Abstract
本發明提出了一種顯示模組,其包括背板、前框、擴散板及顯示面板,顯示面板固定連接於前框,背板包括底板與側板,底板靠近顯示面板的一側設有背光源,側板由底板的端部朝前框延伸並與前框圍設形成一容置腔,擴散板位於背板與顯示面板之間且插裝固定於容置腔內。本發明還提出了一種顯示裝置,包括上述的顯示模組。本發明不僅省去了中框在顯示模組內部佔用的體積,而且降低了顯示模組的製造成本。
Description
本發明涉及顯示技術領域,具體涉及一種顯示模組及具有該顯示模組的顯示裝置。
目前市場上顯示模組根據入光方式,主要分為側入式與直下式兩種。其中,側入式是將背光源安裝在顯示面板的四周,而直下式是將背光源安裝在背板與顯示面板相對的面上,相對來說,直下式顯示模組的成本較低,應用更廣泛。現有的顯示模組包括前框、背板、顯示面板、擴散板、光學膜片組及中框,前框與背板配合形成一容置腔,顯示面板、光學膜片組、擴散板及中框均需容納於容置腔內,佔用體積較大,故需要容置腔具有更大的容納空間。
鑒於上述狀況,實有必要提供一種無中框的顯示裝置,以解決上述問題。
本發明提出了一種顯示模組,其包括背板、前框、擴散板及顯示面板,所述顯示面板固定連接於所述前框,所述背板包括底板及與所述前框固定連接的側板,所述底板與所述顯示面板間隔且相對設置,所述底板靠近所述顯示面板的一側設有至少一個背光源,所述側板由所述底板的端部朝所述前框延伸並
與所述前框圍設形成一容置腔,所述顯示面板插裝固定於所述容置腔內或固定連接於所述前框遠離所述底板的一側,所述擴散板位於所述背板與所述顯示面板之間且插裝固定於所述容置腔內,所述顯示面板與所述擴散板層疊設置。
本發明還提出了一種顯示裝置,所述顯示裝置還包括上述的顯示模組,所述主體與所述顯示模組相連。
相較於先前技術,上述的顯示模組及顯示裝置的側板由底板的端部朝前框延伸並與前框圍設形成一容置腔,擴散板的位於背板與顯示面板之間且插裝固定於容置腔內,省去了中框在顯示模組內部佔用的體積且減少了中框的重量,節省了顯示模組的製造成本。

