Abstract
一種遠端控制方法,其係由一控制端之操作介面輸入切換之控制訊號,讓控制端之第一連接埠將控制訊號傳輸至一影像擷取機構之USB連接器,並經一處理器進行訊號之處理轉換後,由影像擷取機構之USB-C連接器將控制訊號透過第二連接埠傳輸至至少一被控制端,使控制端與被控制端進行連線溝通,讓控制端以該操作介操作被控制端。如此,可透過影像擷取機構之連接,使控制端可操作被控制端,而不須透過切換器與網路,藉以達到方法簡單以及有效降低成本之功效。
Description
本發明是有關於一種遠端控制方法,尤指一種可達到方法簡單以及有效降低成本之遠端控制方法。
按,一般欲進行遠端操作作業時,通常會裝設有KVM切換器,進而透過該KVM切換器讓該控制端於遠端操作該被控制端。 然,以習用之KVM切換器而言,其使用時必須透過網路進行連線,一旦網路中斷便無法進行操作;此外,習用之KVM切換器不但建置程序較為繁複,亦有機器設備與建置成本皆較高等缺失。 為解決習用之種種缺失,本案之發明人特潛心研究,開發出一種遠端控制方法,以有效改善習用之缺點。
本發明之主要目的係在於,可透過該影像擷取機構之連接,使該控制端可操作該被控制端,而不須透過切換器與網路,可達到方法簡單以及有效降低成本之功效。 為達上述之目的,本發明係一種遠端控制方法,其包含有下列步驟: 步驟一:設置一控制端,該控制端具有一操作介面及一第一連接埠。 步驟二:連接一影像擷取機構至該控制端,該影像擷取機構包括一USB連接器、一處理器及至少一USB-C連接器,該USB連接器連接該第一連接埠,該處理器連接該USB連接器與該USB-C連接器。 步驟三:連接至少一被控制端至該影像擷取機構,該被控制端具有一第二連接埠,該第二連接埠連接該USB-C連接器。 步驟四:由該操作介面輸入切換之控制訊號,藉由該第一連接埠將控制訊號傳輸至該USB連接器,並經該處理器進行訊號之處理轉換後,由該USB-C連接器將控制訊號透過該第二連接埠傳輸至該被控制端,使該控制端與該被控制端進行連線溝通,進而由該操作介面操作該被控制端。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該控制端為個人電腦或筆記型電腦。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該操作介面為一鍵盤、一滑鼠或其組合。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該第一連接埠為USB 2.0連接器或USB 3.0連接器。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該USB連接器為USB-C連接器或USB 3.0連接器。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該被控制端為個人電腦、筆記型電腦或伺服器。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該第二連接埠為HDMI連接器或Display Port連接器。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該USB-C連接器內含USB 2.0連接器。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該第一連接埠與該USB連接器藉由一第一傳輸介面進行連接。 於上述之遠端控制方法中,該第二連接埠與該USB-C連接器藉由一第二傳輸介面進行連接。
請參閱『第1圖至第3圖』所示,係分別為本發明之基本架構示意圖、係本發明之方塊示意圖及係本發明之流程示意圖。如圖所示:本發明係一種遠端控制方法,其包含下列步驟: 步驟一s1:設置一控制端1,該控制端1具有一操作介面11及一第一連接埠12。 步驟二s2:連接一影像擷取機構2至該控制端1,該影像擷取機構2包括一USB連接器21、一處理器22及至少一USB-C連接器23,該USB連接器21連接該第一連接埠12,該處理器22連接該USB連接器21與該USB-C連接器23,且該USB-C連接器23內含USB 2.0連接器(圖未示)。 步驟三s3:連接至少一被控制端3至該影像擷取機構2,該被控制端3具有一第二連接埠31,該第二連接埠31連接該USB-C連接器23。 步驟四s4:由該控制端1透過該操作介面11輸入切換之控制訊號,讓該控制端1藉由該第一連接埠12將控制訊號傳輸至該影像擷取機構2之USB連接器21,並經該處理器22進行訊號之處理轉換後 ,由該USB-C連接器23將控制訊號透過該第二連接埠31傳輸至該被控制端3,使該控制端1與該被控制端3進行連線溝通,讓該控制端1以該操作介面11操作該被控制端3。