M373296 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本新型是涉及一種多功能的汽車晝行燈。 【先前技術】 歐盟於2008年9月24日公告,要求自2011年2月7日 起’所有小轎車、小貨車的新車型,都必須配置「晝行燈自動 照明系統」,讓行進中的汽車更容易被看見,減少事故發生的 機率,以減少交通死亡事故,*其蹄車、巴棚是自觀 年8月7日起也須配備,在該法令推波助瀾下,勢必擴大 安裝晝行燈的需求。 ' 因此許多車廠也相繼投入研究,但目前大部分的車輛,還 是以開啟近光燈,當晝行燈使用,此舉雖然提高了安全性,卻 也導致需頻繁的更換光源、以及能源的浪費。 為了讓行車更加的安全,歐洲地區預計於2〇12年以歐 盟法規⑽R87),規範全部車種的新車,需安裝專屬晝行燈 (DRL’Daytime Running Light),不像加拿大法規,可容許以 近光燈代替晝行燈。 晝行燈(DRL)在車輛行驶中,將一直保持亮度,傳統的畫 行燈的耗電量’為使用頭燈的25〜30%,而led因為有著環保、 體積小、耗電量少、啟動快、壽命長等優點,於是LED光源其 所具備低功率消耗與長使用壽命的優點,成為目前最適合於畫 行燈之光源’成為業者近年來研發趨勢,若是使用led書行 燈,只需用到頭燈10%的耗電量。 考量行車的安全性及節能之需求趨勢’開發LED晝行燈成 為勢在必行的潮流’也是業者拓展市場的好機。 3 M373296 有鑑於此’有業者提出一新型LED晝行燈,如專利文獻工 所示為種車輛畫行燈結構,係於燈座内裝設電路基板,該 電路基板上包括-控制電路及與控制電路連接之哪發光 源,該控制電路並與車輛之供電系統及頭燈連接,以利用該控 制電路控繼LED發統在車輛電馳雌上駿未被開啟 的狀態下’始終保持發光之狀態;另,在LED航源前側設置 集光罩’且該集光罩在對絲—個LED發光源處均設有弧形之 集光面’並令集光罩的上、下端面呈平面設計,且與集光面銜 接,再於燈座的前侧結合燈罩。 專利文獻1 :國内專利公告M360804號「車輛晝行燈結 構」’西元2009年7月11日公告。 【新型内容】 一、所欲解決的問題點·· 前述專利文獻1存在著下列問題點: 1.前述專利文獻1中,只單純擁有一畫行燈的功能,不具 其他的發光用途,功能過於單一,且因為是一明顯、常亮的光 源’所以當安裝於車輛上時,會影響到其他指示燈的作用效 果,使其效果不明顯,產生一干擾現象。有鑑於此,如何讓畫 行燈具有其他用途、功用’並降低對其他指示燈的影響,便成 為本新型欲改進的目的之一。 2·對於後加裝此種專利文獻1之晝行燈的車輛,會增加一 定程度的耗電量(相较於原耗電量),對其車輛機電裝置,容易 產生一長期過载、或是電流不穩定的問題,影響車輛的使用壽 命’容易產生故障問題。有鑑於此,如何讓晝行燈對車輛機電 裝置的影響降低’穩定電流,便成為本新型欲改進的目的之二。 3·專利文獻1中,為使用LED作為發光源使用,其LED的 M373296 優點雖然4目前最適合做為晝行燈的光源,但是其缺點也 很月,那就疋散熱的問題,如果散熱不佳,就會有因操作溫 度過高而燒毀、因長期高溫而讓亮度下降、或是壽命不夠 長的問題。有鐘於此,良好的散熱設計,是使畫行燈能穩定工 作的重要雜,是LED顧於晝行燈的重點,但是受車輛構造 與成本上的考#’散難置靴太大,因此如何在各方考量 下,取得一平衡點,以提供最佳的散熱效果,達到延長使用壽 命、保持亮度的作用’便成為本新型欲改進的目的之三。 二、本新型的技術手段: 本新型目的在於提供一種能做為晝行燈、小燈、霧燈、或 方向燈使用,能提南行車安全的多功能晝行燈。 