M340000 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係提供一種旋渦式水燈蠟燭結構,尤指 一種兼具閃爍視覺及流體視覺觀賞之雙重趣味功效 的旋渦式水燈蠟燭結構,藉由主座體中設有令水燈 產生漩渦液動效果及具有發光元件的設計,達到上 述功效為目的者。 【先前技術】 按,一般在家中屋内除了有照亮大環境的燈具 之外,在客廳、臥房裡都可觀見檯燈與插電式小燭 臺的足跡,電燭臺主要照明小部分的局部空間或是 作為裝飾點綴,增加環境氣氛的一種照明手段,然 而,一般市售或可見的燭臺大都在外觀上做各種不 同式樣、款式,根據造型或材質而做變化,而其内 部的燈泡設計則由一般的燈泡、發光二極體(LED)到 省電燈管等等,但也僅能侷限在裝飾及照明的兩通 路來做更多的設計及變化,因此,燭檯的發展也就 被侷限,相對無法與大型燈具可做更多的空間變化 的優勢作抗衡。而上述具有裝飾、照明功能的燭臺 燈若能再結合其他的趣味性功效或突破外觀視覺的 優點,相信必定更受到大眾的青睞。 有鑑於此,本創作者藉由多年從事研究擺設、 吊掛燈飾品及愛好水燈產品之經驗,乃萌思設計一 種旋渦式水燈蠟燭結構,讓夜間視覺閃亮的功能與 漸層視覺的知效可共存使用,且經不斷試作及加以 5 M340000 改良,於是遂有本創作之產生。 【新型内容】 爰是,本創作係有關一種旋渦式水燈蠟燭結構, 其設有一主座體,且内置有以馬達動力驅動旋轉之 磁性件,而於主座體開口端處置設一具有中空容室 的水燈座,而水燈座底部設有一對應磁性件活動旋 轉的磁動件及一發光組,續中空容室端口組設有閃 爍照明的發光元件,俾以利用旋轉的磁性件以磁極 丨變換帶動磁動件轉動,讓水燈内的液體產生璇渦式 及炫光的流動效果,同時,中空容室上的發光元件 具設有閃爍夜燈功能,藉由上述,使水燈蠟燭兼具 有閃爍視覺及流體視覺觀賞之雙重趣味功效者。 【實施方式】 有關本創作藉以達致上述目的之技術手段,茲 舉較佳可行實施於下文做一詳細之說明,首先將圖 式及其圖式中之參照號數說明,俾使審查委員有一 丨具體且充分瞭解本創作之產生。 首先,請參閱第一圖所示,係本創作旋渦式水 燈蠟燭結構之立體外觀分解示意圖,該水燈蠟燭A 主要包含有: 一主座體1,為具設有開口端1 1之中空座體。 一動力馬達2,其對應組設於主座體1内,且 動力馬達2之軸端組設一磁性件21。 一發光組3,其係發光二極體(俗稱LED燈)對 應環設於主座體1開口端11周緣處。 6 M340000 - 一透光水燈座4,為一透光立體透明造型中央 具有一中空容室4 1,而外部包覆有流動液體之座 體,於中空容室41設有一連接管42貫通水燈且 對應主座體1開口端1 1,且流動液體内可添加有 党片、亮粉,整體係對應嵌設結合在主座體1開口 端1 1及發光組3上方,且底部設有一磁動件4 3 對應於磁性件2 1處。 一發光元件5,其對應組設於透光水燈座4中 鲁 工各至41之開口端41 1處’可經由連接管4 2 與動力馬達2接觸導通電源而產生亮光者。 請繼續參閱第二圖所示,係本創作旋渦式水燈 蠟燭結構之剖視示意圖,該水燈蠟燭A於使用時, 其係先將主座體1内之動力馬達2與電源接觸導 通,使其具有電力進而令動力馬達2轉動而吸附驅 動磁性件2 1旋轉,同時該電力也供應發光組3產 生亮光,續當磁性件2 1轉動時,其利用磁性的原 _ 理,使位於透光水燈座4内相對應的磁動件4 3產 生旋轉動作,且轉動的現象即帶動透光水燈座4内 液體呈漩渦式液動且配合發光組3的亮光照射而更 、 為炫麗,同時經由此漩渦式流動的效果可讓液體内 添加的亮片、亮粉隨之浮動游移,如此,可產生既 炫麗又有趣的旋渦式水燈;另,在透光水燈座4内 的磁動件4 3上延伸可設有導流的鰭片4 3 1,係 可讓内部液體流動更為顯著,產生更明顯耀眼的漩 渦式液動現象。 接續,在上述動力馬達2導通電源時,其發光 7 M340000 元件5亦隨之具有照明的閃爍發光現象,使其發光 兀件5在中空容室4 1開口端4 1 1處產生閃爍光 源近似於蠛燭功效,同時該中空容室4 1内層可上 色層,以遮蔽中空内部連接至發光元件5之線材, 更使光源由透光水燈座4散出同時可漸層照明功用 的光線免度’而該發光元件5亦可為—般燈泡或發 光-極體,同時發光元件5亦可為關燈泡(為一 般業界所稱之火焰泡),其係具有—閃—_亮光效 果,更使整體動作近似於蠟燭之表現者。 晴再參閱第三圖所示,於該透光水燈座3對應 之發光二極體的發光元件5處可設有一火焰造型燈 罩6 ’而燈罩6 Si應套設在發光二極體外部刻意營 造出-躐燭的火_造型,發光二極體使其整體更 具美觀之蠟燭表現。 細上所述,我們由本創作漩渦式水燈蠟燭結構
之各構件組成與使用實施說明可知,具有下列幾項 優點,詳細說明如下: 、 1 ·本創作璇渦式水燈_結構,#由主座體内t 有動力馬達驅動磁性件來帶動磁動件產生透光^ 燈座内部朗式的液體流動,而能呈現漸層亮I 有趣的蝶燭燈座者。
