廢棄輸送帶係包括有鋼索及膠料,本創作的廢輸送帶處理方法係應於前述之廢輸送帶處理系統100,將廢棄輸送帶中的膠料和鋼索分離,如圖6所示,所述的廢輸送帶處理方法包括有上料步驟S1、水刀除料步驟S2、膠料乾燥步驟S3及鋼索脫膠步驟S4。

上料步驟S1:首先,將帶狀的一廢輸送帶B捲收至該送料捲取機10A;接著,再將該廢輸送帶B導引至該水刀除料機20。在本創作的較佳實施例中,該送料捲取機10A具有動力且能夠正轉或逆轉,能藉由該送料捲取機10A將該廢輸送帶B捲取形成捲料狀態,並且將該廢輸送帶B導引至該水刀除料機20。實際上,收集回來的輸送帶不一定總是呈完整的帶狀,有可能僅是輸送帶裂解後而成的多數個塊體。因此,在上料至該送料捲取機10A之前,有時需要先將該多數個塊體相互勾結成帶狀的所述廢輸送帶B;如此一來,才能將該廢輸送帶B捲收於該送料捲取機10A。

該水刀機構22能依據該廢輸送帶B的編織方式、厚度或組成來調整水壓。該水刀機構22的水刀頭亦能依據該廢輸送帶B的編織方式、厚度、組成、寬度、產出膠粒的粗細來替換水刀頭。該水刀機構22亦可透過編寫程式、控制該水刀機構22的位移、水刀頭的角度,以及掃除的次數,而能避免人為操作水刀頭所造成疏失、增加水刀頭運作時的安全性與穩定性。本創作之廢輸送帶處理系統100在水刀除料步驟S2中,能夠移除該廢輸送帶B之75%~85%的膠料。

脫除;最後再進入該連續式熱烘乾機32,烘乾沾附於所述膠料的剩餘水分。鋼索脫膠步驟S4:如圖5所示,經過水刀除料步驟S2之後,該廢輸送帶B裸露出其鋼索W,且該鋼索W及該廢輸送帶B的邊緣處還殘留部分的殘餘膠料P。該廢輸送帶B經過該水刀除料機20後再經過該鋼索刮料機40,該鋼索刮料機40的兩刮刀41相向地靠近,兩該刮刀41的凹口411能相對合容置該廢輸送帶B的鋼索;當該收料捲取機10C捲收該廢輸送帶B時,殘留於鋼索的膠料能被兩該刮刀41的凹口411所刮除。該鋼索刮料機40能夠進一步將該廢輸送帶B剩餘的15%~25%膠料移除。
