Abstract
本發明涉及農藥技術領域,具體涉及一種除草組合物、製劑及其應用。一種除草組合物,所述組合物包括組分A和組分B;所述組分A為苯嘧草唑;所述組分B選自乙草胺、丁草胺、異丙甲草胺、二甲吩草胺、硝磺草酮、煙嘧磺隆、莠去津、特丁津、嗪草酮、精異丙甲草胺、精二甲吩草胺中的至少一種;所述組分A和組分B的重量比為1:(1-80)。本發明通過對乳化劑、溶劑等種類和含量的篩選優化,使該除草組合物製得的水乳劑品質穩定、性能良好,更有利於藥效的發揮;該水乳劑在不同溫度下貯存不會出現分層、絮凝、聚結和破乳等現象,大大提高了水乳劑的貯存穩定性。本申請除草組合物適用於旱田作物苗前土壤處理。
Description
本發明涉及農藥技術領域,具體涉及一種除草組合物、製劑及其應用。
在農田作物的管理過程中,除草劑是必不可少的。CN105052931A通過採用除草有效成分、環保溶劑、表面活性劑、增效劑、穩定劑、防凍劑和水製備得到一種用於除草的增效水乳劑,具有對環境友好、易降解的特點,然而,單一的除草有效成分很容易導致抗性的產生,且除草譜不夠廣,同時該增效水乳劑在高低溫條件下性能極不穩定,導致其應用受限。
針對上述技術問題,本發明提供了一種含苯嘧草唑的除草組合物及其製得的水乳劑,通過對助劑的選擇,解決了目前水乳劑存在的穩定性問題,擴大了水乳劑的應用範圍。
為了解決上述技術問題,本發明第一個方面提供了一種除草組合物,所述組合物包括組分A和組分B;所述組分A為苯嘧草唑;所述組分B選自乙草胺、丁草胺、異丙甲草胺、二甲吩草胺、硝磺草酮、煙嘧磺隆、莠去津、特丁津、嗪草酮、精異丙甲草胺、精二甲吩草胺中的至少一種;所述組分A和組分B的重量比為1:(1-80)。
在一種優選的實施方式中,當組分B為乙草胺、丁草胺、異丙甲草胺、二甲吩草胺、精異丙甲草胺、精二甲吩草胺中的至少一種時,所述組分A和組分B的重量比為1:(20-60)。
在一種優選的實施方式中,當組分B為硝磺草酮、煙嘧磺隆中的至少一種時,所述組分A和組分B的重量比為1:(1-10)。
在一種優選的實施方式中,當組分B為莠去津、特丁津、嗪草酮種的至少一種時,所述組分A和組分B的重量比為1:(10-50)。
發明人發現,苯嘧草唑與組分B提供的活性組分按一定比例進行複配使用後,由於兩種有效成分的作用機理獨特不存在交互抗性,產生協同增效的作用,擴大了殺草譜,提高了防效,彌補單用藥劑對主要雜草防效效果差的缺陷;同時提高組合物各成分的持效性,延緩雜草抗藥性的產生,減少農藥反復使用次數,降低使用量及成本;可廣泛應用於旱田作物。
本發明第二個方面提供了一種除草組合物製劑,由所述的除草組合物和農藥學上可接受的輔料組成。
在一種優選的實施方式中,所述除草組合物製劑的劑型選自乳油、水乳劑、微乳劑、可分散油懸浮劑、懸乳劑、微囊懸浮-懸浮劑、可濕性粉劑、水分散粒劑中的一種。
在一種更優選的實施方式中,所述除草組合物占所述除草組合物製劑的重量百分比為1-90%。
在一種更優選的實施方式中,所述除草組合物製劑的劑型為水乳劑;所述農藥學上可接受的輔料包括溶劑、乳化劑、增稠劑、抗凍劑、消泡劑、密度調節劑、pH調節劑中的至少一種。
本發明中,所述水乳劑的製備原料,按重量百分比計,至少包括以下組分:除草組合物1-60%、乳化劑2-10%、增稠劑1-5%、抗凍劑0.5-3%、溶劑補足餘量。
乳化劑
