當本發明前述第一較佳實施例使用時,是以驅動機構例如現有的自動施夾器的握持單元帶動該第一套管以及該第二套管55動作,但帶動本較佳實施例動作的驅動機構不限於現有的握持單元,只要是能以符合本較佳實施例運作方式驅動該覆進推桿41以及該上釘推桿30的機構,都能驅動本較佳實施例。本發明上述在控制該覆進推桿41的該第一套管53以及控制該上釘推桿30的該第二套管55之間抵靠設有一壓縮狀態的驅動彈簧501,配合該覆進推桿41後端的倒勾415能勾住或使該脫勾銷56自動脫勾,使得該第一套管53前進過程中該第二套管55能被驅動彈簧501向後推動並且帶動該上釘推桿30後縮的構造,除了應用在上述第一較佳實施例的血管施夾裝置以外,也可以運用在其他同樣也具有上釘推桿30以及覆進推桿41兩種操縱桿來進行施夾操作的血管施夾裝置。
