一種憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,包含一支架單元、一音訊刺激單元、一穴位刺激單元、一電子刺激單元、一顯示與光頻刺激單元及一運動單元,該音訊刺激單元包括二揚聲器,該等揚聲器用於對一使用者的雙耳播送一拍頻樂曲,該拍頻樂曲具有一音頻頻率差,該穴位刺激單元包括複數穴位媒介,至少一部分的穴位媒介設置於該支架單元,該電子刺激單元包括二設置於該支架單元的電刺激媒介,該顯示與光頻刺激單元設置於該支架單元並可於一顯示模式及一光頻刺激模式之間切換,而能於單次療程中同時進行多重刺激。

Description

憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統
本發明是有關於一種復健輔助系統,特別是指一種憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統。
憂鬱症是一種精神性疾病,目前的治療方式主要可區分為心理治療及藥物治療兩種方式,嚴重的憂鬱症患者還可能會有輕生的傾向,導致社會成本因此增加,故對於憂鬱症的探討以及其它緩解方式的研究仍在持續進行中。
因此,本發明的目的,即在提供一種憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統。
於是,本發明憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,用於供一使用者使用,該憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統包含一支架單元、一音訊刺激單元、一穴位刺激單元、一電子刺激單元、一顯示與光頻刺激單元、一運動單元,及一控制單元。
該支架單元對應於該使用者的頭型,且包括二對應於該使用者的雙耳的耳部、一連接於該等耳部之間且朝上跨過該使用者的頭頂的頂側部、一連接於該等耳部之間且朝後跨過該使用者的後顱的後側部,及一連接於該等耳部之間且朝前跨過該使用者的前側部,該音訊刺激單元包括二設置於該等耳部的揚聲器,該等揚聲器用於對該使用者的雙耳播送一拍頻樂曲,該拍頻樂曲具有一音頻頻率差,該穴位刺激單元包括複數穴位媒介,至少一部分的穴位媒介設置於該支架單元,該等穴位媒介用於對該使用者的穴位輸出雷射光的物理刺激,該等穴位媒介的其中一者可調整位置地設置於該頂側部的中心以對應該使用者的百會穴,該等穴位媒介的其中一者可調整位置地設置於該前側部且朝前間隔該頂側部的中心十倍的一指寸距離處以對應該使用者的印堂穴,該指寸距離實質上為二點三公分,該電子刺激單元包括二設置於該支架單元的電刺激媒介,該等電刺激媒介用於對該使用者的頭部輸出電流以進行經顱電刺激及輸出電磁脈衝以進行經顱磁刺激的其中一者的物理刺激,該顯示與光頻刺激單元設置於該支架單元並可於一顯示模式及一光頻刺激模式之間切換,於該顯示模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元顯示一虛擬影像供該使用者的雙眼觀看,於該光頻刺激模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元以閃爍畫面刺激該使用者的雙眼,該運動單元供該使用者操作以進行運動,該控制單元電連接該等揚聲器、該等穴位媒介、該等電刺激媒介、該顯示與光頻刺激單元及該運動單元,且儲存有該拍頻樂曲的數位資訊,並可同時控制該等揚聲器播送該拍頻樂曲、該等穴位媒介發出物理刺激、該等電刺激媒介發出物理刺激,及該顯示與光頻刺激單元於該顯示模式及該光頻刺激模式之間切換。
本發明的功效在於:藉由設置該等揚聲器、該等穴位媒介及該等電刺激媒介、該顯示與光頻刺激單元及該運動單元,使該使用者能於單次療程中同時獲得多重刺激,提高憂鬱症患者的復健效率。
參閱圖1、2、3,本發明憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統之一實施例,用於供一使用者使用,該憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統包含一支架單元2、一音訊刺激單元3、一穴位刺激單元4、一電子刺激單元5、一顯示與光頻刺激單元6、一運動單元7、一量測單元8,及一控制單元9。
參閱圖3、4、5,該支架單元2對應於該使用者的頭型,且包括二對應於該使用者的雙耳的耳部21、一連接於該等耳部21之間且朝上跨過該使用者的頭頂的頂側部22、一連接於該等耳部21之間且朝後跨過該使用者的後顱的後側部23,及一連接於該等耳部21之間且朝前跨過該使用者的前側部24。
