Abstract

According to various example embodiments of the present disclosure, a method of providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service may include acquiring item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service, identifying, based on the item rental contract list information, identification information of one or more items being rented and rental contract details information, providing, on a first page, information on an individual item and information on accessories of the individual item corresponding to the identification information of one or more items being rented, and management service-related information corresponding to the rental contract details information, identifying a first user input to one of the one or more items being rented, and providing a rental details information page in response to the first user input.

Description

Method for providing information about item rental services and electronic device using the same

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for providing information about item rental services and an electronic device using the same.

With the development of devices such as smartphones, the number of users using e-commerce service platforms is increasing. Specifically, as the main shopping platform for offline transactions has changed to online, more and more items have been purchased from e-commerce service platforms.

Recently, a consumption pattern of users of e-commerce service platforms has led to the rental and purchase of items. Specifically, a rental service in which a user can use an item within a specific period of time and return the item may require a method for continuously providing information for item management.

In this regard, reference may be made to, for example, the prior document Korean Patent Application Publication No. 10-2006-0007603, but it does not disclose a method of providing management service information on rental items.

[Technical objectives]

The present invention is proposed to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the present invention provides a method for providing management service status information about a rental item for which a user has signed a contract on a page in an item rental service and an electronic device using the method.

The present invention will also provide information suitable for the use of the rented item when the rented item is used based on the management service information or the information of the related accessories set for an individual item for continuous management of the rented item.

The technical tasks to be achieved by the present invention are not limited to the technical problems described above, and other technical tasks can be inferred from the following exemplary embodiments. [Technical Solution]

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service is provided, the method comprising: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service; based on the item rental contract list information, identifying identification information and rental contract details of one or more rented items; in a first A page is provided that provides information about an individual item and information about accessories of the individual item corresponding to the identification information of the one or more rented items, and management service-related information corresponding to the rental contract detail information; identifies a first user input for one of the one or more rented items; and provides a rental detail information page in response to the first user input.

A method for providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention can provide necessary information to a user of an item rental service at a predetermined time period according to a management service procedure set for an individual item based on the rental contract list information of the user.

An electronic device according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention can deliver accessories for an item rental service, allowing a user to manage a rental item by himself without the need for management by a visiting staff, and providing a separate accessory sales page where the user can purchase the accessory at an appropriate time.

Furthermore, a method for providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention may provide a rental information detail page so that a user using an item rental service can easily identify at a glance the current management status of a rented item and therefore various information about a rental contract.

When considering the functions obtained according to the present invention, the terms used in the exemplary embodiments are selected from the currently widely used general terms as much as possible, but based on the intention, habit, emergence of new technology or the like of those familiar with this technology, these terms can be replaced by other terms. In addition, in a specific case, the terms arbitrarily selected by the applicant of the present invention can be used. In this case, the meaning of these terms can be described in the corresponding description part of the present invention. Therefore, it should be noted that the terms used in this article should be interpreted based on their actual meanings and the entire content of this specification, rather than simply based on the name of the term.

Throughout the specification, when an element is referred to as "comprising" or "including" another element, the element should not be understood to exclude other elements, as long as there is no special conflict description, and the element may include at least one other element. In addition, for example, the terms "unit" and "module" may refer to a component that performs at least one function or operation, and may be implemented in hardware or software, or may be implemented by a combination of hardware and software.

The "terminal" mentioned below may be implemented as a computer or a portable terminal capable of accessing a server or another terminal through a network. Here, the computer may include, for example, a laptop, a desktop, and a notebook equipped with a web browser. The portable terminal may be a wireless communication device that ensures portability and mobility, and includes any type of handheld wireless communication device, such as a tablet PC, a smart phone, a terminal based on communication such as International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA), and Long Term Evolution (LTE).

The following will describe in full detail exemplary embodiments of the present invention, which are suitable for implementation by those skilled in the art with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention can be implemented in a variety of different forms and is therefore not limited to the embodiments to be described herein.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a device for providing an item rental service according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

1 , an electronic device 100 and an external device 200 can each exchange data with different nodes, and the nodes can be connected via a network.

The electronic device 100 may be a device related to an item rental service. The item rental service may be a platform that provides rental when selling a predetermined item, and the platform that provides the service may be an e-commerce platform. The electronic device 100 may include a device that manages and operates an item rental service platform as a whole, and may be an item rental and sales service server.

