一种信息更新系统，包括相互连接的第一智能终端、第二智能终端及服务器，该服务器预存有预存相册和每一所述预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存可交换图像文件（EXIF）信息，该第一智能终端截取用户脸部图像并提取该脸部图像的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息，并发送至服务器，该服务器将接收的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息与预存脸部特征信息及EFIX信息进行匹配，并根据所述匹配向第二智能终端发送至少一个所述预存相册，该第二智能终端将该服务器发射的预存相册动态循环播放以应用于该第二智能终端的一通信应用程序的界面背景。另还提供一种智能终端及服务器。

智能终端、服务器及信息更新系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种智能终端、服务器及信息更新系统，特别涉及一种实时自动更新信息的智能终端、服务器及信息更新系统。
背景技术
移动智能终端多可利用一些应用程序进行信息交互，如进行文字或语音的交互从而达到交谈目的。但通常智能终端进行信息交互的界面的背景通常保持不变，为默认或用户固定设置的背景，视觉较为单一，且让用户有一定的距离感。
发明内容
有鉴于此，有必要提供一种能够自动更新信息的信息更新系统。
一种智能终端，截取用户的脸部图像并提取该脸部图像的脸部特征信息及对应的可交换图像文件（EXIF）信息，并传送该脸部特征信息及EXIF信息。
一种服务器，存储有预存相册和每一所述预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存可交换图像文件（EXIF）信息，该服务器接收脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息，并与预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息匹配，并根据所述匹配发送一匹配信息，该匹配信息包括至少一个所述预存相册。
一种智能终端，接收一匹配信息，该匹配信息包括预存相册，该智能终端将该预存相册动态循环播放以应用于该智能终端的一通信应用程序的界面背景。
一种信息更新系统，包括相互连接的第一智能终端、第二智能终端及服务器，该服务器预存有预存相册和每一所述预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存可交换图像文件（EXIF）信息，该第一智能终端截取用户脸部图像并提取该脸部图像的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息，并发送至服务器，该服务器将接收的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息与预存脸部特征信息及EFIX信息进行匹配，并根据所述匹配向第二智能终端发送至少一个所述预存相册，该第二智能终端将该服务器发射的预存相册动态循环播放以应用于该第二智能终端的一通信应用程序的界面背景。
所述信息更新系统，截取用户的脸部图像并进行匹配，并提取存储的用户图片，以使智能终端可根据当前正在进行交互的用户更新对应的用户图片以作为通信应用程序的界面背景，丰富了通信的视觉感受且一定程度上拉近通信者之间的距离。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1，本发明较佳实施例的信息更新系统500包括第一智能终端100、第二智能终端200及服务器300。该第一智能终端100、第二智能终端200及服务器300可通过无线网络连接的方式实现数据及信息交互。该第一智能终端100及第二智能终端200可为智能手机、平板电脑或个人数字助理（personal digital assist，PDA）等。
该第一智能终端100包括第一应用程序管理单元10、图像截取单元20、图像处理单元30及第一收发单元40。该第一应用程序管理单元10用于运行应用程序，以实现与其他智能终端进行信息交互，如文字、语音、视频及图形等信息的交互。可以理解，运行的应用程序的显示界面具有一默认背景图像。该图像截取单元20用于截取该第一智能终端100的用户的脸部图像。本实施例中，该图像截取单元20可为一前置摄像头，当用户在使用该第一智能终端100时，脸部对着屏幕浏览或操作的常规状态下，该图像截取单元20可截取用户的脸部图像。
该图像处理单元30用于处理该脸部图像的脸部特征信息及对应的可交换图像文件（exchangeable image file，EXIF）信息。该图像处理单元30分析该脸部图像并提取其中的当前用户的脸部特征信息。该对应的EXIF信息至少包括该脸部图像的拍摄日期、拍摄器材及拍摄时的定位数据其中一者。所述定位数据可以是GPS系统、GLONASS系统或北斗系统之类的卫星定位系统的定位数据，例如经纬度坐标。该第一收发单元40用于收发信息以与该第二智能终端200及服务器300实现数据交互。
该第二智能终端200包括第二应用程序管理单元50、处理单元60及第二收发单元70。该第二应用程序管理单元50用于运行应用程序，以实现与其他智能终端进行信息交互，如文字、语音、视频及图形等信息的交互。可以理解，运行的应用程序的显示界面具有一默认背景图像。该处理单元60用于处理更新应用程序的信息，如更新应用程序的界面背景图像。该第二收发单元70用于收发信息以与该第一智能终端100及服务器300实现数据交互。
该服务器300包括第三收发单元310、存储单元320及匹配单元330。该第三收发单元310用于收发信息以与该第一智能终端100及第二智能终端200实现数据交互。该存储单元320用于预存脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息。在一实施例中，该存储单元320可为云端存储，该第一智能终端100及第二智能终端200可将本地的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息储存至该存储单元320，如将本地的相册储存至存储单元320。该匹配单元330从存储单元320预存的每一相册提取脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息，并将所述提取的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息预存至存储单元320。可以理解，该服务器300储存的相册可属于多个用户且每一用户可以有一个或多个相册，每个相册可包括一张或多张相片。该匹配单元330用于将接收的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息与预存的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息匹配，并判断当前的用户后输出匹配信息。该匹配信息包括该匹配用户的预存相册。
该第一智能终端100通过第一应用程序管理单元10运行通信应用程序，该第二智能终端200通过第二应用程序管理单元50运行对应的通信应用程序。从而该第一智能终端100与第二智能终端200通过该通信应用程序建立通信，两者用户之间可通过该第一智能终端100与第二智能终端200进行信息交互及实时通信。
该第一智能终端100的图像截取单元20拍摄该第一智能终端100用户的脸部图像。该图像处理单元30分析并提取该脸部图像的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息，并将该脸部特征信息及EXIF信息通过第一收发单元40传送至服务器300。该服务器300的第三收发单元310接收该脸部特征信息及EXIF信息。该匹配单元330将接收的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息分别与存储单元320中的每一预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息进行比对匹配。当接收的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息与某一预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息均一致时，即为匹配成功，该匹配单元330通过第三收发单元310发送一匹配信息至该第二智能终端200。该匹配信息包括至少一个匹配成功的预存相册，以反映当前第一智能终端100的用户。该第二智能终端200通过第二收发单元70接收该匹配信息。该处理单元60将该匹配信息中的预存相册更新至通信应用程序，以作为应用程序的界面背景。该第二应用程序管理单元50动态循环播放该匹配信息中的预存相册作为应用程序的界面背景。
可以理解，当该存储单元320存储有多个匹配成功的预存相册，则该匹配单元330提取该多个预存相册中的EXIF信息中的拍摄日期最近的一个预存相册，从而该匹配信息包括该拍摄日期最近的预存相册。
可以理解，当接收的脸部特征信息与某一预存相册的预存脸部特征信息匹配一致，但接收的EXIF信息与每一预存相册的预存EXIF信息皆不一致时，该匹配单元330也可将脸部特征信息匹配的该预存相册通过匹配信息发送至该第二智能终端200。
可以理解，当没有任何一个预存相册匹配成功时，该匹配单元330不发出该匹配信息，该第二智能终端200不更新其通信应用程序的界面背景。此时用户可通过设置，将该第一智能终端100拍摄的脸部图像直接应用于第二智能终端200的通信应用程序，以作为界面背景。
上述信息更新系统500，截取用户的脸部图像并提取脸部特征信息及EXIF信息并进行匹配，并提取存储的用户图片，以使智能终端可根据当前正在进行交互的用户更新对应的用户图片以作为通信应用程序的界面背景，丰富了通信的视觉感受且一定程度上拉近通信者之间的距离。
综上所述，尽管为说明目的已经公开了本发明的优选实施例，然而，本发明不只局限于如上所述的实施例，在不超出本发明基本技术思想的范畴内，相关行业的技术人员可对其进行多种变形及应用。

