Abstract
一種眼用鏡片,包括基體以及混合於該基體中的天然黃色染料,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種。本發明還提供一種人工水晶體,以及用於製備上述眼用鏡片和人工水晶體的眼用鏡片材料。
Description
本發明涉及一種眼用鏡片材料,以及由該眼用鏡片材料製備的眼用鏡片及人工晶狀體。
眾所周知,太陽會發出紫外線(UV)、可見光(visible)以及紅外線(IR)。大多數紅外線會被大氣層吸收,而可見光(波長約介於400-700nm)以及近紅外線(波長約介於700-1400nm)會穿透大氣層到達地球表面。可見光中的藍光(波長約介於450-500nm)可能會對視網膜造成傷害。再者,多數的電子產品(如液晶顯示器、發光二極體、手機螢幕或是電腦螢幕)等也具有會發出藍光的背光模組。這些藍光可能會傷害視網膜且增加了黃斑部病變的可能性,甚至造成無法復原的損傷。
有鑑於此,有必要提供一種能夠阻擋藍光的眼用鏡片及人工晶狀體,能夠解決以上問題。
另,還有必要提供一種用於製備上述眼用鏡片及人工晶狀體的眼用鏡片材料。
本發明提供一種眼用鏡片,包括基體以及混合於該基體中的天然黃色染料,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種。
本發明還提供一種人工水晶體,包括基體以及混合於該基體中的天然黃色染料,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種。
本發明還提供一種眼用鏡片材料,用於製備眼用鏡片或人工水晶體,該眼用鏡片材料包括天然黃色染料、親水性單體、水合聚合物、光引發劑以及交聯劑,其中,在紫外光照射下,所述親水性單體和水合聚合物可在光引發劑以及交聯劑的作用下發生共聚反應後形成基體,使該天然黃色染料混合於該基體中,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種。
本發明的眼用鏡片中的天然黃色染料可經蔬菜、水果、魚類等食物中輕易提取,此外,該天然黃色染料可濾掉周圍環境的藍光以有效降低或避免藍光對視網膜造成的損傷,還可為眼睛提供必要的養分進而保護眼睛。
本發明較佳實施方式提供一種眼用鏡片或人工晶狀體(IOLs),其包括基體以及混合於該基體中的天然黃色染料。該天然黃色染料用於濾掉周圍環境的藍光以有效降低或避免藍光對視網膜造成的損傷,還可為眼睛提供必要的養分進而保護眼睛。其中,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素(lutein)以及玉米黃質素(zeaxanthin)中的至少一種。葉黃素和玉米黃質素是大自然中廣泛存在的兩種類胡蘿蔔素,其可經蔬菜、水果、魚類等食物中輕易提取。其中,該眼用鏡片可以是隱形眼鏡,更具體的,該眼用鏡片為水凝膠鏡片或矽水凝膠鏡片。
在本實施方式中,該天然黃色染料在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比為0.0001%-0.5%。
在本實施方式中,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素時,葉黃素和玉米黃質素在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比均為0.00005%-0.25%。
在本實施方式中,當該眼用鏡片為水凝膠鏡片時,該基體為水凝膠;當該眼用鏡片為矽水凝膠鏡片時,該基體為矽水凝膠。其中,所述水凝膠
和矽水凝膠均由親水性單體和水合聚合物在光引發劑以及交聯劑的作用下發生共聚反應後形成。其中,所述水合聚合物做為水凝膠和矽水凝膠的主鏈,所述親水性單體作為水凝膠和矽水凝膠中功能性的單體以增加其親水性和透氧性等性能。
更具體的,當該基體為水凝膠時,所述親水性單體可選自N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯(GMA)以及N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺(DMA)中的其中一種,所述水合聚合物可包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)以及甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)。當該基體為矽水凝膠時,所述親水性單體可為N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP),所述水合聚合物可包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEMA)、聚二甲基矽氧烷(PDMS)以及三羥甲基氨基甲烷(TRIS)。其中,所述光引發劑可採用Irgacure-1173(化工行業標準型號),所述交聯劑可採用二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)。
下面藉由實施例來對本發明進行具體說明。
實施例1
眼用鏡片包括水凝膠以及混合於該水凝膠中的葉黃素,葉黃素在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比為0.4%。
實施例2
眼用鏡片包括水凝膠以及混合於該水凝膠中的葉黃素和玉米黃質素,葉黃素和玉米黃質素在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比均為0.2%。
實施例3
眼用鏡片包括矽水凝膠以及混合於該矽水凝膠中的葉黃素和玉米黃質素,葉黃素和玉米黃質素在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比均為0.15%。
本發明還提供一種用於製備上述眼用鏡片或人工水晶體的眼用鏡片材料,其包括天然黃色染料、親水性單體、水合聚合物、光引發劑以及交聯
劑,其中,在紫外光照射下,所述親水性單體和水合聚合物可在光引發劑以及交聯劑的作用下發生共聚反應後形成基體,使該天然黃色染料混合於該基體中。該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種。
另外,對於本領域的普通技術人員來說,可以根據本發明的技術構思做出其它各種相應的改變與變形,而所有這些改變與變形都應屬於本發明權利要求的保護範圍。
Claims (7)
- 一種眼用鏡片,包括基體以及混合於該基體中的天然黃色染料,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種,其中,該天然黃色染料在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比為0.0001%-0.5%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素時,葉黃素和玉米黃質素的在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比均為0.00005%-0.25%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的眼用鏡片,其中,該基體為水凝膠。
- 一種人工水晶體,包括基體以及混合於該基體中的天然黃色染料,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種,其中,該天然黃色染料在該人工水晶體中所佔的質量百分比為0.0001%-0.5%。
- 一種眼用鏡片材料,用於製備眼用鏡片,其改良在於,該眼用鏡片材料包括天然黃色染料、親水性單體、水合聚合物、光引發劑以及交聯劑,其中,在紫外光照射下,所述親水性單體和水合聚合物可在光引發劑以及交聯劑的作用下發生共聚反應後形成基體,使該天然黃色染料混合於該基體中,從而形成所述眼用鏡片,其中,該天然黃色染料包括葉黃素以及玉米黃質素中的至少一種,該天然黃色染料在該眼用鏡片中所佔的質量百分比為0.0001%-0.5%。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的眼用鏡片材料,其中,該基體為水凝膠,所述親水性單體選自N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯以及N,N-二甲基丙烯醯胺的其中一種,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的眼用鏡片材料,其中,該基體為矽水凝膠,所述親水性單體為N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮,所述水合聚合物包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸羥乙酯、聚二甲基矽氧烷以及三羥甲基氨基甲烷。
