Abstract

This invention relates to an elastic support piece and a waist protector having the same. The elastic support piece is intended for use in a waist protector and includes a main body. The main body is defined with a substantially vertical first direction and a second direction. The waist protector extends along the first direction. The main body comprises multiple V-shaped elastic elements, each of which consists of a connecting portion and two legs extending from the connecting portion. The legs of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic elements along the first direction are connected, and the connecting portions of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic elements along the second direction are connected. This allows the main body to elastically recover and compress along the first direction.

Description

Elastic support sheet and waist protector including the same

The present invention relates to an elastic supporting sheet and a waist protector including the same, and in particular to an elastic supporting sheet for waist protection and a technical structure improvement of the waist protector including the same.

According to the description, a waist brace is a kind of protective gear that is used to wrap around the human waist and support the waist. It can be used by athletes or people with waist injuries. The existing waist brace includes a soft support belt and a hard support plate. The belt is used to fix the waist brace to the human body, and the support plate is mostly attached to the front or back waist to support the waist to prevent bending. However, due to the different body shapes of each user, the size and curvature of the support plate of the conventional waist brace cannot match the body shape of each user, so the universality is poor, and there is a shortcoming that needs to be improved urgently.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced elastic support sheet and a waist protector including the same to solve the above-mentioned problems.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide an elastic support sheet and a waist protector including the same, wherein the elastic support sheet can be elastically stretched according to the waist shape of different users to match the waist shape of different users, thereby improving the supporting effect.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention provides an elastic support sheet, which is provided on a waist protector and includes a body. The body defines a first direction and a second direction which are substantially perpendicular to each other, and the waist protector extends along the first direction. The body includes a plurality of V-shaped elastic members, each of which includes a connecting portion and two pins extending from the connecting portion. The pins of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic members along the first direction are connected, and the connecting portions of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic members along the second direction are connected, so that the body can be elastically compressed along the first direction in an elastically restorable manner.

To achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention further provides a waist protector, comprising an elastic support sheet as described above, and further comprising two belt bodies and two adjustment parts. One end of the two belt bodies is detachably coupled. The two adjustment parts are connected to two opposite ends of the body along the first direction, and the two adjustment parts are further connected to the two belt bodies. The two adjustment parts can be selectively moved to adjust the radial circumference size of the waist protector.

The following examples are merely used to illustrate possible implementations of the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present invention, so it should be noted in advance.

Please refer to Figures 1 to 4, which show the first preferred embodiment of the present invention. The elastic support sheet of the present invention is provided on a waist protector 9, which includes a body 1.

The main body 1 defines a first direction 11 and a second direction 12 which are substantially perpendicular to each other. The waist protector 9 extends along the first direction 11. The main body 1 includes a plurality of V-shaped elastic parts 13. Each of the V-shaped elastic parts 13 includes a connecting portion 131 and two pins 132 extending from the connecting portion 131. The pins 132 of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic parts 13 along the first direction 11 are connected, and the connecting portions 131 of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic parts 13 along the second direction 12 are connected, so that the main body 1 can be elastically compressed along the first direction 11 in an elastically restorable manner.

The waist protector 9 includes two adjustment parts 91 connected to two opposite ends of the main body 1 along the first direction 11. The two adjustment parts 91 can be selectively moved to adjust the radial circumference of the waist protector 9. In this way, when the two adjustment parts 91 are close to each other to shrink the waist protector 9 and tighten the waist of the user, the main body 1 can be elastically compressed along the first direction 11 to deform radially according to the size and shape of the waist of the user. In this way, the main body 1 can be smoothly attached to the waist of the user to effectively achieve a supporting effect.

In this embodiment, the two adjustment parts 91 are respectively provided with a plurality of winding structures 92, and the winding structures 92 are wound with at least one wire body 93 (plural in this embodiment). By pulling the wire bodies 93, the two adjustment parts 91 can be brought closer to each other, so that the waist protector 9 can achieve a tightening effect.