Claims (7)

1.一种服务器，其特征在于：所述服务器存储有预存相册和每一所述预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存可交换图像文件(EXIF)信息，所述服务器接收一第一智能终端截取的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息，并与预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息匹配，并根据所述匹配发送一匹配信息至一第二智能终端，所述匹配信息包括至少一个所述预存相册，当所述第二智能终端接收到所述匹配信息，所述第二智能终端将预存相册动态循环播放以应用于所述第二智能终端的一通信应用程序的界面背景。
2.如权利要求1所述的服务器，其特征在于：所述服务器包括存储单元及匹配单元，所述存储单元用于存储所述预存相册、预存脸部特征信息及EXIF信息，所述匹配单元用于将接收的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息与所述存储单元的预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息进行所述匹配。
3.如权利要求2所述的服务器，其特征在于：当将接收的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息与某一预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息匹配均一致时，所述匹配信息包括所述预存相册；当接收的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息与预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息匹配均不一致时，所述服务器不输出所述匹配信息。
4.如权利要求3所述的服务器，其特征在于：当接收的脸部特征信息与某一预存相册的预存脸部特征信息匹配一致，但接收的EXIF信息与每一所述预存相册的预存EXIF信息均不一致时，所述匹配信息包括所述脸部特征信息匹配的所述预存相册。
5.如权利要求1所述的服务器，其特征在于：当接收的脸部特征信息及EXIF信息与多个所述预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存EXIF信息匹配均一致时，所述服务器提取所述匹配一致的预存相册中的EXIF信息中的拍摄日期最近的一个预存相册，所述匹配信息包括所述拍摄日期最近的预存相册。
6.如权利要求1所述的服务器，其特征在于：所述第二智能终端包括应用程序管理单元及处理单元，所述应用程序管理单元运行所述通信应用程序，所述通信应用程序具有预存界面背景，所述处理单元根据所述匹配信息将所述预存相册更新为所述通信应用程序的界面背景。
7.一种信息更新系统，包括相互连接的第一智能终端、第二智能终端及服务器，其特征在于：所述服务器预存有预存相册和每一所述预存相册的预存脸部特征信息及预存可交换图像文件(EXIF)信息，所述第一智能终端截取用户脸部图像并提取所述脸部图像的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息，并发送至所述服务器，所述服务器将接收的脸部特征信息及对应的EXIF信息与预存脸部特征信息及EFIX信息进行匹配，并根据所述匹配向所述第二智能终端发送至少一个所述预存相册，所述第二智能终端将所述服务器发射的预存相册动态循环播放以应用于所述第二智能终端的一通信应用程序的界面背景。
