Abstract

A foldable air pump includes an inflating device and two support rods. The inflating device includes a cylinder and a base. The cylinder extends in a vertical direction. The base is connected to a lower edge of the cylinder in the vertical direction. The two support rods are detachably connected to the base in a first mode or a second mode. When the two support rods are connected to the base in the first mode, the two support rods are arranged in a direction parallel to an axial direction of the cylinder and are adjacent to the cylinder. When the two support rods are connected to the base in the second mode, the two support rods extend along a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the cylinder. Thus, the air pump can be stably supported on the ground and also provide the effect of convenient storage and carrying.

The present invention mainly discloses an air pump, especially a foldable air pump.

Please refer to the patent case of "floor pump" in Chinese Patent No. I772229. It is a floor pump, which includes a pump body and a support device. The support device includes a base and a first foot rod. The base is fixedly connected to the pump body. Rotate relative to the base, when the first foot rod is close to the base, the first foot rod is limited by the first stop flange and the second stop flange to the folded position or the unfolded position, when the first foot rod is in the folded position, the front end is close to the pump body, and when the first foot rod is in the unfolded position, the front end is away from the pump body.

In order for the pump to provide the function of a vertical frame, it must have a foot rod of sufficient length and be equipped with a folding mechanism for the foot rod. As a result, the pump is bulky and inconvenient to carry, so it can only be designed as a floor pump.

In view of the lack of the above-mentioned conventional structure, the inventor has designed a collapsible pump, which can overcome all the shortcomings of the above-mentioned conventional structure.

The main purpose of the foldable pump of the present invention is to provide a pump comprising a filling device and two support rods. The filling device comprises a pump and a base. The pump extends along the vertical direction. The base is connected to the lower edge of the pump along the vertical direction. The two support rods can be detached from the base or can be connected to the base in the first form or the second form. When the two support rods are connected to the base in the second form, the two support rods extend in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the pump, and the pump can be stably supported on the ground through the above-mentioned structure and can be easily stored and carried.

The base is provided with two first sockets and two second sockets. When the two support rods are connected to the base in the first form, the two support rods are respectively inserted into the two first sockets. When the two support rods are connected to the base in the second form, the two support rods are respectively inserted into the two second sockets.

The base is connected with a footrest. When the two support rods are connected to the base in the first form or the second form, the footrest is arranged on the side of the base opposite to the two support poles. One end of the footrest is rotatably pivoted on the base between the footrest position and the folded position. When the footrest is in the footrest position, the footrest extends in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the pump. The position of the barrel is closer.

The pump includes a cylinder and a piston rod. The base is connected to one end of the cylinder. One end of the piston rod is inserted in the cylinder and the other end protrudes from the end of the cylinder opposite to the base. The filling device includes a head seat, which is sleeved on the piston rod and connected to the end of the cylinder opposite to the base. The two clamping arms are connected, the trigger rod is connected to one end of the locking member and can rotate between a tight position and a release position. When the trigger rod is in the tight position, the two clamp arms can clamp the piston rod and make it immobile. When the trigger rod is in the release position, the two clamp arms can release the piston rod and enable it to move axially along the pump.

The head seat is provided with two fastening parts, and when the two support rods are connected to the base in the first form, the two fastening parts are respectively fastened to the two support rods.

The pump includes a handle, which is connected to the end of the piston rod protruding from the cylinder. The filling device includes a first hook and a second hook. The first hook is connected to the head seat, and the second hook is connected to the handle. When the piston rod moves, the second hook can be moved closer to or away from the first hook.

The first hook is provided with a pivoting piece and a hanging piece. The pivoting piece is pivotally mounted on the head seat. The pivoting piece can pivot between a direction towards the base and a direction opposite to the base.

The pump includes an inflatable tube which passes through the base and is pivotally mounted on the cylinder, and the inflatable tube and the footrest are arranged on the same side of the base.

The filling device includes a first strap and a second strap, the first strap and the second strap are sheathed on the pump respectively, the first strap is adjacent to the base, and the second strap is adjacent to the head seat.

Other objects, advantages and novelties of the present invention will be more apparent from the following detailed description and associated drawings.

Regarding the technology, means and effects used in the present invention, a preferred embodiment is given and described in detail below with the drawings. This is for illustration only, and is not limited by this structure in the patent application.

Referring to Figures 1 to 10, they are the three-dimensional appearance view, three-dimensional exploded view, cross-sectional structure view and use state view of the foldable inflator of the present invention in different states. The filling device 20 includes a pump 21 and a base 22 , the pump 21 extends vertically, and the base 22 is connected to the lower edge of the pump 21 along the vertical direction.

