A display device includes a display substrate, a circuit board, at least one conductive pad, at least one double-sided tape, at least one conductive foam tape and a cover. The display substrate has a first region and at least one second region adjacent to the first region. The circuit board is at least partially disposed on the first region. The conductive pad is disposed on a first surface of the circuit board away from the display substrate. The double-sided tape is disposed on the second region. The conductive foam tape is disposed on the double-sided tape and the conductive pad. The cover includes a light-transmitting substrate and at least one conductive layer. The light-transmitting substrate includes a second surface facing to the display substrate. The conductive layer at least partially covers the second surface. The conductive foam tape is electrically connected with the conductive layer and the conductive pad.
