M378.564 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作是有關於一種無遮蔽電動載具之充電結構改良,尤 指一種可達到防水、防塵、防震固接及增加實用性之功效者。 【先前技術】 按’由於環保與節能減碳之全球趨勢,習用電動載具(例 如:電動腳踏車、電動摩托車…等)逐漸受到大眾之喜愛,習 用電動載具一般採用可重複進行充電之電池做為動力來源,帶 動馬達而驅使電動載具供駕驶者騎乘之用β 由於電動載具係採電能做為動力來源,業者因此亦設有可 對攜帶型電器進行充電之電源輸出接口;但是,由於習用之電 動載具所配設之電池對於保護其充電插接部位之結構設計較 為簡易,因此,當使用者騎乘該電動載具時,容易因為外部環 境之水、泥沙、灰塵…等髒污而沾染或破壞充電電池之插接部 位,使得充電電池插接攜帶型電器進行充電時,容易產生接觸 不良、短路、電力外漏或供電不穩等狀況產生,損壞充電中的 機帶型電器;更甚者’造成操作者人身之危險;此外,長途行 驶時’各易因載具車想震動,使充電中之插頭脫落,無法充分 元成充電之操作與功能,實有待改進之必要。 【新型内容】 本創作係一種無遮蔽電動載具之充電結構改良,包含—至 >具有車架、控制單元及電力單元之乘載機構而該電力單元 3 係固設有一接頭部;一可活動旋轉且水密蓋設於接頭部上之封 蓋’該封蓋上係具有一與接頭部側緣結合之連接部;以及一經 由接頭部與電力單元結合之轉接單元,該轉接單元包含有一與 接頭部活動結合之插接座、一活動旋轉且可穩固水密包覆插接 座與接頭部之旋轉套環、一與插接座電性連接之電力傳輸線及 至少一與電力傳輸線之另端電性連接之連接器 因此,本創作之主要目的係在於,除利用可旋轉水密之封 蓋於不充電時保護電力單元之接頭部外;於充電時,亦可利用 轉接單元之旋轉套環水密包覆插接座與接頭部之活動結合,並 可穩固其電性連接,作為外接電子設備之充電使用,而達到防 水、防塵、防震固接及增加實用性與功能性之功效。 本創作之另一目的係在於,藉由電力單元之電力供給,使 乘載機構控制單元兩側之包覆部内具有加熱功能,電動載具行 驶於較寒冷之季節或地區時,提供更舒適與更安全之駕駛條 件’而達到提昇無遮蔽電動載具之實用性與功能性之功效。 為達上述之目的,本創作係一種無遮蔽電動載具之充電結 構改良,其包含一提供充電電力之電力單元;一固設於電力單 元上之接頭部;一可活動旋轉且水密蓋設於接頭部上之封蓋, 該封蓋上係具有一與接頭部側緣結合之連接部;以及一經由接 頭部與電力單元結合之轉接單元,該轉接單元包含有一與接頭 部活動結合之插接座、一活動旋轉且穩固水密包覆插接座之旋 轉套環、一與插接座電性連接之電力傳輸線及至少一與電力傳 M378564 輸線之另端電性連接之連接器。 【實施方式】 請參閱『第-圖』所示,係本創作第一實施例之立禮外觀 不意圖。如圊所不:本創作係一種無遮蔽電動載具之充電結構 改良,其至少係由-乘載機構工、一封蓋2以及一轉接單元3 所構成。 上述之乘載機構1至少包含—車架丄i、—活動設於車架 ❿ 1 1上之控制單701 2及一設於車架1 1上且提供無遮蔽電 動載具行驶動力之電力單元1 5,電力私1 5上係設有-接 頭部151。 該封蓋2係活動蓋設於電力單元i 5之接頭部工51 上接頭》卩151之側緣接有一與封蓋2結合之連接部21, 平曰非使用充電功能時,該封蓋2係採水密旋轉蓋接於電力單 元15之接頭部151上。 _ 於充電時’轉接單元3係與電力單元工5電性連結,該轉 接單元包含有—可與接頭部151活動結合之插接座3工、一 活動旋轉且穩固水密包覆插接座31與接頭部!5丄之旋轉 套環3 1 1、一與插接座31電性連接之電力傳輸線312及 至少-與電力傳輸線312之另端電性連接之連接器3 2,而 該連接器32中係可設有一變磨器321。