Abstract
本發明提供一種按鍵,包括一底板、一支撐元件、一彈臂以及一鍵帽。鍵帽具有一凸塊。支撐元件設置於底板上,彈臂連接於支撐元件並且對應鍵帽的凸塊,鍵帽連接支撐元件。當鍵帽往底板方向移動時,鍵帽的凸塊會抵壓彈臂,彈臂受到凸塊抵壓後產生彈性變形並且脫離凸塊,當彈臂脫離凸塊後會撞擊鍵帽而產生聲響。
Description
本發明關於一種輸入裝置,特別關於一種按鍵。
現今習知的鍵盤有許多是薄膜線路鍵盤,薄膜線路鍵盤是使用彈性元件觸發按鍵下方的薄膜線路而產生按鍵訊號,並不像機械式鍵盤是使用按鍵內的金屬元件互相接觸導通而產生按鍵訊號。因此薄膜線路鍵盤在按壓時產生的聲響通常是鍵帽撞擊底板所發出的聲音,這種聲音安靜且低沉,相對的,薄膜線路鍵盤並不會產生如同機械式鍵盤的金屬元件明亮摩擦聲,也不會產生明顯的按壓震動手感。
然而,許多使用者希望在使用薄膜線路鍵盤時,也能享受到按壓機械式鍵盤時所帶來的按鍵明亮聲響以及明顯震動手感。但是,若將這些產生聲響以及震動的結構加進薄膜線路鍵盤中,會大幅改變薄膜線路鍵盤本身的按鍵結構,使得按鍵高度和重量增加、提高製作成本,也會造成組裝上的困難。
為了解決習知技術的問題,本發明提出一種按鍵。本發明之按鍵能夠在不大幅改變原本薄膜線路鍵盤結構的情況下加入聲響結構,並且藉由原本按鍵的按壓動作,即可產生明亮的聲響以及明顯震動手感。同時,本發明之按鍵所加入的響聲結構,可以由原本按鍵的元件上做延伸設置,並不會提高大量成本以及造成組裝困難,也不會影響按鍵的觸發功能。
為了達到上述目的,本發明一種按鍵,包括:
一底板;
一電路層,設置於該底板:
一彈性元件,設置於該電路層上;
一支撐元件,設置於該底板並圍繞該彈性元件;
一彈臂,連接於該支撐元件;以及
一鍵帽,覆蓋該彈性元件並且連接該支撐元件,該鍵帽具有一凸塊,該凸塊對應該彈臂;
其中,當該鍵帽往該底板方向移動時,該凸塊抵壓該彈臂,該彈臂受到該凸塊之抵壓後產生彈性變形並且脫離該凸塊之抵壓,當該彈臂脫離該凸塊之抵壓後撞擊該鍵帽發出聲響。
較佳地,該支撐元件具有一外框以及一內框,該外框圍繞該內框,該彈臂連接於該外框。
較佳地,該支撐元件具有一檔塊,該檔塊設置於該支撐元件之該外框,並且位於該彈臂下方。
較佳地,該彈臂具有一連接部、一敲擊部以及一撥動部,該連接部連接該支撐元件,該敲擊部對應該鍵帽,該撥動部對應該鍵帽之該凸塊。
較佳地,該彈臂之該敲擊部往該鍵帽方向突出。
較佳地,該鍵帽之該凸塊具有一抵壓部,該抵壓部對應該彈臂之該撥動部,該抵壓部用於抵壓該彈臂之撥動部。
較佳地,該鍵帽具有一內環壁以及一內面,該鍵帽之該凸塊設置於該內環壁,該內面對應該彈壁之該敲擊部。
較佳地,該鍵帽往該底板方向移動時,該鍵帽擠壓該彈性元件,並且該鍵帽之該凸塊抵壓該彈臂,當該彈性元件觸壓該電路層之後,該彈臂脫離該凸塊並撞擊該鍵帽。
較佳地,該彈臂之彈性回復力大於該凸塊之抵壓力時,該彈臂脫離該凸塊並解除彈性變形,使該彈臂撞擊該鍵帽。
本發明利用按鍵的支撐元件上延伸設置的彈臂以及鍵帽上延伸出的凸塊,讓凸塊抵壓彈臂之後,使彈臂回彈撞擊鍵帽而發出聲響以及震動。達到不改變原本按鍵結構而能產生按壓聲音以及手感的目的。
以下茲舉本發明較佳實施例並搭配圖式進行進一步之說明。
請參閱圖1本發明較佳實施例之立體分解圖以及圖2本發明較佳實施例之按鍵側面示意圖。本發明之按鍵1包括一底板10、一電路層20、一彈性元件30、一支撐元件40、一彈臂50以及一鍵帽60。鍵帽60具有一凸塊63。電路層20設置於底板10的表面,彈性元件30設置於電路層20上,支撐元件40設置於底板10並且圍繞彈性元件30,彈臂50連接於支撐元件40,鍵帽60覆蓋彈性元件30並且連接支撐元件40,並且鍵帽60的凸塊63設置的位置對應彈臂50。當按壓鍵帽60,使鍵帽60往底板10的方向移動時,凸塊63會抵壓彈臂50,而彈臂50受到凸塊63的抵壓後會產生彈性變形,彈臂50在彈性變形後會脫離凸塊63的抵壓,並且因為彈臂50的彈性能力而使彈臂50撞擊到鍵帽60進而發出聲響以及震動。
