This invention is regarding the real-time remote controlled combat gaming devices, it includes at least one controller, one controlled device, and one bridge; the bridge can be set in an independent hardware (for example: the bridge, the controller, the controlled device). A basic remote controlled set will be established by connecting at least one controller and at least one controlled device together via the bridge, so as to proceed the group gaming or single practice. And by means of the group gaming or single practice the player all can accumulate the credits, and then to achieve the conditions of promotion and/or upgrading. The upgrading includes virtual parameters (for example: fire accuracy, weapon upgrade, armor upgrade, equipment out of order probability, and the maintenance skill) and real parameter (for example: the mobility, which can affect the real action speed of the controlled device). And by credit accumulation and item upgrading, the player can enjoy the fun of raising their own electronic pet, also they can experience the exciting of variable audio and visual effect from game to game. This invention not only sublimates the essence of traditional remote controlled toys and make them to be player-character molding so the toys can be played much longer, but also improve the "virtual-only" problem of nowadays' on-line games.

料妁507 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係關於一種遊戲裝置,尤指一種即時遙控對戰 遊戲裝置。 【先前技術】 市面上具有遙控功能的玩具,如坦克、飛機、船或機 器人等’係利用無線電波、紅外線或聲控裝置等等原理來 控制玩具的機械前進、後退、旋轉、加速、減速或上下移 動’以達成操控者與玩具之間實體互動的樂趣。然而,實 趙的玩具大多為單人進行之遊戲,不具備因遊戲次數的累 積而得以升級的修練元素,使得操控者往往操控此玩具數 次後’遂因玩具不再具新鮮感而不玩。 再者’線上遊戲係透過鍵盤、按鈕、滑鼠、搖桿或觸 控榮幕,使操控者與線上遊戲產生虛擬互動來達成遊戲效 果’由於線上遊戲可多人同步進行遊戲,相較習知一個指 令一個動作而得到確定結果之玩具,多人同步進行線上遊 戲所具有的不確定性,更可讓操控者從中獲得更大的樂 趣。然而,線上遊戲畢竟僅為模擬各種狀況之遊戲,使得 操控者無法體會操控實體玩具之真實性及互動樂趣。 創作人爰因於此,本於積極創作之精神,亟思一種即 時遙控對戰之遊戲裝置’以將多人同步進行遊戲之概念, 置入具有遙控功能的實體玩具,進而讓操控者在操控實體 玩具的同時’亦可多人同步進行遊戲對戰,以增加遊戲裝 置的可玩性,既保留操控實體玩具的真實性,亦導入線上 遊戲所著稱的聲光效果及升級架構使真實玩具與虛擬寵物 合而為一,進而提高了此遊戲裝置之商業價值,幾經研究 實驗终至完成本創作。 【新型内容】 鑑於先前技術中,實趙遙控玩具為單人遊戲之耐玩性 不足以及線上遊戲為模擬各種狀況之空虛感。本創作將多 人同步進行遊戲之元素加入實體遙控玩具。相較於傳統的 遙控玩具,本創作之即時遙控對戰遊戲裝置由於允許多人 團體對戰且每位玩家可控制一實體遊戲裝置,增加了遊戲 的不確定性且提升遊戲的真實感。更因導入可升級這項特 性以及升級後所呈現的新的聲光效果,而增加了遊戲的耐 玩性。此外,遊戲裝置亦可供操控者單人練習,經升級後 可利於多人團體對戰中更具有對戰能力。 為達成上述目的,本創作所述之即時遙控對戰遊戲裝 置,包括至少一主控器、至少一受控器,另可包含一標靶。 其中每±控器包括有一控制單元、一主控網路單元、 -記憶單元一指示單元一顯示單元及—收放音單元。 而控,單元係電連接主控網路單元、記憶單元、指示單元、 了進一步說明本創作的申請專利範圍。而有關本創作的設 计組件及架構流程,將在後續的說明與圖示加以闞述。 【實施方式】 首先’請參考圖1 ’係本創作一實施例之即時遙控對戰 遊戲裝置不意圖。如圖1所示,遊戲裝置包括一橋接器39〇、 多個主控器100、100a、l〇〇b、10(^及其分別對應的受控器 200、200a、200b、200c。在本實施例中,橋接器39〇係電 連接多個主控器100、100a、100b、100c及其對應的受控器 200、200a、200b、200c。在本實施例中,橋接器390係設 置於一標靶300上,當然,橋接器390亦可設置在某一主控 器或某一受控器上面,而與其他主控器及受控器進行連 結。主控器100、l〇〇a、100b、100c例如為智慧型手機或平 板電腦等可攜式電子裝置,用以分別對應遙控作為受控器 200、200a、200b、200c之遙控坦克或其他玩具,以遂行多 人對戰。當然’單一的主控器100與受控器200亦可透過橋 接器390的連接來進行單人練習。 再請同時參考圖2’係本創作一實施例之受控器架構 圖。受控器200係-由對應之主控器loo所控制。此外,受控 器200係包括有一控制模組202、一受控網路模組204、一記 憶模組206、一紅外線接收模組2〇8、一攝像模組210、一收 外線訊號,若有接收到红外線訊號,則代表受控器200遭受 到攻擊。在本實施例中,紅外線接收模組208為一環型結 構,且由多個紅外線接收器環設在旋轉砲塔207周圍。 故經控制模組202判讀由哪個紅外線接收器接收到訊 號即可了解其他受控器200a、200b、200c相對於受控器200 的角度。而將此資訊傳給主控器100便可使主控器100的顯 示單元110呈現更逼真的立體對戰動畫特效。在本實施例
