Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a brassiere.
Background
Conventionally, a half-top type (half-top type) brassiere using elastic cloth has been provided. Since the half-top type brassiere has less pressure feeling during wearing, it is widely used as a first brassiere for a young girl and sports in a growing period.
There are cases where a cushion is provided in the cup portion of the brassiere. For example, the following brassieres have been proposed: the outer cloth and the inner cloth are overlapped to form the cup portions, and a cushion is accommodated between the two cloths (see patent document 1). Since the chest top can be covered with the soft pad, the chest, which is shaken during exercise, can also be stably supported.

Disclosure of Invention
[ problem ] to
However, when the soft pad is accommodated only between two cloths, the soft pad may be easily moved and the soft pad may be bent during washing. The position of the cushion may become significantly offset from the chest during strenuous exercise. It may be occasionally necessary to adjust the shape and position of the cushion, and this causes inconvenience.
The cushion can also be secured to the cup portions by stitching the chest peripheries of the two fabrics that receive the cushion, or by adhering the cushion to the cup portions with an adhesive.
However, since the cushions move in the front-rear direction, it is possible to support the different sizes of breasts by one cushion. When the position of the cushion is fixed, the movement of the cushion in the front-rear direction is also restricted, and therefore it is necessary to provide cushions of different sizes in advance according to several sizes of the chest.
Also, when an adhesive is used, the softness of the cushion may be impaired by the hardening of the adhesive, and the wearer may feel uncomfortable.
The present invention aims to provide a brassiere capable of supporting breasts of different sizes and having excellent comfort during wear.
[ solution to problems ]
In one aspect of the present invention, a brassiere (1) in which a soft pad (6) is provided in each cup portion (2) of a pair of cup portions (2) covering a chest includes a plurality of first connecting portions (7) having a fixed length. The soft pad (6) is fixed to the cup portion (2) via the plurality of first connecting portions (7), and all or a part of the plurality of first connecting portions (7) is an elastic member.
[ advantageous effects of the invention ]
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a brassiere capable of supporting chests of different sizes and having excellent comfort during wearing.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the brassiere of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The configuration described below is one embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the following description, upward means a direction Y1 in the drawing, and downward means a direction Y2 in the drawing. Also, the right means a direction X1 in the drawing, and the left means a direction X2 in the drawing. The front of the wearer means direction Z1 and the rear of the wearer means direction Z2.
(bra)
Fig. 1 is a perspective view illustrating an external appearance of a brassiere 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the brassiere 1 includes a pair of cup portions 2, a back surface portion 3, and a pair of shoulder portions 4.
The cup portions 2 cover the chest of the wearer. The back surface portion 3 extends from both the left and right armpits of the cup portion 2 toward the back surface of the wearer to cover the back surface. The shoulder portions 4 connect the cup portions 2 and the back surface portion 3 and hang on the left and right shoulders of the wearer.
The brassiere 1 can be formed by connecting the shoulder and armpit of the front body 51 and the back body 52 having a collar and an armhole, respectively, for example. The positions of the lower ends of the front and back bodies 51 and 52 may be referred to as the lower side of the chest, for example.
Fig. 2 illustrates the configuration of the front body 51. Fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, the front body 51 includes an outer fabric 51A and an inner liner 51B.
The outer fabric 51A and the inner liner 51B are identical in shape, and their collars, armholes, armpits, and their lower ends are sewn together. The inner liner 51B is positioned on the inside in contact with the wearer, and the outer fabric 51A is positioned on the outside opposite the wearer.
The material of the front body 51 and the back body 52 preferably has flexibility and elasticity. Thereby, it is easy for the wearer to move and comfort is enhanced. Also, materials having sweat-absorbing properties improve comfort during wear and are also preferred. Examples of such a material include cotton, acrylic, nylon, and polyurethane.
The brassiere 1 of the present embodiment includes an elastic member 53 such as rubber provided at the lower ends of the front body 51 and the back body 52. The elastic members 53 help the brassiere 1 to conform to the body of the wearer.
Fig. 3 illustrates the brassiere 1, the lining 51B having been removed from the brassiere 1 when viewing the inner side in contact with the wearer.