詳細而言,支撐元件40具有一外框41、一內框42以及一檔塊43。彈臂50具有一連接部51、一敲擊部52以及一撥動部53。鍵帽60具有一內環壁61以及一內面62,且鍵帽60的凸塊63具有一抵壓部631。支撐元件40的外框41圍繞內框42,彈臂50連接於外框41,檔塊43設置於外框41並且位於彈臂50的下方,檔塊43用以穩定彈臂50的位置,並且檔塊43可以作為支撐彈臂50受壓回彈的支點功能。彈臂50的連接部51固定於支撐元件40的外框41上,敲擊部52以及撥動部53並沒有被固定而可以受到按壓而彈性擺動。彈臂50的敲擊部52對應鍵帽60的內面62,並且敲擊部52往內面62的方向延伸突出,彈臂50的撥動部53對應鍵帽60的凸塊63。鍵帽60的凸塊63設置於鍵帽63的內環壁61上,並且凸塊63主要以抵壓部631對應彈臂50的撥動部53,使得抵壓部631能夠抵壓撥動部53,進而使彈臂50彈性變形。
本發明之按鍵1使用狀態說明,請參閱圖3、圖4本發明較佳實施例之按鍵之使用狀態示意圖。參閱圖3,當鍵帽60因為按壓而往底板10方向移動時,鍵帽60會擠壓彈性元件30(圖中未示),並且鍵帽60的凸塊63會跟著鍵帽60一起往底板10方向移動,使得凸塊63的抵壓部631抵壓彈臂50的撥動部53,讓彈臂50受到向下按壓的力量而彈性變形,此時支撐元件40的檔塊43會向上抵頂彈臂50。續參閱圖4,當鍵帽60擠壓使得彈性元件30(圖中未示)觸壓電路層20而產生按鍵訊號(圖中未示)之後,彈臂50會因彈性變型而脫離凸塊63的抵壓部631的抵壓,或是彈臂50的彈性回復力大於凸塊63的抵壓部631的抵壓力道時,也會脫離抵壓部631的抵壓。彈臂50脫離抵壓之後,彈臂50的敲擊部52以及撥動部53會因為彈力的慣性而往鍵帽60的方向擺盪,敲擊部52也會移動到凸塊63的上方,使得敲擊部52撞擊鍵帽60的內面62,進而產生明亮的敲擊聲響以及震動手感。
當鍵帽60未被按壓後,彈性元件30會推動鍵帽60往遠離底板10的方向移動,此時凸塊63會被鍵帽60帶動跟著遠離底板10,此時凸塊63的抵壓部631會滑過彈臂50的撥動部53,使彈臂50的撥動部53沿著撥動部631的表面往下滑動並且回到抵壓部631下方的位置,以便下一次的按壓作動。
彈臂50為具有彈性的金屬彈簧條或是塑膠條所製成。支撐元件40的檔塊43較佳是設置在靠近彈臂50的連接部51的位置。鍵帽60的內面62對應彈臂50的敲擊部52的位置也可加入金屬片,使敲擊聲音更明顯。
上所述僅為本發明的較佳實施例,並非用以限定本發明的權利要求範圍,因此凡其他未脫離本發明所揭示的精神下所完成的等效改變或修飾,均應包含于本發明的範圍內。

Claims (8)
- 一種按鍵,該按鍵包括:一底板;一電路層,設置於該底板:一彈性元件,設置於該電路層上;一支撐元件,設置於該底板並圍繞該彈性元件,該支撐元件具有一外框以及一內框,該外框圍繞該內框;一彈臂,連接於該支撐元件之該外框;以及一鍵帽,覆蓋該彈性元件並且連接該支撐元件,該鍵帽具有一凸塊,該凸塊對應該彈臂;其中,當該鍵帽往該底板方向移動時,該凸塊抵壓該彈臂,該彈臂受到該凸塊之抵壓後產生彈性變形並且脫離該凸塊之抵壓,當該彈臂脫離該凸塊之抵壓後撞擊該鍵帽發出聲響。
- 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該支撐元件具有一檔塊,該檔塊設置於該支撐元件之該外框,並且位於該彈臂下方。
- 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該彈臂具有一連接部、一敲擊部以及一撥動部,該連接部連接該支撐元件,該敲擊部對應該鍵帽,該撥動部對應該鍵帽之該凸塊。
- 如請求項3之按鍵,其中,該彈臂之該敲擊部往該鍵帽方向突出。
- 如請求項3之按鍵,其中,該鍵帽之該凸塊具有一抵壓部,該抵壓部對應該彈臂之該撥動部,該抵壓部用於抵壓該彈臂之撥動部。
- 如請求項3之按鍵,其中,該鍵帽具有一內環壁以及一內面,該鍵帽之該凸塊設置於該內環壁,該內面對應該彈臂之該敲擊部。
- 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該鍵帽往該底板方向移動時,該鍵帽擠壓該彈性元件,並且該鍵帽之該凸塊抵壓該彈臂,當該彈性元件觸壓該電路層之後,該彈臂脫離該凸塊並撞擊該鍵帽。
- 如請求項1之按鍵,其中,該彈臂之彈性回復力大於該凸塊之抵壓力時,該彈臂脫離該凸塊並撞擊該鍵帽。
