本實施形態中之第1接著劑2、第2接著劑3及第3接著劑4之各接著劑為熱熔型接著劑,使用塗佈機進行塗佈。作為接著劑,可使用先前用於拋棄式尿布等之各種公知之接著劑。 作為將接著劑塗佈成條紋狀之方法,除上述塗佈機式以外,亦可選擇凹版式、凸版式、液滴式、噴霧式等公知之任一方法。 第1接著劑2、第2接著劑3、第3接著劑4之塗佈量就確保充分之接合強度之觀點而言,較佳為0.1 g/m2 以上,更佳為0.3 g/m2 以上,又,較佳為5.0 g/m2 以下,更佳為3.0 g/m2 以下,又,較佳為0.1 g/m2 以上且5.0 g/m2 以下,更佳為0.3 g/m2 以上且3.0 g/m2 以下。 上述各接著劑2、3、4之塗佈量係求出亦包含位於各接著劑之接著劑配置部彼此間之接著劑非配置部之整個配置區域的面積,並求出相對於該面積之該區域中之接著劑之總重量。 若對尿布1中之各部之形成材料進行說明,則作為正面片材12、防漏片材15a、外裝不織布15b、吸收體11、立體褶皺形成用片材16之形成材料,可無特別限制地使用於先前之拋棄式尿布中,分別用作材料之各種公知之材料等。例如,作為正面片材12,可使用不織布或開孔膜等各種液體透過性之片狀材。作為防漏片材15a,可使用不具有透濕性之樹脂膜、或具有微細孔且具有透濕性之樹脂膜、撥水不織布等不織布、其等與其他片材之層壓體等。作為外裝不織布15b,可使用利用各種製法所得之不織布,例如熱風不織布、紡黏不織布、水刺不織布、針刺不織布等,亦可為多層構造者。 作為片件基材75之形成材料,可使用包含聚乙烯、或聚丙烯、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯等合成樹脂、及2種以上之該等合成樹脂之複合材料之片材或不織布等。 以上,對本發明之較佳之實施形態進行了說明,但本發明並不限制於上述實施形態,可於不脫離本發明之宗旨之範圍內進行各種變更。 上述一實施形態中之說明省略部分及僅一實施形態具有之要件可分別適當應用於其他實施形態,又,各實施形態中之要件可適當於實施形態間相互置換。
