Description

智慧終端機、伺服器及資訊更新系統
本發明涉及一種智慧終端機、伺服器及資訊更新系統，特別涉及一種即時自動更新資訊的智慧終端機、伺服器及資訊更新系統。
移動智慧終端機多可利用一些應用程式進行資訊交互，如進行文字或語音的交互從而達到交談目的。但通常智慧終端機進行資訊交互的介面的背景通常保持不變，為默認或用戶固定設置的背景，視覺較為單一，且讓用戶有一定的距離感。
鑒於以上內容，有必要提供一種能夠自動更新資訊的資訊更新系統。
一種智慧終端機，截取使用者的臉部圖像並提取該臉部圖像的臉部特徵資訊及對應的可交換影像檔(EXIF)資訊，並傳送該臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊。
一種伺服器，存儲有預存相冊和每一所述預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存可交換影像檔(EXIF)資訊，該伺服器接收臉部特徵資訊及對應 的EXIF資訊，並與預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊匹配，並根據所述匹配發送一匹配資訊，該匹配資訊包括至少一個所述預存相冊。
一種智慧終端機，接收一匹配資訊，該匹配資訊包括預存相冊，該智慧終端機將該預存相冊動態迴圈播放以應用於該智慧終端機的一通訊應用程式的介面背景。
一種資訊更新系統，包括相互連接的第一智慧終端機、第二智慧終端機及伺服器，該伺服器預存有預存相冊和每一所述預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存可交換影像檔(EXIF)資訊，該第一智慧終端機截取使用者臉部圖像並提取該臉部圖像的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊，並發送至伺服器，該伺服器將接收的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊與預存臉部特徵資訊及EFIX資訊進行匹配，並根據所述匹配向第二智慧終端機發送至少一個所述預存相冊，該第二智慧終端機將該伺服器發射的預存相冊動態迴圈播放以應用於該第二智慧終端機的一通訊應用程式的介面背景。
所述資訊更新系統，截取使用者的臉部圖像並進行匹配，並提取存儲的使用者圖片，以使智慧終端機可根據當前正在進行交互的使用者更新對應的使用者圖片以作為通訊應用程式的介面背景，豐富了通訊的視覺感受且一定程度上拉近通訊者之間的距離。

圖1為本發明較佳實施方式的資訊更新系統的模組圖。
請參閱圖1，本發明較佳實施例的資訊更新系統500包括第一智慧終端機100、第二智慧終端機200及伺服器300。該第一智慧終端機100、第二智慧終端機200及伺服器300可通過無線網路連接的方式實現資料及資訊交互。該第一智慧終端機100及第二智慧終端機200可為智慧手機、平板電腦或個人數位助理(personal digital assist，PDA)等。
該第一智慧終端機100包括第一應用程式管理單元10、圖像截取單元20、影像處理單元30及第一收發單元40。該第一應用程式管理單元10用於運行應用程式，以實現與其他智慧終端機進行資訊交互，如文字、語音、視頻及圖形等資訊的交互。可以理解，運行的應用程式的顯示介面具有一預設背景圖像。該圖像截取單元20用於截取該第一智慧終端機100的使用者的臉部圖像。 本實施例中，該圖像截取單元20可為一前置攝像頭，當用戶在使用該第一智慧終端機100時，臉部對著螢幕流覽或操作的常規狀態下，該圖像截取單元20可截取使用者的臉部圖像。
該影像處理單元30用於處理該臉部圖像的臉部特徵資訊及對應的可交換影像檔(exchangeable image file，EXIF)資訊。該影像處理單元30分析該臉部圖像並提取其中的當前使用者的臉部特徵資訊。該對應的EXIF資訊至少包括該臉部圖像的拍攝日期、拍攝器材及拍攝時的定位資料其中一者。所述定位資料可以是GPS系統、GLONASS系統或北斗系統之類的衛星定位系統的定位資料，例如經緯度座標。該第一收發單元40用於收發資訊以與該第二智慧終端機200及伺服器300實現資料交互。
該第二智慧終端機200包括第二應用程式管理單元50、處理單元60及第二收發單元70。該第二應用程式管理單元50用於運行應用程式，以實現與其他智慧終端機進行資訊交互，如文字、語音、視頻及圖形等資訊的交互。 可以理解，運行的應用程式的顯示介面具有一預設背景圖像。該處理單元60用 於處理更新應用程式的資訊，如更新應用程式的介面背景圖像。該第二收發單元70用於收發資訊以與該第一智慧終端機100及伺服器300實現資料交互。
該伺服器300包括第三收發單元310、存儲單元320及匹配單元330。該第三收發單元310用於收發資訊以與該第一智慧終端機100及第二智慧終端機200實現資料交互。該存儲單元320用於預存臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊。在一實施例中，該存儲單元320可為雲端存儲，該第一智慧終端機100及第二智慧終端機200可將本地的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊儲存至該存儲單元320，如將本地的相冊儲存至存儲單元320。該匹配單元330從存儲單元320預存的每一相冊提取臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊，並將所述提取的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊預存至存儲單元320。可以理解，該伺服器300儲存的相冊可屬於多個用戶且每一用戶可以有一個或多個相冊，每個相冊可包括一張或多張相片。該匹配單元330用於將接收的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊與預存的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊匹配，並判斷當前的使用者後輸出匹配資訊。該匹配資訊包括該匹配使用者的預存相冊。
該第一智慧終端機100通過第一應用程式管理單元10運行通訊應用程式，該第二智慧終端機200通過第二應用程式管理單元50運行對應的通訊應用程式。從而該第一智慧終端機100與第二智慧終端機200通過該通訊應用程式建立通訊，兩者使用者之間可通過該第一智慧終端機100與第二智慧終端機200進行資訊交互及即時通訊。
該第一智慧終端機100的圖像截取單元20拍攝該第一智慧終端機100使用者的臉部圖像。該影像處理單元30分析並提取該臉部圖像的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊，並將該臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊通過第一收發單元40傳送至伺服器300。該伺服器300的第三收發單元310接收該臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊。該匹配單元330將接收的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊分別與存儲單元320中的每一預 存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊進行比對匹配。當接收的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊與某一預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊均一致時，即為匹配成功，該匹配單元330通過第三收發單元310發送一匹配資訊至該第二智慧終端機200。該匹配資訊包括至少一個匹配成功的預存相冊，以反映當前第一智慧終端機100的用戶。該第二智慧終端機200通過第二收發單元70接收該匹配資訊。該處理單元60將該匹配資訊中的預存相冊更新至通訊應用程式，以作為應用程式的介面背景。該第二應用程式管理單元50動態迴圈播放該匹配資訊中的預存相冊作為應用程式的介面背景。
