Description

網路電源控制模組
本創作係屬於遠端設備控制之技術領域,特別是關於一種架構簡單且多功能之網路電源控制模組,供裝設於市電與電子裝置間而允許使用者透過行動裝置控制裝置運作及掌握即時狀態。
為方便諸如冷氣機、電視及音響等家庭電器的使用,其係多搭配有專屬之遙控器,或可相容於市售之萬用遙控器而允許使用者無線操控。但,遙控器除使用距離限制外,萬用遙控器更因設定複雜及可控制的功能少而實用性受限。又,接繼著通信技術的發展,整合通信功能的資訊家電係如雨後春筍般地出現於市場上,以供使用者透過網路或電話遠端操控而解決上述問題。一般,此類資訊家電內建一控制器及一通信器,該控制器利用該通信器透過有線或無線網路連接家庭內部之一路由器後連結網際網路,同時,使用者安裝對應之管理程式於諸如行動電話、平板電腦或PDA等電子裝置中,以供使用者透過網際網路存取該控制器而異地遠端操作家電及監視運作狀態,方便使用者於抵達家門前即開啟電燈照明而提升居家安全,及啟動洗衣機或電鍋等而加速家務處理,或者,方便使用者於出門後關閉家電電源以避免火災意外發生並達節省能源之功效。
然而,上述管理系統中,使用者欲控制一款家電即須於電子裝置中安裝或更新對應之程式,又資訊家電的 型號及製造廠商多如繁星,若每一管理程式僅允許某款家電或某廠商使用時,將造成使用者前置安裝作業的繁複,且不利於後續一管理使用,降低使用意願而不利於產品滿意度。
有鑑於此,如何整合該控制器及該通信器形成獨立之一控制模組,以供使用者自行組裝於欲管理之任一資訊家電中,實現一致管理各式電器的能力並提升管理便利性及實用性,即為本創作所亟欲解決之課題。
有鑑於習知技藝之問題,本創作之目的在於提供一種高適應性及高擴充性之網路電源控制模組,以方便使用者透過網路遠端操控諸如住宅或辦公室等室內區域之電子裝置而提升區域環境之安全性、便利性及舒適性等,同時達到環保節能之功效。
為達上述目的,該網路電源控制模組係裝置至一區域內之至少一電子裝置並透過該區域內之一路由器電訊連接遠端之一控制裝置,以接收該控制裝置傳送之一控制訊號而控制該電子裝置之運行狀態,其包含一切換開關、一電源供應器及一處理器。該切換開關電力連接一第一外部電源及該電子裝置,該電源供應器電力連接該第一外部電源而轉換該第一外部電源之交流電壓形成直流之一工作電壓。該處理器電訊連接該切換開關且電力連接該電源供應器而取得該工作電壓,該處理器設有一通信模組,使於運作時透過無線網路或乙太(Ethernet)網路自動連接該路由器並自動取得一網際網路協定(Internet Protocol,IP)位址,且該處理器支援非同步 收發傳輸(Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter,UART)介面、通用序列匯流排(Universal Serial Bus,USB)介面、音頻(Audio)介面及網路電話(Voice over Internet Protocol,VoIP)功能之其中至少一者,當該處理器透過該通信模組接收該控制訊號時,分析形成一作動請求及一作動資料,以依該作動請求觸發該切換開關開啟或關閉輸出該第一外部電源予該電子裝置,或依該作動請求透過該非同步收發傳輸介面、該通用序列匯流排介面、該音頻介面或該網路電話功能執行該作動資料。
並且,該通信模組具有無線接取點功能,支援WPS(Wi-Fi Protected Setup)及動態主機組態協定(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol,DHCP)之其中至少一功能,以擴充該區域內無線網路範圍。當該電子裝置為複數使用型態且群組控制時,該等通信模組之其中一者係內存有一群組列表,使於接收另一該通信模組所傳送之搜尋訊號時,比對該群組列表並反饋一確認訊號而自動連結該另一通信模組,以允許該控制裝置提供一次讀取與控制同群組之該等電子裝置運作狀態之能力。
其中,該網路電源控制模組更設有一交直流轉換器及一供電開關,該交直流轉換器電力連接該第一外部電源而轉換該第一外部電源之交流電壓形成一直流電壓,且該供電開關一端電力連接該交直流轉換器,觸發端電訊連接該處理器,以於該處理器依該作動請求切換該供電開關時由該供電開關之另一端輸出或停止輸出該直流電壓。該供電開關一端係電力連接一外部電源轉換器,且該外部電源轉換器電力連接一第二外部電源,以利用 該第二外部電源之壓能轉換形成該直流電壓而提升供電穩定度。
