Abstract
本發明係提供一種具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，其包含可撓式卡片本體、可撓式電控機構、可撓式顯示單元以及發光單元。可撓式卡片本體包括相互結合之第一板體及第二板體；可撓式電控機構設於第一板體與第二板體之間，可撓式電控機構包括電路載板及交易處理機構；可撓式顯示單元設於電路載板且電連接交易處理機構；發光單元設於電路載板且電連接交易處理機構。藉此，可使可撓式電控機構穩固結合於可撓式卡片本體中，以增加結構之穩定性與可靠度，且於使用時以交易處理機構與支付設備執行交易，並交易時由可撓式顯示單元與該發光單元輸出交易訊息，而達到提升交易時之安全性及便利性。
Description
本發明係關於一種具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，尤指一種增加結構之穩定性與可靠度，並達到提升交易時之安全性及便利性之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片。
一般傳統之顯示型卡片雖可進行各式交易使用；然而其並無任何安全驗正機制，或交易顯示機構，常會造成卡片有個人資料以及交易資料遭盜取之虞，使得電子交易卡之安全性大打折扣。
因此，如何發明出一種具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，以使其可增加結構之穩定性與可靠度，並達到提升交易時之安全性及便利性，藉以有效改善習用之缺失，將是本發明所欲積極揭露之處。
有鑑於上述習知技術之缺憾，發明人有感其未臻於完善，遂竭其心智悉心研究克服，進而研發出一種具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，以期可增加結構之穩定性與可靠度，並達到提升交易時之安全性及便利性的目的。
為達上述目的及其他目的，本發明係提供一種具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，其包含有：一可撓式卡片本體、一可撓式電控機構、一可撓式顯示單元以及一發光單元。該可撓式卡片本體包括有一第一板體及一第二板體，該第一板體與該第二板體相互結合；該可撓式電控機構設於該第一板體與該第二板體之
間，該可撓式電控機構包括有一電路載板及一交易處理機構，該交易處理機構設於該電路載板，該交易處理機構與一支付設備執行交易；該可撓式顯示單元設於該電路載板且電連接該交易處理機構，該可撓式顯示單元進行交易使用時之提示；該發光單元設於該電路載板且電連接該交易處理機構，該發光單元進行交易使用時之提示。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該電路載板包括有一圖形層、一第一電路層、一第一阻隔層及一第一導體層，該第一電路層設於該第一導體層之一面上，該第一阻隔層設於該第一電路層之一面上，該圖形層設於該第一阻隔層之一面上，該可撓式顯示單元設於該圖形層之一面上。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該第一電路層與該第一導體層之間更可設有一第二阻隔層。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該電路載板包括有一圖形層、一第一電路層、一第一阻隔層、一第一導體層、一第二阻隔層及一第二電路層，該第二電路層設於該第一導體層之一面上，該第二阻隔層設於該第二電路層之一面上，該第一電路層設於該第二阻隔層之一面上，該第一阻隔層設於該第一電路層之一面上，該圖形層設於該第一阻隔層之一面上，該可撓式顯示單元設於該圖形層之一面上。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該第二阻隔層與該第一電路層之間更可設有一第二導體層。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該交易處理機構為中央處理器、積體電路晶片或邏輯電路。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該可撓式顯示單元為電泳式顯示器、液晶顯示器、雙穩態液晶顯示器、多穩態液晶顯示器、可撓式有機發光二極體顯示器、可撓式發光二極體顯示器或可撓式液晶顯示器。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該可撓式顯示單元更包括有一防護層，該防護層包覆該可撓式顯示單元。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該發光單元設有至少一發光部及一導光部，該導光部環設於該可撓式卡片本體之周緣，該發光部對應該導光部。
上述之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片中，該發光部為發光二極體，該導光部為導光油墨層。
藉此，本發明之具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，可使可撓式電控機構穩固結合於可撓式卡片本體中，以增加結構之穩定性與可靠度，且於使用時以交易處理機構與支付設備執行交易，並交易時由可撓式顯示單元與該發光單元輸出交易訊息，而達到提升交易時之安全性及便利性的目的。

為充分瞭解本發明之目的、特徵及功效，茲藉由下述具體之實施例，並配合所附之圖式，對本發明做一詳細說明，說明如後：
請參閱圖1至圖3，如圖所示：本發明係一種具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，其包含有一可撓式卡片本體1、一可撓式電控機構2、一可撓式顯示單元3以及一發光單元4。
該可撓式卡片本體1包括有一第一板體11及一第二板體12，該第一板體11與該第二板體12相互結合。
該可撓式電控機構2設於該第一板體11與該第二板體12之間，該可撓式電控機構2包括有一電路載板21及一交易處理機構22，該交易處理機構22設於該電路載板21，該交易處理機構22與一支付設備5執行交易。
該可撓式顯示單元3設於該電路載板21且電連接該交易處理機構22，該可撓式顯示單元3進行交易使用時之提示。
該發光單元4設於該電路載板21且電連接該交易處理機構22，該發光單元4進行交易使用時之提示。
當本發明進行交易時，使用者可以該可撓式卡片本體1靠近支付設備5，使該交易處理機構22讀取來自支付設備5之電磁波，以感應生成所需之電力，藉以於獲取外部電力後，啟動該交易處理機構22進行交易，並由該交易處理機構22驅動該可撓式顯示單元3與該發光單元4輸出確認之訊息(如：各式文字訊息或燈號)，以告知持卡人此筆交易正在處理中或已處理完成。如此，可由該交
