參看圖1所示,本發明的殼模上料裝置,其包括有一機架10、至少一旋轉機構20及至少一承載機構30,如圖式中所示的其中一種實施例為在機架10上間隔設有二旋轉機構20及二承載機構30,每一旋轉機構20對應於一承載機構30;再者進一步在相對於每一承載機構30的機架10上設有一開閉機構40,欲進行風乾作業的殼模50掛設在該承載機構30或由該承載機構30取下,或可藉由開閉機構40將各殼模50由該承載機構30予以掛設或取下。

參看圖1及圖3所示,該機架10,其由複數橫桿體11及複數直桿體12相互連接為一中空架體,該旋轉機構20設置在該機架10頂端的橫桿體11,該橫桿體11為一中空桿體在相對於旋轉機構20的設置處具有複數通孔111,如圖式中所示的實施例為設有二通孔111,各該通孔111與該橫桿體11內部相通,該開閉機構40設置在該機架10側面的二間隔直桿體12之間;配合參看圖2、圖3及圖4所示,該複數旋轉機構20的各該旋轉機構20的構造為相同,以下以一旋轉機構20予以說明,該旋轉機構20包括一主軸21、一分度盤22、一升降缸23、一轉動軸24、一掛架25、一皮帶26、一馬達27及一定位組28;該主軸21為一中空桿體,該分度盤22為中空筒體且一端的外部設有一齒輪220,該分度盤22於外環壁面環繞設有複數分度溝221,各該分度溝221呈內凹狀且平行於該分度盤22的中心,各該分度溝221的凹底部分別設有一定位孔222,該分度盤22套設固定在該主軸21外部,該主軸21及該分度盤22設置在該機架10的橫桿體11內部,該主軸21的兩端分別與一上軸座211及一下軸
座212樞設連接,該主軸21與上軸座211之間設有一軸承,該主軸21與下軸座212之間設有一軸承,上軸座211與下軸座212分別安裝在該橫桿體11的頂面及底面,該上軸座211及該下軸座212於中央貫穿有一座孔;該升降缸23設置在該上軸座211上且具有可伸縮的一作動桿,該旋動軸24為一桿體並穿設在該主軸21內,該轉動軸24頂端內凹形成有一軸承座241,軸承座241內部設有一軸承,該升降缸23的作動桿自由端與該軸承座241為相互樞設連接;該掛架25為一中空架,其頂端設有一通孔251,該主軸21一端貫穿該下軸座212與該掛架25上方連接固定,該轉動軸24的底端貫穿掛架25的通孔251並結合一壓緊環242,又掛架25的下方內部的兩側分別形成有呈凹狀的掛部252,如圖中所示的實施例,該掛部252為設置在掛架25兩側下方向內彎折處,在兩掛部252之間形成有一開口253,掛架25的兩掛部252之間設置有一擋板254;該定位組28,其包括有一限位器281及一定位器283,該限位器281及該定位器283設置在橫桿體11內部且相對於分度盤22,如圖中所示的實施例為位在分度盤22的兩側,該限位器281具有一壓缸,壓缸具有可伸縮的一作動桿,該作動桿的端頭設有一限位柱282,該限位柱282可控制為與分度盤22的其中一定位孔222相互卡固結合或相互分離,定位器283至少設有一定位珠284,如圖中所示的實施例為設有二定位珠284,定位珠284受到定位器283內部所設的一彈性件的彈力頂推而經常呈向外突出,使得定位珠284與任一個分度溝221相互抵頂定位,此部分構造為一現有制式構件不再詳細描述;馬達27為設置在橫桿體11上,其驅動軸設有一驅動齒輪271,該驅動齒輪271位在橫桿體11內部,該皮帶26為套設在該驅動齒輪271與該分度盤22的齒輪220上,馬達27經由控制可藉由皮帶26驅動該分度盤22、主軸21及掛架25同時旋轉,在調整旋轉至所設定的位置可控制限位柱282突出進入分度盤
22的定位孔222內,此時掛架25不可旋轉位移,在控制限位柱282離開分度盤22的定位孔222,此時掛架25可再次被驅動旋轉。

