When the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is used, the driving mechanism such as the holding unit of the existing automatic clip applier is used to drive the advancing pushing rod sliding sleeve and the feeding rod sliding sleeve 55 to move, but the driving mechanism for driving the preferred embodiment is not limited to the existing holding unit, and any mechanism can drive the advancing pushing rod 41 and the feeding nail pushing rod 30 according to the operation of the preferred embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, when the first preferred embodiment of the present invention is used, the advancing push rod sliding sleeve 53 is driven to advance, the advancing push rod sliding sleeve 53 drives the advancing push rod 41 to move forward by the advancing push rod positioning pin 54, the barb 415 at the rear end of the advancing push rod 41 hooks the feeding rod positioning pin 56 during the forward movement of the advancing push rod 41, so that the feeding rod push rod 30 and the advancing push rod 41 advance together, when the feeding rod positioning pin 56 advances to the inclined plane 515, the feeding rod positioning pin will move along the inclined plane 515 and disengage from the barb 415, at this time, the advancing push rod 41 still continues to advance, the advancing push rod 41 continues to advance while driving the feeding rod sliding sleeve 55 to move backward, so that the feeding rod sliding sleeve 55 drives the feeding rod push rod 30 to move backward by the feeding rod positioning pin 56. The upper staple pusher 30 moves back and forth once throughout the advancement of the advancement ram 41.
When the upper nail pushing rod 30 moves forward and backward once, as shown in fig. 7, the pushing hole 31 where the free end of the pushing elastic sheet 252 is located moves forward, the rear end edge of the pushing hole 31 abuts against the free end of the pushing elastic sheet 252, the nail pusher 25 is pushed forward together, so that the nail pusher 25 pushes the foremost nail 24 from the back forward into the mouth portion 221, and then the upper nail pushing rod 30 moves backward, so that the free end of the pushing elastic sheet 252 of the nail pusher 25 which has moved forward is located in the front pushing hole 31 of the pushing hole 31 which just pushes the nail pusher 25 forward. In the process of advancing the advancing push rod 41, as shown in fig. 8, when the foremost nail 24 is fed into the jaw portion 221, the advancing push rod 41 continuously pushes the jaw clamp 42 forward, so that the jaw portion 221 clamps the nail 24 in a manner that the clamping groove 421 of the jaw clamp 42 tightly presses the two jaw ribs 222.

1. A clip applier device for a blood vessel clip applier, comprising:
an outer tube which is a round long tube body extending along the front-back direction;
a nail feeding assembly of a clamp mouth, which is arranged in the outer tube in a penetrating way and is fixedly provided with a clamp mouth pull rod in the outer tube, the clamp mouth pull rod is a long sheet body extending along the front-back direction, the front end of the clamp mouth is penetrated out of the front end of the outer tube, the front end of the clamp mouth is provided with a clamp mouth part, two clamp mouth ribs are formed at the left side and the right side of the bottom surface of the clamp mouth part, the top surface of the clamp mouth pull rod is fixedly provided with a nail groove, a track extending along the front-back direction is formed in the nail groove, the front end of the track is right opposite to the rear end of the clamp mouth part, the bottom surface of the nail groove is provided with a plurality of nail pusher positioning holes in a front-back equal interval arrangement way, more than two clamps are arranged in the track from front to back in a connecting way, a nail pusher is arranged in the track in a sliding way, the bottom and the top of the nail pusher are respectively provided with a positioning elastic sheet and a propelling elastic sheet, the free end of the positioning elastic sheet is clamped against one of the nail, the free end of the pushing elastic sheet faces upwards and extends out of the nail groove backwards, and the front end of the nail pusher is used for pushing the rearmost clamping nail;
the upper nail push rod is arranged in the outer pipe in a penetrating way and attached to the top surface of the nail groove, a plurality of pushing holes are formed in the upper nail push rod in a front-back equal interval arrangement mode, and the free end of each pushing elastic sheet is positioned in one of the pushing holes;
the covered push rod assembly is provided with a covered push rod, the covered push rod penetrates through the outer pipe and is attached to the bottom surface of the clamp mouth pull rod, the front end of the covered push rod is provided with a clamp mouth clamp, a clamping groove with an opening in the front is formed in the clamp mouth clamp, and the front end of the clamping groove is sleeved at the rear ends of the two clamp mouth ribs; and
the rear ends of the upper nail push rod and the upper nail push rod respectively penetrate out of the rear end of the outer tube backwards, an upper nail push rod rear long hole and an upper nail push rod hole are respectively arranged at the front and rear positions of the rear end part of the upper nail push rod in a penetrating manner, the position of the upper nail push rod rear long hole is matched, an upper nail push rod covering hole is arranged at the rear end part of the upper nail push rod in a penetrating manner, a hook piece part extends backwards from the rear end of the upper nail push rod, a notch is formed by inwards recessing the side of the hook piece part, a barb is formed at the rear end of the hook piece part adjacent to the rear side of the notch, the height of the barb is narrower than the depth of the notch, and the front and rear positions of the upper nail push rod hole are located in the range of the notch;
the rear end of the outer pipe is combined with a sliding sleeve pipe, the sliding sleeve pipe is a pipe body extending along the front-rear direction, the front end part of the sliding sleeve pipe is sleeved and fixed at the rear end part of the outer pipe, the positions of the upper nail push rod rear long hole and the covering push rod hole are matched, the sliding sleeve pipe penetrates through a covering push rod positioning pin long hole, the positions of the upper nail push rod hole and the notch are matched, the sliding sleeve pipe penetrates through a feeding rod positioning pin long hole, and the front end of the feeding rod positioning pin long hole forms an inclined plane; a covered push rod sliding sleeve is sleeved at the position of the outer pipe, which is provided with the long hole of the covered push rod positioning pin, the covered push rod sliding sleeve penetrates through a covered push rod positioning pin hole, a covered push rod positioning pin is inserted and fixed in the covered push rod positioning pin hole, the covered push rod positioning pin penetrates through the rear long hole of the upper nail push rod, and the covered push rod positioning pin is inserted in the covered push rod hole; the material loading rod positioning pin hole is a long hole in the same direction as the tangential direction of the sliding sleeve pipe, a material loading rod positioning pin is inserted in the material loading rod positioning pin hole, the material loading rod positioning pin penetrates through the notch, and the material loading rod positioning pin is inserted in the nail loading push rod hole.