As shown in fig. 3, the brassiere 1 includes a cushion 6, a plurality of first connecting portions 7, and a second connecting portion 8 between an outer fabric 51A and an inner liner 51B of the cup portion 2.
(cushion)
Although the cushion 6 of the present embodiment has a triangular shape, the cushion 6 may have a shape as follows: the left corner part or the right corner part of the triangular shape extends to the armpit side, thereby covering not only the chest but also a part of the armpit. According to such a shape, the vicinity of the armpits where the lymph glands are present can also be supported by the soft pad 6, and especially the comfort of the wearer in the growing stage is improved.
Further, the shape of the cushion 6 is not particularly limited as long as it can cover the chest. For example, the cushion 6 may have a simple triangular shape, a circular shape, an oval shape, a rectangular shape, a lemon shape, or the like, or may have an irregular shape.
As shown in fig. 2, when the cushion 6 has a convex shape curved with the top portion 6a as the center, the cushion 6 is commensurate with the shape of the chest and improves supportability.
As the material of the cushion 6, for example, a material having softness and elasticity, such as urine-absorbent, silicone, or cotton, can be used.
(first connecting part)
The cushion 6 is fixed to the cup portion 2 via a plurality of first connections 7. In the present embodiment, one end of the plurality of first connecting portions 7 is sewn to the cushion 6, and the other end thereof is sewn to the cup portion 2, and thereby the cushion 6 is fixed to the cup portion 2.
Since the soft pad 6 is fixed at a plurality of positions, the bending of the soft pad 6 and the positional deviation of the soft pad 6 from the chest position during washing or exercise can be effectively controlled. Since no adhesive is used for fixation, it is also possible to prevent the cushion 6 from being hardened by the adhesive and to improve comfort during wearing.
The first connection portion 7 has a fixed length d 1. The cushion 6 is secured to the cup portions 2 at a location that is distal from the length d1 of the cup portions 2. Therefore, the pad 6 can move within a fixed range while being fixed to the cup part 2.
For example, the cushion 6 can be in the front-rear direction (direction Z1 and direction Z2) with respect to the wearer, depending on the chest size of the wearer. Therefore, the cushion 6 can move forward in the case of a large chest size, and chests of different sizes can be supported by one size of the cushion 6.
Also, following the chest that shakes during the movement, the cushion 6 can also move in the vertical direction (direction Y1 and direction Y2) and the lateral direction (direction X1 and direction X2). Therefore, the brassiere 1 that allows the wearer to easily move and has excellent comfort can be provided.
The length d1 from the end of the first connection portion 7 on the cushion 6 side to the end thereof on the cup portion 2 side can be set as appropriate in consideration of the allowable movable range of the cushion 6. The length d1 of each first connection 7 may be the same as each other or different from each other.
All or a part of the plurality of first connecting portions 7 is an elastic member. The first connecting portion 7 as an elastic member allows the cushion 6 to move over the length d1 of the first connecting portion 7, and thus enhances the supportability of the chest. Further, since the length d1 of the first connection portion 7 as the elastic member can be reduced, the uncomfortable feeling due to the looseness thereof can be reduced, and the comfort can be enhanced.
The number of the first connecting portions 7 is preferably three or more. When the number is three or more, the cushion 6 is easily fixed and is not easily bent. The number of the first connecting portions 7 is five in the present embodiment.
The plurality of first connecting portions 7 are preferably arranged at the following positions: the length (distance) d2 of a vertical line from the center of a line connecting two adjacent first connecting portions 7 to the end of the cushion 6 is 1cm or less. Thereby, the number of the first connecting portions 7 arranged can be reduced while effectively suppressing the bending of the pad 6.
Although the first connecting portions 7 of the present embodiment are respectively strip members, the first connecting portions 7 are not limited to a strip form and may be in other forms as long as they have a fixed length d 1.
(second connecting part)
The pair of cushions 6 are connected to each other via a second connecting portion 8. In the present embodiment, the cushion 6 is connected by sewing both ends of the second connecting portion 8 to the end of the cushion 6 on the front center M side.
