在下面的描述中闡述了很多具體細節以便於充分理解本發明。但是本發明能夠以很多不同於在此描述的其它方式來實施,本領域技術人員可以在不違背本發明內涵的情況下做類似推廣,因此本發明不受下面揭示的具體實施的限制。 在本說明書一個或多個實施例中使用的術語是僅僅出於描述特定實施例的目的,而非旨在限制本說明書一個或多個實施例。在本說明書一個或多個實施例和所附申請專利範圍中所使用的單數形式的“一種”、“所述”和“該”也旨在包括多數形式,除非上下文清楚地表示其他含義。還應當理解,本說明書一個或多個實施例中使用的術語“和/或”是指並包含一個或多個相關聯的列出專案的任何或所有可能組合。 應當理解,儘管在本說明書一個或多個實施例中可能採用術語第一、第二等來描述各種資訊,但這些資訊不應限於這些術語。這些術語僅用來將同一類型的資訊彼此區分開。例如,在不脫離本說明書一個或多個實施例範圍的情況下,第一也可以被稱為第二,類似地,第二也可以被稱為第一。取決於語境,如在此所使用的詞語“如果”可以被解釋成為“在……時”或“當……時”或“回應於確定”。 本發明提供一種資訊核查方法,本發明還提供一種資訊核查裝置,一種計算設備,以及一種電腦可讀儲存媒體。以下分別結合本發明提供的實施例的圖式逐一進行詳細說明,並且對方法的各個步驟進行說明。 本發明提供的一種資訊核查方法實施例如下: 參照圖式1,其顯示本實施例提供的一種資訊核查方法處理流程圖,參照圖式2,其顯示本發明實施例提供的一種健康告知過程的處理流程圖。 步驟S102,獲取在資訊核查所需核查資訊庫中選擇的待核查資訊。 本發明實施例所述資訊核查,包括在互助共濟項目中,對申請參與互助共濟專案的參與者進行資訊核查,如果參與者在資訊核查環節的核查結果為核查通過,則允許該參與者參與到互助共濟專案中。所述互助共濟項目包括保險,比如重疾險、醫療險、護理險以及意外傷害險等健康險種。對應地,參與所述互助共濟專案過程中進行的資訊核查,包括健康險的投保人在參與購險的過程中進行的健康告知。 本發明實施例以投保人參與購買健康險過程中的健康告知為例,對本發明實施例提供的資訊核查方法進行說明。 較佳地,所述資訊核查所需核查資訊庫包括健康告知所需的疾病庫,所述核查資訊庫中的待核查資訊包括健康告知所需疾病庫中的疾病。對應的,下述涉及的資訊告知交互邏輯包括健康告知交互邏輯,所述資訊告知交互邏輯中的資訊告知路徑包括所述健康告知交互邏輯中的健康告知路徑,所述所述資訊告知路徑執行過程中接收到的資訊告知輸入包括所述健康告知路徑執行過程中接收到的健康告知輸入,所述資訊核查的核查結果包括所述健康告知的健康告知結果。 線上購買重疾險、醫療險、護理險以及意外傷害險等健康險種的過程中,保險公司需在核保環節對投保人的健康狀況進行確認告知,投保人完成健康告知的確認後,若核保成功通過,則由保險公司進行承保,投保人健康告知的內容將成為健康險保單的一個組成部分;可見,作為健康險保單的重要組成部分,健康告知成為核保環節的重中之重。 本發明提供的資訊核查方法,在核保環節向投保人健康告知的過程中,從易於用戶(投保人)理解的角度出發,並且在確保投保人隱私的前提下,以疾病、症狀及常見醫學定義來解構健康告知內容,便於投保人依據自身健康情況進行告知,當投保人提供健康特徵資料或授權採集健康特徵資料後,透過系統、簡潔的方式實現智慧化的健康告知處理,從而在核保環節提供更加便捷的健康告知實現方式,同時提升了線上核保、承保的效率及有效性。 本發明實施例提供的一種較佳實施方式中,進行健康告知的前提是用戶(即投保人)在購險之後發起健康告知申請,具體是指在接收投保人的健康告知申請之後,進入健康告知環節。 具體實施時,所述投保人的健康告知申請,可以是投保人為本人購險發起的健康告知申請,還可以是投保人為他購險時發起的健康告知申請,比如投保人為家人購買健康險時發起的健康告知申請;對應地,如果投保人是為本人購險發起的健康告知申請,則進行健康告知是基於投保人自身的健康狀況進行;如果投保人是為他人購險發起的健康告知申請,則進行健康告知是也基於他人的健康狀況進行。 在健康告知過程中,首先獲取投保人在健康告知所需疾病庫中選擇的疾病,其中,所述健康告知所需疾病庫,包含投保人所購買的健康險涉及的所有疾病相關資料的集合,具體在健康告知過程中,需要由投保人結合所述疾病庫,明確投保人在購險時的健康狀況,從而來清晰的劃分投保人在購險之前和購險之後的健康責權。 較佳地,所述健康告知所需疾病庫,採用下述方式構建: 1)根據所述健康告知涉及的健康告知資料以及歷史健康特徵資料產生疾病資料;所述歷史健康特徵資料可以是反應歷史購險用戶群健康狀況的健康特徵資料。 2)確定所述疾病資料對應疾病之間的層級結構關係; 3)基於所述疾病資料和所述層級結構關係構建所述疾病庫。 例如,以健康險當中的重疾險為例,首先需要明確重疾險保障範圍內的疾病種類,包括惡性腫瘤、急性心肌梗塞、腦中風後遺症、重大器官移植術等等,並結合用戶群的健康特徵資料,確定各個疾病種類包含的疾病並梳理疾病內容;進一步,梳理出疾病種類與疾病的從屬關係,以及疾病與疾病內容的對應關係;最後,根據重疾險保障範圍內的疾病種類、各疾病種類包含的疾病、疾病的疾病內容、疾病種類與疾病的從屬關係以及疾病與疾病內容的對應關係,構建結構化的疾病資料庫。 步驟S104,確定所述待核查資訊在資訊告知交互邏輯中對應的資訊告知路徑。 本發明實施例所述健康告知交互邏輯,是指健康告知過程中與投保人進行告知交互的底層邏輯,所述疾病庫中的疾病在健康告知交互邏輯中存在對應的健康告知交路徑,投保人選擇疾病庫中的疾病會觸發健康告知交互邏輯中對應的健康告知交路徑。 下述結合一個實際例子對健康告知交互邏輯和健康告知交路徑進行說明: 針對核保所需的疾病庫中疾病分類A,與疾病分類A下的疾病A1相關的健康告知交互邏輯如下表:
