本發明提供一種智慧鞋墊模組,用於放置於一鞋墊內並記錄使用者的運動狀態。前述智慧鞋墊模組包含一感測單元、一無線單元、一控制單元以及一供電單元。前述感測單元用於感測一運動資訊。前述無線單元用於傳輸前述運動資訊。前述控制單元連接於前述感測單元與前述無線單元,並控制前述感測單元與前述無線單元。前述供電單元連接於前述控制單元,用於提供電能給前述智慧鞋墊模組。前述供電單元具有一磁吸式充電結構。

Description

智慧鞋墊模組
本發明係關於一種智慧鞋墊模組,尤其是一種具有磁吸式充電結構的智慧鞋墊模組。
隨著電子技術的不斷發展及人們生活品質的提高,各種穿戴式裝置應運而生。穿戴式裝置除了隨時記錄人體健康資訊以外,也可記錄運動資訊,方便使用者了解自己的運動量。智慧鞋墊是一種在鞋墊中設置感測模組的穿戴式裝置,偵測使用者腳部的動作來紀錄使用者的運動量,非常適合跑步、爬山等運動。由於使用者的腳部在運動過程中容易流汗或是接觸到潮濕髒污的環境,因此智慧鞋墊需要具備良好的防水防塵的功能。然而,現有的智慧鞋墊一般採用接觸式充電的方式無法達到防水防塵的需求,容易產生故障。
因此,需要一種智慧鞋墊模組,具有良好的防水防塵的功能,增加產品的可靠性與使用壽命。
有鑑於此,本發明之目的為提供一種智慧鞋墊模組。本發明之智慧鞋墊模組採用磁吸式充電結構避免使用傳統的接觸式充電的方式,利用磁吸式充電結構達到防水防塵的效果。同時,將殼體的上蓋與下蓋利用超音波的方式結合,使整個智慧鞋墊模組都具有防水防塵的功能,增加智慧鞋墊模組的耐用性與使用壽命。並且,透過磁吸式充電的連接方式,讓使用者在對智慧鞋墊模組進行充電時無需要精準的對位,可以輕易地將智慧鞋墊模組連接到充電線上進行電力傳輸與資料傳輸。同時,本發明之智慧鞋墊模組採用簡化後的天線製程以降低製做成本。
為達上述目的,本發明提供一種智慧鞋墊模組,用於放置於一鞋墊內並記錄使用者的運動狀態。前述智慧鞋墊模組包含一感測單元、一無線單元、一控制單元以及一供電單元。前述感測單元用於感測一運動資訊。前述無線單元用於傳輸前述運動資訊。前述控制單元連接於前述感測單元與前述無線單元,並控制前述感測單元與前述無線單元。前述供電單元連接於前述控制單元,用於提供電能給前述智慧鞋墊模組。前述供電單元具有一磁吸式充電結構。
在一較佳實施例中,前述智慧鞋墊模組進一步包含一儲存單元,用於儲存前述運動資訊。
在一較佳實施例中,前述供電單元進一步包含一電池,用於儲存與提供電能。前述供電單元進一步包含一電量警示器。當前述電池之電能低於一預設值時,前述電量警示器發出一警示訊號。
在一較佳實施例中,前述磁吸式充電結構包含一連接片、一第一磁鐵與一第二磁鐵。前述第一磁鐵與前述第一磁鐵固定於前述連接片上。當前述連接片與一磁吸式充電線連接時,前述第一磁鐵與前述第二磁鐵利用磁力將前述磁吸式充電線吸引在前述連接片上。
在一較佳實施例中,前述磁吸式充電結構進一步包含一充電介面。前述充電介面連接於前述連接片。當前述磁吸式充電連接於前述連接片時,前述磁吸式充電線透過前述連接片與前述充電介面對前述電池進行充電。
在一較佳實施例中,前述磁吸式充電結構進一步包含一充電控制器連接於前述電池。前述充電控制器用於控制一對前述電池進行充電之電流。
在一較佳實施例中,前述感測單元包含一第一感測器與一第二感測器。前述第一感測器為一加速度感測器。前述第二感測器為一陀螺儀感測器。
在一較佳實施例中,前述智慧鞋墊模組進一步包含一電路板。前述無線單元包含一天線與一導電橡膠。前述天線透過前述導電橡膠電連接於前述電路板。
在一較佳實施例中,前述智慧鞋墊模組進一步包含一上蓋與一下蓋。前述上蓋與前述下蓋係利用超音波製程結合。
綜上所述,本發明所提供的智慧鞋墊模組採用磁吸式充電結構避免使用傳統的接觸式充電的方式(例如傳統之micro USB連接器或彈簧針連接器),利用磁吸式充電結構達到防水防塵的效果。同時,將殼體的上蓋與下蓋利用超音波的方式結合,使整個智慧鞋墊模組都具有防水防塵的功能,增加智慧鞋墊模組的耐用性與使用壽命。並且,透過磁吸式充電的連接方式,讓使用者在對智慧鞋墊模組進行充電時無需要精準的對位,可以輕易地將智慧鞋墊模組連接到充電線上進行電力傳輸與資料傳輸。同時,本發明之智慧鞋墊模組採用簡化後的天線製程以降低製做成本。
以下將參照相關圖式,說明本發明較佳實施例之一種智慧鞋墊模組,其中相同的元件將以相同的參照符號加以說明。