The clip applying device of claim 1, wherein a nail pulling plate is disposed at the front end of the upper nail pushing rod, a stop is formed at the top of the nail pushing rod and protrudes upward, the stop is located in front of the pushing spring plate, and a stop portion with a width narrower than that of the stop is formed at the top side of the front end of the rail and is engaged with the stop, so as to prevent the nail pushing rod from moving forward out of the rail.

The clip applier of claim 2, wherein a spring positioning pin hole is formed through a rear end of said slide sleeve, a spring positioning pin is inserted and fixed in said spring positioning pin hole, a spring hook hole is formed through said inverted hook, and an advancing spring is hooked between said spring hook hole and said spring positioning pin, so that said advancing push rod positioning pin abuts against a rear end of said advancing push rod positioning pin long hole.

The clip applying device of claim 3, wherein an outer tube fixing slot is formed through the rear end of the outer tube, and a jaw pull rod fixing hole is formed through the jaw pull rod at a position corresponding to the outer tube fixing slot; the upper nail push rod penetrates through a front long hole of the upper nail push rod corresponding to the position of the outer pipe fixing long hole, and the front long hole of the upper nail push rod is positioned in front of a rear long hole of the upper nail push rod; a covering push rod long hole is arranged in the covering push rod in a penetrating way corresponding to the position of the outer pipe fixing long hole; the shape of the outer tube fixing long hole is matched, two embedding blocks are respectively formed on two opposite sides of the inner peripheral surface of the outer tube, the embedding blocks are embedded into the outer tube fixing long hole for positioning, a fixing bolt hole penetrates through the position where the embedding blocks are arranged on the sliding sleeve, a fixing bolt penetrates through the fixing bolt hole, the fixing bolt penetrates through the upper nail push rod front long hole and the covering push rod long hole, the fixing bolt penetrates through the clamp mouth pull rod fixing hole, and the position of the clamp mouth pull rod is fixedly arranged in the outer tube.

The clip applying device of blood vessel clip applier according to claim 4, wherein said sliding sleeve comprises two half-tube shells which are fastened together, said spring positioning pin hole is inserted through the rear ends of said two half-tube shells, a fixing sleeve is sleeved on the rear ends of said two half-tube shells, a pin hole is inserted through said fixing sleeve, and both ends of said spring positioning pin are inserted into said pin hole fixed on said fixing sleeve.