可以理解，當該存儲單元320存儲有多個匹配成功的預存相冊，則該匹配單元330提取該多個預存相冊中的EXIF資訊中的拍攝日期最近的一個預存相冊，從而該匹配資訊包括該拍攝日期最近的預存相冊。
可以理解，當接收的臉部特徵資訊與某一預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊匹配一致，但接收的EXIF資訊與每一預存相冊的預存EXIF資訊皆不一致時，該匹配單元330也可將臉部特徵資訊匹配的該預存相冊通過匹配資訊發送至該第二智慧終端機200。
可以理解，當沒有任何一個預存相冊匹配成功時，該匹配單元330不發出該匹配資訊，該第二智慧終端機200不更新其通訊應用程式的介面背景。 此時用戶可通過設置，將該第一智慧終端機100拍攝的臉部圖像直接應用於第二智慧終端機200的通訊應用程式，以作為介面背景。
上述資訊更新系統500，截取使用者的臉部圖像並提取臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊並進行匹配，並提取存儲的使用者圖片，以使智慧終端機可根據當前正在進行交互的使用者更新對應的使用者圖片以作為通訊應用程式的介面背景，豐富了通訊的視覺感受且一定程度上拉近通訊者之間的距離。
綜上所述，本發明符合發明專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請。惟，以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式，舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士，於爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化，皆應涵蓋於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種伺服器，其改良在於：所述伺服器存儲有預存相冊和每一所述預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存可交換影像檔(EXIF)資訊，該伺服器接收第一智慧終端機截取的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊，並與預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊匹配，並根據所述匹配發送一匹配資訊至第二智慧終端機，該匹配資訊包括至少一個所述預存相冊。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之伺服器，其中所述伺服器包括存儲單元及匹配單元，該存儲單元用於存儲該預存相冊、預存臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊，該匹配單元用於將接收的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊與存儲單元的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊進行所述匹配。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之伺服器，其中當將接收的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊與某一預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊匹配均一致時，該匹配資訊包括該預存相冊；當接收的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊與預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊匹配均不一致時，該伺服器不輸出該匹配資訊。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之伺服器，其中當接收的臉部特徵資訊與某一預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊匹配一致，但接收的EXIF資訊與每一所述預存相冊的預存EXIF資訊均不一致時，該匹配資訊包括該臉部特徵資訊匹配的該預存相冊。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之伺服器，其中當接收的臉部特徵資訊及EXIF資訊與多個所述預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存EXIF資訊匹配均一致時，該伺服器提取所述匹配一致的預存相冊中的EXIF資訊中的拍攝日期最近的一個預存相冊，該匹配資訊包括該拍攝日期最近的預存相冊。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之伺服器，其中該第二智慧終端機 將該預存相冊動態迴圈播放以應用於該第二智慧終端機的一通訊應用程式的介面背景。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之伺服器，其中所述第二智慧終端機包括應用程式管理單元及處理單元，該應用程式管理單元運行該通訊應用程式，該通訊程式具有預存介面背景，該處理單元根據該匹配資訊將該預存使用者圖像更新為該通訊應用程式的介面背景。
  8. 一種智慧終端機，其改良在於：所述智慧終端機接收一匹配資訊，該匹配資訊包括預存相冊，該智慧終端機將該預存相冊動態迴圈播放以應用於該智慧終端機的一通訊應用程式的介面背景。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之智慧終端機，其中所述智慧終端機包括應用程式管理單元及處理單元，該應用程式管理單元運行該通訊應用程式，該通訊程式具有預存介面背景，該處理單元根據該匹配資訊將該預存使用者圖像更新為該通訊應用程式的介面背景。
  10. 一種資訊更新系統，包括相互連接的第一智慧終端機、第二智慧終端機及伺服器，其改良在於：該伺服器預存有預存相冊和每一所述預存相冊的預存臉部特徵資訊及預存可交換影像檔(EXIF)資訊，該第一智慧終端機截取使用者臉部圖像並提取該臉部圖像的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊，並發送至伺服器，該伺服器將接收的臉部特徵資訊及對應的EXIF資訊與預存臉部特徵資訊及EFIX資訊進行匹配，並根據所述匹配向第二智慧終端機發送至少一個所述預存相冊，該第二智慧終端機將該伺服器發射的預存相冊動態迴圈播放以應用於該第二智慧終端機的一通訊應用程式的介面背景。
