Abstract
一種高爾夫球的製造方法,包含一包覆步驟、一第一成型步驟,及一第二成型步驟。在該包覆步驟中,準備一晶片模組及一電池,並以多個彈性條纏繞該晶片模組及該電池後打結固定,形成一呈球狀的球心。在該第一成型步驟中,在該球心外成型出一球體層。在該第二成型步驟中,在該球體層外成型出一球殼層以製得一高爾夫球。該等彈性條包覆該晶片模組及該電池形成球心而可起到隔熱及保護之作用,以防止熱壓成型該球體層及該球殼層時的高溫損及該晶片模組及該電池,從而可避免該電池變異損毀。
Description
本發明是有關於一種高爾夫球的製造方法及其製品,特別是指一種填充有晶片模組及電池之高爾夫球的製造方法及其製品。
隨著感測模組及通訊科技的不斷進步及微型化,利用晶片模組來對物體進行即時定位及資訊量測的技術已被廣泛地應用於各種不同領域中。例如在打高爾夫球時,若能將感測模組或通訊模組裝設於高爾夫球內,便可即時掌握高爾夫球的速度及位置等資訊,不但有利於球員在天候或視野不佳的狀況下了解自己所擊出的高爾夫球之飛行軌跡,還便於在遼闊且複雜的場地裡尋找高爾夫球的落點位置。甚至有些晶片模組內建有蜂鳴器等提示裝置,當人員靠近時便會發出聲響或其他提示,以便於人員在草地或水窪中尋得球體。
由於晶片模組的功能日趨多元,許多晶片模組需以電池驅動才能獲得足夠維持正常運作的電能,故在將晶片模組封入該高爾夫球內時,也會同時將與該晶片模組電連接的電池一併封入。然而前述的高爾夫球是以熱壓成型方式製造,成型溫度常會達到攝氏150度以上,因此在製造過程中容易使不耐高溫的電池因直接接觸到高溫的塑料流體而受損產生變異,也可能使晶片模組受損而影響正常運作。
因此,本發明之目的,即在提供一種可保護電池及晶片模組的高爾夫球的製造方法。
於是,本發明高爾夫球的製造方法,包含一包覆步驟、一第一成型步驟,及一第二成型步驟。
在該包覆步驟中,準備一晶片模組及一電連接該晶片模組的電池,並以多個彈性條纏繞該晶片模組及該電池後打結固定,形成一呈球狀的球心。在該第一成型步驟中,將該球心置於一第一成型模具內,並在該球心外成型出一球體層。在該第二成型步驟中,將包覆有該球體層的球心置於一第二成型模具內,並在該球體層外成型出一球殼層,以製得一高爾夫球。
本發明之另一目的,即在提供一種由該製造方法所製得的高爾夫球。
於是,本發明高爾夫球,包含一球心、一包覆該球心的球體層,及一包覆該球體層球殼層。該球心包括一晶片模組、一電連接該晶片模組的電池,及複數纏繞該晶片模組及該電池的彈性條。
本發明之功效在於:該等彈性條纏繞包覆該晶片模組及該電池形成球心而可起到隔熱及保護之作用,以防止熱壓成型該球體層及該球殼層時的高溫損及該晶片模組及該電池,從而可避免該電池變異損毀。
參閱圖1與圖2,本發明高爾夫球1的製造方法之一實施例,包含一包覆步驟21、一第一成型步驟22,及一第二成型步驟23。
在該包覆步驟21中,準備一晶片模組31及一電連接該晶片模組31的電池32。接著以多條彈性條33纏繞該晶片模組31及該電池32後打結固定,從而形成一呈球狀且直徑小於或等於0.9英吋的球心3,該球心3的重心與形心重合,使得該晶片模組31及該電池32位於該球心3的中心處。在本實施例中,該等彈性條33的材質為橡膠。
參閱圖1及圖3,在該第一成型步驟22中,將該球心3置於一第一成型模具4內,該第一成型模具4包含一第一上模體41、一第一下模體42、複數可移動地分別穿設該第一上模體41與該第一下模體42的第一頂針43,及一設置於該第一上模體41內的第一導流槽44。該第一上模體41及該第一下模體42界定出一與該第一導流槽44相連通的第一成型空間45。將該球心3置入該第一成型空間45內並使該球心3被該等第一頂針43固定於該第一成型空間45的中心,使該球心3與該第一上模體41及該第一下模體42間產生一間隙,然後將一塑料加熱至半流體狀,再注入該第一導流槽44內,使該塑料注入間隙中而形成一球體狀的球體層5以包覆該球心3。在本實施例中,該球體層5的熔點低於該球心3,其材料選自橡膠或高分子聚合材料(Ionomer)。