該音訊刺激單元3包括二設置於該等耳部21的揚聲器31,該等揚聲器31用於對該使用者的雙耳播送一拍頻樂曲(Frequency Following Response Music),該拍頻樂曲具有一音頻頻率差。該拍頻樂曲的音頻頻率差介於0.1Hz~40Hz,更具體來說,該拍頻樂曲的音頻頻率差介於0.1Hz~12Hz,及20~30Hz兩個區段之間。
參閱圖1、3、5,該穴位刺激單元4包括複數穴位媒介41、二手套42,及二腳套43,該等穴位媒介41對應地設置於該支架單元2、該等手套42及該等腳套43,該等穴位媒介41用於對該使用者的穴位輸出雷射光的物理刺激。於本實施例中,該等穴位媒介41的雷射光波長介於500nm~900nm,輸出功率介於100mW~200mW。
該等穴位媒介41的其中一者可調整位置地設置於該頂側部22的中心以對應該使用者的百會穴(國際穴位代碼GV20),圖式中以編號A1表示。
該等穴位媒介41的其中一者可調整位置地設置於該前側部24且位於朝前間隔該頂側部22的中心十倍指寸距離處以對應該使用者的印堂穴(國際穴位代碼EX-HN3),圖式中以編號A2表示。於本實施例中,該指寸距離實質上為二點三公分。
該等穴位媒介41的其中兩者可調整位置地分別設置於該等腳套43並對應該使用者的太沖穴(國際穴位代碼LR3),圖式中以編號A3表示。
該等穴位媒介41的其中兩者可調整位置地分別設置於該等手套42並對應該使用者的合谷穴(國際穴位代碼LI4),圖式中以編號A4表示。
要說明的是,前述對應使用者穴位的方式,可以在該穴位附近量測人體皮膚的電阻,並以最低電阻處作為該穴位的位置,再微調使相對應的該穴位媒介41對應該處而完成穴位的定位。
該電子刺激單元5包括二設置於該支架單元2的電刺激媒介51,該等電刺激媒介51用於對該使用者的頭部輸出物理刺激。該等電刺激媒介51分別設置於該頂側部22以分別對應於國際10-20制腦波電極位置中的F3位置及FP2位置,對應F3位置的電刺激媒介作為陽極使用,對應FP2位置的電刺激媒介作為陰極使用。
於本實施例中,所述的物理刺激為進行經顱直流電刺激(transcranial direct current stimulation, tDCS)的直流電,電流大小介於0.5mA~2mA,電流密度介於0.03 mA/cm 2~0.09 mA/cm 2,但不限於此,也能夠是進行經顱磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation, TMS)的電磁脈衝,電磁頻率介於1-20Hz。
每一電刺激媒介51具有複數平行設置以輸出物理刺激的導電柱511。
參閱圖1、2、3,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6設置於該支架單元2並可於一顯示模式及一光頻刺激模式之間切換,於該顯示模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6顯示一虛擬影像供該使用者的雙眼觀看,於該光頻刺激模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6以閃爍畫面刺激該使用者的雙眼。於本實施例中,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6為虛擬影像操作裝置,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6包括一顯示模組61及一操作按鈕62,該虛擬影像為由該顯示模組61顯示的VR影像。
該顯示與光頻刺激單元6於該光頻刺激模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6顯示的閃爍畫面是以一預定光頻率閃爍,該預定光頻率介於45Hz~55Hz,在其它的實施態樣中,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6於該光頻刺激模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元6顯示的閃爍畫面是以一光頻頻率差分別刺激該使用者的雙眼。
該運動單元7供該使用者操作以進行運動,且包括一健身車71,該健身車71具有一手把711。
該量測單元8包括一設置於該手把711且用於量測該使用者的一心律數及一脈搏波的心律感測器81。於本實施例中,該心律感測器81是透過電極來測量人的心臟收縮時皮膚表面的微小電子信號,進而量測出該心律數及該脈搏波,由於此種技術為現有的技術手段,故本說明書不再進一步說明原理。