The electronic device 100 may include (but not limited to) a processor, a transceiver, and a memory as internal components. The processor of the electronic device 100 may process a series of steps for executing a method for providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention. The processor may control other components of the electronic device 100.

The transceiver of the electronic device 100 may perform a function of transmitting information stored in the memory of the electronic device 100 or information processed by the processor to other devices, or a function of receiving information from other devices to the electronic device 100. As an example, the electronic device 100 may exchange information with the external device 200 through the transceiver.

The electronic device 100 can implement a method of renting an item by directly purchasing an item itself and renting the item to a user, or arranging a method of renting an item from an external rental company. As an example, the electronic device 100 can directly purchase an item, check the inventory of the item and accessories, and provide the user with rental and a management service program. As another example, the electronic device 100 can rent an item from an external rental company to a user and the external rental company can provide the user with management service record information and a management service program.

The storage of the electronic device 100 is a data structure implemented in a predetermined storage space of the electronic device 100, and can freely perform functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing, or adding data. As an example, the storage may include fields or components for processing functions such as storing, searching, deleting, editing, or adding data. The storage may be provided in a separate cloud server or database server. The electronic device 100 can obtain and identify data provided by the item rental service from the storage.

The electronic device 100 can load information about an account of a user who uses a service after subscribing from the memory. As an example, the information about a user's account can include information about a list of rental contracts signed according to the user's account. The electronic device 100 can manualize information about an individual management service program for an item that can be rented under an item rental service and store the information in the memory. As an example, when a rental contract is signed for a "water purifier" by a specific user, the electronic device 100 can store manualized information about a management service program about a "filter replacement cycle" used for regular management of the "water purifier" in the memory. In addition, the electronic device 100 may load information about the management service program of the individual rental items stored in the memory.

Specifically, the electronic device 100 can load manualized information about an individual management service program from the storage depending on the type of the individual rental item. As an example, the electronic device 100 can identify information about the management service program of the individual item contained in the information about a list of rental contracts signed by each user who uses the service. The electronic device 100 can identify identification information about an item based on information about a rental contract list for individual users who use the rental service. The identification information about an item includes information by which a user can confirm to which category an item rented by the user through a signed rental contract belongs. In addition, the identification information about an item includes information about accessories of the item. The electronic device 100 can identify a management service program of the item and information about accessories required for a management service based on the identification information of the item.

The external device 200 may include a device connected to the electronic device 100 through a network via an internal communication module or a transceiver. As an example, the external device 200 may be a device implemented as a database server (including a storage). Specifically, the database server may be a server that stores information about the collection location of an item according to the cancellation of a contract or the termination of the use of a rental item. As another example, the external device 200 may include a terminal of a user who uses the rental item service.

FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a method of providing information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

2 , an electronic device (eg, the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide information on at least one rental item included in item rental contract list information to a user who uses an item rental service.

In operation S210, the electronic device may obtain item rental contract list information. The item rental contract list information may include rental contract information about at least one rental item. As an example, when a first user signs a rental contract for a first water purifier and a first air purifier, the electronic device may obtain the rental contract information about the first water purifier and the rental contract information about the first air purifier signed by the first user.

According to various exemplary embodiments, item rental contract information may include identification information about an item subject to a rental contract and rental contract detail information. As an example, the identification information about an item may include information such as a category of the item, a location of a delivery fulfillment center, and a location of a collection fulfillment center. Specifically, the identification information about an item may be used to identify information about a management service program for managing the item during a rental period. The electronic device may execute a management service program for the item during a rental contract period of a user based on the identification information about the item. As another example, the lease contract detail information may include a scheduled visit date for the leased item, a record of the management service performed, payment information, contract information, and a scheduled delivery date. The electronic device may provide management service-related information based on the lease contract detail information. The management service-related information may be information showing a current management service phase of the leased item. As an example, if the current management service phase of the first water purifier for which the first user has signed a lease contract is a "filter replacement", the electronic device may provide management service-related information as "a manager's scheduled visit date, the purpose of the visit", or as "a scheduled delivery date for accessories, information about the accessories". Such management service related information is provided on the first page and will be described in detail in the example of Figure 3.