為解決前述問題及達到本新型的目的,本新型技術手段是 這樣實現的,為一種多功能晝行燈,其包括: 一月&與交通工具(M)結合、並一端設有一開口⑴)、另端 能散熱的殼體(1); —能將一使用或關閉小燈之訊號、傳遞至電路裝置 (5) 的小燈啟動線(55); 一能將一使用或關閉霧燈之訊號、傳 遞至電路裝置(5)的霧燈啟動線(56);以及一能將一使用或關 閉方向燈之訊號傳遞至電路裝置的方向燈啟動線(57),與 6 M373296 交通工具(Μ)電連接。 根據上述的多功能晝行燈,所述電路裝置(5)更設有一接 地線(58)、及一與交通工具(Μ)電連接、能供應發光裝置(4) 電力的電源供應線(59)。 二、對照先前技術之功效: 1·本新型中最大的特點之一就是,除了裝設有主LED(421) 外’更裝設有至少一個的副LED(422),透過副LED(422)的應 用,讓本新型能多出一方向燈的功能,因此,能增加使用車輛 • 的安全性’同時,更能避免掉指示燈被弱化、幹擾的問題,因 為在使用方向燈的功能時,也就是說副LED(422)發亮時,主 LED(421)能被關閉,讓會車或是其他車輛,明確的看到使用本 新型之車輛的動作、及要轉的方向,提高使用者的安全性,與 本新型的實用性。 2. 本新型中另一的特點就是,透過昇降壓控制IC(511)、 定電流輸出控制IC(512)、及功能判斷控制KX513)所組成的 控帝m路(51) ’能控制LED(421)產生亮度的變化,能擁有多 ·'段·A小的選擇,讓主頭421)能當作晝行燈、小燈(位置 燈)、或霧燈使用,與傳統晝行燈、專利文獻j的畫行燈,截 然不同。 3. 本新型中的特點三就是,透過控制電路(51)中的各ic 控制,能將電流穩定輸出,只透過電壓大小,來控制發光裝置 ⑷’為定電流㈣’與傳統晝行燈的定電壓_不同,能改 善傳統定電壓式LED過熱缺點,本新型發光襄置⑷中,不採 用=成過熱的電阻元件,使熱量降低,不僅壽命延長,亮度 =能得到提昇’相較於傳統定電壓式LED,更有壽命較長及光 焭度更亮的優點,因此,能減少散熱裝置的設置,並真正的避 7 M373296 免掉晝行燈,對後加裝車輛機電裝置,所有可能造成的傷害, 不影響車輛的壽命。 4.本新型中’透過门型支架(6)的使用,能以外掛的方式, 在不影響殼體(1)其散熱鰭片(12)散熱效果的狀態下,與交通 工具(M)結合,十分的方便,可以減少對後加裝車體的傷害。 5·本新型中,使用白光LED作為主LED(421)用,能符合 法規的規定需求,而副LED(422)的發光顏色,能配合消費者 的車輛,進行變動,能符合消費者的需求,增加使用的意願, 安襄後,不會顯得突兀。 6. 本新型中,透過數個不同功用的啟動線,來控制本新型 的運作,能避免訊號的幹擾與衝突,且當其中之一的功能有故 障時,能快速的找查,提高維修的效率。 7. 本新型中,透過電源供應線(59)與交通工具(M)電連 接,在父通工具(M)被啟動、而交通工具(M)的頭燈(L)沒開、 駕駛者未進一步操控的狀態下,能供應發光裝置(4)所需要的 電力,讓發光裝置(4)保持在始終發光的狀態下,達到自動照 明的效果,強制性的啟動,能確保駕駛人的安全。 【實施方式】 以下依據圖面所示的實施例詳細說明如後·· 如圖1所示為本新型的立體示意圖,如圖2所示為本新型的 立體分解不意圖,如圖3所示為本新型的立體部分刮面示意 圖,如圖4所示為本新型的電路方塊示意圖。 圖式中揭示出,為一種多功能晝行燈,其包括: 一能與交通工具(M)結合、並一端設有一開口(11)、另端 能散熱的殼體(1);