請先參考圖1A與圖1B,圖1A為智慧鞋墊分解示意圖。圖1B為智慧鞋墊組合示意圖。如圖1A與圖1B所示,智慧鞋墊10包含一鞋墊200、一智慧鞋墊模組100以及一磁吸式充電線300。前述智慧鞋墊模組100設置於前述鞋墊200內並記錄使用者的運動狀態。前述磁吸式充電線300對前述智慧鞋墊模組100進行充電。前述磁吸式充電線300之供電來源可為一行動電源或是其他電子裝置(圖未示)。前述磁吸式充電線300可利用一USB接頭(圖未示)與前述行動電源或是其他電子裝置連接,並利用一磁吸式充電接頭連接至前述智慧鞋墊模組100,對前述智慧鞋墊模組100進行充電。前述鞋墊200可包含一上片結構210以及一下片結構220。前述智慧鞋墊模組100設置於前述上片結構210與前述下片結構220之間。使用時,使用者可將前述智慧鞋墊10放在運動鞋中,前述智慧鞋墊模組100利用偵測使用者腳部的運動資訊來紀錄使用者的運動狀態。
請參考圖2為本發明之智慧鞋墊模組100之方塊示意圖。如圖2所示,本發明之智慧鞋墊模組100包含一感測單元130、一無線單元120、一控制單元110以及一供電單元150。前述感測單元130用於感測使用者的運動資訊。前述無線單元120用於傳送前述運動資訊。前述控制單元110連接於前述感測單元130與前述無線單元120,並控制前述感測單元130與前述無線單元120。前述供電單元150連接於前述控制單元110,用於提供電能給前述智慧鞋墊模組100。前述供電單元150包含一電池151、一磁吸式充電結構152以及一電量警示器153。前述電池151用於儲存與提供電能。前述磁吸式充電結構152用於對前述電池151進行充電。前述電量警示器153用於偵測前述電池151之電量低於一預設值時,前述電量警示器152發出一警示訊號。前述電量警示器153可包含一LED燈。當前述電池151進行充電時,前述LED燈為紅色。當前述電池151充飽電時,前述LED燈為綠色。前述感測單元130包含一第一感測器131以及一第二感測器132。前述第一感測器131為一加速度感測器(G-sensor)。前述加速度感測器藉由身體行走或是跑步時所產生之加速度變化,來計算行走或是跑步的步數。前述第二感測器132為一陀螺儀感測器(Gyro sensor)。前述陀螺儀感測器用於偵測人體運動時的方位。前述陀螺儀感測器與前述加速度感測器搭配使用可以更精準地偵測使用者的運動狀態。前述智慧鞋墊模組100進一步包含一儲存單元140,用於儲存前述運動資訊。前述無線單元120可定期或是依據使用者的指令,將儲存在前述儲存單元140之運動資訊傳輸至一手執裝置(圖未示),例如智慧手機。使用者可利用前述智慧手機的智慧鞋墊APP查看自己的運動資訊。
請參考圖3A與圖3B,圖3A為本發明之智慧鞋墊模組之分解示意圖。圖3B為本發明之智慧鞋墊模組之組合示意圖。如圖3A與圖3B所示,前述智慧鞋墊模組100進一步具有一上蓋161以及一下蓋162。前述智慧鞋墊模組100之控制單元110、無線單元120、感測單元130、儲存單元140以及供電單元150設置於前述上蓋161以及下蓋162之前。前述上蓋161與前述下蓋162利用超音波製程結合,使得前述上蓋161與前述下蓋162形成一防水防塵之殼體保護內部的元件。前述智慧鞋墊模組100進一步具有一電路板170。前述無線單元120與前述供電單元150設置於前述電路板170上。前述磁吸式充電結構152包含一連接片152a、一充電介面152d、一第一磁鐵152b以及一第二磁鐵152c。前述第一磁鐵152b與前述第二磁鐵152c設置於前述連接片上。前述連接片152a電連接於前述電池151。前述充電介面152d電連接於前述充電片152a。當對前述電池151進行充電時,前述第一磁鐵152b與前述第二磁鐵152c利用磁力將一磁吸式充電線(如圖1A之磁吸式充電線300)之充電接頭吸引在前述連接片152a上,並利用前述連接片152a以及前述充電介面152d對前述電池151進行充電。前述第一磁鐵152b與前述第二磁鐵152c可用帶有磁力的金屬製成。前述第一磁鐵152b與前述第二磁鐵152c除了利用磁力將磁吸式充電線之充電接頭吸住之外,同時也可電連接於充電接頭以及前述連接片152a,具有導電的效果。前述磁吸式充電結構152可進一步包含一充電控制器152e連接於前述電池151。前述充電控制器152e用於控制對前述電池151充電之電流,避免電流過大對前述電池151造成破壞。如圖3B所示,前述智慧鞋墊模組100組合時,前述上蓋161以及前述下蓋162利用超音波製程形成一防水防塵之殼體。前述連接片152a、前述第一磁鐵152b與前述第二磁鐵152c暴露於前述上蓋161與前述下蓋162所形成的殼體之外,以便於與磁吸式充電線連接。前述連接片152a之結構延伸至前述上蓋161與前述下蓋162所形成的殼體之內,並電連接於前述充電介面152d。以此方式,本發明之智慧鞋墊模組100之磁吸式充電結構152避免使用傳統的接觸式充電的方式(例如傳統之micro USB連接器或彈簧針連接器),利用磁吸式充電結構達到防水防塵的效果。同時,將殼體的上蓋與下蓋利用超音波的方式結合,使整個智慧鞋墊模組都具有防水防塵的功能,增加智慧鞋墊模組的耐用性與使用壽命。並且,透過磁吸式充電的連接方式,讓使用者在對智慧鞋墊模組進行充電時無需要精準的對位,可以輕易地將智慧鞋墊模組連接到充電線上進行電力傳輸與資料傳輸。