In operation S220, the electronic device may identify identification information and rental contract details about an item. The electronic device may identify information about at least one rental contract included in an item rental contract list. Information that can be identified based on the rental contract information may include identification information and rental contract details about one or more rented items. When obtaining information about an item rental contract list for an individual user, the electronic device may identify information about an overall management service for a rental item, which is included in the identification information and detailed information of an individual item included in the information about an item rental contract list. The identification information about the item may include information about a category of the item and the accessories of the item. The rental contract details information may include management service record information of a rented item. Specifically, the management service related information provided on a first page through the rental contract details information may include information about the current management service stage of the rented item. This will be explained with reference to FIG. 3.

In operation S230, the electronic device may recognize a user input for a rented item. The user input may be an input through a user's terminal (e.g., external device 200 of FIG. 1 ). Upon obtaining the user input, the electronic device may execute a program corresponding to the input. The user input recognized in operation S230 may correspond to a first user input. The first user input may be an input for selecting one of the rented one or more items. The electronic device may recognize the first user input for one of the rented one or more items displayed on the first page. The first user input may be an input for moving from the first page to a rental detail information page to identify rental detail information about the selected item. The first page may correspond to a page shown in FIG. 3 .

In operation S240, the electronic device may provide a rental detail information page in response to a user input. The rental detail information page may correspond to a second page. On the rental detail information page, the electronic device may provide name information, image information, color information, brand information, management service detail information, cash points information, payment information, contract information, cancellation information, and the like of an item subject to a rental contract. Specifically, the rental detail information page may be a page on which a user can identify overall information (such as a contract, management services, and cancellation) of an individual item that is rented. The rental detail information page will be described with reference to FIG. 5.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an exemplary page displaying lease contract list information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

3, a first page 300 may be a page for identifying overall information about at least one rental item of a user using an item rental service. That is, an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1) may provide the user with information about an item for which a rental contract has been signed on the first page 300.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide rental status information 311 and cancellation/termination record information 312 in the constituent columns of the first page 300. The rental status information 311 may include information about an item currently being rented by the user. The cancellation/termination record information 312 may include information about an item for which the user has canceled or terminated the rental service. In response to an input to a respective column, the electronic device may provide information 320 corresponding to the corresponding column to the first page 300. The example of FIG. 3 will be described based on information corresponding to an input to the rental status information 311.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide information 321, 322 about individual items being rented by a user. Information 321, 322 about individual items may be divided and provided for each item. Furthermore, the electronic device may identify a management type of an individual item based on identification information of the individual item. Management types include a first type and a second type. The first type includes an access management type (e.g., access type) in which management regarding replacement of an individual item and accessories is performed by an access staff member. The second type includes a self-management type (e.g., self type) in which management regarding replacement of an individual item and accessories is performed by the user himself. In response to the management type being identified, the electronic device may provide management type information 333, 343 about the individual item.

3 , the electronic device may construct and provide information 321, 322 about individual items differently based on management type information 333, 343. As an example, the electronic device may provide access staff information 334, scheduled access date information 335, access purpose information 336, access date change column information 337, and access staff contact column information 339 for an item (e.g., a water purifier) corresponding to the management type information 333 associated with the access management type. For another example, the electronic device may provide delivered accessory information 344, scheduled delivery date information 345, accessory information 346, and delivery date change field information 347 for an item (e.g., air purifier) corresponding to management type information 343 associated with the self-management type. That is, depending on the management type information 333, 334, the information 321, 322 about the individual rented items may include different information.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide management service related information for an individual item. The management service related information may include current management status information of an individual item (e.g., current management service stage information). As an example, the current management status information may be information indicating a current management service stage of the individual item, such as management type information 333, 343, scheduled access date information 335, and scheduled delivery date information 345. The user may identify the current management status of an individual item rented on the first page 300.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device can identify the scheduled accessory replacement status information about an individual item corresponding to the current management status information. The scheduled accessory replacement status information can be information about the accessory replacement of the individual item represented by a text or a text and an image, such as the access purpose information 336 and the accessory information 346. The electronic device can provide a sales detail page about the accessory based on the scheduled accessory replacement status information. When an input of the access purpose information 336 or the accessory information 346 is obtained, the electronic device can provide a sales detail page of the corresponding accessory to the user.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide the first page 300 with the name information 330, image information 331 of the rented individual item, and the user's rental membership usage information 332. The electronic device may identify the name information 330 and image information 331 of the individual item based on the identification information of the individual item.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may provide a selection area 340 for providing a rental detail information page. As shown in FIG. 3 , the selection area 340 may be provided for each individual rental item. The electronic device may provide an after-sales service (A/S, e.g., customer service) request field information 338 for each individual rental item. In response to an input to the A/S request field information 338, the electronic device may provide an A/S request page.

