Referring to FIG. 1 , the solar units 120 - 123 are distributed between the first adhesive layer 170 and the second adhesive layer 180 .

Since the first adhesive layer 170 is connected to the first shielding portion 151 , the first bent portion 134 of the first bus bar 130 and the second bent portion 144 of the second bus bar 140 do not directly contact the first adhesive layer 170 . At the same time, the second shielding portion 152 connected to the first shielding portion 151 has a larger area and covers part of the solar cells 120 - 123 , which can disperse the pressure, so that the first bus bar 130 and the second bus bar 140 can pass through the first bus bar 130 and the second bus bar 140 The shielding portion 151 is maintained in an appropriate position.

144。On the other hand, please refer to FIG. 3 , the first bus bar 130 and the second bus bar 140 of this embodiment extend along the first direction d1, and the first width w1 of the first shielding portion 151 in the first direction d1 falls in the range of 8mm to 20mm. Therefore, the first shielding portion 151 can appropriately shield the first bending portion 134 of the first bus bar 130 and the second bending portion 144 of the second bus bar 140 .

The light-transmitting cover plate 160 in this embodiment may be, for example, an acrylic material or a glass material, and the solar module 100 further includes a light-absorbing material 190 . The light absorbing material 190 is disposed on the surface of the connecting element 150 facing away from the backplane 110 .

154。Specifically, the light-absorbing material 190 of this embodiment is disposed on the surface 155 of the first shielding portion 151 facing the light-transmitting cover plate 160 and facing away from the back plate 110 and the second shielding portion 152 facing the light-transmitting cover plate 160 and facing away from the back plate 110 . Surface 154 .

In this embodiment, the backplane 110 has a connection hole 116 . The position of the first shielding portion 151 corresponds to the position of the connecting hole 116 , and the first end 131 and the second end 141 pass through the connecting hole 116 . Therefore, the first shielding portion 151 can reduce the influence of the connection caused by the first bent portion 134 of the first bus bar 130 and the second bent portion 144 of the second bus bar 140 .

FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view according to the secant line B-B in FIG. 2 . Referring to FIG. 4 , in this embodiment, the second width w2 of the first shielding portion 151 in the second direction d2 falls within the range of 5 mm to 10 mm, and the second direction d2 is the same as the above-mentioned first direction d1 vertical.

130。Further, the first shielding portion 151 of this embodiment includes a groove 156 . The groove 156 accommodates part of the first bus bar 130 and part of the second bus bar 140 (please refer to FIG. 3 ). Therefore, the first shielding part 151 can properly fix and shield the first bus bar 130 .

For example, the depth w3 of the groove 156 in the third direction d3 falls between 175 μm and 350 μm, and the third direction d3 is parallel to the normal vector N of the bearing surface 111 . Therefore, the groove 156 of the first shielding portion 151 can properly accommodate the above-mentioned first bus bar 130 or the second bus bar 140 . It should be noted that, in the drawings referred to in this embodiment, the thicknesses of some elements have been enlarged and drawn for the sake of clarity, and are not intended to limit the size relationship of the elements of the present invention.

FIG. 5 is a schematic plan view of the connecting element 150 in one embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 6 and 7 are schematic plan views of the connecting element in other embodiments of the present invention, and FIGS. 5 to 7 and the above-mentioned second FIG. The middle element is a dashed line showing a valley or peak line. Referring to FIG. 5, in this embodiment, the connecting element 150 may be formed of a flexible material, and the flexible material may include polyethylene terephthalate (PET), etc., but the present invention is not limited to this.

The first shielding portion 151 and the second shielding portion 152 of the connecting element 150 in this embodiment are connected, and the second shielding portion 152 surrounds the first shielding portion 151 . A slot 153 is formed between the first shielding portion 151 and the second shielding portion 152 , and the slot 153 is in the shape of ㄇ.

140。Since the connecting element 150 is formed of a flexible material, the groove 156 may be formed by stamping. The groove 156 of the first shielding portion 151 extends along the first direction d1, and the user can open the first shielding portion 151 and the second shielding portion 152 to allow the above-mentioned first bus bar 130 (refer to FIG. 2) and the second shielding portion 152. In detail, the first shielding portion 151 has a first edge 157 , a second edge 158 and a third edge 159 in a region adjacent to the groove 156 . The first edge 157 and the third edge 159 are parallel to the second direction d2, and the second edge 158 is parallel to the first direction d1. The first shielding portion 151 is connected to the second shielding portion 152 at a side opposite to the second edge 158 , so the first shielding portion 151 can be opened from the second shielding portion 152 to allow the above-mentioned first bus bar 130 (refer to Section 2 Figure ) and the second bus bar 140 (see Figure 2 ) are inserted.

156A。Referring to FIG. 6 , in other embodiments of the present invention, the connecting element 150A includes a first shielding portion 151A and a second shielding portion 152A. The second shielding portion 152A is connected to and surrounds the first shielding portion 151A, and the first shielding portion 151A has a groove 156A.

A slot 153A is formed between the first shielding portion 151A and the second shielding portion 152A, and the slot 153A is U-shaped. Specifically, the first shielding portion 151A has a first edge 157A, a second edge 158A and a third edge 159A in a region adjacent to the groove 156A. The first edge 157A and the third edge 159A are parallel to the second direction d2, and the second edge 158A is parallel to the first direction d1.

In detail, in this embodiment, a chamfered structure is formed between the first edge 157A and the second edge 158A, and a chamfered structure is formed between the second edge 158A and the third edge 159A.