為考量使用者各式使用習慣,該區域設有至少一壁面開關,係電力連接於該第一外部電源及該電子裝置間、該切換開關兩端或該第一外部電源及該電源供應器間,供於該切換開關關閉而允許輸出該第一外部電源予該電子裝置時,利用該壁面開關控制該電子裝置之供電狀態。
綜上所述,本創作係利用家庭或辦公室內之路由器匯集區域內之網路連結,以允許使用者透過諸如手機、電腦及PDA等個人終端裝置遠端控制該電子裝置之電力控制,實現設施管理集中性且便於使用者自行架構家庭日程事務的管理系統。

請參閱第1~3圖,其係分別為本創作較佳實施例之各實施態樣之方塊圖及使用示意圖。如圖所示,如住宅、庭院或辦公室等之一區域(Area)內裝設有ADSL線路時,電腦可直接透過數據機(Modem)10插接電話線後連結至外部之網際網路,或者,加置有線或無線之一路由器11而建立形成一內部網路,以供該區域內之至少一電子裝置12,例如LED燈、攝影機、電腦、顯示器或電視,彼此相連的同時亦可連結至網際網路。該網路電源控制模組2為設有一切換開關20、一電源供應器21、一處理器22、一交直流轉換器23及一供電開關24之獨 立模組,除可提供廠商於該電子裝置12之製程中直接進行組裝外,亦允許使用者自行購買後組裝於任一電子裝置12及電源間,以供使用者於異地利用安裝有對應程式之一控制裝置3,例如行動電話、電腦或PDA透過ISP傳送一控制訊號而監控該電子裝置12之運作狀態。
該切換開關20可為繼電器、矽控整流器(Silicon Controlled Rectifier,SCR)或雙向性三極閘流體(TRI-electrode AC switch,TRIAC),且一端電力連接一第一外部電源13,另一端電力連接該電子裝置12,觸發端電訊連接該處理器22。該電源供應器21電力連接該第一外部電源13及該處理器22,以供轉換該第一外部電源13之交流電壓形成直流12V之一工作電壓後輸出予該處理器22。該處理器22內設有一核心晶片220及一通信模組221,且支援諸如UART介面、USB介面、Audio介面、VoIP功能之其中至少一者,又該通信模組221可為Ethernet網路控制晶片2210、2.4G無線網路(Wi-Fi)控制晶片2211或其組合而可同時支援有線或無線網路傳輸。當該處理器22自該通信模組221取得該控制訊號並分析形成一作動請求及一作動資料時,依該作動請求觸發該切換開關20而開始或停止輸出該第一外部電源13予該電子裝置12,或依該作動請求透過該UART介面、該USB介面、該Audio介面或該VoIP功能執行該作動資料。如此,該控制裝置3即可透過該網路電源控制模組2傳送檔案資料至該電子裝置12而儲存備份,或傳送影音數據予該電子裝置12並驅動播放,以形成該電子裝置12附加功能而提升實用性。甚或,使用 者可透過管理程式設定各該電子裝置12之工作排程,以於該控制裝置3網路連結該路由器11後自動切換該電子裝置12之工作狀態,諸如開啟或關閉電源、調節LED燈亮度或攝影機錄影模式等。
本實施例中,該處理器22可同時進行自我檢測並匯整該電源供應器21之工作狀態,以允許使用者利用該控制裝置3即時讀取後,於電力使用情況出現異常時立即切換該電子裝置12之工作狀態,且該處理器22於其溫度大於安全值或工作異常,甚或測知外部電源出現瞬間大壓差時,直接開啟該切換開關20而停止該第一外部電源13輸出壓能予該電子裝置12,有效保護電路組件。並且,該通信模組221具有無線接取點功能而支援WPS及DHCP之其中至少一功能,使於運作時如圖4所示,自動透過Wi-Fi或Ethernet連接該路由器11而自動取得一IP位址,以供接收該控制訊號的同時,實現擴充該區域內無線網路範圍之效能。當該電子裝置12為複數使用型態且群組控制時,該等通信模組221之其中一者係內存有一群組列表,以於組裝時接收另一該通信模組221所傳送之搜尋訊號而比對該群組列表,反饋一確認訊號並自動連結該另一通信模組221,使允許該控制裝置3一次讀取與控制同群組之該等電子裝置12運作狀態之能力。
再者,該交直流轉換器23電力連接該第一外部電源13而轉換該第一外部電源13之交流電壓形成一直流電壓,且該供電開關24一端電力連接該交直流轉換器23,觸發端電訊連接該處理器22,以於該處理器22依該作 動請求切換該供電開關24時由其另一端開始或停止輸出該直流電壓。如此,本創作形同變壓器而提供一壓值之直流壓源,方便使用者調整該電子裝置12於該區域內之擺置位置,且具多功能之經濟價值。
