Description

防紫外線光可變色口罩
本發明係關於一種口罩,特別是關於一種紫外防護的口罩。
口罩具有多種變化,傳統的口罩具有三層或四層構造,而一般非醫療層級之口罩包含外層、過濾層及內層。外層作用僅為包覆過濾層,但此類傳統並無法抗紫外線,本發因而生焉。
本發明之目的係提出一種口罩之表材質,其特別是可吸收紫外線。
本發明之另一目的係揭露一種口罩材質,特別是可吸收紫外線而產生外觀改變,可觀察吸收效果。
本發明之另一目的係揭露一種布料,特別是可吸收紫外線,無需採用複合雙層材料結構,使製成簡易且可以得到所需顏色。先前技術是基於無法上色而採用雙層結構,造成製程複雜且成本提升。而本案於混料過程中,利用射出成型機製做塑膠粒,在混料高分子時摻入傳統染色料,使其均勻分佈於高分子本體內,而不採用事後加工染色。此並非排除加工染色,而是有需求可以參入染色料形成基本色,可以於事後加工染整其他色。此外,可以提升溫度接近於解離溫度下操作。
一種可吸收紫外線的口罩,其中包含高分子基礎材料摻雜可吸收紫外線例如光致變染料,以一比例混合所製作;纖維由熔融該高分子基礎材料,加入光致變或熱致變染料使其分佈於高分子基礎材料內,熔融後抽紗形成,其中熔融溫度與抽紗溫度低於光致變或熱致變染料的解離溫度;口罩材質包含光致變或熱致變染料以利於吸收紫外線而達到紫外線防護功效;其中若需調整基礎材料基本顏色,可在混合高分子基礎材料與光致變或熱致變染料時摻雜非光致變或熱致變染料(此所指為高分子染料)於高分子的基礎材料內。如此可以避免事後不易上色問題;且加工溫度低於光致變或熱致變染料的解離溫度。其 中上述之熔融程序或抽紗程序添加包含安定劑、抗氧化劑、UV吸收劑或以上之組合。其中基礎材料及光致變色染料混合比例為:一比十萬分之一到一比萬分之一;一比萬分之一到一比萬分之五;一比萬分之五到一比千分之一;一比千分之一到一比五百分之一。

在下列敘述中,各式特定細節係用以提供本發明實施例之通盤瞭解。本發明將配合其較佳實施例與後附之圖式詳述於下,應理解的是本發明中 所有較佳實施例僅為例示之用,並非用以限制本發明。熟之該項技術者亦應理解,本發明之實施不須一或多特定細節,或其他特定方法。本發明可以應用於各種纖維,以下做一說明。
抗紫外線口罩可以在其表布上噴塗或塗佈抗紫外線吸收材質或光致變染料,而達到抗紫外線功能。若噴塗有防紫外線可觀察其變化,而得知防護功能,傳統上口罩並無防護紫外線功能,更遑論觀察其防護效果,實際上,傳統口罩無任何防護功能,因此不利於臉部美容術後保養。美容術後保養,其中最重要一環便是防止紫外線照射,因此本發明對於美容術後保養十分重要,傳統口罩完全無法達到此功效。
本發明將光致變色(Photo-Chromic)染料摻雜於高分子聚合物中,可以採用微粉狀、膠囊態,將光致變染料與高分子聚合物混合。製作方式也可以採用塗佈在於布料表面。因為本發明是在抽絲前摻雜融合在纖維內,故不易被刮損、撕裂、撞擊而毀損,但若未生產便利與成本考慮,則可以採用噴塗。光致變染料可吸收陽光或紫外線而改變結構,產生色變混於介質中,如高分子聚合物。上述融合方式包含以加溫熔融聚合物或是以聚合物溶液溶解將光致變染料,使其大致上均勻分佈於其中。此外在此階段中,可考慮加入染料或色母,以利於調整抽絲後的顏色。於此階段加入可以使得染料均勻分布於整體紡後的布料纖維內,而非在紡絲時才在纖維外表著色,使顏色穩定度提升。
融合在纖維內的光致變染料經由陽光或紫外線照射後產生可逆化學變化而導致顏色改變。當不受上述陽光或紫外線照射,可恢復原本顏色。光致變染料並可與光安定劑及UV吸收劑等選擇性一起摻雜於高分子聚合物中輔助吸收紫外線。添加抗氧化劑或/及UV吸收劑於高分子聚合物可提升抗光疲乏。上述光致變色材料可以為spiropyrans、spiroxazines、fulgide、fulgimides、benzopyran、naphthopyran、spirobenzopyran、spironaphthopyran、spirobenzoxazine或spironaphthoxazine,但不以上述例子為限。