如此,可透過該影像擷取機構2之連接,使該控制端1可操作該被控制端3,而不須透過切換器與網路,藉以達到方法簡單以及有效降低成本之功效。 於本發明之一實施例中,該控制端1為個人電腦或筆記型電腦,該操作介面11為一鍵盤111、一滑鼠112或其組合,該被控制端3為個人電腦或筆記型電腦或伺服器。藉此,可於該控制端1或該鍵盤111設定有啟動該影像擷取機構2之快速鍵,當欲進行遠端操控時 ,則由該滑鼠112點擊該控制端1中之快速鍵,或直接由該鍵盤111開啟快速鍵,藉以透過該操作介面11輸入切換之控制訊號,而達到易於操作之功效。 於本發明之一實施例中,該第一連接埠12為USB 2.0連接器或USB 3.0連接器,該USB連接器21為USB-C連接器或USB 3.0連接器,該第二連接埠31為HDMI連接器或Display Port連接器。藉此,可提升訊號傳輸之速度,以符合實際使用之需求。 於本發明之一實施例中,該第一連接埠12與該USB連接器21藉由一第一傳輸介面4進行連接,該第二連接埠31與該USB-C連接器23藉由一第二傳輸介面5進行連接,而該第一傳輸介面4與該第二傳輸介面5可為傳輸線。藉此,可使該影像擷取機構2透過該第一傳輸介面4與該第二傳輸介面5分別連接該控制端1以及該被控制端3,而不須透過網路即可連線進行所需之遠端操作。 綜上所述,本發明遠端控制方法可有效改善習用之種種缺點,可透過該影像擷取機構之連接,使該控制端可操作該被控制端,而不須透過切換器與網路,可達到方法簡單以及有效降低成本之功效;進而使本發明之産生能更進步、更實用、更符合消費者使用之所須,確已符合發明專利申請之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。 惟以上所述者,僅為本發明之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本發明實施之範圍;故,凡依本發明申請專利範圍及發明說明書內容所作 之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆應仍屬本發明專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種遠端控制方法,其包含有下列步驟: 步驟一:設置一控制端,該控制端具有一操作介面及一第一連接埠; 步驟二:連接一影像擷取機構至該控制端,該影像擷取機構包括一USB連接器、一處理器及至少一USB-C連接器,該USB連接器連接該第一連接埠,該處理器連接該USB連接器與該USB-C連接器; 步驟三:連接至少一被控制端至該影像擷取機構,該被控制端具有一第二連接埠,該第二連接埠連接該USB-C連接器;以及 步驟四:由該操作介面輸入切換之控制訊號,藉由該第一連接埠將控制訊號傳輸至該USB連接器,並經該處理器進行訊號之處理轉換後,由該USB-C連接器將控制訊號透過該第二連接埠傳輸至該被控制端,使該控制端與該被控制端進行連線溝通,進而由該操作介面操作該被控制端。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該控制端為 個人電腦或筆記型電腦。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該操作介面 為一鍵盤、一滑鼠或其組合。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該第一連接 埠為USB 2.0連接器或USB 3.0連接器。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該USB連接 器為USB-C連接器或USB 3.0連接器。
- 依申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該被控 制端為個人電腦或筆記型電腦或伺服器。
- 依申請專利範圍第1或4項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該第二 連接埠為HDMI連接器或Display Port連接器。
- 依申請專利範圍第1或5項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該USB-C 連接器內含USB 2.0連接器。
- 依申請專利範圍第1項所述之遠端控制方法,其中,該第一連接 埠與該USB連接器藉由一第一傳輸介面進行連接。
