Abstract

本發明提供一種電子式自動控制遮光裝置,其包含一第一玻璃基板、一遮光塗層、一偏光元件以及一第二玻璃基板。第一玻璃基板內嵌有相鄰之一影像模組以及一感光元件,且第一玻璃基板具有與一外部光源位於相反側之一第一表面。遮光塗層位於第一表面;偏光元件位於遮光塗層上。第二玻璃基板具有面向第一表面之第二表面,而第二表面上配置有與偏光元件接觸的複數個間隙子,且其中每一個間隙子內配置一光纖元件。

Description

電子式自動控制遮光裝置
本發明係有關於一種遮光裝置,尤其係指一種電子式自動控制遮光裝置。
隨著氣候日益暖化,全球各地時常出現極端高溫,因此傳統的窗簾等遮陽物品已不敷使用。
因此,如何使建築物或運輸工具內的遮陽物品可以兼具遮陽與維持視野的功能,是業界在製造相關遮陽物品時所需思考的重要課題。
有鑑於此,本發明之目的在於提供一種電子式自動控制遮光裝置,其包含一第一玻璃基板、一遮光塗層、一偏光元件以及一第二玻璃基板。第一玻璃基板內嵌有相鄰之一影像模組以及一感光元件,且第一玻璃基板具有與一外部光源位於相反側之一第一表面。遮光塗層位於第一表面;偏光元件位於遮光塗層上。第二玻璃基板具有面向第一表面之第二表面,而第二表面上配置有與偏光元件接觸的複數個間隙子,且其中每一個間隙子內配置一光纖元件。
為便 貴審查委員能對本發明之目的、形狀、構造裝置特徵及其功效,做更進一步之認識與瞭解,茲舉實施例配合圖式,詳細說明如下:
首先,請參考圖1,圖1係繪示本發明一實施例之電子式自動控制遮光裝置的剖面圖。
如圖1所示,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100包含一第一玻璃基板10、一遮光塗層20、一偏光元件30以及一第二玻璃基板50。
電子式自動控制遮光裝置100更包含一影像模組60以及一感光元件70,而影像模組60以及感光元件70相鄰內嵌於第一玻璃基板10內。在此實施例中,影像模組60是一微型鏡頭。
玻璃基板10具有與一外部光源90位於相反側之一第一表面,此第一表面即內表面。遮光塗層20形成於此第一表面;而偏光元件30位於遮光塗層20上。在此實施例中,偏光元件30為一偏光板。
電子式自動控制遮光裝置100更包含複數個間隙子40,而複數個間隙子40配置於第二玻璃基板50面向上述第一表面之第二表面上,且與偏光元件30接觸,其中每一個間隙子40內配置一光纖元件80。
在此實施例中,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100之遮光率是20%。在另一實施例中,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100之遮光率是55%、70%或100%。在其他實施例中,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100之遮光率介於20%與100% 之間。在此實施例中,第一玻璃基板10與第二玻璃基板50皆為可撓式玻璃,厚度小於200μm。在另一實施例中,第一玻璃基板10與第二玻璃基板50皆為可撓式玻璃,厚度小於30μm。利用超薄玻璃基板可撓曲的特性,不論是攜帶或安裝都非常方便,應用範圍非常廣泛。例如,可以應用在大樓的玻璃帷幕上或運輸工具的擋風玻璃等玻璃上,調整陽光等外部光源進入建築物或運輸工具內的量。
舉電子式自動控制遮光裝置100在運輸工具之應用為例來說,可以將電子式自動控制遮光裝置100貼在車子之前擋風玻璃內側。在晴天時,透過偏光元件30調整外部陽光穿透電子式自動控制遮光裝置100的入射量與入射角,以控制亮度,避免陽光直射眼睛。在陰天時,透過偏光元件30,並利用液晶面板習用之間隙子內藏光纖,增加電子式自動控制遮光裝置100之影像亮度,加深視野的清晰度。在雨天時,透過偏光元件30調整雨天的多重光線入射量,並利用液晶面板習用之間隙子內藏光纖,增加電子式自動控制遮光裝置100之影像亮度,加深視野的清晰度。另外,若發生車禍導致電子式自動控制遮光裝置100的玻璃破碎時,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100處於故障及斷電狀況下,偏光元件30之透過軸一律與外部光線入射角平行,不會讓電子式自動控制遮光裝置100擋住視線,影響救難人員的行動。
舉電子式自動控制遮光裝置100在建築物之應用為例來說,可以將電子式自動控制遮光裝置100貼在建築物之玻璃帷幕內側,可以調光並隔熱。
