M244749 五、創作說明（2) " "' ----- 子之糖果主要包含有上層體1、下層體2及轉印紙3。 人其中位於底部之下層體2可為透明或是不透明之可食 用艮材所製成，其可以為糖果、餅乾、豆乾...等等食品 構成’在下層體2表面上可以利用薄膜式轉印紙3將印有圖 樣文子31或是具有色彩、圖片、圖樣、節曰標示、文 子、符说、照片、名片· ··等等，轉印紙3將其轉印沾黏於 下層體2表面上方（參第三圖所示），之後在灌注上一層透 明之上層體1，以將轉印紙3包覆於上層體1及下層體2之 間； 當然轉印紙3所印製之圖樣、文字3 1亦為可食用性油墨， 因此可以連同上層體1及下層體2 一起食用。 藉由呈透明之上層體1能便於直接透視夾置於中間之 轉印紙3 ’因此可以藉由此一轉印紙3達到宣傳、廣告、趣 味之使用效果。 綜上所陳，本創作之内具圖樣、文字之糖果，藉由利 用轉印技術將糖果内設置有圖樣、文字等式樣，且該轉印 紙可具有色彩、圖片、圖樣、照片、名片…·等等，均可 以結合於糖果之中，達到一種宣傳、標示之目的，以增進 糖果的趣味性與實用價值者。 五、《圖式簡單說明》 第一圖所示係本創作之外觀立體圖。 第二圖所示係本創作之分解立體圖。 第三圖所示係本創作轉印紙印製於下層體之使用狀態示意 圖〇M244749 V.