參閱圖1、圖4,及圖5,在該第二成型步驟23中,將包覆該球心3的球體層5置於一第二成型模具6內,該第二成型模具6包含一第二上模體61、一第二下模體62、複數可移動地分別穿設該第二上模體61與該第二下模體62的第二頂針63,及一設置於該第二上模體61內的第二導流槽64。該第二上模體61及該第二下模體62界定出一與該第二導流槽64相連通的第二成型空間65。將包覆有該球體層5的球心3置入該第二成型空間65內並使該球體層5被該等第二頂針63固定於該第二成型空間65的中心,使該球體層5與該第二上模體61及該第二下模體62間產生一間隙,然後將一塑料加熱至半流體狀,再注入該第二導流槽64內,使該塑料注入間隙中而形成一球體狀的球殼層7以包覆該球體層5,待冷卻成型後便製得一如圖5所示的高爾夫球1。在本實施例中,該球殼層7的材料選自高分子聚合材料(Ionomer)或熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(TPU)。
透過熔點高於該球體層5的該等彈性條33(見圖2)纏繞包覆該晶片模組31及該電池32,可產生隔熱及保護作用,以避免該球心3在進行該第一成型步驟22時,高溫的塑料直接接觸該電池32而使其變異及受損,也避免該晶片模組31在製造過程中受損而影響功能正常運作。此外,在該包覆步驟21時,該等彈性條33是以該晶片模組31及該電池32為中心而進行纏繞,使該晶片模組31及該電池32是位於該高爾夫球1的中心處,進而使該高爾夫球1的重心能與形心重合而不致偏移,以維持飛行時的穩定度。
綜上所述,該等彈性條33可包覆該晶片模組31及該電池32形成球心3而達到隔熱及保護之作用,以避免該晶片模組31及該電池32損壞,及防止該電池32因高溫而發生變異,故確實能達成本發明之目的。

Claims (10)
- 一種高爾夫球的製造方法,包含: 一包覆步驟,準備一晶片模組及一電連接該晶片模組的電池,並以多個彈性條纏繞該晶片模組及該電池後打結固定,形成一呈球狀的球心; 一第一成型步驟,將該球心置於一第一成型模具內,並在該球心外成型出一球體層;及 一第二成型步驟,將包覆有該球體層的球心置於一第二成型模具內,並在該球體層外成型出一球殼層,以製得一高爾夫球。
- 如請求項1所述高爾夫球的製造方法,其中,在該第一成型步驟中,該球體層的熔點低於該球心。
- 如請求項1所述高爾夫球的製造方法,其中,在該包覆步驟中,該等彈性條的材質為橡膠。
- 如請求項1所述高爾夫球的製造方法,其中,在該包覆步驟中,該球心的重心與形心重合。
- 如請求項1所述高爾夫球的製造方法,其中,在該包覆步驟中,該球心的直徑不大於0.9英吋。
- 如請求項1所述高爾夫球的製造方法,其中,在該第一成型步驟中,該球體層的材料選自橡膠或高分子聚合材料。
- 如請求項1所述高爾夫球的製造方法,其中,在該第二成型步驟中,該球殼層的材料選自高分子聚合材料或熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯。

- 一種以請求項1之製造方法所製造的高爾夫球,包含: 一球心,包括一晶片模組、一電連接該晶片模組的電池,及複數纏繞該晶片模組及該電池的彈性條; 一球體層,包覆該球心;及 一球殼層,包覆該球體層。