According to various exemplary embodiments, information based on the lease contract list information provided by the electronic device may be provided on the first page 300, but is not limited to the example of FIG. 3 .

FIG. 4 is a flow chart showing the provision of a sales page for an accessory according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

4 , an electronic device (eg, the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may additionally provide a sales page for accessories of an individual item that is rented.

In operation S410, the electronic device may recognize a user input for information about accessories of a particular item. The user input may be in response to a selection input of the access purpose information 336 or the accessory information 346 of FIG. 3. Accessories may be sold in the item rental service.

In operation S420, the electronic device may provide a sales page for the accessory in response to the user input. The user may directly purchase the accessory on the sales page for the accessory. When the electronic device provides the sales page for the accessory, additional sales profit from the item rental service may be increased.

The electronic device may provide item sales page header information, sales page header information about different accessories of an item, and different item sales page header information in a sales page about an accessory. As an example, the item sales page header information may be information that briefly displays an image, name, price, and the like of an item so as to move to the sales page of the item to which the accessory is coupled. In response to input of the item sales page header information, the electronic device may provide an item sales page. The item sales page may be a page where the item can be sold or rented. As another example, sales page header information about different accessories of an item may be information that is displayed so as to move to a sales page of an accessory that is different from the accessory on the current sales page of the accessory. When the accessory on the current sales page of the accessory is a "cassette", the different accessory may be a "filter". As another example, the different item sales page header information may be information displayed to move to a sales page of an item different from the rented item. When an item is a "water purifier", the different item may be an "air purifier". The electronic device may provide the sales page header information of different items to induce the sale or rental of an item different from the rented item.

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of a lease detail information page according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

5 , an electronic device (eg, electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a rental detail information page 500 in response to a first user input. The rental detail information page 500 may be a second page.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide management service record information 510, cash points information 520, payment information 530, contract information 540, and cancellation information 550 for the rental details information page 500.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the management service record information 510 may include information about a usage start date of a rental item, information about a scheduled replacement date of an accessory, information about a usage end date of the item, and information about a scheduled cleaning date of the accessory. The electronic device may identify the management service record information 510 based on the identification information of the individual item. The electronic device may list the management service record information 510 in chronological order. For example, the electronic device may list individual management service records according to individual management service dates with a timeline. This will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 6.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the cash points information 520 includes information about cash points obtained according to the conclusion of a rental contract for a rental item and the replacement or purchase of accessories. The cash points include points that can be used for rental or purchase in the rental service. More details about the cash points information 520 are explained with reference to the examples shown in Figures 9A and 9B.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the payment information 530 may include payment information when signing a lease contract. Depending on a unit of a lease payment period, the payment information 530 includes payment amount information, payment option information, payment date (e.g., settlement date) information, and information on changes to a payment option.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the contract information 540 may include information of a lease contract. More details about the contract information 540 are described with reference to the example of FIG. 12 .

According to an exemplary embodiment, the cancellation information 550 includes cancellation field information for canceling the lease contract. Upon obtaining an input to the cancellation information 550, the electronic device may provide a page about lease cancellation. The input to the cancellation information 550 may correspond to a third user input. More details about the cancellation information 550 are described with reference to the example of FIG. 11.

FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of management service record information regarding an individual item that is rented according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

6, an electronic device (eg, the electronic device 100 of FIG. 1) may provide management service record information 510 in chronological order using a timeline. The management service record information 510 may be information for identifying an execution record of a rental item management service program.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device can identify the current management service status corresponding to a rental item through the manualized management service procedure information. The management service record information 510 includes service date information 610, and the service date information 610 is divided into individual management service date information 611, 612, 613. The electronic device can provide management service procedure information 620 corresponding to the service date information 610, and the management service procedure information 620 is divided into individual management service procedure information 621, 622, 623.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may determine a period of executing a management service for a particular item. The electronic device may determine whether a particular accessory needs to be replaced after a specific period from the start date of use of the item based on a manualized management service procedure. Specifically, the electronic device may manage a schedule of a management service procedure for a particular rental item. The schedule may be determined based on life information about the accessories of the item.