纖維包含天然纖維或人造纖維,天然纖維如植物纖維(Vegetable Fiber),如種子纖維(Seed Fiber):棉花(Cotton)、木棉(Kapok);韌皮纖維(Bast Fiber):亞麻(Linen)、黃麻(Jute)、大麻(Hemp)、苧麻(Ramie)等;葉脈纖維(Leaf Fiber):馬尼拉麻(Manila Hemp)、瓊麻(Sisal)、紐西蘭麻(New Zealand Hemp)、鳳梨纖維(Piña)等;果實纖維(Fruit Fiber):椰子纖維(Coir)。動物 纖維(Animal Fiber)包含毛類纖維(Wool & Hair Fiber):綿羊毛(Sheep Wool)、駱駝毛(Camel Wool)、駝羊毛(Alpaca)、開士米毛(Cashmere Hair)、馬海毛(Mohair Hair)、山羊毛(Goat Hair)等;蠶絲(Silk):家蠶絲(Cultivated Silk)、野蠶絲(Tussah Silk);礦物纖維(Mineral Fiber):石棉(Asbestos)。
人造纖維包含(一)再生纖維(Regenerated Fiber):如無機再生纖維(Inorganic Regenerated Fiber):玻璃纖維(Glass Fiber)、金屬纖維(Metal Fiber)、岩石纖維(Rock Fiber)、礦渣纖維(Slag Fiber)等。有機再生纖維(Organic Regenerated Fiber):如蛋白質纖維(Protein Fiber):酪素纖維(Casein Fiber)、花生纖維(Groundnut Fiber)、大豆纖維(Soybean Fiber)、玉米纖維(Maize Fiber)、聚乳酸纖維(PLA Fiber)等;纖維素纖維(Cellulose Fiber):黏液嫘縈(Viscose Rayon)、銅氨嫘縈(Cuprammonium Rayon)、新溶媒纖維素纖維Lyocell;甲殼素纖維(Chitin Fiber)等。
(二)半合成纖維(Semi Synthetic Fiber):如醋酸纖維(Acetate Fiber)或三醋酸纖維(Triacetate Fiber)。
(三)合成纖維(Synthetic Fiber),藉由自然界取得的單體分子原料,以聚合紡絲方式形成纖維。如縮合聚合物(Condensation Polymer):(A)聚醯胺纖維(Polyamide Fiber):尼龍6(Nylon 6)、尼龍6.6(Nylon 6.6)、尼龍11(Nylon1);(B)聚酯纖維(Polyester Fiber):PET、PBT、PTT;(C)加成聚合物(Addition Polymer):(1)聚丙烯腈纖維(Polyacrylonitrile Fiber):PAN(或稱Acrylic Fiber);(2)聚乙烯纖維(Polyethylene Fiber):PE;(3)聚丙烯纖維(Polypropylene Fiber):PP;(4)聚乙烯醇纖維(Polyvinylalcohol Fiber):PVA;(5)聚氯乙烯纖維(Polyvinylchloride Fiber):PVC;(6)聚四氟乙烯纖維(Polytetrafluoroethylene Fiber):PTFE;(7)聚氨基甲酸酯系纖維(Polyurethane Fiber):PU。碳纖維、玻璃纖維等則歸類於無機合成纖維。高機能纖維包括聚乳酸(Poly lactic acid)、PBO纖維(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole)、高強力聚酯、聚醯胺、聚烯烴、對位及間位芳香族聚醯胺、碳纖、高係數聚乙烯(HMPE)、聚苯硫(PPS)、酚系聚合物纖維、聚醚基酮(PEEK)、P84等。若需使用聚丙烯纖維時,最好採用接枝形聚丙烯纖維使其可以與其他材料混紡後可以染色。另外即是在備置基礎母粒時加入傳統性非變色染料與變色染料於塑料中,如聚丙烯內,以攝氏溫度140度至180度處理。
