Abstract

A model displaying device includes a bottom plate, a model set and a back plate. The model set is located on the bottom plate, and including a first model and a second model. The first model includes a first main structure and a first bottom structure which is under the first main structure. The second model includes a second main structure and a second bottom structure which is under the second main structure, and shapes of the first main structure and the second main structure are different. The back plate is connected to the bottom plate and including a first projection and a second projection. The position and shape of the first projection is corresponded to the horizontal projection of the first model on the back plate. The position and shape of the second projection is corresponded to the horizontal projection of the second model on the back plate.

The invention relates to a model display device, in particular to a model display device which is convenient for users to observe the three-dimensional concept of a work and the evolution process of basic modeling elements.

In the courses of hand-painting or electric drawing of industrial design, plane drawings are used to explain or explain the three-dimensional concept of objects, but many students find it difficult to truly feel the three-dimensional sense of objects from plane drawings during the learning process. As a result, the learning effect is not obvious, and it also affects the three-dimensional concept that still needs to be faced when facing the application of three-dimensional software in the future. In addition, the basic elements of modeling design are usually arranged in the initial teaching content of industrial design, which is easy to be overlooked.

Therefore, how to use the basic modeling elements of classic works as three-dimensional teaching aids, gradually adjust and use the shape and size, so that the basic modeling elements gradually become the shapes of classic works, let students think and learn basic modeling elements, and facilitate observation of the evolution of shapes , thus becoming a subject worthy of discussion.

The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a model display device that is convenient for users to observe the three-dimensional concept of works and the evolution process of basic modeling elements.

To achieve the above object, a model display device of the present invention includes a base plate, a model set and a back plate. The model group is arranged on the bottom plate, and the model group includes a first model and a second model. The first model includes a first bottom structure and a first main structure, and the first bottom structure is located under the first main structure. The second model includes a second bottom structure and a second main structure, the second bottom structure is located below the second main structure, and the shapes of the first main structure and the second main structure are different. The backplane is connected to the baseboard, and the backplane includes a first projection area and a second projection area. As shown in FIG. 1 , in one embodiment of the present invention, the model display device 11 is used to present the evolution of multiple three-dimensional models at various stages of design, so that users can observe the three-dimensional concept of the work and the evolution process of basic modeling elements. The model display device 1 includes a bottom plate 10 , a model set 20 , a back plate 30 and a support 40 .

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 , the bottom plate 10 is used to carry the model group 20 and the back plate 30 . The bottom plate 10 includes a first indicator 11 , a second indicator 12 , a third indicator 13 and a plurality of receiving slots 14 , 14 a , 14 b. The first indicating part 11 , the second indicating part 12 and the third indicating part 13 are all areas for writing notes, which are set beside the model set 20 to introduce the appearance and evolution process of the model set 20 . The plurality of accommodating slots 14 , 14 a , 14 b are circular grooves for accommodating the model set 20 . However, the shape of the accommodating grooves 14 , 14 a , 14 b is not limited to a circle, which can be changed according to the shape of the bottom of the model set 20 .

As shown in FIG. 1 , FIG. 4 to FIG. 6 , the model set 20 is arranged on the bottom plate 10 , and the model set 20 includes a first model 21 , a second model 22 and a third model 23 . The shapes of the first model 21 , the second model 22 and the third model 23 are all different to show the process of gradually building a coffee pot from a basic structure. The first model 21 is used to present the basic shape elements of the coffee pot. The first model 21 includes a first bottom structure 211 and a first main structure 212. The first bottom structure 211 is located below the first main structure 212 and placed in a container. Set slot 14. The first bottom structure 211 is separated from the first main structure 212 . The second bottom structure 221 is located below the second main structure 222 and placed in the receiving groove 14a. The shapes of the first bottom structure 211 and the second bottom structure 221 are the same, and both are circular bottom plates whose peripheral edges taper along the height. The shapes of the first main structure 212 and the second main structure 222 are different, and the second main structure 222 is a cylinder with a higher height. The second intermediate structure 223 is located between the second bottom structure 221 and the second main structure 222; the bottom of the second intermediate structure 223 is a short circular plate, and the top is a highly tapered circular bottom plate. The second indicator 12 is located next to the second model 22 .