Referring to Figure 6, the electronic device can provide a timeline 630 for the management service record information 510. The timeline 630 is a line having a time sequence, and the timeline 630 in Figure 6 shows the time flowing from bottom to top. Each point on the timeline 630 can represent an individual date and a position of the management service record corresponding to the individual date on the timeline 630. Referring to Figure 6, the electronic device can display a current stage of a management service program on the timeline. That is, the electronic device can display the current management service status of the rental item. The current management service status in Figure 6 is displayed as a bold dot 631 to be distinguished from other points. Figure 6 shows three parts of the management service record information 510 provided by the electronic device, and it is only an example.

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may update the management service record information 510 every day. For example, in FIG. 6 , if there is a management service program of “2022.3.15”, the electronic device sends the individual management service program information 613 of “2021.8.25” downward according to the time flow so as not to display it, and may display the information about the management service program of “2022.3.15” at the top. Here, the top part may refer to the position where the individual management service program information 611 of “2022.2.25” is displayed as shown in FIG. 6 .

According to an exemplary embodiment, a method of providing the management service record information 510 by the electronic device is not limited to the timeline 630. The electronic device may provide information using various methods through which the user can easily identify the management service record information 510 of the rental item.

FIG. 7 is a flow chart illustrating the updating of management service record information depending on a management type of an individual item rented according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In operation S710, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may identify a management type of an individual item. The management type may include a first type and a second type. When identifying the management type of an individual item, the electronic device may provide information differently for each management type. As an example, the electronic device may include and provide information about "a visit to a staff member" regarding an item of the first type. As another example, the electronic device may include and provide information about "replacement time, delivery information" regarding an item of the second type. Specifically, the item of the second type includes an item that a user needs to replace by himself after receiving the accessory.

In operation S720, the electronic device may update the management service record information. When the individual item being rented by the user is of the first type, the electronic device may update the management service record information in response to receiving the management service progress status information. For example, the electronic device may receive the management service progress status information from an external company or a visit staff management server. The external company may be a company responsible for managing the rented items, and the visit staff management server may be a server that manages information about visit staff directly employed by an item rental service.

In operation S730, the electronic device may update the management service record information based on the inventory status of an accessory. The inventory status of the accessory may be the inventory status of the accessory sold by the electronic device in the item rental service. The electronic device may continuously identify inventory information about the accessory. Specifically, the electronic device may determine the inventory status through the current inventory information of the accessory. The electronic device may adjust the scheduling of the management service record information of individual items based on whether the accessory is in stock. For example, when the accessory is currently out of stock, the electronic device may adjust the scheduling of the management service record information of one of the items corresponding to the accessory based on the time when the accessory is in stock.

In operation S740, the electronic device may update the management service record information over time. When the individual item rented by the user is of the second type, the electronic device may update the management service record information as the individual management service date passes. The second type of item includes an item for which the user replaces an accessory on his own. When the user receives the accessory, the electronic device may determine that the user has replaced the accessory on his own. Therefore, once the individual management service date has passed, the electronic device may update the management service record information with information of the next process.

FIG. 8 is a flow chart showing the provision of information about cash integration according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In operation S810, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may identify cash points information about a particular item. The electronic device may identify cash points information in an item rental service based on item rental contract list information. The cash points information may include information about cash points provided to a user according to rental contract details information.

In operation S820, the electronic device may provide detailed cash points information about individual items. The cash points information may include overall cash points information in the rental service, cash points information for individual items, and cash points information about accessories for individual items. Specifically, a user may receive cash points based on a rental service contract and the purchase of accessories for a rental item. The electronic device may provide the cash points information on a rental detail information page. In addition, the electronic device may provide information on a separate page that categorizes the cash points information by item. The separate page is explained with reference to FIG. 9B.

FIG. 9A and FIG. 9B are diagrams each showing an example of information about cash integration according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

9A , an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device of FIG. 1 ) may provide cash points information 520. The cash points information 520 may include information 910 about cash points to be earned this month and total accumulated cash points information 920. Upon obtaining an input to a selection area 930 for providing information for categorizing the cash points information 520 by item, the electronic device may provide a separate page as shown in FIG. 9B .

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may provide information about cash points generated under a lease contract and management. A method of providing cash points information by the electronic device is not limited to the examples of FIG. 9A and FIG. 9B .

FIG. 10 is a flow chart illustrating providing information in response to a lease cancellation input according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

In operation S1010, an electronic device (e.g., electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a rental cancellation related page in response to a user input. Here, the user input may correspond to a third user input. The rental cancellation related page may be a page that guides information to be viewed by a user in accordance with an early cancellation of a rental contract.