易處理機構22與該支付設備5連結以取得電力，且由該可撓式顯示單元3與該發光單元4輸出交易訊息，而達到提升交易時之安全性及便利性。
而當該交易結束移開該可撓式卡片本體1時，該交易處理機構22便因無法讀取來自該支付設備5之電磁波而產生斷電，因此不再供電至該交易處理機構22，進而使該交易處理機構22呈現關閉狀態，使得該可撓式顯示單元3與該發光單元4不再輸出任何交易訊息，以提醒持卡人此筆交易結束且卡片處於未使用狀態。
除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該第一板體11與該第二板體12以冷壓合技術相互結合。如此，除可使該第一板體11與該第二板體12穩固進行結合之外，更可利用該第一板體11與該第二板體12穩固包覆該可撓式電控機構2(及設於該可撓式電控機構2之可撓式顯示單元3與該發光單元4)，以使該可撓式卡片本體1作為該可撓式電控機構2固定與防護，並使該可撓式電控機構2穩固結合於該可撓式卡片本體1中，以增加結構之穩定性與可靠度。
除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該第一板體11以及該第二板體12為透光材質；如此，除可使該可撓式顯示單元3與該發光單元4易於由該第一板體11或該第二板體12進行顯示觀看。
除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該交易處理機構22可為中央處理器、積體電路晶片或邏輯電路，藉以使該交易處理機構22作為交易時之運算處理、以及作為該可撓式顯示單元3與該發光單元4運作時之運算處理。
除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該可撓式顯示單元3可為電泳式顯示器、液晶顯示器、雙穩態液晶顯示器、多穩態液晶顯示器、可
撓式有機發光二極體顯示器、可撓式發光二極體顯示器或可撓式液晶顯示器，以使該可撓式顯示單元3符合不同卡片之輸出顯示使用需求。
除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該可撓式顯示單元3更包括有一防護層31，該防護層31包覆該可撓式顯示單元3，而該防護層31可為塑膠或高分子聚合物之材質，例如：聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)或聚氯乙烯(PVC)。如此，可藉由該防護層31作為該可撓式顯示單元3之保護。
除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該發光單元4元設有至少一發光部41及一導光部42，該導光部42環設於該可撓式卡片本體1之周緣，該發光部41對應該導光部42，其中該發光部41為發光二極體，該導光部42為導光油墨層。
基於上述之實施例，當該交易處理機構22驅動該發光單元4輸出確認之訊息或輸出交易訊息時，可由該交易處理機構22驅動該發光部41，使該導光部42接收並導出該發光部41之光源，讓該可撓式卡片本體1之周緣產生發光之效果，藉以搭配該可撓式顯示單元3，以增加提示效果告知持卡人相關之消費訊息，而達到提升交易時之安全性及便利性。
除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該電路載板21包括有一圖形層211、一第一電路層212、一第一阻隔層213及一第一導體層214，該第一電路層212設於該第一導體層214之一面上，該第一阻隔層213設於該第一電路層212之一面上，該圖形層211設於該第一阻隔層213之一面上，該可撓式顯示單元3設於該圖形層211之一面上。如此，可使該電路載板21為多層基板，且該第一
阻隔層213之材質可為FR4、FR5、聚酰亞胺(PI)、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、PCB或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)；此外，該電路載板21亦可為有機薄膜電晶體(Organic thin film transistors,OTFT)，或該電路載板21可由印刷式、銀膠、碳墨印刷式或電路蝕刻製成，並使該第一電路層212可受該第一導體層214之保護，以避免該第一電路層212產生氧化、受潮之情形；藉此可使該電路載板21能更符合實際運用之需求。
請參閱圖4，如圖所示：除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該第一電路層212與該第一導體層214之間更可設有一第二阻隔層215；藉此可使該電路載板21能更符合實際運用之需求。
請參閱圖5，如圖所示：除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該電路載板21包括有一圖形層211、一第一電路層212、一第一阻隔層213、一第一導體層214、一第二阻隔層215及一第二電路層216，該第二電路層216設於該第一導體層214之一面上，該第二阻隔層215設於該第二電路層216之一面上，該第一電路層212設於該第二阻隔層215之一面上，該第一阻隔層213設於該第一電路層212之一面上，該圖形層211設於該第一阻隔層213之一面上，該可撓式顯示單元3設於該圖形層211之一面上；藉此可使該電路載板21能更符合實際運用之需求。
請參閱圖6，如圖所示：除上述實施例之外，於本發明之一實施例中，該第二阻隔層215與該第一電路層212之間更可設有一第二導體層217；藉此可使該電路載板21能更符合實際運用之需求。
本發明在上文中已以較佳實施例揭露，然熟習本項技術者應理解的是，該實施例僅用於描繪本發明，而不應解讀為限制本發明之範圍。應注意的是，舉凡與該實施例等效之變化與置換，均應設為涵蓋於本發明之範疇內。因此，本發明之保護範圍當以申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

- 一種具交易顯示之可撓式卡片，其包含：一可撓式卡片本體，其包括有一第一板體及一第二板體，該第一板體與該第二板體相互結合；一可撓式電控機構，其設於該第一板體與該第二板體之間，該可撓式電控機構包括有一電路載板及一交易處理機構，該交易處理機構設於該電路載板，該交易處理機構與一支付設備執行交易；一可撓式顯示單元，其設於該電路載板且電連接該交易處理機構，該可撓式顯示單元進行交易使用時之提示；以及一發光單元，其設於該電路載板且電連接該交易處理機構，該發光單元進行交易使用時之提示；其中該電路載板包括有一圖形層、一第一電路層、一第一阻隔層、一第一導體層、一第二阻隔層及一第二電路層，該第二電路層設於該第一導體層之一面上，該第二阻隔層設於該第二電路層之一面上，該第一電路層設於該第二阻隔層之一面上，該第一阻隔層設於該第一電路層之一面上，該圖形層設於該第一阻隔層之一面上，該可撓式顯示單元設於該圖形層之一面上。
