First, please refer to Figures 1 and 2 together. Figure 1 shows that when the foldable electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is in a first use state, the movable plate 12 is located in a first position relative to the bottom plate 11 of the bottom side of the main body 10 . A schematic diagram of a position, FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of a second position of the movable panel 12 relative to the bottom plate 11 of the main body 10 when the foldable electronic device 100 in FIG. 1 is in a second use state.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , a foldable electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is, for example, a notebook computer, which mainly includes a main body 10 and a display module 20 that can be rotated with each other. The aforementioned main body 10 and the display module The groups 20 are connected to each other through the pivot H, so that the display module 20 can rotate relative to the main body 10 .

100。In this embodiment, a display screen (such as LCD, OLED or touch screen) is disposed on the surface of the display module 20 , and an input keyboard (such as a QWERTY keyboard) and/or touch screen can be disposed on the surface of the main body 10 A touch pad is used to facilitate the user to operate the foldable electronic device 100 .

It should be understood that the aforementioned input keyboard or touchpad can be used as a user input interface, and when the user wants to open and operate the foldable electronic device 100 , the display module 20 can be positioned relative to the main body 10 . Open it, and then use the input keyboard or touchpad on the main body 10 to input commands or control the cursor on the display screen.

In addition, a circuit unit E is arranged inside the main body 10, and a movable shielding element P is arranged on one side of the circuit unit E, wherein the shielding element P and the circuit unit E are pivotally connected to each other, and the shielding element P and The pivot H is located on the opposite side of the aforementioned circuit unit E.

As can be seen from Figures 1 and 2, the bottom side of the body 10 of the foldable electronic device 100 in this embodiment is provided with a bottom plate 11, a movable plate 12 and at least one guide rod L, wherein the aforementioned guide rod L passes through the bottom plate 11 and the movable plate 12, which can be used as a foot pad of the foldable electronic device 100, and the movable plate 12 can slide up and down relative to the bottom plate 11 along the guide rod L. In one embodiment, the movable plate 12 can be driven by a motor (not shown) to move along the guide rod L to a first position (FIG. 1) and a second position ( Figure 2) to move between.

As mentioned above, the aforementioned guide rod L can be used as a foot pad of the foldable electronic device 100 . When the user places the foldable electronic device 100 on a desktop for use, the aforementioned guide rod L will contact the desktop, and a gap will be formed between the movable plate 12 and the desktop to facilitate heat dissipation.

For example, the aforementioned circuit unit E may include circuit components such as a motherboard, a central processing unit or a power module, and when the foldable electronic device 100 is in the first use state (FIG. 1), the movable panel 12 is opposite to the main body 10. The bottom plate 11 on the bottom side is located at a first position. At this time, there is a distance between the movable plate 12 and the bottom plate 11 and a gas channel G is formed to facilitate the hot air inside the main body 10 to be discharged from the foldable electronic device 100 in the horizontal direction (eg shown in the direction of the arrow in Figure 1). In this embodiment, the aforementioned gas channel G is substantially parallel to a horizontal direction.

Conversely, when the movable plate 12 moves relative to the bottom plate 11 on the bottom side of the main body 10 from the first position shown in FIG. 1 to the second position shown in FIG. 2 , the foldable electronic device 100 is converted from the aforementioned first use state In a second use state, the movable plate 12 will abut against the bottom plate 11 of the bottom side of the main body 10, and the hollow protruding structure 13 located on the bottom side of the main body 10 will push the valve 14 on the movable plate 12 open. As a result, the hot air inside the main body 10 can be turned and discharged toward the bottom of the foldable electronic device 100 (as indicated by the arrow direction in FIG. 2 ).

Next, please refer to Figures 1, 3, 4, and 5 together, wherein Figure 3 shows a schematic diagram of a partial mechanism of the foldable electronic device 100 in Figure 1, Figure 4 shows an enlarged view of part A1 in Figure 3, FIG. 5 shows a schematic view of the hollow protruding structure 13 pushing the valve 14 on the movable plate 12 to open.

Specifically, when the user wants to use the foldable electronic device 100 outdoors or in a place without a table, the foldable electronic device 100 can be placed on the leg for use, and at this time, the foldable electronic device 100 can be displayed as follows The first use state shown in Figure 1. In this state, an air flow can be generated by a fan (not shown) disposed inside the main body 10 , so that the heat generated by the circuit unit E can be discharged to the movable plate along with the air flow through the hollow protruding structure 13 . 12 and the bottom plate 11 in the air channel G, and then the hot air can flow in the horizontal direction and be exhausted from the back side of the foldable electronic device 100 (as shown by the arrow direction in the first, third, and fourth figures), so that It can prevent the hot air from spraying directly to the user's legs and affect the comfort during use.

It should be noted that when the foldable electronic device 100 is in the aforementioned first use state, the shielding element P located on one side of the circuit unit E will abut against the movable plate 12 (as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 ), thereby This can prevent the heated air in the air channel G from being discharged from the front side of the foldable electronic device 100 , so as to prevent the heated air from being directly sprayed to the user and affecting the comfort during use.