乳化劑是能使兩種或兩種以上互不相溶的組分的混合液體形成穩定的乳狀液的一類化合物。其作用原理是在乳化過程中,分散相以微滴(微米級)的形式分散在連續相中,乳化劑降低了混合體系中各組分的介面張力,並在微滴表面形成較堅固的薄膜或由於乳化劑給出的電荷而在微滴表面形成雙電層,阻止微滴彼此聚集,而保持均勻的乳狀液。從相的觀點來說,乳狀液仍是非均相體系。乳狀液中的分散相可以是水相,也可以是油相,大多數為油相;連續相可以是油相,也可以是水相,大多數為水相。乳化劑是一種表面活性劑,分子中有親水基和親油基。為了表示乳化劑的親水性或親油性,通常採用“親水親油平衡值(HLB值)”,HLB值愈低,其親油性愈強;反之,HLB值愈高,其親水性愈強。各種乳化劑的HLB值不同,為了獲得穩定的乳狀液,必須選擇合適的乳化劑。
本發明中,所述乳化劑選自烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇月桂酸單酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇棕櫚酸單酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇硬脂酸單酯、失水山梨醇油酸單酯、失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、失水山梨醇單棕櫚酸酯、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸鹽、烷基萘磺酸鹽、烷基磺酸鹽中的至少一種。
在一種優選的實施方式中,所述乳化劑為蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇單棕櫚酸酯和十二烷基苯磺酸鈉的組合,重量比為(10-20):(1-5):1。
在一種更優選的實施方式中,所述乳化劑為蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇單棕櫚酸酯和十二烷基苯磺酸鈉的組合,重量比為16:3:1。
本發明中,所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚的HLB值為11-16。
在一種更優選的實施方式中,所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚的HLB值為13-14。
本發明中,所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚的來源,沒有特別的限制,可提及佳化化學股份有限公司,牌號EL-30、EL-40、HEL-40、EL-60等。
本發明中,所述失水山梨醇單棕櫚酸酯的來源,沒有特別的限制,可提及江蘇省海安是由化工廠,型號S-40。
本發明中,所述十二烷基苯磺酸鈉的來源,沒有特別的限制,可提及廊坊鵬彩精細化工有限公司。
水乳劑為O/W的乳液體系,是熱力學不穩定,動力學穩定的多相體系,而本發明通過對水乳劑的優選複配,提高其熱貯物理穩定性、低溫貯藏穩定性。發明人認為可能的原因是,本體系採用蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇單棕櫚酸酯和十二烷基苯磺酸鈉的複配,乳化劑分子在油水介面膜上緊密排列,膜強度增加,乳狀液的穩定性增強,尤其當三者的重量比為(10-20):(1-5):1時,效果最佳。如果增加失水山梨醇單棕櫚酸酯的含量,混合乳化劑的HLB值降低,水乳劑的熱貯穩定性就變差,這是因為苯嘧草唑在高溫條件下融化成液體,聚集趨勢增強,同時當乳化劑分佈於油水介面時,親油性乳化劑的比例增大,來自油相的拉力大於來自水相的拉力,當液滴碰撞時,乳化劑分子易被擠入油相中,介面膜強度下降,導致液滴聚並出現清油層。另外,發明人還發現,本體系複配一定量的十二烷基苯磺酸鈉可改善水乳劑稀釋液穩定性,這是因為本體系親水性較強的乳化劑蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚的含量較多,當混合乳化劑親水性較強時,會增加有機溶劑在水中