該控制單元9電連接該等揚聲器31、該等穴位媒介41、該等電刺激媒介51、該顯示與光頻刺激單元6、該運動單元7及該量測單元8,且儲存有該拍頻樂曲的數位資訊,並可根據一預設命令同時控制該等揚聲器31播送該拍頻樂曲、該等穴位媒介41發出物理刺激、該等電刺激媒介51發出物理刺激,及該顯示與光頻刺激單元6於該顯示模式及該光頻刺激模式之間切換。於本實施例中,該控制單元9為一個人電腦。於本實施例中,該數位資訊、該顯示與光頻刺激單元6所顯示的虛擬影像及該預設命令,是經由一雲端網路10下載後預存在該控制單元9中。
該控制單元9可根據連續的脈搏波進行心律變異分析,進而得出一高頻功率參數(High frequency power,HF,頻譜範圍0.15-0.4Hz),並可透過該顯示模組61顯示該高頻功率參數。要說明的是,心律變異分析(HRV)是一種量測連續心跳速率變化程度的方法,其計算方式主要是分析藉由心電圖或脈搏量測所得到的心跳與心跳間隔的時間序列,由於心律變異分析及得出該高頻功率參數是相關領域人員的通常技術,因此本說明書不進一步說明運算方式。
參閱圖2、3、6,該控制單元9可執行一評量程式,於該評量程式中,該控制單元9控制該顯示模組61依序顯示複數用於評估憂鬱的憂鬱自評題目611,每一憂鬱自評題目611具有複數自評選項612,並可透過改變該顯示模組61的方向後改變所選擇的自評選項612,並於透過該操作按鈕62的確認後產生對應所選擇的該自評選項612的一憂鬱自評分數進行儲存,並於全部的憂鬱自評題目611皆作答完畢後加總所有的憂鬱自評分數後產生一憂鬱結果分數進行儲存。於本實施例中,該顯示模組61是以一次顯示一組憂鬱自評題目611,並於對應的自評選項612選擇完畢後,再進行下一組憂鬱自評題目611,但並不以此為限,在其他的實施態樣中,也可以同時顯示多組憂鬱自評題目611,而該等憂鬱自評題目611的來源,可以是來自如圖7、圖8的現有的評量表,但並不以此為限。
參閱圖1、2、3,該控制單元9可根據該心律數到達一預定值且持續一預定時間後,透過該顯示與光頻刺激單元6於該顯示模式時以該虛擬影像中顯示提示訊息,以及透過該等揚聲器31發出提示音。
使用時,該使用者先配戴該支架單元2於頭部,以及穿戴該等手套42及該等腳套43後,騎乘於該健身車71並雙手握持該手把711上以進行騎乘運動,其中至少一手的手指露出相對應的該手套42以接觸該心律感測器81,接著該控制單元9會控制使該等揚聲器31播送該拍頻樂曲,並使該等穴位媒介41對相對應的穴位發出物理刺激,以及使該等電刺激媒介51對相對應的腦區發出物理刺激,如此就能使該使用者同時受到該拍頻樂曲、該等穴位及該等腦區的刺激,並配合運動所帶來的效果,以及進一步搭配該顯示與光頻刺激單元6於該顯示模式時顯示舒緩的影像,以及該顯示與光頻刺激單元6於該光頻刺激模式顯示閃爍畫面,就能減輕憂鬱症患者的症狀。
另外,該使用者可於使用前先執行評量程式以獲得操作前的憂鬱結果分數,再於整個操作過程結束後再進行一次評量程式以獲得操作後的憂鬱結果分數,藉由兩次的憂鬱結果分數可以看出憂鬱症的改善程度,而可作為紀錄以及作為驅使該使用者進一步使用的動力。
另外,在進行復健前,可先量測該高頻功率參數,並在復健結束10分鐘後,再次量測該高頻功率參數,也能得知該次復健的效果。

經過申請人進一步實驗驗證後,參閱圖9,藉由一受試者收聽該音頻頻率差為20~24Hz的該拍頻樂曲時,拍攝該受測者的三維磁共振成像(MRI)影像,可以看出MRI腦部定位座標(8,28,34)處(即圖9中藍色十字交叉處的紅色活化區域S1)產生活化,參閱圖10,藉由另一受試者收聽該音頻頻率差為25~29Hz的該拍頻樂曲時,拍攝該受測者的三維磁共振成像影像,可以看出MRI腦部定位座標(-4,38,-2)處(即圖10中藍色十字交叉處的紅色活化區域S2)產生活化,證明收聽該音頻頻率差範圍內的拍頻樂曲能夠對人體腦部的憂鬱症患者的相關腦區帶來影響。要說明的是,所指MRI腦部定位座標為相關領域技術人員可根據三維磁共振成像影像而判斷出位置,由於並非本案的主要技術特徵,因此本說明書不再進一步說明。
另外,藉由另外一名健康且自願的女性受試者,及另外一名健康且自願的男性受試者進行實驗,其中,該女性受試者及該男性受試者皆聆聽該拍頻樂曲的音頻頻率差為10Hz的專輯。而該女性受試者對應該拍頻樂曲的褪黑激素的調節情形由聆聽前的3.96pg/mL的褪黑激素量,在聆聽後上升至4.84pg/mL,一共上升了0.88 pg/mL的褪黑激素量,而該男性受試者由聆聽前的3.14pg/mL的褪黑激素量,在聆聽後上升至3.78pg/mL,一共上升了0.64pg/mL的褪黑激素量,由此證明低頻段的拍頻樂曲能提高褪黑激素,進而能改善睡眠,而睡眠充足即可改善憂鬱症的症狀。
補充說明的是,心律變異分析可反映出受測者當下的生理與心理狀態的綜合指標,是醫學上一種用來評價自律神經系統(autonomic nervous system, ANS)功能和平衡性的有效方法。一般的心跳間期頻譜頻率出現在1赫茲以下,在0到0.4赫茲的範圍內可找到數個波峰。主要為高頻區(0.15-0.40 Hz)及低頻區(0.04-0.15 Hz)。高頻區通常反映副交感神經的活性,低頻區同時受到交感與副交感神經系統的調控。在憂鬱症患者的心律變異分析指標中發現,高頻功率參數呈明顯下降之趨勢,因此,如能改善憂鬱症狀,其高頻功率參數會對應上升。