12。On the other hand, when the user wants to place the foldable electronic device 100 on a desktop for use, the movable plate 12 can be driven by a motor (not shown) to follow the guide rod from the first position shown in FIG. 1 . L moves to the second position shown in FIG. 2 , so that the foldable electronic device 100 is converted from the first use state to the second use state. During the movement of the movable plate 12 from the first position to the second position along the guide rod L, the hollow protruding structure 13 located on the bottom side of the main body 10 will push the valve 14 on the movable plate 12 open, so that the valve 14 on the movable plate 12 can be pushed open. The hot air inside the main body 10 is diverted to be discharged downward of the foldable electronic device 100 (as shown in FIG. 5 ), wherein the valve 14 is pivotally connected to the movable plate 12 through the pivot h.

As can be seen from FIG. 5 , the protruding structure 13 is substantially cylindrical and protrudes toward the movable plate 12 , and a through hole 110 is formed in the center of the protruding structure 13 , and a rear end of the protruding structure 13 is formed There is a slope 131. It should be understood that, in the process of moving the movable plate 12 from the first position to the second position, the protruding structure 13 can touch and push the valve 14 on the movable plate 12 through the inclined surface 131 of its rear end, wherein the aforementioned The valve 14 is rotatably disposed at the opening 120 on the movable plate 12 , so that the hot air generated by the circuit unit E can pass through the aforementioned through hole 110 and the opening 120 on the movable plate 12 in sequence and turn to the foldable type. The bottom of the electronic device 100 is discharged, so as to improve the heat dissipation performance of the foldable electronic device 100 .

Please also refer to Figures 2, 6 and 7, wherein Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of a partial mechanism of the foldable electronic device 100 in Figure 2, and Figure 7 is an enlarged view of part A2 in Figure 6. As shown in Figures 2, 6, and 7, when the user wants to place the foldable electronic device 100 on a desktop for use, the movable plate 12 can be driven by a motor (not shown) from the first position shown in Figure 1. The position moves along the guide rod L to the second position shown in FIG. 2 , so that the foldable electronic device 100 is converted from the first use state to the second use state.

When the foldable electronic device 100 is switched to the second use state, the valve 14 on the movable plate 12 will be completely pushed open by the protruding structure 13 on the bottom side of the main body 10 , and the movable plate 12 will contact the bottom plate 11 , so that the main body 10 The hot air inside can directly pass through the through hole 110 in the center of the protruding structure 13 and the opening 120 on the movable plate 12 to be exhausted toward the bottom of the foldable electronic device 100 (as shown by the arrow directions in Figures 2, 6 and 7).

Next, please refer to Figures 8 and 9. Figure 8 shows a schematic diagram of a sliding valve 15 on the bottom side of the movable plate 12 according to another embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 9 shows the protruding structure 13 in Figure 8. A schematic diagram of the valve 15 on the bottom side of the movable plate 12 being pushed open.

As shown in Figures 8 and 9, the main difference between this embodiment and the embodiment in Figures 1 to 7 is that a sliding valve 15 is provided on the bottom side of the movable plate 12 of this embodiment to replace the aforementioned rotary valve. The valve 14, wherein the aforementioned valve 15 is slidable in the horizontal direction relative to the movable plate 12.

Specifically, when the user wants to use the foldable electronic device 100 outdoors or in a place without a table, the foldable electronic device 100 can be placed on the leg for use. At this time, the foldable electronic device 100 is in the first use. state, and the opening 120 on the movable plate 12 is closed by the sliding valve 15 (FIG. 8). In this state, the heat generated by the circuit unit E can be discharged into the air passage G between the movable plate 12 and the bottom plate 11 along with the air flow through the hollow protruding structure 13, and then the hot air can be discharged and folded along the horizontal direction. The type electronic device 100 can be prevented from directly spraying the hot air to the user's legs and affecting the comfort during use.

On the other hand, when the user wants to place the foldable electronic device 100 on a desktop for use, the movable plate 12 can be driven by a motor (not shown) to follow the guide rod from the first position shown in FIG. 8 . L moves to the second position shown in FIG. 9 , and makes the foldable electronic device 100 transition from the first use state to the second use state. When the movable plate 12 moves from the first position to the second position along the guide rod L, the hollow protruding structure 13 located on the bottom side of the main body 10 will move the valve 15 on the bottom side of the movable plate 12 to the left and right sides Open, so that the hot air inside the main body 10 can be turned to discharge the foldable electronic device 100 in a vertical direction (as shown in FIG. 9 ), wherein the vertical direction is perpendicular to the horizontal direction.

It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the rear end of the protruding structure 13 is formed with an arc surface 132 , while the aforementioned valve 15 is formed with an inclined surface 151 . When the protruding structure 13 pushes the valve 15 on the bottom side of the movable plate 12 away, the aforementioned arc surface 132 will contact the inclined surface 151; The valve 15 can be formed with an arc surface corresponding to the aforesaid inclined surface, so as to reduce the frictional force when contacting each other, and the present embodiment is not limited to that disclosed.