的溶解度,從而造成原藥晶體的滲出,而複配少量十二烷基苯磺酸鈉後,不僅能夠降低溶劑在水中的溶解度,還可在一定程度上增強乳液的穩定性,但是過量加入會使水乳劑的熱貯穩定性下降。
增稠劑
又稱膠凝劑,是一種能增加膠乳、液體黏度的物質,用於食品時又稱糊料。增稠劑可以提高物系黏度,使物系保持均勻穩定的懸浮狀態或乳濁狀態,或形成凝膠;大多數增稠劑兼具乳化作用。可分為天然和合成兩大類。天然品大多數從含多糖類黏性物質的植物和海藻類製取,如澱粉、阿拉伯膠、果膠、瓊脂、明膠、海藻膠、角叉膠、糊精等,通用明膠、可溶性澱粉、多糖衍生物等可用於化妝品;合成品有羧甲基纖維素、丙二醇藻蛋白酸酯、甲基纖維素、澱粉磷酸鈉、羧甲基纖維素鈉、藻蛋白酸鈉、酪蛋白、聚丙烯酸鈉、聚氧乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等。
本發明中,所述增稠劑,沒有特別的限制,可提及黃原膠、羥甲基纖維素鈉聚乙烯醇、矽酸鎂鋁、海藻酸鈉、瓜膠、明膠等。
在一種優選的實施方式中,所述增稠劑為聚乙烯醇。
發明人認為,本體系添加一定量的聚乙烯醇作增稠劑,一方面聚乙烯醇分子能夠串插排列在表面活性劑膠束的周圍,形成表面活性劑的混合膜,使膜強度增強,同時降低了油水介面張力,從而使乳狀液的穩定性進一步提高;另一方面還能夠提高水乳劑的粘度,使其分層率降低,乳狀液常溫物理穩定性增強,這是因為體系的粘度越大,液滴在連續相中運動所受粘滯阻力越大,運動速度下降,擴散係數越小,乳狀液的分層,絮凝和聚集速度均下降,穩定性增加。然而增稠劑的量不能太多,否則水乳劑的流動性變差,產品傾倒性指標不合格,影響使用。
抗凍劑
抗凍劑又稱阻凍劑,是一類加入到其他液體(一般為水)中以降低其冰點、提高抗凍能力的物質。它也具有溶解冰晶和阻止冰晶長大的作用。主要用於內燃機冷凍系統,還用於空調系統、太陽能系統、雪溶系統和冷凍乾燥等方面。
本發明中,所述防凍劑,沒有特別的限制,可提及乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、己二醇、尿素、硫酸銨等。
溶劑
本發明中,所述溶劑為有機溶劑和水的組合。
在一種優選的實施方式中,所述有機溶劑和乳化劑的重量比為(2-5):1。
在一種更優選的實施方式中,所述有機溶劑和乳化劑的重量為3:1。
本發明中,所述有機溶劑選自烴類溶劑、酮類溶劑、酯類溶劑、醇類溶劑、芳烴類溶劑中的至少一種。
在一種優選的實施方式中,所述有機溶劑為芳烴類溶劑。
在一種更優選的實施方式中,所述芳烴類溶劑,可提及甲苯、鄰二甲苯、150#溶劑油等。
在一種更優選的實施方式中,所述芳烴類溶劑為150#溶劑油。
發明人發現,當溶劑和乳化劑的重量比為(2-5):1時,製得水乳劑液滴分佈緻密,體系黏度增大,小液滴運動所受的阻力增大,而且有足夠的乳化劑在小液滴油水介面上形成緻密的介面膜,因此小液滴不易發生聚並破乳,乳狀液穩定性增強。然而溶劑的量不能太多,否則會發生乳狀液的轉相。
