俾使貴審查委員對本新型創作有更進一步之理解。
請參閱第一圖，配合第二圖所示，本新型創作係關於一種簡易收合之鞋底(1)，該鞋底(1)包括一上層片(11)與一下層片(12)相互疊設，該上層片(11)係使用時朝向人體腳掌，該下層片(12)係使用時朝向地面。
該下層片(12)包括一第一片體(121)，由地面仰視該第一片體(121)為一三角形，且該三角形有一夾角是由人體穿著時之腳掌外側方向朝內側方向開展，且包括一第二片體(122)與一第三片體(123)，該第二片體(122)與該第三片體(123)各以一邊分別與該第一片體(121)形成該夾角之兩邊之各一邊形成相間隔之溝槽(124)、(125)。
請參閱第三圖，配合第四圖所示，顯示本新型創作該第二片體(122)與疊合之該上層片(11)之一部分由該溝槽(124)處第一度彎折。然後本新型創作該第二片體(122)與其疊合之該上層片(11)之一部分，以及該第一片體(121)與其疊合之該上層片(11)之一部分，由該溝槽(125)處二度彎折，可以使得本新型創作在二度彎折之情況下形成收合。
請參閱第二圖，該下層片(12)可以於對應人體腳跟部鋪設一腳跟墊(126)，提供腳跟(126)之緩衝。
請參閱第五圖，顯示本新型創作之鞋底(1)於該上層片(11)搭配了抓著部(2)，該抓著部(2)形式、款式不侷限於任何一種，可以如圖式中之帶體型態，或是可以提供腳掌固持之任一輔具，使其成為一輕便之鞋具(A)，可以廣泛作為海灘鞋、涼鞋、拖鞋、休閒鞋等輕便鞋具。
而第六圖則顯示該鞋具(A)依據第三圖與第四圖對於該鞋底(2)進行收合之狀態下，該鞋具(A)也成為便於收合之狀態。
綜觀本新型創作之優點：
一、本新型創作之鞋底(1)由於便於收合與攜帶，因此所製成之鞋具(A)便於相對較小的收折後尺寸收合進入行李箱作為外出時攜帶，以便於換穿使用。而該相對較小的收折後尺寸之鞋具(A)在放入行李箱之前，可以先將其放置於一個可收折之囊袋，以避免鞋具(A)污染其他物品，而當由該囊袋取出鞋具(A)時，也可以將換下來的其他鞋具放入該囊袋。
二、本新型創作之鞋底(1)可以配合不同之款式與功能，因應製成不同之抓著部(2)，使得本新型創作可以符合多種款式之海灘鞋、涼鞋、拖鞋、休閒鞋等輕便鞋具。
三、本新型創作採取兩層，即上層片(11)與下層片(12)，因此該溝槽(124)、(125)無須特別鑿設，只要把下層片(12)之該第二片體(122)與該第三片體(123)各以一邊分別與該第一片體(121)之兩邊之各一邊形成相間隔之溝槽(124)、(125)。且上層片(11)不做破壞，提供穿戴者腳底接觸之舒適感。
綜上所述，本新型創作確實符合產業利用性，且未於申請前見於刊物或公開使用，亦未為公眾所知悉，且具有非顯而易知性，符合可專利之要件，爰依法提出專利申請。惟上述所陳，為本新型創作產業上一較佳實施例，舉凡依本新型創作申請專利範圍所作之均等變化，皆屬本案訴求標的之範疇。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種簡易收合之鞋底，該鞋底包括一上層片與一下層片相互疊設，該上層片穿戴使用時係朝向人體腳掌，該下層片穿戴使用時係朝向地面，且該下層片包括一第一片體，由地面仰視該第一片體為一三角形，且該三角形有一夾角是由人體穿著時之腳掌外側方向朝內側方向開展，且包括一第二片體與一第三片體，該第二片體與該第三片體各以一邊分別與該第一片體形成該夾角之兩邊之各一邊形成相間隔之溝槽。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易收合之鞋底，其中該下層片對應人體腳跟部鋪設一腳跟墊。