The cushion 6 can be prevented from bending on the front center M side by the connection. Also, since the cushions 6 are fixed to each other, the positional deviation of each cushion 6 toward the armpit side can be controlled.
Since the second connecting portions 8 have a fixed length d3, the cushions 6 can move within fixed ranges, respectively, while being fixed to each other. The cushion 6 can move according to the size or movement of the chest. Therefore, different sizes of breasts can be supported by one size of cushion 6 and a brassiere 1 can be provided that allows the wearer to move easily and comfortably.
When the position of the second connecting portion 8 in the vertical direction is close to the top portion 6a, it is easier to control the rotation of the cushion 6.
The length d3 from the end of the second connection portion 8 on the left cup portion 2 side to the end thereof on the right cup portion 2 side can be set as appropriate in consideration of the allowable movable range of the cushion 6.
The second connection portion 8 may be an elastic member or may not be an elastic member. As the elasticity of the second connecting portion 8 increases, it becomes easier for the cushion 6 to move and for the wearer to move. On the other hand, as the elasticity decreases, it becomes easier to suppress the positional deviation of the cushion 6 to the armpit side.
Although the second connecting portion 8 of the present embodiment is a strap member, the form is not limited thereto as long as it has a fixed length d 3.
When the cushion 6 is fixed via the second connecting portion 8, the first connecting portion 7 and the second connecting portion 8 adjacent to each other are preferably arranged at the following positions: the length (distance) d2 of a vertical line from the center of a line connecting the first connecting portion 7 and the second connecting portion 8 to the end of the cushion 6 is 1cm or less. Thereby, the number of the arranged first connecting portions 7 can be reduced while effectively suppressing the bending of the cushion 6.
In the present embodiment, the position of the cushion 6 is fixed in six directions by the five first connecting portions 7 and the one second connecting portion 8. The length d2 of a line perpendicular to a line connecting two adjacent connecting portions is 1cm or less. Therefore, there is a small space for the cushion 6 to bend.
Further, the number and position of the first connecting portions 7 can be set according to the shape and size of the cushion 6. For example, in the case of a circular cushion, the number of the first connecting portions 7 can be set to three. Even in the case of the same circular shape, when the size of the chest is large, the number of the first connecting portions 7 can be set to five.
Also, the number of the second connection portions 8 is not limited to one, and may be plural.
The first connecting portion 7 and the second connecting portion 8 of the present embodiment are separate members from the cushion 6, but may be members integral with the cushion 6.
Fig. 4 illustrates an example of a brassiere 1B in which the second connector 8 is part of the cushion 6.
In the cushion 6B shown in fig. 4, the left and right circular cushion portions 61 and the second connecting portion 8B connecting the cushion portions 61 are constructed of one member.
In the case of the cushion 6B shown in fig. 4, the curvature on the front center M side is small. Therefore, the number of the first connecting portions 7 can be reduced, and for example, three first connecting portions 7 can be arranged on the armpit side.
As described above, in the brassiere 1 of the present embodiment, the soft pad 6 is fixed to the cup portions 2 by the plurality of first connecting portions 7. Therefore, the bending and positional deviation of the cushion 6 can be reduced. Also, no adhesive is used to fix the cushion 6, so that the softness of the cushion 6 can be maintained.
Since the first connecting portions 7 have the fixed length d1 and all or a part of the plurality of first connecting portions 7 are elastic members, the cushion 6 can move within a fixed range while being fixed. Therefore, the soft pad 6 can move in the front-rear direction to support the different sizes of breasts. Also, since the soft pad 6 can move in a vertical direction or a lateral direction according to the chest, a fitting feeling is enhanced and comfort when wearing is enhanced.
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various changes and modifications can be made within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
For example, the present invention can be applied not only to a brassiere but also to any clothes as long as having cup parts that support the breasts of a wearer and being capable of shaping the shape of the breasts (such as shape retention, shape formation, etc.) by soft pads. Examples of such clothes include a vest, a shirt, a camisole, and a dress having a cup, and also include body suits, thong-in-one, body suits, and swimsuits.
