上蓋組20包括一上蓋21和複數個焊接端子22。上蓋21呈長方體狀,上蓋21頂面的左右兩側分別開設有一矩形狀的上蓋槽211,上蓋21底面的左右兩側分別向下凸伸出一上蓋側板212,上蓋槽211底壁皆開設有數個呈縱向排列並貫穿上蓋21的開孔213。複數焊接端子22為相同結構,各焊接端子22皆具有一固定板221,固定板221的一側緣連接有一先向上彎折再向內彎折延伸的焊接部222,固定板221的中部皆開設有一對接孔223。
遮蔽殼體30具有一橫向延伸的呈長條形板狀的遮蔽基部31,遮蔽基部31的左右兩側分別連接有一向前延伸的遮蔽側壁32,兩遮蔽側壁32之內側壁的上部皆向內延伸出一遮蔽上板33,兩遮蔽側壁32的內側壁中部分別開設有一呈長方形的卡槽34。
請參照第二圖,複數接觸端子分別插設於絕緣本體11上的各端子槽113內,其中第一端子12中的接地端子和右聲道端子插設於絕緣本體11前部左側的端子槽113內,第一端子12中的麥克風端子插設於絕緣本體11前部右側的端子槽113內。第二端子13中的左聲道端子插設於絕緣本體11後部左側的端子槽113內,第二端子13中的夾持端子插設於絕緣本體11後部右側的端子槽113內。具體地,各第一端子12之第一固持板121分別裝設於端子槽113內,第一接觸部123則伸入插接孔112內並與插頭相接觸。兩第二端子13之第二固持板131則分別裝設於絕緣本體11後部的左右兩端子槽113內,第二接觸部133則伸入插接孔112內並與插頭相接觸,兩第二端子13的對稱設計可以穩定插頭的插拔力。
上蓋組20由複數個焊接端子22與上蓋21一體成型組合在一起,各焊接端子22之固定板221皆設於上蓋槽211內,且各焊接端子22之對接孔223分別與各開孔213重合在一起,焊接端子22之焊接部222則設於上蓋21的頂面,其中焊接部222的頂面凸伸出上蓋21的頂面並與一軟性電路板(圖未示)接觸。
請參閱第二圖、第三圖和第四圖,主體部1之上蓋組20與絕緣本體組10進行組裝時,上蓋組20蓋設於絕緣本體組10的上部,兩上蓋側板212分別卡合在缺槽114上,接觸端子的卡接腳卡接於對接孔223內。各第一卡接腳122和兩第二卡接腳132分別插設於上蓋21之複數開孔213內並且分別卡設於對接孔223內,各第一卡接腳122和各第二卡接腳132皆與固定板221的頂面平齊。各第一卡接腳122和第二卡接腳132分別通過點焊與焊接端子22的固定板221焊接在一起,以使複數接觸端子和複數焊接端子22電性接觸。上蓋組20與絕緣本體組10組裝後使主體部1後部的下方形成有一斷差槽14,兩上蓋側板212分別凸伸出絕緣本體11的左右兩側面。
請參閱第三圖和第五圖,主體部1之絕緣本體組10與上蓋組20組合成主體部1以後,利用塑膠以一體成型技術將遮蔽殼體30包覆於主體部1外,遮蔽基部31卡合於主體部1的斷差槽14上,兩遮蔽側壁32緊密的貼合在絕緣本體11及對接板111的左右兩側壁上,遮蔽上板33卡設於上蓋槽211上,卡槽34則與左右兩上蓋側板212卡合。固定部115與其上所開設的定位孔116用於固定插座連接器100,確保對遮蔽殼體30進行一體成型過程的穩定性。
如上所述,本創作插座連接器100藉由上蓋21與焊接端子22一體成型後組裝於絕緣本體組10上,而遮蔽殼體30一體成型的包覆於絕緣本體組10和上蓋組20的組合主體部1外,通過兩次一體成型使插座連接器100的五個面皆為全封閉的塑膠,只保留前面的插接孔112,從而提高其防塵及防水性能。

Each of the plurality of contact terminals has a holding plate and a latching leg protruding upward from the end edge of the retaining plate, and a contact portion is further connected to the retaining plate. The shielding housing 30 has a laterally extending shielding base portion 31. Referring to the second figure, the plurality of contact terminals are respectively inserted into the terminal slots 113 of the insulative housing 11, wherein the ground terminals and the right channel terminals of the first terminal 12 are inserted into the terminal slots on the left side of the front portion of the insulative housing 11. In 113, the microphone terminal of the first terminal 12 is inserted into the terminal slot 113 on the right side of the front portion of the insulative housing 11. The upper cover group 20 is integrally formed with the upper cover 21 by a plurality of soldering terminals 22, and the fixing plates 221 of the soldering terminals 22 are all disposed in the upper cover slot 211, and the mating holes 223 of the soldering terminals 22 are respectively overlapped with the respective openings 213. Together, the soldering portion 222 of the soldering terminal 22 is disposed on the top surface of the upper cover 21, wherein the top surface of the soldering portion 222 protrudes from the top surface of the upper cover 21 and is in contact with a flexible circuit board (not shown).
Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when the upper cover group 20 of the main body portion 1 is assembled with the insulative housing group 10, the upper cover group 20 is disposed on the upper portion of the insulative housing group 10, and the two upper cover side plates 212 are respectively engaged. After the upper cover group 20 and the insulative housing group 10 are assembled, a gap groove 14 is formed below the rear portion of the main body portion 1, and the two upper cover side plates 212 respectively protrude from the left and right sides of the insulative housing 11.
Referring to the third and fifth figures, after the insulative housing group 10 and the upper cover group 20 of the main body portion 1 are combined into the main body portion 1, the shielding housing 30 is wrapped around the main body portion 1 by plastic molding, and the shielding base portion is shielded.