In operation S1020, the electronic device may provide the rental cancellation related information to the rental cancellation related page. The rental cancellation related page and the rental cancellation related information will be described with reference to FIG.

In operation S1030, the electronic device may identify a server that performs collection of individual items. For example, for individual items, a different collection location may be specified for each item. The electronic device may identify a server that collects the individual items based on the identification information of the individual items. The server that performs collection may be a server of an external company or a collection server operated by an item rental service.

In operation S1040, the electronic device may provide collection-related information to the server. Based on a rental cancellation input, the collection-related information may include information about a designated collection date of a target item for rental cancellation, information about the target item for rental cancellation, and collection location information. The electronic device may provide the collection-related information to the server that performs collection of individual items.

FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating an example of providing information in response to an input of a lease cancellation according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

11 , an electronic device (eg, electronic device 100 of FIG. 1 ) may provide a rental cancellation related page 1100. Upon obtaining a third user input for the rental cancellation information 550 of FIG. 5 , the electronic device may provide the rental cancellation related page 1100 of FIG. 11 .

According to various exemplary embodiments, the electronic device may briefly provide rental contract information 1110. The rental contract information 1110 may be information provided to a user to confirm whether an item is a correct item for canceling a rental contract.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may briefly provide price information 1120 canceled under a lease contract. The price information 1120 canceled under a lease contract may include penalty information, lease price information, total lease price information, total expected payment amount information, and payment option information. The electronic device may provide the price information 1120 canceled under a lease contract so that the user can understand at a glance the information about the amount of money to be borne by the user due to the lease contract cancellation. In addition, the electronic device may transmit a message (e.g., SMS) including the price information 1120 canceled under a lease contract to a user's terminal through a separate push server. The user can briefly view the price information 1120 canceled according to a rental contract through the message.

Upon obtaining an input to a cancellation confirmation area 1130, the electronic device may confirm the cancellation of the rental contract. As one example, when confirming the cancellation of the rental contract, the electronic device may update the item rental contract list information. As another example, when confirming that an individual user has signed a new rental contract, the electronic device may update the item rental contract list information.

FIG. 12 is a diagram showing an example of changes in contract information according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the contract details information page 1200 may include a contract change area 1210, contractor name information 1211, contractor contact information 1212, contractor address information 1213, contractor email information 1214, and contract description information. A user may perform an input to the contract change area 1210 to change the details of the contract. The changes to the contract details may include changes to the contractor name information 1211, contractor contact information 1212, contractor address information 1213, and contractor email information 1214.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the electronic device may obtain a contract change input. The contract change input may correspond to a selection input to the contract change area 1210. When the contract change input is obtained, the electronic device may update the item rental contract list information.

According to various exemplary embodiments, in the case of an item of the first type, the electronic device may provide updated item rental contract list information to a second server. The second server may be a server of an external company. The external company may be a company that manages an access staff for a corresponding rental item.

According to various exemplary embodiments, an electronic device may obtain sales page information about an individual item in a rental item service and sales page information about accessories of the individual item. Review information about the individual item may be included in a sales page about the individual item. Review information about the individual item may correspond to the first review information. Review information about accessories may be included in a sales page about accessories of the individual item. Review information about accessories may correspond to the second review information. As an example, the electronic device may provide the first review information and the second review information in a sales page about the individual item. As another example, the electronic device may provide the first review information and the second review information to a sales page about the accessory. Specifically, the electronic device may provide the first review information and the second review information in combination to increase user accessibility to the sales page related to a particular item or accessory.

According to various exemplary embodiments, an electronic device can view the quantity of accessories of an individual item in an item rental service. For example, the electronic device can view a sales quantity and a replacement quantity of accessories of an individual item. The sales quantity and replacement quantity of the accessories can be reflected in the inventory quantity of all accessories managed by the electronic device. The electronic device can separately request an order for the necessary quantity of accessories based on the inventory status, sales quantity, and replacement quantity of the accessories in the rental service. The request for ordering accessories through the electronic device may be related to an external company that has been determined to supply the accessories. In addition to an item rental service, the electronic device can also lead an item sales service. In this case, there may be a separate server in which the item sales service is executed. As an example, an electronic device may request an order for a necessary quantity of accessories from a server where an item sales service is executed.