參看圖5所示,該複數承載機構30的各該承載機構30的構造為相同,以下以一承載機構30予以說明,該承載機構30包括有一掛架盤31及複數承載件300,該掛架盤31具有一盤體,該盤體中央設有一掛勾311,該掛勾311為一十字型桿體,即由一直桿312及一側桿313連接而成,該直桿312為垂直固定在盤體中央,該側桿313連接在該直桿312的橫向位置,如圖所示具體實施例,該掛架盤31的盤體周緣設有三支承載件300且各承載件300等角度且呈放射狀與盤體結合固定;參看圖1及圖7所示,該承載機構30在吊掛殼模50時,掛架盤31以其掛勾311的側桿313兩端部位在該掛架25的掛部252,直桿312位在開口253處,再者升降缸23作動將轉動軸24向下移動,此時壓緊環242可抵壓在該直桿312的端頭,且直桿亦可進一步受到擋板254的限位,在其中一承載件300完成殼模50的吊掛(或卸下)後,控制該限位器28的限位柱282離開分度盤22的定位孔222,啟動馬達27以皮帶26使分度盤22轉動,轉動中分度盤22的各分度溝221持續受到定位器283的定位珠284抵頂,且轉動的分度盤22同時驅動主軸21及掛架25轉動,在承載機構30的掛架盤31轉動至定位後,控制該限位器28的限位柱282進入分度盤22的定位孔222,使掛架25穩固定位,此時可供另一承載件300進行另一殼模50的吊掛(或卸下)作業;本發明以承載機構30具有三承載件300的實施例而言,可設定在掛架盤31每次旋轉120度後予以定位;若為設有四承載件時,則掛架盤在每轉度90度後即予以定位。

32、一擋座33、一彈性件34及一掛勾桿35,該夾持固定座32為一中空管體,其一端為封閉端,另一端管口為一作動口320,該夾持固定座32設有一吊掛槽321及一長槽322,該吊掛槽321由該夾持固定座32的側壁面並朝向封閉端呈斜向內凹形成,該吊掛槽321與該夾持固定座32的長軸向形成有一角度,該長槽322設置在該夾持固定座32的底壁面的長軸向位置並與該吊掛槽321相通;該擋座33為一中空體,其兩端分別為一第一端面331及第二端面332,該擋座33的側壁突出形成有一楔塊330,該彈性件34及該擋座33依序穿設置入該夾持固定座32內,該彈性件34的兩端分別與該夾持固定座32的封閉端及該擋座33的第一端面331抵頂,該掛勾桿35為貫穿設置在夾持固定座32相鄰於該作動口320一端,該第二端面332抵頂在該掛勾桿35,如圖中的具體實施例,在相鄰於作動口的該夾持固定座設有貫穿的一桿孔,該桿孔可供該掛勾桿35貫穿固定且掛勾桿35的二端為突出在夾持固定座32的外部;該擋座33進一步設有一導塊333,該導塊333位在該長槽322內且頂面與該擋座33相互結合固定,該擋座33可再設有一下壓板334,下壓板334與該導塊333的底面結合固定;藉由前述構造,該擋座33受到彈性件34朝向作動口320推移,此時楔塊330為位在吊掛槽321的槽口位置予以封閉,反之推移擋座33朝向夾持固定座32內部移動,則楔塊330離開吊掛槽321的槽口位置。

置在該連接板412並相互結合固定,該橫向壓缸42缸體的二側分別設有一限位塊422,各該限位塊422的斷面呈L型塊體,並以L型塊體的凹部相鄰於直桿體12設置;該夾持座43包括有一座體431,該座體431為一中空桿體且桿體的二端分別具有一開口430,座體431的一端與定位板421相互固定,該橫向壓缸42的作動桿可突伸穿入該夾持座43內,座體431另一端的兩側分別設有一作動板432,該作動板432的頂面內凹形成有一扣槽433,該開爪塊44為一塊體,其一端與該橫向壓缸42的作動桿連接,另一端由端面內凹形成有一開槽441。

配合參看圖12及圖13所示,為一種運用開閉機構40進行殼模50與承載件300之間的吊掛(或卸下)作業,機架10上的開閉機構40藉由直向壓缸41將橫向壓缸42向上移動,此時座體431的作動板432以其扣槽433套置在掛勾桿35的外部,使得夾持座43與承載件300的位置相互對應,再參看圖10及圖
11所示,橫向壓缸42驅動開爪塊44朝向承載件300的夾持固定座32內部移動,此時開爪塊44推移擋座33並使彈性件34受到壓縮,擋座33的楔塊330離開吊掛槽321,此時殼模50的掛桿51可置入吊掛槽321內或由吊掛槽321內取出,參看圖14所示,當開爪塊44受到橫向壓缸42的驅動而反向移動時,擋座33受到彈性件34推移而復位此時楔塊330封閉吊掛槽321開口以完成吊掛(或卸下)作業;參看圖15所示,本發明以承載機構30的各承載件300掛置有殼模50,可配合一抓取機構60予以移載,該抓取機構60由機械手臂所驅動,抓取機構60設有一夾爪部61,其端部形成有一凹部,藉由夾爪部61的凹部與承載機構30之掛勾311的側桿313勾掛,即可在一次吊掛(或卸下)作業將多個殼模50移送至風乾機構中進行風乾作業或將完成風乾作業後的殼模50予以取出。