The waist protector 9 includes two straps 94, one end of each of the two straps 94 is provided with the two adjustment parts 91, and the other ends of the two straps 94 are detachably coupled to each other, so that the waist protector 9 can be wrapped around the human body by the detachable coupling of the two straps 94.

Preferably, the main body 1 is provided with a side frame 14 at both ends along the first direction 11, and the two side frames 14 are respectively connected to the parts of the V-shaped elastic members 13 located at both ends of the first direction 11, and the two side frames 14 are connected to the waist protector 9. The two side frames 14 are generally parallel to the second direction 12. In this way, the two side frames 14 can provide supporting force in the second direction 12 to support the back of the human body.

Furthermore, each of the adjustment parts 91 further includes at least one coupling member 95 (plural in this embodiment), each of the coupling members 95 is sleeved on one of the side frames 14 to connect the adjustment part 91 with the main body 1. In this embodiment, each of the coupling members 95 is a Velcro strap to facilitate disassembly. It should be noted that in this embodiment, after the main body 1 is coupled with the coupling members 95 disposed on the two adjustment parts 91, the adjustment part 91 is further connected to the two straps 94 (such as Velcro). In other embodiments, the two ends of the main body can be fixed to a connecting member and then connected to the two adjustment parts 91.

In addition, the angle between the two pins 132 of each V-shaped elastic member 13 is a sharp angle, and the body 1 is formed by 3D printing or injection molding. Any two V-shaped elastic members 13 adjacent to each other along the second direction 12 are upside down and connected to form an X-shaped structure 2, so that the X-shaped structures 2 can be smoothly elastically compressed in the first direction 11 and have better structural support strength in the second direction 12. Preferably, each pin 132 is provided with a hollow portion 133, and each hollow portion 133 extends along the extension direction of the pin 132, so as to achieve a lightweight effect. Preferably, the main body 1 defines a center line 15, which is centered and extends along the second direction 12, and the thickness of the pins 132 adjacent to the center line 15 along the first direction 11 is greater than the thickness of the remaining pins 132, thereby enhancing the structural strength of the main body 1 adjacent to the center line 15.

The present invention further provides a waist protector 9, comprising an elastic support sheet as described above, and further comprising two belt bodies 94 and two adjustment parts 91. One end of the two belt bodies 94 is detachably coupled. The two adjustment parts 91 are connected to two opposite ends of the main body 1 along the first direction 11, and the two adjustment parts 91 are further connected to the two belt bodies 94. The two adjustment parts 91 can selectively move relative to each other to adjust the radial circumference of the waist protector 9. Thus, when the waist protector 9 is tightened around the user's waist, the main body 1 can be elastically compressed along the first direction 11 to deform radially in accordance with the size and shape of the user's waist, so that the main body 1 can be smoothly attached to the user's waist to effectively achieve a supporting effect.

Please refer to Figures 5 to 9. In the second embodiment of the present invention, the X-shaped structures of the main body 1A adjacent to the center line 15 are provided with a first conductor block 16. Each of the first conductor blocks 16 is penetrated by a first through hole 161 along the first direction. The first through holes 161 are respectively provided for at least one wire body to pass through, so as to achieve the effect of straightening the wires, and also enable the at least one wire body to be close to the main body 1A.

Among them, the two side frames 14A are respectively provided with a plurality of winding structures 92A, and the winding structures 92A are wound with at least one wire body. Each of the winding structures 92A is a semicircular hollow block. Each of the winding structures 92A is respectively provided with a first threading hole 921A at both ends along the second direction, and each of the winding structures 92A is further provided with a second threading hole 922A on one side facing outward along the first direction. The two first threading holes 921A and the second threading hole 922A are used for winding the wire body.

Preferably, each side frame 14A is further provided with a second conductor block 17, and the second conductor block 17 of each side frame 14A is centered on the winding structures 92A along the second direction. Each second conductor block 17 is penetrated by a second through hole 171 along the first direction, and the two second through holes 171 are used for the wire body to pass through so as to extend outward and wrap around the belt body.