另外,請參考圖2,圖2係繪示本發明一實施例之電子式自動控制遮光裝置的正面視圖。如圖2所示,從正面看電子式自動控制遮光裝置200,可以看到內嵌於正面玻璃基板內之相鄰的影像模組260以及感光元件270,還有內部含有光纖元件280之複數個間隙子所形成之一連續圖案。在此實施例中,影像模組260是一微型鏡頭。在此實施例中,內部含有光纖元件280複數個間隙子形成複數個六角形,然後組成一連續圖案,每一個邊都是內含光纖元件280的間隙子,也就是說每一個六角形的邊為光纖元件280之導光區。另外,每一個六角形的各邊所圍成之區域為偏光元件之偏光區290。在其他實施例中,複數個間隙子也可以配置成其他複數個不同形狀的多邊形,然後組成一連續圖案。關於電子式自動控制遮光裝置200其他元件或構造,請參閱圖1之說明,在此不再贅述。
接下來,請參閱圖3,圖3係繪示本發明一實施例之電子式自動控制遮光裝置的方塊圖。
如圖1與圖3所示,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100進一步與一控制模組300連接,而控制模組300包含一電源310與微控制器320。電源310供應電力給影像模組60、感光元件70、偏光元件30以及微控制器320。
在此實施例中,微控制器320與影像模組60以及感光元件70通信,並控制偏光元件30。電子式自動控制遮光裝置100設置影像模組60以及感光元件70,藉以判定視野的亮度及偏光值。舉例來說,透過內嵌於第一玻璃基板10內之影像模組60(例如,微型鏡頭)以及感光元件70,將外部光線入射的光量與角度等資訊傳送至微控制器320,然後微控制器320判定視野的亮度及偏光值,並據以控制偏光元件30,自動調整外部光線入射量。在晴天時,減少陽光直曬、斜曬的熱能。在陰天或雨天時,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100可增加側光量進行視覺美化。在其他實施例中,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100或可搭配其他功能的裝置,利用數據計算與控制,調整室內光線與空調溫度。在其他實施例中,電子式自動控制遮光裝置100可預製成不同尺寸的模組,方便消費者自行在家組裝,或施工人員在施工現場施工組裝。
在其他實施例中,圖3之控制模組300可以連接一雨刷(圖未顯示),在雨天操作雨刷時,可以同時手動操作應用於汽車的電子式自動控制遮光裝置100,並配合雨刷的操作強度,而控制電子式自動控制遮光裝置100的遮光率為75%、55%或35%。在又一實施例中,在應用於建築物的電子式自動控制遮光裝置100中,圖3之控制模組300可以連接一開關(圖未顯示),藉由操作該開關而手動操作電子式自動控制遮光裝置100,控制電子式自動控制遮光裝置100的遮光率為0、或100%。
以上實施方式僅用以說明本發明的技術方案而非限制,儘管參照較佳實施方式對本發明進行了詳細說明,本領域的普通技術人員應當理解,可以對本發明的技術方案進行修改或等同替換,而不脫離本發明技術方案的精神和範圍。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種電子式自動控制遮光裝置,包含:一第一玻璃基板,內嵌有相鄰之一影像模組以及一感光元件,其中該第一玻璃基板具有與一外部光源位於相反側之一第一表面;一遮光塗層,位於該第一表面;一偏光元件,位於該遮光塗層上;以及一第二玻璃基板,具有面向該第一表面之一第二表面,其中該第二表面上配置有與該偏光元件接觸的複數個間隙子,且其中每一個間隙子內配置一光纖元件;其中該複數個間隙子配置成由複數個多邊形組成之一連續圖案;其中每一多邊形的邊為該光纖元件之導光區,而每一多邊形的邊所圍成之區域為偏光區。
  2. 如請求項1所述之電子式自動控制遮光裝置,其中該電子式自動控制遮光裝置之遮光率係介於20%與100%之間。
  3. 如請求項1所述之電子式自動控制遮光裝置,其中該第一玻璃基板與該第二玻璃基板為可撓式玻璃,厚度小於200μm。
  4. 如請求項1所述之電子式自動控制遮光裝置,其中該第一玻璃基板與該第二玻璃基板為可撓式玻璃,厚度小於30μm。
  5. 如請求項1所述之電子式自動控制遮光裝置,其中該電子式自動控制遮光裝置與一控制模組連接,且其中該控制模組包含一電源與微控制器。
  6. 如請求項5所述之電子式自動控制遮光裝置,其中該微控制器與該影像模組以及該感光元件通信,並控制該偏光元件。