於以合成纖維為例子中,首先備置高分子或聚合物的基礎材料與光致變染料(若熱致變染料,此時是將紫外線的導致的能量吸收而產生色變),步驟100,若需調整顏色,則需備置傳統染色(非光致變)染料或色母。可以採用光致變染料或熱致變染料或是將變色分子加入到聚合物或樹脂材料中,上述之纖維抽絲前的基礎材料與光致變染料可以是粉狀、膠囊狀、液態、溶液或是塑膠料母粒。光致變染料與聚合物之混合比例約為0.01%~0.5%重量百分比(w/w);或0.5%~0.1%或;0.1%~1.5%。隨之將兩者攪拌混合均勻加溫熔化該高分子或聚合物的基礎材料使其融合,加溫融合溫度需低於上述光致變染料之解離溫度,步驟110。舉例而言,可混合上述比例的光致變材料與高分子聚合物而成,其混合濃度與變色效果相關。基於上述光致變染料採用粉體及加工溫度的選擇,無需使用分散劑。例如溫度為150-180或180-220度。基於實施例中可以採用粉狀、膠囊狀、液態、溶液,可於就地抽絲時,無需製作成母粒,然而母粒有利於異地加工運送便利性。故可以先將此混合後的抽絲前材料,加以製做成高分子母粒。
本發明揭露一種光致變組成物,係採用可製作纖維的聚合物為基礎材料,於其中摻雜光致變色染料,以加溫融合或溶液融合光致變色染料,其中混合時加工溫度需低於該光致變色染料的解離溫度。在上述製作過程前可能需將塑料烘乾處理,依據份量與材質,1至5小時不等,再將高分子聚合物與光致變染料混合處理,之後再做加工。兩者混合比例依據不同用途,光致變色染料比例可為數萬分之一到萬分之一;萬分之一到萬分之五;萬分之五到千分之一;千分之一到數百分之一或數百分之一數十分之一。綜上,經烘乾塑料及混合光致變材料,攪拌使之均勻後,於抽絲裝置進料。對於不同溫度與濃度會影響其基本顏色之深淺,因此可以利用其與非變色染料控制所需顏色。此外加工溫度必須在低於光致變染料解離溫度下加溫混合、抽絲,以利於製作原料紗。因此必須調整不同溫度以配合不同之光致變材料。光致變材料經由陽光或紫外線照射後產生熱變化。當不受上述陽光或紫外線照射,可恢復原本顏色。光致變染料吸收陽光或紫外線而產生顏色改變,因此其除可以吸收紫外線外,且可以造成纖維本體顏色改變,增加時尚效果,亦使得抗紫外線看的見且添加抗氧化劑或/及UV吸收劑可提升抗光疲乏。
光(或熱)致變色染料與基礎聚合物或高分子材料均勻混合可製 做成母粒。於進行抽絲時,將此混合之聚合物基礎材料溶化進行抽絲,步驟120,不論是天然纖維、半合成還是合成纖維的抽絲技術與製程均屬已知,且抽絲前後處理程序亦屬在此技術領域具有普通知識者可以理解,故不赘述。
完成抽絲程序後得到原料紗,可以梭織、平織或針織製作各種布料130,此時稱為胚布。而各種其他程序如染色、壓花或圖案製作等均屬在此技術領域具有普通知識者可以理解,故不赘述。
上述與聚合物融合之程序可以採用以下方法將其融合。例如熔融紡絲法:將光致變材料或變色材料與聚合物基礎材料進行熔融紡絲,或把光致變材料分散在能和紡絲聚合物混熔的樹脂載體中,然後再混入聚酯、尼龍、聚丙烯等聚物中進行熔融紡絲。在另一實施例中,亦可採用溶液紡絲法將光致變材料和防止轉移助劑直接添加到聚合物材料溶液中溶解,然後進行紡絲而得到光致變纖維。與熔融紡絲相比,這種方法的紡絲溫度較低,不會出現氧化或熱分解的問題。另一實施例中,可將光致變材料或變色材料溶解於適當的溶劑中,然後與聚合物或樹脂液等粘合劑混合製成光致變色材料泥漿,將纖維或織品在這種泥漿液中進行塗層處理,就可以得到具有變色性質的纖維,此種方式是先抽絲後再與光致變色泥漿進行浸染塗層。複合紡絲法是將光致變色材料為芯,以一般纖維為鞘,共熔紡絲得到皮芯複合纖維。