Referring to FIGS. 10 to 12 , in the third embodiment of the present invention, the two side frames 14B of the main body 1B are respectively provided with a plurality of winding structures 92B, each of which is a circular hollow block, and the outer peripheral wall of the winding structure 92B is provided with a plurality of third threading holes 923B, and one side of the winding structure 92B is provided with a receiving groove 924B, and the receiving groove 924B receives a winding drum 925B, and the receiving groove 924B receives a winding drum 925B. The bottom of the groove 924B is convexly provided with a protruding column 926B, and the cable drum 925B is rotatably mounted on the protruding column 926B, so that the cable drum 925B can be stably rotated in the accommodating groove 924B and the cable body can be wound around, and the third threading holes 923B are used for the cable body to pass through. This structure can make the cable body easier to pull, and the cable drum 925B can reduce the friction of the cable body, which is more convenient to use.

Claims (10)

An elastic support sheet is provided for a waist protector, comprising: a body, defining a first direction and a second direction which are substantially perpendicular to each other, the waist protector extending along the first direction, the body comprising a plurality of V-shaped elastic members, each of the V-shaped elastic members comprising a connecting portion and two pins extending from the connecting portion, the pins of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic members along the first direction are connected, and the pins of any two adjacent V-shaped elastic members along the second direction are connected. The connecting parts of the V-shaped elastic member are connected, so that the body can be elastically compressed along the first direction in an elastic manner; each of the pins is provided with a hollow portion, and each of the hollow portions extends along the extension direction of the pin. The body defines a center line, which is centered and extends along the second direction. The thickness of the pins adjacent to the center line along the first direction is greater than the thickness of the remaining pins. The elastic support sheet as described in claim 1, wherein the waist protector includes two adjustment parts, the two adjustment parts are connected to the two opposite ends of the main body along the first direction, and the two adjustment parts can be selectively moved to adjust the radial circumference size of the waist protector. As described in claim 2, the elastic support sheet, wherein the two adjustment parts are respectively provided with a plurality of winding structures, the winding structures are wound with at least one wire body, the waist protector includes two belt bodies, one end of the two belt bodies is respectively provided with the two adjustment parts, and the other ends of the two belt bodies are detachably connected. The elastic support sheet as described in claim 2, wherein the main body is provided with a side frame at both ends along the first direction, the two side frames are respectively connected to the parts of the V-shaped elastic members located at both ends of the first direction, the two side frames are connected to the waist protector, and each of the adjustment parts further includes at least one coupling member, and each of the coupling members is sleeved on one of the side frames. As described in claim 1, the elastic support sheet, wherein the angle between the two pins of each V-shaped elastic member is a sharp angle, and any two adjacent V-shaped elastic members along the second direction are vertically opposite and connected to form an X-shaped structure. As described in claim 5, the elastic support sheet, wherein the X-shaped structures of the main body adjacent to the center line are provided with a first conductive block, and each of the first conductive blocks is provided with a first through hole along the first direction. As described in claim 4, the two side frames are respectively provided with a plurality of winding structures, the winding structures are wound with at least one wire body, each of the winding structures is a semicircular hollow block, each of the winding structures is respectively provided with a first threading hole at both ends along the second direction, and each of the winding structures is further provided with a second threading hole along one side facing outward along the first direction, and the two first threading holes and the second threading hole are connected. As described in claim 7, the elastic support sheet, wherein each of the side frames is further provided with a second conductor block, the second conductor block of each of the side frames is centered on the winding structures along the second direction, and each of the second conductor blocks is penetrated with a second through hole along the first direction. As described in claim 4, the two side frames are respectively provided with a plurality of winding structures, each of which is a circular hollow block, and the outer peripheral wall of the winding structure is provided with a plurality of third threading holes, and one side of the winding structure is provided with a receiving groove, and the receiving groove accommodates a winding drum, and the bottom of the receiving groove is provided with a protruding column, and the winding drum can be rotatably sleeved on the protruding column. A waist protector, comprising an elastic support sheet as described in any one of claims 1 to 9, and further comprising: two straps, one end of which is detachably coupled to each other; two adjustment parts, which are connected to the two opposite ends of the body along the first direction, and are further connected to the two straps, and the two adjustment parts can be selectively moved to adjust the radial circumference of the waist protector.