請再參考圖3A、圖4A以及圖4B。圖4A與圖4B為本發明之智慧鞋墊模組之無線單元組裝示意圖。如圖3A所示,前述智慧鞋墊模組100之無線單元120包含一天線121以及一導電橡膠122。前述天線121透過前述導電橡膠122電連接於前述電路板170。在製作過程中,先將前述導電橡膠122利用導電膠黏到前述電路板170的背面上(如圖4A所示,上下顛倒的方式顯示電路板170的背面)。接著,將前述天線121黏到前述導電橡膠122上,使前述天線121透過前述導電橡膠122電連接至前述電路板170(如圖4B所示)。以此方式,可以簡化智慧鞋墊模組的製程,降低製作成本。
綜上所述,本發明之智慧鞋墊模組採用磁吸式充電結構避免使用傳統的接觸式充電的方式(例如傳統之micro USB連接器或彈簧針連接器),利用磁吸式充電結構達到防水防塵的效果。同時,將殼體的上蓋與下蓋利用超音波的方式結合,使整個智慧鞋墊模組都具有防水防塵的功能,增加智慧鞋墊模組的耐用性與使用壽命。並且,透過磁吸式充電的連接方式,讓使用者在對智慧鞋墊模組進行充電時無需要精準的對位,可以輕易地將智慧鞋墊模組連接到充電線上進行電力傳輸與資料傳輸。同時,本發明之智慧鞋墊模組採用簡化後的天線製程以降低製做成本。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種智慧鞋墊模組,用於放置於一鞋墊內並記錄運動狀態,包含:一感測單元,用於感測一運動資訊;一無線單元,用於傳輸前述運動資訊;一控制單元,連接於前述感測單元與前述無線單元,並控制前述感測單元與前述無線單元;以及一供電單元,連接於前述控制單元,用於提供電能給前述智慧鞋墊模組;前述智慧鞋墊模組具有一殼體,用於設置前述各單元;前述無線單元具有一電路板;前述供電單元具有一磁吸式充電結構,前述磁吸式充電結構包含一連接片、一第一磁鐵與一第二磁鐵以及一充電介面;前述第一磁鐵與前述第二磁鐵固定於前述連接片上;前述充電介面連接於前述連接片;當前述連接片與一磁吸式充電線連接時,前述第一磁鐵與前述第二磁鐵利用磁力將前述磁吸式充電線吸引在前述連接片上,當前述磁吸式充電線連接於前述連接片時,前述磁吸式充電線透過前述連接片與前述充電介面進行充電。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧鞋墊模組,前述智慧鞋墊模組進一步包含一儲存單元,用於儲存前述運動資訊。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧鞋墊模組,前述供電單元進一步包含一電池,用於儲存與提供電能。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的智慧鞋墊模組,前述供電單元進一步包含一電量警示器;當前述電池之電量低於一預設值時,前述電量警示器發出一警示訊號。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧鞋墊模組,前述磁吸式充電結構進一步包含一充電控制器連接於前述電池;前述充電控制器用於控制一對前述電池進行充電之電流。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧鞋墊模組,前述感測單元包含一第一感測器與一第二感測器;前述第一感測器為一加速度感測器;前述第二感測器為一陀螺儀感測器。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧鞋墊模組,前述無線單元包含一天線與一導電橡膠;前述天線透過前述導電橡膠電連接於前述電路板。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的智慧鞋墊模組,前述殼體包含一上蓋與一下蓋;前述上蓋與前述下蓋係利用超音波製程結合。