採用溶液紡絲法,可舉一例,但不限定以下方式與基礎材料,其只做一實施例,如備置醋酸纖維素、丙烯腈系聚合物與溶劑形成紡絲原料溶液,溶劑可溶解醋酸纖維素、丙烯腈系聚合物,如無機酸、無機鹽。此溶劑在所屬技藝領域中,具有普通知識者應可以理解。混合攪拌,同時摻雜光致變色染料,以製作紡絲原料溶液。利用已知紡絲噴嘴以紡絲原料溶液為原料,製作具有纖維型態之末延伸絲。然後再拉伸末延伸絲至數倍長。亦可以採用乾式抽絲法,在所屬技藝領域中,具有普通知識者應可以理解,故不贅述。
利用上述方法不改變原有的製程,也不會增加工序,在抽絲之前,將光(或熱)致變染料加入塑料中混合,使其與高分子聚合物融合在一起,使其均勻分布在聚合物材料中。之後,經過抽絲的纖維則具有光致變染料均勻的分佈在纖維內,成為纖維一部分。或是在抽絲後,與泥漿混合;另一方法則是在紡絲過程中融合,以複合紡絲法是將光致變色染料為芯,以一般纖維為鞘,共熔紡絲得到皮芯複合纖維。此法最好將光致變色染料摻雜於樹脂載體中做為 抽絲材料。在其他實施例中,可用聚合物如滌綸、錦綸、維綸、丙綸等原料與天然纖維,如棉、毛、絲、麻混紡紗。
本發明另一實施例則塗佈紫外線吸收材質或光致變染料,使其產生化學變化而造成顏色改變效果,不僅達到吸收紫外線效果,也使得紫外線防護,因為顏色改變而被看的見,提升消費者信賴感。此外,亦可以採用回收寶特瓶做為上述之聚合物材料,達到環保效果。此外,本案的加工溫度需低於解離溫度;且在摻雜高分子與紫外線吸收染料時,加入色母或是傳統塑膠染料,使其均勻分布於高分子基礎材料內。
因此請參看第二圖,其揭示本發明口罩之截面示意圖,其可包含三層或四層以上,本實施例以三層為例子。外層為一防紫外線層200,其實施方式可參看以上各實施方法,包含採用噴塗面料或是以變色纖維面料製作。中間層則為過濾層220,用以過濾粉塵、細菌等等,裏層240可以為棉布製作,也可以採用親膚性材質,例如冰絲棉材質或TPE等。

  1. 一種防紫外線光可變色口罩,其中該口罩至少包含:外層,由光致變染料溶解於溶劑中,經浸染塗層而形成,該光致變染料經由光照射後產生可逆化學變化而導致該外層的顏色改變,而當不受光照射時,該外層可恢復原本顏色;中間層,由可過濾粉塵、細菌之材質組成;以及裏層,配置用於貼於臉部,其中該中間層位於該裏層與該外層之間。
  2. 如請求項1所述之防紫外線光可變色口罩,其中更包含添加包含安定劑、抗氧化劑、UV吸收劑或以上之組合。
  3. 如請求項2所述之防紫外線光可變色口罩,其中該光致變染料形式包含微膠囊、液體、粉體、溶液態或母粒。
  4. 如請求項1或2或3所述之防紫外線光可變色口罩,更包含聚合物或樹脂混合製成光致變色泥漿,該光致變色泥漿進行該浸染塗層。

  11. 如請求項10所述之防紫外線光可變色口罩,其中該外層之材料包含聚醯胺(Polyamide Fiber)、聚酯(Polyester Fiber)、聚丙烯腈(Polyacrylonitrile Fiber)、聚乙烯(Polyethylene Fiber)、聚丙烯(Polypropylene Fiber)、聚乙烯醇(Polyvinylalcohol Fiber)、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinylchloride Fiber)、聚四氟乙烯(Polytetrafluoroethylene Fiber)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)、尼龍、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET,滌綸)、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚氨酯(氨綸)或以 上之任意組合。
  12. 如請求項10所述之防紫外線光可變色口罩,其中上述之外層之材料與天然纖維或半合成纖維或合成纖維混紡。
