M240228 五、申請專利範圍 1. 一種注射針防護結構,其包括: 一套筒,前端具一筒口,内部則為中空之套室,内壁 面上對向設置一對塞槽,並可容置一塞塊,且塞槽外側亦 即較遠離筒口處,亦對向設置一對扣槽,而其外側則開具 一止槽,且止槽與筒口間對向内壁各設一段槽道; 一針座,由一注射針與固定且連通針孔之座體組成, 該座體可為藥液筒所結合,對應於塞槽處則設置座槽,且 具一扣榫,其斷面對應於扣槽及止槽; 俾針座罝入套筒時扣塊抵頂塞槽與座槽,且扣榫落入 扣槽而為固定;唯座體連結藥液筒後可旋轉使扣榫落入槽 道而向前移動使針頭自筒口外露以汲取藥液,而於注射後 向後退回時,扣榫可卡扣於止槽而為定位者。 2 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之注射針防護結構,其 中之扣槽、止槽與塞槽外設於同一直線者。 3 .如申請專利範圍第1項所述之注射針防護結構,其 中止槽與槽道為同一直線者。