進一步地,該網路電源控制模組2更可如圖5所示,該供電開關24一端可電力連接一外部電源轉換器4,且該外部電源轉換器4電力連接一第二外部電源14,以允許使用者利用該第二外部電源14之壓能轉換形成該直流電壓而提升供電穩定度。該區域一般而言係設有至少一壁面開關5,以於該網路電源控制模組2未組裝或未啟動時供使用者直接切換該電子裝置12之電源狀態。又,使用者於安裝該網路電源控制模組2時,可將該壁面開關5電力連接於該第一外部電源13及該電源供應器間21、該切換開關24兩端或該第一外部電源13及該電子裝置12間,供於該切換開關20關閉而允許該第一外部電源13輸出壓能予該電子裝置12時,利用該壁面開關5切換火線或地線之導通或截止狀態而控制該電子裝置12之供電狀態。
以上所述僅為舉例性之較佳實施例,而非為限制性者。任何未脫離本創作之精神與範疇,而對其進行之等效修改或變更,均應包含於後附之申請專利範圍中。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種網路電源控制模組,係裝置至一區域內之至少一電子裝置並透過該區域內之一路由器電訊連接遠端之一控制裝置,以接收該控制裝置傳送之一控制訊號而控制該電子裝置之運行狀態,其包含:一切換開關,係電力連接一第一外部電源及該電子裝置;一電源供應器,係電力連接該第一外部電源而轉換該第一外部電源之交流電壓形成直流之一工作電壓;及一處理器,係電訊連接該切換開關且電力連接該電源供應器而取得該工作電壓,該處理器設有一通信模組,使於運作時透過無線網路或乙太網路自動連接該路由器並自動取得一網際網路協定位址,且該處理器支援非同步收發傳輸介面、通用序列匯流排介面、音頻介面及網路電話功能之其中至少一者,當該處理器透過該通信模組接收該控制訊號時,分析形成一作動請求及一作動資料,以依該作動請求觸發該切換開關開啟或關閉輸出該第一外部電源予該電子裝置,或依該作動請求透過該非同步收發傳輸介面、該通用序列匯流排介面、該音頻介面或該網路電話功能執行該作動資料。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之網路電源控制模組,其中該通信模組係具有無線接取點功能,支援WPS及動態主機組態協定之其中至少一功能,以擴充該區域內無線網路範圍。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之網路電源控制模組,其中,當該電子裝置為複數使用型態且群組控制時,該等通信模組之其中一者係內存有一群組列表,使於接收另一該通信模組所傳送之搜尋訊號時,比對該群組列表並反饋一確認訊號而自動連結該另一通信模組,以允許該控制裝置提供一次讀取與控制同群組之該等電子裝置運作狀態之能力。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之網路電源控制模組,更設有一交直流轉換器及一供電開關,該交直流轉換器電力連接該第一外部電源而轉換該第一外部電源之交流電壓形成一直流電壓,且該供電開關一端電力連接該交直流轉換器,觸發端電訊連接該處理器,以於該處理器依該作動請求切換該供電開關時由該供電開關之另一端輸出或停止輸出該直流電壓。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之網路電源控制模組,其中該供電開關一端係電力連接一外部電源轉換器,且該外部電源轉換器電力連接一第二外部電源,以利用該第二外部電源之壓能轉換形成該直流電壓而提升供電穩定度。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之網路電源控制模組,其中該區域設有至少一壁面開關,係電力連接於該第一外部電源及該電子裝置間,供於該切換開關關閉而允許輸出該第一外部電源予該電子裝置時,利用該壁面開關控制該電子裝置之供電狀態。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之網路電源控制模 組,其中該區域設有至少一壁面開關,係電力連接該切換開關兩端,供於該切換開關關閉而允許輸出該第一外部電源予該電子裝置時,利用該壁面開關控制該電子裝置之供電狀態。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之網路電源控制模組,其中該區域設有至少一壁面開關,係電力連接於該第一外部電源及該電源供應器間,供於該切換開關關閉而允許輸出該第一外部電源予該電子裝置時,利用該壁面開關控制該電子裝置之供電狀態。