本案以七名受測者進行實驗,透過聆聽音頻頻率差介於0.1Hz~12Hz的該拍頻樂曲至少20分鐘後,結果顯示休息時心跳降低5下,對應副交感神經活性的高頻功率參數提升4.5n.u.,對應交感神經的低頻功率參數則降低3.5n.u.,因此可證明該拍頻樂曲之頻率差的物理刺激可達到提升副交感神經、降低交感神經的效果。
參閱圖11、12,申請人進一步實驗驗證,對另一受試者進行該預定光頻率為50Hz的閃爍光刺激後,可以看出左邊前扣帶迴皮質ACC的MRI腦部定位座標(-2,34,4)處(即圖11中紅色十字交叉處的紅色活化區域S3)產生活化,右邊前扣帶迴皮質ACC的MRI腦部定位座標(6,46,-2)處(即圖12中紅色十字交叉處的紅色活化區域S4)產生活化,證明光頻刺激能夠對人體腦部的憂鬱症患者的相關腦區帶來影響。
經由上述說明,可以得知分別經由該拍頻樂曲、該等穴位、該等腦區及運動的刺激,能夠改變大腦腦波的活動現象、疏通經脈、促進皮層組織的興奮性及調節皮質醇濃度,進而減輕憂鬱症狀況,本發明能使該使用者在單次療程中同時獲得多重刺激,由於不需要各儀器分次進行,因此能大幅度減少復健時間,提高憂鬱症症患者的復健效率。
另外,由於人體生理反應會在傍晚至晚上的時段內會提高褪黑激素的產生,因此可知該憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統在傍晚到晚上的時段,所使用的該拍頻樂曲的該音頻頻率差介於0.1Hz~12Hz為最佳,而在白天的時段則所使用的該拍頻樂曲的該音頻頻率差介於20~30Hz為最佳。
此外,在進行復健時,該控制單元9還會控制使該顯示與光頻刺激單元6顯示該虛擬影像,使該使用者在復健的過程中能夠觀看,讓復健時更添樂趣,進而提高使用者的復健意願,且能透過顯示提示訊息,以及透過該等揚聲器31發出提示音而得知運動的進度,能提高該使用者使用的便利性。
綜上所述,藉由設置該等揚聲器31、該等穴位媒介41及該等電刺激媒介51、該顯示與光頻刺激單元6及該運動單元7,使該使用者能於單次療程中同時獲得多重刺激,提高憂鬱症患者的復健效率,故確實能達成本發明之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本發明的實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施的範圍,凡是依本發明申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本發明專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (16)

  1. 一種憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,用於供一使用者使用,該憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統包含: 一支架單元,對應於該使用者的頭型,且包括二對應於該使用者的雙耳的耳部、一連接於該等耳部之間且朝上跨過該使用者的頭頂的頂側部、一連接於該等耳部之間且朝後跨過該使用者的後顱的後側部,及一連接於該等耳部之間且朝前跨過該使用者的前側部; 一音訊刺激單元,包括二設置於該等耳部的揚聲器,該等揚聲器用於對該使用者的雙耳播送一拍頻樂曲,該拍頻樂曲具有一音頻頻率差; 一穴位刺激單元,包括複數穴位媒介,至少一部分的穴位媒介設置於該支架單元,該等穴位媒介用於對該使用者的穴位輸出雷射光的物理刺激,該等穴位媒介的其中一者可調整位置地設置於該頂側部的中心以對應該使用者的百會穴,該等穴位媒介的其中一者可調整位置地設置於該前側部且位於朝前間隔該頂側部的中心十倍指寸距離處以對應該使用者的印堂穴,該指寸距離實質上為二點三公分; 一電子刺激單元,包括二設置於該支架單元的電刺激媒介,該等電刺激媒介用於對該使用者的頭部輸出電流以進行經顱電刺激及輸出電磁脈衝以進行經顱磁刺激的其中一者的物理刺激; 一顯示與光頻刺激單元,設置於該支架單元並可於一顯示模式及一光頻刺激模式之間切換,於該顯示模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元顯示一虛擬影像供該使用者的雙眼觀看,於該光頻刺激模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元以閃爍畫面刺激該使用者的雙眼; 一運動單元,供該使用者操作以進行運動;及 一控制單元,電連接該等揚聲器、該等穴位媒介、該等電刺激媒介、該顯示與光頻刺激單元及該運動單元,且儲存有該拍頻樂曲的數位資訊,並可根據一預設命令同時控制該等揚聲器播送該拍頻樂曲、該等穴位媒介發出物理刺激、該等電刺激媒介發出物理刺激,及該顯示與光頻刺激單元於該顯示模式及該光頻刺激模式之間切換。