According to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service may include: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service; based on the item rental contract list information, identifying identification information of one or more rented items and rental contract details information; displaying on a first page The invention provides information about an individual item and information about accessories of the individual item corresponding to the identification information of the one or more items being rented, and management service-related information corresponding to the rental contract detail information; identifies a first user input for one of the one or more items being rented; and provides a rental detail information page in response to the first user input.

A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service, the method comprising: obtaining item rental contract list information of a user using the item rental service; based on the item rental contract list information, identifying identification information of one or more rented items and rental contract details information; providing, on a first page, information corresponding to the identification information of the one or more rented items; Information about an individual item and information about accessories of the individual item, and management service related information corresponding to the rental contract detail information; identifying a first user input for one of the one or more items being rented; and providing a rental detail information page in response to the first user input, wherein the management service related information includes current management service status information of the management service information of the individual item. The method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 1 further includes: identifying a second user input regarding the information about the accessories of the individual item; and providing a sales page for the accessories of the individual item in response to the second user input. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 1, wherein the individual item is configured to have a management type of a first type or a second type, the identification information of the individual item includes information about the management type, the first type includes an access management type in which an access staff performs management of the individual item and replacement of accessories of the individual item, and the second type includes a self-management type in which the user performs management of the individual item and replacement of accessories of the individual item. The method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 1 further includes: providing at least one of management service record information, contract information and payment information on the rental details information page based on the rental contract details information. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 4, wherein the management service record information includes at least one of information about a start date of use of the individual item, information about a scheduled replacement date of an accessory, information about an end date of use of the item, and information about a scheduled cleaning date of an accessory of the item, and the information about the individual item includes information in which a required management service record is set based on a type of the individual item. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 4, wherein the management service record information has individual management service records listed in chronological order according to individual management service dates. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 6, wherein when the individual item is of a first type, the management service record information is updated in response to receiving the progress status information of the management service. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 6, wherein the information about the accessories of the individual item and the management service record information are updated based on a stock status of the accessories. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 6, wherein when the individual item is of a second type, the management service record information is updated when the individual management service date has passed. The method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 1 further includes: identifying cash points information in the item rental service based on the item rental contract list information, wherein the cash points information includes information about cash points to be provided to the user based on the rental contract details information. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 10, wherein the cash points information includes information about the total cash points in the rental service, the cash points of the individual item, and the cash points of accessories of the individual item, and the cash points information is provided on the rental details information page. The method of providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 1 further includes: providing a rental cancellation related page in response to a third user input on the rental detail information page; and providing at least one of information about an expected penalty when a rental is canceled, information about a designated collection date for a target item for the rental cancellation, and rental information of the target item for the rental cancellation on the rental cancellation related page. The method of providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 12 further includes: a server that performs collection of the individual item based on information identification of the target item for the rental cancellation; and providing at least one of information about a designated collection date of the target item for the rental cancellation, information about the target item for the rental cancellation, and information about a collection location of the target item for the rental cancellation to the identification server in response to an input of the rental cancellation. The method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 1 further includes: providing a contract details information page in response to an input of contract information on the rental details information page; obtaining a contract change input on the contract details information page; and updating the item rental contract list information in response to the contract change input. A method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 14, wherein the updated information input in response to the contract change includes at least one of the contractor name information, contractor contact information, contractor email information, and contractor address information, and when the rented item is of a first type, the updated information of the contractor address information is provided to a second server. The method for providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 1 further includes: obtaining information on a sales page related to the individual item and information on a sales page related to an accessory of the individual item; identifying first review information in the sales page related to the individual item or second review information in the sales page related to the accessory of the individual item; and providing the first review information and the second review information to be linked to the sales page related to the individual item or the sales page related to the accessory of the individual item. The method of providing item rental information in an electronic device related to an item rental service as described in claim 8 further includes: identifying a sales quantity and a replacement quantity of accessories of the individual item in the rental service; and requesting an order for the necessary quantity of accessories based on a stock status of the accessories in the rental service, the sales quantity and the replacement quantity. An electronic device for an item rental service, the electronic device comprising: a storage device; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: obtain item rental contract list information of a user using an item rental service from the storage device; identify identification information and rental contract details of at least one rented item based on the item rental contract list information; provide a first page corresponding to the one or more rented items; The identification information includes information about an individual item and information about accessories of the individual item, and management service related information corresponding to the rental contract detail information; identifying a first user input for one of the one or more items being rented; and providing a rental detail information page in response to the first user input, wherein the management service related information includes current management service status information of the management service information of the individual item.