發明人還發現,乳化劑的親油基中含有雙鍵,且親水基聚氧乙烯鏈含量在合理範圍內時,水乳劑的滲油率降低。發明人認為可能的原因是,芳烴類溶劑含有雙鍵,當乳化劑親油基同樣引入雙鍵時,親油基與油分子之間的作用力增強,在液膜的溝流的剪切的拉動作用下,親油基與油分子發生相對位移時對油分子的帶動作用增強,表現為介面粘度增大;同樣,親油基變長也會加強相鄰油分子之間以其油分子的作用力增大,增強了介面黏度,使相應的水乳劑體系穩定性高。當活性劑親水基中聚氧乙烯聚合數增加時,親水基中含有的氧基團,易水化降低膜的穩定性,而且聚氧乙烯在水中成捲曲狀,它所占的面積隨聚合度的增大而增大,造成膜強度的降低,相應水乳劑體系穩定性減弱,因此本體系在以芳烴類為溶劑,蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇單棕櫚酸酯和十二烷基苯磺酸鈉複配為乳化劑時,製得水乳劑的穩定性達到最佳。
水
本發明中,所述水為去離子水、蒸餾水、純淨水等。
發明人認為,本體系所用水不能為自來水,因為自來水中含有多種無機離子,增大了水相與油相的密度差,導致離心分層率增大。
本發明中,所述水乳劑的製備方法為:(1)將除草劑組合物溶解於有機溶劑中,加入乳化劑,攪拌均勻,得油相;(2)將增稠劑、抗凍劑與水混合,得水相;(3)在高速剪切條件下,將油相緩慢加入水相後,繼續剪切20-60min,即得。
本發明第三個方面提供了所述除草劑組合物的應用,應用於旱田作物苗前土壤處理。
下面通過實施例對本發明進行具體描述。有必要在此指出的是,以下實施例只用於對本發明作進一步說明,不能理解為對本發明保護範圍的
限制,該領域的專業技術人員根據上述本發明的內容做出的一些非本質的改進和調整,仍屬於本發明的保護範圍。
有益效果
本發明提供了一種除草組合物及包含該除草組合物的水乳劑,具有以下有益效果:
1.通過苯嘧草唑和乙草胺、丁草胺、異丙甲草胺、二甲吩草胺、硝磺草酮、煙嘧磺隆、莠去津、特丁津、嗪草酮、精異丙甲草胺、精二甲吩草胺的複配,由於作用機理獨特不存在交互抗性,產生協同增效的作用,擴大了殺草譜,提高了防效,彌補單用藥劑對主要雜草防效效果差的缺陷;提高組合物各成分的持效性,延緩雜草抗藥性的產生,減少農藥反復使用次數,降低使用量及成本;可應用於旱田作物的苗前土壤處理。
2.通過對乳化劑、溶劑等種類和含量的篩選優化,使製得的水乳劑品質穩定、性能良好,更有利於藥效的發揮;該水乳劑在不同溫度下貯存不會出現分層、絮凝、聚結和破乳等現象,大大提高了水乳劑的貯存穩定性。

性能測試
1.熱貯穩定性試驗:將水乳劑置於相同的封閉性好的具塞刻度試管中,於54±2℃的水浴鍋中,熱貯14天;熱貯後體系均一,滲水率小於10%為合格,反之不合格。
2.凍融穩定性試驗:將水乳劑置於具塞刻度試管中,然後於冰箱中在-10℃下冷凍18h後轉至40℃放置6h,然後再置於冰箱中,如此往復三個來回;觀察是否有油滲出,有油相滲出為不合格,反之合格。
3.乳化穩定性的測定:將水乳劑用342ppm的標準硬水稀釋200倍,於30℃恒溫水浴中靜置1h後取出;觀察乳液分離情況,若上無浮油下無沉澱,則穩定性合格,反之不合格。
實施例性能測試結果見表1。

田間管理資料:基肥45%複合肥50kg/畝。其他防病治蟲、追肥等田間管理按正常管理進行。
雜草調查:用藥後7天、10天、15天、30天、45天目測調查總雜草防效。
調查方法:目測。
藥效計算方法:記錄目測相對防效百分比。
作物調查:玉米播種後目測出苗情況;播種後4天、7天、12天三次調查出苗數;播種後32天、47天觀察玉米長勢情況。
