Please refer to FIGS. 1 to 3 . FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the appearance of an emergency escape device 1 in an emergency state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the composition of the gas-filled tube of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 . FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the appearance of the emergency escape device 1 in an emergency state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

13。 The emergency escape device 1 includes a cover body 11 , a plurality of inflatable tubes 12 and an inflatable device 13 .

The cover body 11 is in the shape of a channel, as shown in FIG. 1 . Two ends of the cover body 11 respectively define an inlet end 11a and an outlet end 11b, the cover body 11 includes a first layer 111, and the cover body 11 is close to the inlet end 11a has an escape entrance 113, the cover body 11 has an escape exit 114 close to the exit end 11b, as shown in FIG.

66。 The material of the cover body 11 can be cloth fabric, or a polymer material such as nylon 6 or 66.

A plurality of inflatable tubes 12 are connected to the cover body 11 , and each inflatable tube 12 is spaced apart, extending from the inlet end 11 a to the outlet end 11 b without intersecting, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 .

In one embodiment, each gas tube 12 includes an outer layer film 125 and an inner layer film 127 , and the outer layer film 125 is located outside the inner layer film 127 . In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the gas tube 12 further includes an adhesive film 126 located between the inner film 127 and the outer film 125 .

That is, the inflatable tube 12 of the present invention may have a single-layer, double-layer or multi-layer structure, and the outer film 125 is made of woven fabric to achieve structural support after the inflatable tube 12 is inflated. In some embodiments, the material of the outer layer film 125 is woven fabric, which is the same material as the cloth fabric of the cover body 11 , and the outer layer film 125 and the cover body 11 are woven into an integral structure. The inner layer film 127 is a thin film structure, and the material is selected from a polymer material to meet the air tightness requirement. In some embodiments, the gas tube 12 is a double-layer structure, and the inner layer film 127 can be directly bonded to the outer layer film 125 . In other embodiments, the adhesive film 126 such as glue is cured to form an adhesive layer, and the inner layer film 127 is bonded to the outer layer film 125 through the adhesive layer 126 . Since the inner layer film 127 needs to be inflated, it is not easy to leak air, so that the inflatable tube 12 is kept inflated for a long time, so the air tightness requirement is relatively high. Preferably, the material of the inflatable tube 12 is polyurethane (TPU), which has good Flexibility, elasticity and sealing.

The inflatable device 13 includes an activation element 131 , and the inflatable device 13 is connected to the inflatable tube 12 via at least one one-way check valve 124 . The inflatable device 13 is such as a high-pressure gas cylinder (as shown in Figure 1) or an electrical inflatable pump (as shown in Figure 3), and the supplemented gas is such as air, nitrogen or dioxygen carbonized. The high-pressure gas cylinder has a pressure valve and a safety bolt (activating member 131 ), and the inflation pump has an on-off key (activating member 131 ). The one-way gas check valve 124 can control the gas to only enter and exit.

Please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 , which are respectively schematic diagrams of the appearance of the emergency escape device in an emergency state according to an embodiment of the present invention. The difference between FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 is that the inflating devices 13 are different, one is a high-pressure gas cylinder, and the other is an electrical inflatable pump. In these embodiments, the cover body 11 further includes a second layer 112 , and the second layer 112 is located outside the first layer 111 . There is a space 116 between the first layer 111 and the second layer 112, the first layer 111 and the second layer 112 have an escape entrance 113 near the inlet end 11a, and the first layer 111 and the second layer 112 are near the outlet end 11b There is an escape exit 114. The materials of the second layer 112 and the first layer 111 can be selected from cloth fabrics, or polymer materials such as nylon.

A plurality of inflatable tubes 12 are located in the space 116 and do not intersect, and each inflatable tube 12 extends from the inlet end 11a to the outlet end 11b. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 , 3 , 4 and 5 , the inflatable device 13 is inflated through one of the inflatable tubes 12 , and the inflatable tube 12 is connected to the other inflatable tubes 12 (not shown in the figure). ), so that the inflation device 13 can fill all the inflation tubes 12. In some embodiments, the inflation device 13 may be connected to the plurality of inflation tubes 12 via a plurality of one-way check valves 124, which is not limited in the present invention. In some embodiments, the outer film 125 and the cloth fabric of the cover body 11 are made of the same material, and the outer film 125 and the cover body 11 are woven into an integral structure.

Please refer to FIG. 6 , which is a schematic diagram of an emergency escape device in a normal state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Under normal conditions, the inflatable tube 12 is not inflated, and the inflatable tube 12 and the cover body 11 are flexible and can be in a stacked compression state, such as a structure in which a lantern is compressed. The cover body 11 and the inflation tube 12 are stacked and stored in the box body 15, as shown in FIG. 6 .

In an emergency state, the activation member 131 of the inflation device 13 is activated, causing inflation The device 13 inflates the inflation tube 12, so that the cover body 11 extends from the inlet end 11a toward the outlet end 11b to the ground to form an escape passage. For example, when a fire occurs in a high-rise building, the opening of the box 15 activates the inflation device 13 , for example, the safety bolt of the high-pressure gas cylinder is pulled out, and the high-pressure gas cylinder inflates the inflation tube 12 in a short time. For another example, start the gas pump, turn on its switch key, and start to inflate the gas tube 12 . After the inflation tube 12 is inflated, the cover body 11 is extended and stretched, and the cover body 11 extends from the inlet end 11a toward the outlet end 11b to the ground to form an escape channel, as shown in Figure 1, Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5, (Please refer to Figure 11 for usage instructions, which will be described in detail later). In this way, the user can enter the escape entrance 113 , slide toward the ground, and after reaching the ground, leave through the escape exit 114 to escape safely. In some embodiments, the box body 15 can be arranged on a balcony or near an external window to facilitate instant escape. The present invention does not limit the structure of the box body 15 and the position where the box body 15 is arranged.

Please refer to FIG. 1 , FIG. 3 , FIG. 4 , and FIG. 5 again. In these embodiments, the cover body 11 is divided into a plurality of constricted sections, and at each constricted section, the distances between the inflatable tubes 12 are close to each other, Make the caliber 117 of the escape channel correspondingly narrow. That is to say, each inflatable tube 12 can be pre-designed to be inflated, along the extending direction D, with a specific or unspecified length, the distance between each inflatable tube 12 is shortened, showing a state of "constriction", so that , the inner wall surface of the escape channel forms a lateral raised portion 115, and the diameter 117 of the escape channel in the extending direction D is narrowed. The protuberances 115 may be regular or irregular in shape, for example, the protuberances 115 protrude symmetrically when each of the gas tubes 12 is constricted laterally. When only part of the inflation tube 12 is retracted, the raised portion 115 exhibits an irregular raised. In other words, the plurality of raised portions 115 are raised laterally, so that the diameter 117 of the escape passage can be narrowed. In this way, when the user slips on the escape passage, the effect of buffering can be achieved, so that the user will not be injured by the collision caused by the gravity when the user slips quickly to the ground.