如是,藉由上述之 結構構成-新型的無遮蔽電動載具之充電結構改良。 請參閱『第二圖』所示,係為本創作第一實施例之使用狀 5 態示意圖。如圖所示:當本創作於充電使用時(請同時配合參 閱第一圖),封蓋2係先旋開脫離接頭部1 5 1,連接部2 1 使封蓋2垂掛於接頭部1 5 1周緣而不致遺失,使用者係可依 識別腳位輕易將插接座31與電力單元15之接頭部151 活動結合,再藉由轉動旋轉套環311使插接座31與接頭部 1 5 1穩固水密包覆,以確保電力單元1 5可藉由接頭部1 5 1正常輸出充電所需之電源,再將所需之攜帶式電子產品4與 轉接單元3之連接器3 2插接,而該連接器3 2中係可設有一 變壓器3 2 1,使電力單元15之電源輸出調整成適合攜帶型 電器充電或操作時之電壓,以達到增加本創作實用性之功效。 請參閱『第二圖』所示,係本創作第二實施例之立體外觀 示意圖。如圖所示:當本創作於使用時,為因應攜帶式電子產 品4外接電源插頭之規格,可將電力傳輸線3 i 2前端連接器 3 2内部之變壓器3 21配設於電力傳輸線3工2上,以增加 本創作之功能性。 再請參閱『第四圖』所示’係本創作第三實施例之立體外 觀不意圖。如圖所示:當本創作於使用時,除可為上述第一實 施例所提結構_之外,亦可於該電動載具i之㈣單元工2 兩側係可分別設有一包覆部1 2 1,且於該控制單元丄2進一 步設有加熱器1 6,而該轉接單元3之插接座3 i後側則設有 -可供加熱器1 6電性連接之插孔3 3,其中該加熱器丄^至 少包含有設於㈣單元12t之電阻161一與插接座。 上所設插孔3 3電性連接之插頭i 6 2、及_設於電阻工3 i 與插頭16 2間之開關部16 3。 當使用時,係將加熱器16之插頭16 2直接插設於插接 座31之插孔3 3中,並開啟該開關部工6 3,藉以由轉接單 疋3操取電力單元1 5中之電力,傳輸至加熱器1 6之電阻1 6 1上’並配合包覆部121使控制單元12之包覆部121 内產生熱度’以提供使用者於較低溫之季節或地區行駛電動載 具1外出,達到手部保暖之功效。 綜上所述,本創作無遮蔽電動載具之充電結構改良可有效 改善習用電動載具充電魏之之缺點,除可糊封蓋2保護電 力單元1 5之接頭部1 5 1外,亦可藉由轉動旋轉套環3 1 1 使插接座3 1與接頭部1 5 1穩固水密包覆,以供由接頭部1 5 1正常輸出外接電子設備充電所需之電源,而達到防水、防 塵、防震固接及增加功能性與實用性之功效,進而使本創作能 更符合使用者之所須,確已符合創作專利申請之要件,爰依法 提出專利申請。 惟以上所述者,僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,當不能以 此限定本創作實施之範圍;故,凡依本創作申請專利範圍及創 作說明書内容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本創作 專利涵蓋之範圍内。 【囷式簡單說明】 第一圖’係本創作第一實施例之立體外觀示意圖。 M378564 * 第二圖,係本創作第一實施例之使用狀態示意圖。 第三圖,係本創作第二實施例之使用狀態示意圖。 第四圖,係本創作第三實施例之立體外觀示意圖。 【主要元件符號說明】 1、乘載機構 2、封蓋 3、轉接單元 4、攜帶式電子產品 1 1、車架 1 2、控制單元 1 5、電力單元 16、加熱器 21、連接部 31、插接座 3 2、連接器 3 3、插孔 1 21、包覆部 151、接頭部 161、電阻 16 2、插頭 1 6 3、開關部 311、旋轉套環 312、電力傳輸線 3 21、變壓器