A third model 23 is used to represent the final version of the coffee maker. The third model 23 includes a third bottom structure 231 , a third main structure 232 , a third intermediate structure 233 and two third side structures 234 , 234 a. The third bottom structure 231 and the second bottom structure 221 have the same shape as the first bottom structure 211 , and are circular bottom plates whose peripheral edges taper along the height. The third bottom structure 231 is placed in the receiving groove 14 b. The third main structure 232 and the second main structure 222 have the same shape, and both are cylinders with a high height. The shape of the third intermediate structure 233 is the same as that of the second intermediate structure 223 , the bottom of which is a circular plate with a relatively low height, and the top is a highly tapered circular bottom plate. Two third side structures 234, 234a are connected to the third main structure 232, one side structure 234 is an approximately triangular spout, and the other side structure 234a is a C-shaped handle. The third indicator 13 is located next to the third model 23 .

As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 , the back panel 30 is used to present a horizontal projection of the model group 20 to display the basic shapes of the first model 21 , the second model 22 and the third model 23 . The backplane 30 is connected to the baseboard 10 . The backplane 30 includes a plurality of first projection areas 31, 31a, a plurality of second projection areas 32, 32a, 32b, a plurality of third projection areas 33, 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d and a plurality of auxiliary projection areas 34, 34a. The position and shape of the first projection area 31, 31a correspond to the horizontal projection of the first model 21 on the back plate 30; the first projection area 31 is the horizontal projection of the first bottom structure 211 of the first model 21, and presents a trapezoid; The first projected area 31a is a horizontal projection of the first main structure 212 of the first model 21, and presents a rectangle.

The auxiliary projection areas 34 and 34a are used to display the projections of the basic shapes of the first bottom structure 211 and the first main structure 212 before the cone and cylinder are removed, so that the user can observe the changes of the basic shapes after the removal. The auxiliary projection area 34 is a triangular area; the first projection area 31 is located in the auxiliary projection area 34 . The auxiliary projection area 34a is a quadrilateral area; the first projection area 31a is located in the auxiliary projection area 34a.

The position and shape of the second projection area 32, 32a, 32b correspond to the horizontal projection of the second model 22 on the back plate 30; the second projection area 32 is the horizontal projection of the second bottom structure 221 of the second model 22, and appears as Trapezoid; the second projection area 32a is the horizontal projection of the second main structure 222 of the second model 22, and appears as a rectangle; the second projection area 32b is the horizontal projection of the second intermediate structure 223 of the second model 22, and appears as hexagon.

The position and shape of the third projection area 33, 33a, 33b, 33c, 33d correspond to the horizontal projection of the third model 23 on the back plate 30; the third projection area 33 is the horizontal projection of the third bottom structure 231 of the third model 23 , and appear as a trapezoid; the third projection area 33a is the horizontal projection of the third main structure 232 of the third model 23, and appears as a rectangle; the third projection area 33b is the horizontal projection of the third intermediate structure 233 of the third model 23 , and appear as a hexagon; the third projection area 33c is the horizontal projection of the third side structure 234 of the third model 23, and presents a C-shape; the third projection area 33d is the third side structure of the third model 23 234a is projected horizontally and appears as a triangle. However, it should be noted that in the present invention, since the areas of the third projection areas 33c and 33d are relatively small, in order to make the third projection areas 33c and 33d clearer, the inventors adjusted the positions of the third projection areas 33c and 33d slightly. The horizontal movement is not connected with the third projection area 33a, so that others can see the shape of the third projection area 33c, 33d more clearly.

The support 40 is a cylinder, one end of the support 40 is connected to the first main structure 212 , and the other end of the support 40 is connected to the backplane 30 . The supporting member 40 is used for suspending the first main structure 212 above the first bottom structure 211 . However, the connection of the other end of the support member 40 to the backplane 30 is not limited to the connection to the backplane 30 , and the support member 40 can also be designed such that two ends of the support member 40 are respectively connected to the first main structure 212 and the first bottom structure 211 .

When the user watches the model display device 1 to learn how the first model 21 evolves into the second model 22, and then evolves into the third model 23, the user can watch the first model 21, the second model 22 and the third model 23 correspond to each other. The differences and changes between the structures; for example, the first main structure 212 is originally shorter, while the height of the corresponding second main structure 222 is increased; therefore, the user can observe these changes to understand the changes of the model. In addition, the user can also watch the shape change of each projected area on the back plate 30 , and understand that the model evolves from those basic shapes to the final product.

Through the structural design of the model display device 1 of the present invention, the evolution of multiple three-dimensional models at each stage of design can be presented, so that users can observe the three-dimensional concept of the work and the evolution process of basic modeling elements, so that users can better understand the end of the model. Points and edge lines, and the relationship between projected points and marked lines can be seen to understand the size changes of the projected lines and the plane formed by the projected lines.