  2. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該拍頻樂曲的該音頻頻率差介於0.1Hz~40Hz,該等穴位媒介的雷射光波長介於500nm~900nm,輸出功率介於100mW~200mW。
  3. 如請求項2所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該拍頻樂曲的該音頻頻率差介於0.1Hz~12Hz,及20~30Hz兩個區段之間。
  4. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該顯示與光頻刺激單元於該光頻刺激模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元顯示的閃爍畫面是以一預定光頻率閃爍,該預定光頻率介於45Hz~55Hz。
  5. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該顯示與光頻刺激單元於該光頻刺激模式時,該顯示與光頻刺激單元顯示的閃爍畫面是以一光頻頻率差分別刺激該使用者的雙眼。
  6. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該顯示與光頻刺激單元為虛擬影像操作裝置,且包括一顯示模組及一操作按鈕,該控制單元可執行一評量程式,於該評量程式中,該控制單元控制該顯示模組依序顯示複數用於評估憂鬱的憂鬱自評題目,每一憂鬱自評題目具有複數自評選項,並可透過改變該顯示模組的方向後改變所選擇的自評選項,並於透過該操作按鈕的確認後產生對應所選擇的該自評選項的一憂鬱自評分數進行儲存,並於全部的憂鬱自評題目皆作答完畢後加總所有的憂鬱自評分數後產生一憂鬱結果分數。
  7. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該等電刺激媒介為輸出直流電的型式時,電流大小介於0.5mA~2mA,電流密度介於0.03 mA/cm 2~0.09 mA/cm 2,該等電刺激媒介為輸出電磁脈衝的型式時,電磁頻率介於1-20Hz。
  8. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該等電刺激媒介分別設置於該頂側部以分別對應於國際10-20制腦波電極位置中的F3位置及FP2位置,對應F3位置的電刺激媒介作為陽極使用,對應FP2位置的電刺激媒介作為陰極使用。
  9. 如請求項8所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,每一電刺激媒介具有複數平行設置以輸出物理刺激的導電柱。
  10. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,還包含一量測單元,該量測單元包括一電連接該控制單元並用於量測該使用者的一心律數的心律感測器。
  11. 如請求項10所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該控制單元可根據該心律數到達一預定值且持續一預定時間後,透過該顯示與光頻刺激單元於該虛擬影像中顯示提示訊息。
  12. 如請求項10所述的憂鬱症患者用輔助系統,其中,該心律感測器還可量測一脈搏波,該控制單元可根據連續的脈搏波進行心律變異分析,進而得出一高頻功率參數,該顯示模組並可顯示該高頻功率參數。
  13. 如請求項10所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該運動單元包括一健身車,該健身車具有一手把,該心律感測器設置於該手把。
  14. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該穴位刺激單元還包括二腳套,該等穴位媒介的其中兩者可調整位置地分別設置於該等腳套並對應該使用者的太沖穴。
  15. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該穴位刺激單元還包括二手套,該等穴位媒介的其中兩者可調整位置地分別設置於該等手套並對應該使用者的合谷穴。
  16. 如請求項1所述的憂鬱症患者用復健輔助系統,其中,該數位資訊、該虛擬影像及該預設命令是經由雲端網路下載後預存在該控制單元中。
