The information verification in the embodiment of the application includes that in the mutual-aid co-aid project, information verification is carried out on the participants who apply for participating in the mutual-aid co-aid project, and if the verification result of the participants in the information verification link is that the participants pass the verification, the participants are allowed to participate in the mutual-aid co-aid project. The mutual aid project comprises insurance, such as health risks including serious illness risks, medical risks, nursing risks, accidental injury risks and the like. Correspondingly, the information verification performed in the process of participating in the mutual aid and ataxia project comprises health notification performed by the health insurance applicant in the process of participating in the purchasing insurance.
The embodiment of the application takes the health notification of the applicant in the process of purchasing health risks as an example, and describes the information checking method provided by the embodiment of the application.
Preferably, the information checking required checking information base comprises a disease base required for health notification, and the information to be checked in the checking information base comprises diseases in the disease base required for health notification. Correspondingly, the information notification interaction logic comprises health notification interaction logic, an information notification path in the information notification interaction logic comprises a health notification path in the health notification interaction logic, an information notification input received in the execution process of the information notification path comprises a health notification input received in the execution process of the health notification path, and a checking result of the information check comprises a health notification result of the health notification.
In the process of purchasing health risks such as serious risks, medical risks, nursing risks and accidental injury risks on line, an insurance company needs to confirm and inform the health condition of an applicant in a verification link, and after the applicant completes confirmation of the health notification, if verification is successful, the insurance company takes insurance, and the content of the health notification of the applicant becomes a component part of a health insurance policy; it can be seen that, as an important component of health insurance policy, health notification becomes a serious issue in the underwriting link.
According to the information checking method, in the process of informing health of the applicant in the verification link, from the perspective of easy understanding of a user (applicant), and under the premise of ensuring privacy of the applicant, health informing contents are deconstructed by disease, symptoms and common medical definitions, so that the applicant can inform according to the health condition of the applicant, after the applicant provides health characteristic data or authorizes to collect the health characteristic data, intelligent health informing processing is realized in a systematic and concise mode, so that a more convenient health informing implementation mode is provided in the verification link, and meanwhile, the efficiency and effectiveness of online verification and insurance are improved.
In a preferred implementation manner provided in the embodiment of the present application, the precondition of health notification is that the user (i.e. the applicant) initiates the health notification application after purchasing the insurance, specifically, the user enters the health notification link after receiving the health notification application of the applicant.
In specific implementation, the health notification application of the applicant may be a health notification application initiated by the applicant for the purchase of the applicant, or may be a health notification application initiated by the applicant for the purchase of the applicant, such as a health notification application initiated by the applicant for the purchase of the health risk by the family; correspondingly, if the applicant is a health notification application initiated for the purchase risk of the applicant, the health notification is performed based on the health condition of the applicant; if the applicant is a health notification application initiated for the purchase of others, the health notification is also based on the health condition of the others.

2) Determining a hierarchical relationship between diseases corresponding to the disease data;
3) The disease library is constructed based on the disease data and the hierarchical relationship.
For example, taking a serious disease risk in health risks as an example, firstly, determining disease types in the range of serious disease risk guarantee, including malignant tumor, acute myocardial infarction, cerebral apoplexy sequelae, major organ transplantation and the like, and determining diseases contained in each disease type and combing the disease content by combining health characteristic data of a user group; further, the subordinate relations between disease types and diseases are combed, and the corresponding relations between diseases and disease contents are obtained; and finally, constructing a structured disease database according to the disease types, diseases contained in each disease type, disease content of the diseases, the dependence of the disease types and the diseases and the corresponding relation of the diseases and the disease content in the serious disease insurance range.

In the embodiment of the present application, in the executing process of the health notification path in the health notification interaction logic, the notification questions and the notification answers corresponding to the notification questions are implemented based on a text-based question-answer interaction manner.
In addition, the notification questions and the notification answers corresponding to the notification questions may be implemented in other ways that can implement notification interaction with the applicant, such as a voice-based question-answer interaction way, a voice-image-based question-answer interaction way, or a video-based question-answer interaction way, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the preferred embodiment provided by the invention, all the insurance applicant adopts the same health notification interaction logic to carry out the interaction processing of health notification, in addition, personalized health notification interaction logic can be generated for each insurance applicant, and based on the personalized health notification interaction logic, the health notification of thousands of people and thousands of sides is realized in the verification link, so that more convenient and effective health notification is provided for the insurance applicant.
In a preferred implementation manner provided in the embodiments of the present application, the health notification interaction logic has a unique correspondence with the applicant; based on this, the determining the corresponding health notification path of the disease in the health notification interaction logic specifically includes: and acquiring health characteristic data of the applicant, determining personalized health notification interaction logic corresponding to the applicant according to the health characteristic data of the applicant, and finally determining a health notification interaction path of the disease in the personalized health notification interaction logic as a health notification path corresponding to the disease.