The two support rods 30 can be separated from the base 22 and can also be connected to the base 22 in the first form or the second form. When the two support rods 30 are connected to the base 22 in the first form, the two support rods 30 are arranged in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the pump 21 and adjacent to the pump 21. When the two support rods 30 are connected to the base 22 in the second form, the two support rods 30 extend in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the pump 21.

The base 22 is provided with two first sockets 221 and two second sockets 222. When the two support rods 30 are connected to the base 22 in the first form, the two support rods 30 are respectively inserted into the two first sockets 221. When the two support rods 30 are connected to the base 22 in the second form, the two support rods 30 are respectively inserted into the two second sockets 222.

The base 22 is connected with a footrest 223. When the two support rods 30 are connected to the base 22 in the first form or the second form, the footrest 223 is arranged on the side of the base 22 opposite to the two support poles 30. One end of the footrest 223 is rotatably pivoted on the base 22 between the footrest position and the folded position. The direction extends, and when the footrest 223 is in the retracted position, the end of the footrest 223 opposite to the base 22 moves closer to the position adjacent to the pump 21 .

The pump 21 includes a cylinder 211 and a piston rod 212, the base 22 is connected to one end of the cylinder 211, one end of the piston rod 212 is inserted in the cylinder 211 and the other end protrudes from the end of the cylinder 211 opposite to the base 22, the filling device 20 includes a head seat 23, the head seat 23 is sleeved on the piston rod 212 and connected to the side of the cylinder 211 opposite to the base 22 The head seat 23 is provided with two clamping arms 231 and is connected with a locking member 232 and a trigger rod 233. The piston rod 212 is arranged between the two clamping arms 231. The locking member 232 is connected in series with the two clamping arms 231. The trigger rod 233 is connected to one end of the locking member 232 and can rotate between a tight position and a release position. When the trigger rod 233 is in the tight position, the two clamp arms 231 can clamp the piston rod. 212 and make it unable to move, the trigger 233 can make the two clamp arms 231 release the piston rod 212 and make it move axially along the pump 21 when the trigger 233 is in the release position.

The pump 21 includes a handle 213, the handle 213 is connected to the end of the piston rod 212 protruding from the cylinder 211, the filling device 20 includes a first hook 24 and a second hook 25, the first hook 24 is connected to the head seat 23, the second hook 25 is connected to the handle 213, the piston rod 212 can move the second hook 25 close to or away from the first hook 24.

The first hook 24 is provided with a pivoting member 241 and a hanging member 242. The pivoting member 241 is pivotally mounted on the head seat 23. The pivoting member 241 can pivot between a direction toward the base 22 and a direction opposite to the base 22. The hanging member 242 is pivotally mounted on the pivoting member 241. The hanging member 242 can rotate between a position close to the pivoting member 241 and a position opposite to the direction of the pump 21. , the second hook 25 is L-shaped and pivotally mounted on the handle 213 .

The pump 21 includes an inflatable tube 214 passing through the base 22 and pivotally mounted on the cylinder 211 . The inflatable tube 214 is disposed on the same side of the base 22 as the footrest 223 .

The filling device 20 includes a first strap 26 and a second strap 27 , the first strap 26 and the second strap 27 are respectively sleeved on the pump 21 , the first strap 26 is adjacent to the base 22 , and the second strap 27 is adjacent to the head seat 23 .

The pump 10 can be stably supported on the ground through the above-mentioned structure and can provide the effect of being convenient to store and carry. After the pump 10 is folded, the pump 10 can be hung on the bicycle by the first strap 26 and the second strap 27 for easy carrying (as shown in FIG. 4 ). The two support rods 30 are connected to the base 22 in the second form, and the trigger lever 233 is turned to the tight position to fix the position of the piston rod 212, cooperate with the first hook 24 and the second hook 25 to hang the seat stay and the chain stay of the bicycle respectively, and the function of the vertical bicycle can be achieved through the pump 10 (as shown in FIG. 9 ). It is also possible to place the base 22 on the ground, turn the pedal 223 to the pedal position, and turn the trigger 233 to the release position, and the user can step on the pedal 223 to fix the pump 10 and grasp the handle 213 for pumping (as shown in FIG. 10 ).

With regard to the above, it can be concluded that the present invention has the following advantages:

The foldable pump of the present invention, wherein the pump includes a filling device and two support rods, the filling device includes a pump and a base, the pump extends in the vertical direction, the base is connected to the lower edge of the pump in the vertical direction, and the two support rods can be separated from the base or connected to the base in the first form or the second form. When the support rods are connected to the base in the second form, the two support rods extend in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the pump, and the pump can be stably supported on the ground through the above-mentioned structure and can be easily stored and carried.

But the above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of the present invention. Therefore, all changes in numerical values or replacement of equivalent elements, or equivalent changes and modifications made according to the patent scope of the present invention should still fall within the scope of the patent of the present invention.
