Abstract

At present, bust bras made of elastic materials have been provided. Because the bust bra has less pressure when worn, it is widely used as the first bra for young girls in the growth period or as a sports bra.

Sometimes padding can be placed on the inside of the cup of the bra. For example, there has been proposed a bra in which an outer cloth and an inner cloth are overlapped to form a cup, and a pad is accommodated between the two cloths (refer to Patent Document 1). The cushion can cover the upper part of the chest and can fully support the shaking chest during exercise.

However, just accommodating the pad between two pieces of cloth, the pad is easy to move, and may cause the pad to bend during washing. It is also possible to sew the two pieces of cloth for accommodating the liner around the periphery of the liner, or use an adhesive to adhere the liner to the cup, thereby fixing the liner to the cup.

However, by moving the cushion forward and backward, a single cushion can be used to support chests of different sizes. Once the position of the pad is fixed, the movement of the pad in the forward and backward directions is also restricted, and pads of different sizes that meet the chest size need to be prepared again.

In addition, if an adhesive is used, the hardened adhesive will make the liner lose its softness and make the wearer feel uncomfortable.

The material of the liner 6 is, for example, a soft and elastic material such as urethane, silicon, and cotton.

The gasket 6 is fixed to the cup 2 through a plurality of first connecting portions 7. In this embodiment, one end of the plurality of first connecting parts 7 is sewn with the cushion 6, and the other end is sewn with the breast cup 2, so as to fix the cushion 6 to the breast cup 2.

Since the pad 6 is fixed at a plurality of positions, it can effectively prevent the pad 6 from bending and misaligning with the chest during washing or sports. Since no adhesive is used for fixation, hardening of the liner 6 caused by the adhesive can also be prevented, so as to improve the comfort during wearing.

The first connecting portion 7 has a predetermined length d1. The liner 6 is fixed to the breast cup 2 at a position of the length d1 from the breast cup 2. Thereby, while fixing the cushion 6 to the breast cup 2, the cushion 6 can also move within a predetermined range.

For example, according to the chest size of the wearer, the pad 6 can move toward the front and back directions (direction Z1 and direction Z2) of the wearer. Considering the allowable range of movement of the pad 6, the length d1 of the first connecting portion 7 from the end on the side of the pad 6 to the end on the side of the cup 2 can be appropriately set. All or a part of the plurality of first connecting parts 7 may be elastic members. The number of the first connecting parts 7 is preferably higher than three. If three or more are used, the gasket 6 can be easily fixed and is not easily bent. The number of first connecting portions 7 in the embodiment of the present invention is five.

Among the plurality of first connecting portions 7, the vertical length (distance) d2 from the center of the line of two adjacent first connecting portions 7 to the edge of the pad 6 is preferably arranged below 1 cm. Thereby, the bending of the gasket 6 can be effectively prevented, and the number of the first connecting portions 7 can be reduced.

Although the first connecting portion 7 of the present embodiment is shown as a tape member, it is not limited to the shape of the tape as long as it has a predetermined length d1, and may have other shapes.

The pair of gaskets 6 are connected to each other through the second connecting portion 8. In the present embodiment, both ends of the second connecting portion 8 are sewn to the ends on the front center M side of the respective pads 6 to connect the respective pads 6.

By connecting in this way, the gasket 6 on the side of the front center M can be prevented from bending. Furthermore, since the pads 6 are fixed to each other, it is possible to prevent the positional deviation of the pads 6 toward the flanks.

Since the second connecting portion 8 has a predetermined length d3, the pads 6 can be moved within a predetermined range while being fixed to each other. According to the size and movement of the chest, the pad 6 can be moved. Thereby, a comfortable bra 1 that uses a single-size pad 6 to support chests of different sizes and allows the wearer to move easily.

The position of the second connecting portion 8 in the vertical direction is close to the top end 6 a of the gasket 6, which is beneficial to prevent the rotation of the gasket 6.

Considering the allowable movement range of the gasket 6, the length d3 of the second connecting portion 8 from the end on the left cup 2 side to the end on the right cup 2 side can be appropriately set.

The material of the second connecting portion 8 may be an elastic member or not. The higher the elasticity of the second connecting portion 8 is, the easier the pad 6 is to move and the wearer can move easily. On the other hand, the lower the elasticity of the second connecting portion 8, the easier it is to prevent the position of the pad 6 from shifting toward both sides of the abdomen.

Although the second connecting portion 8 in the embodiment of the present invention is shown as a tape member, as long as it has a predetermined length d3, its shape is not limited.

When the second connecting portion 8 is used to fix the gasket 6, the vertical length (distance) d2 from the center of the connection line between the adjacent first connecting portion 7 and the second connecting portion 8 to the edge of the gasket 6 is preferably arranged at 1 cm the following. The first connecting portion 7 and the second connecting portion 8 of the embodiment of the present invention may be different members or the same member from the gasket 6.

FIG. 4 shows an example of a brassiere 1B in which the second connecting portion 8 is a part of the cushion 6. The gasket 6B illustrated in FIG. 4 is formed of a single member including the left and right circular gasket portions 61 and the second connecting portion 8B connecting the respective gasket portions 61.

The gasket 6B illustrated in FIG. 4 has less curvature on the front center M side. Therefore, the number of the first connecting parts 7 can be reduced, for example, three first connecting parts 7 can be arranged on the flanks.

As described above, in the brassiere 1 of the embodiment of the present invention, the pad 6 is fixed to the cup 2 through the plurality of first connecting portions 7. Thereby, the bending and positional deviation of the gasket 6 can be reduced. At the same time, no adhesive is used to fix the liner 6 to maintain the softness of the liner 6.

The first connecting portion 7 has a predetermined length d1, and since all or a part of the plurality of first connecting portions 7 is an elastic member, the pad 6 can be moved in a predetermined range while being fixed. Thereby, the pad 6 can be moved in the front and rear directions to support chests of different sizes. In addition, the pad 6 can also move up and down and left and right in accordance with the chest, which can enhance the fit and increase the comfort during wearing.