圖1係本發明提供的顯示裝置的立體結構示意圖。
圖2係本發明的第一實施例提供的顯示模組的結構示意圖。

圖4是本發明的第三實施例提供的顯示模組的結構示意圖。
請參閱圖1,本發明提出了一種顯示裝置100,包括本體10與顯示模組20,顯示模組20裝設於本體10上。需要說明的是,顯示裝置100包括但不限於是電視、手機、平板或看板。
請參閱圖2,圖2為本發明的第一實施例提供的顯示模組20的結構示意圖,其中,顯示模組20包括背板21、前框22、顯示面板23、擴散板24、光學膜片組25及膠體26。
背板21包括底板211及與前框22固定連接的側板212,側板212由底板211的端部朝前框22延伸並與前框22圍設形成一容置腔213。底板211與顯示面板23間隔且相對設置,底板211靠近顯示面板23的一側設有至少一個背光源214。顯示面板23、光學膜片組25及擴散板24依次層疊設置並均插裝固定於容置腔213內。顯示面板23與光學膜片組25之間及光學膜片組25與擴散板24之間均通過膠體26黏接加固。
背板21大致為U形,側板212包括傾斜部2121、支撐部2122及折彎部2123,傾斜部2121與支撐部2122均大致呈板狀,傾斜部2121分別與底板211及支撐部2122傾斜設置,傾斜部2121的一端與底板211固定連接,傾斜部2121的另一端與支撐部2122固定連接。支撐部2122與底板211平行設置,用於支撐顯示面板23、擴散板24及光學膜片組25。折彎部2123自支撐部2122遠離傾斜部2121的一端設有朝向前框22延伸並抵持於前框,折彎部2123與支撐部2122垂直設置且與前框22固定連接,容置腔213由支撐部2122、折彎部2123及前框22圍設形成。
可以理解,在其他的實施方式中,支撐部2122也可為L形,容置腔213由支撐部2122及前框22圍設形成。
背板21靠近顯示面板23的一側還設有一層反光膜215,背光源214設於反光膜215上。具體地,反光膜215鋪設於底板211、傾斜部2121及部分支撐部2122上,用於將背光源214發出的光反射至擴散板24。
前框22大致為倒L形,前框22的一側邊與支撐部2122的折彎部2123固定連接,前框22的另一側邊與支撐部2122、折彎部2123圍設形成一矩形的容置腔213。
顯示面板23可選為薄膜電晶體液晶面板(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD),其可以包括從上至下方向依次設置的上偏光片、彩膜基板(另稱對向電極基板)、液晶層、陣列基板及下偏光片。在其他實施
例中,顯示面板23也可以採用其他形式的結構,此為本領域技術人員熟知的,在此不再贅述。
擴散板24為霧度在90%-99%、穿透率在40%-60%的擴散膜,擴散板24的厚度優先為0.1-0.5毫米。在其他實施例中,擴散板24的厚度可根據實際情況進行調整,且其霧度和穿透率不局限於本實施例所選取的範圍內。
光學膜片組25包括棱鏡膜片、擴散膜片、微棱鏡膜片、增光膜片、複合膜片及反射膜片中的至少一種。膠體26包括感壓膠、水膠及UV膠中的至少一種。
本實施例提供的顯示模組20及顯示裝置的側板212由底板211的端部朝前框22延伸並與前框22圍設形成一容置腔213,擴散板24位於背板21與顯示面板23之間且插裝固定於容置腔213內,不僅克服了現有技術中多層複合膜黏貼於顯示面板23上存在的RA問題,還省去了中框在顯示模組20內部佔用的體積及減少了中框的重量,節省了顯示模組的製造成本。
請參閱圖3,圖3為本發明的第二實施例提供的顯示模組30的結構示意圖。需要說明的是,第二實施例提供的顯示模組30與第一實施例提供的顯示模組20的結構相似,顯示模組30包括背板31、前框32、顯示面板33、擴散板34、光學膜片組35及膠體36,背板31包括底板311及與前框32固定連接的至少一側板312,側板312由底板311的端部朝前框32延伸並與前框32圍設形成一容置腔313。不同之處在於,顯示面板33、光學膜片組35及擴散板34依次層疊設置,顯示面板33固定連接於前框32遠離底板311的一側,光學膜片組35與擴散板34層疊設置並均插裝固定於容置腔313內,光學膜片組35與擴散板34之間均通過膠體36黏接加固。
本實施例提供的顯示模組30及顯示裝置的側板212由底板211的端部朝前框22延伸並與前框22圍設形成一容置腔313,擴散板24位於背板21與顯示面板
23之間且插裝固定於容置腔313內,不僅克服了現有技術中多層複合膜黏貼於顯示面板33上存在的RA問題,還省去了中框在顯示模組20內部佔用的體積及減少了中框的重量,節省了顯示模組的製造成本。
請參閱圖4,圖4為本發明的第三實施例提供的顯示模組40的結構示意圖。需要說明的是,第三實施例提供的顯示模組40與第一實施例提供的顯示模組20的結構相似,顯示模組40包括背板41、前框42、顯示面板43、擴散板44及光學膜片組45,背板41包括底板411及與前框42固定連接的至少一側板412,側板412由底板411的端部朝前框42延伸並與前框42圍設形成一容置腔414。不同之處在於,顯示面板43、光學膜片組45及擴散板44依次層疊設置,顯示面板43固定連接於前框42遠離底板411的一側,擴散板44插裝固定於容置腔414內。光學膜片組45位於顯示面板43和擴散板44之間,且光學膜片組45的厚度與前框42的厚度相同且抵持於前框22的內邊沿。
本實施例提供的顯示模組40的側板412由底板411的端部朝前框42延伸並與前框42圍設形成一容置腔413,擴散板44的位於背板41與顯示面板43之間且插裝固定於容置腔413內,不僅克服了現有技術中多層複合膜黏貼於顯示面板43上存在的RA問題,還省去了中框在顯示模組40內部佔用的體積及減少了中框的重量,節省了顯示模組的製造成本。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之如申請專利範圍內。

Claims (5)
- 一種顯示模組,其包括背板、前框、擴散板及顯示面板,所述顯示面板固定連接於所述前框,其改良在於,所述背板包括底板及與所述前框固定連接的側板,所述底板與所述顯示面板間隔且相對設置,所述底板靠近所述顯示面板的一側設有至少一個背光源,所述側板由所述底板的端部朝所述前框延伸並與所述前框圍設形成一容置腔,所述顯示模組還包括光學膜片組,所述顯示面板、所述光學膜片組及所述擴散板依次層疊設置,所述顯示面板固定連接於所述前框遠離所述底板的一側,所述光學膜片組的厚度與所述前框的厚度相同,且所述光學膜片組抵持於所述前框的內邊沿,所述擴散板位於所述背板與所述光學膜片組之間且插裝固定於所述容置腔內。
- 如請求項1所述之顯示模組,其中,所述側板包括傾斜部與支撐部,所述傾斜部分別與所述底板及所述支撐部傾斜設置,所述傾斜部的一端與所述底板固定連接,所述傾斜部的另一端與所述支撐部固定連接,所述容置腔由所述支撐部與所述前框圍設形成。
- 如請求項1所述之顯示模組,其中,所述顯示模組還包括反光膜,所述反光膜鋪設於所述背板靠近所述顯示面板的一側,所述背光源設於反光膜上,所述反光膜用於將所述背光源發出的光反射至所述擴散板。
- 如請求項1所述之顯示模組,其中,所述光學膜片組包括棱鏡膜片、擴散膜片、微棱鏡膜片、增光膜片、複合膜片及反射膜片中的至少一種。
- 一種顯示裝置,包括主體,其改良在於,所述顯示裝置還包括請求項1-4任一項所述的顯示模組,所述主體與所述顯示模組相連。
