  以下配合所附的圖示,詳加說明本發明的結構如何組合、使用,應當更容易瞭解本發明的目的、技術內容、特點及其所達成的功效。
  請參考第4圖至第5-2圖所示,為本發明所提一種具光型調整的LED裝置,該LED裝置包含有至少一固定座4,至少一調整單元5及至少一LED燈單元6,其中,
  該固定座4包含有至少一第一通孔40。該調整單元5係可於該固定座4上水平旋轉以達任意照射角度,該調整單元5包含有一調整組50,一連接於該調整組50底端的支撐件53,以及一位於該調整組50與該支撐件53之間且連接該調整組50底端與該支撐件53的彈性件54,透過該彈性件54令該調整單元5夾固於該固定座4上用以水平旋轉。該調整組50包含有一調整座51及一連接於該調整座51底端的基座52,該調整座51包含有一位於該調整座51底端並與該基座52連接的第一連接部510,一位於該調整座51頂端的傾斜面511,以及一貫通該第一連接部510與該傾斜面511的第二通孔512;該第一連接部510具有至少一第一固定孔513。

  該燈罩62具有一朝該燈座60凸出且與該第一螺接部605螺接的第二螺接部620及一位於該第二螺接部620外側且抵靠該密封環63的第二抵靠部621;該第二螺接部620具有一與該內螺紋606對應螺接的外螺紋622。於本案實施例中,該第五固定孔604、該第六固定孔615與該鎖固元件616皆設為二個,但不以此為限。
  本發明透過該固定座4、該調整單元5及該LED燈單元6之間是以模組化方式個別組裝於一體,一旦該固定座4、該調整單元5或該LED燈單元6之其中一故障受損或維修檢修時,皆可單獨各自更換或檢修以達快速拆裝並檢修。
  進一步地,本發明該調整座51的該傾斜面511係事先根據需求設計成所需之角度,該傾斜面511之角度可設為1゚~179゚使具有任意照射角度,且將該調整單元5水平旋轉角度設為0゚~359゚的無限制角度範圍的旋轉,配合該傾斜面511設為1゚~179゚,藉此讓使用者依實際作業環境或用光需求讓該LED裝置能具有不同照射光型或不同角度而有最大調整角度、最廣照射範圍或特定點的彈性照射模式,藉此依實際作業環境來調整。
  接續,為了降低該LED發光元件611的溫度以提高使用壽命,該LED裝置更包含有一用以散熱且連接於該燈座60外側周圍的散熱件64,於使用上能以金屬材料製成,而於本案實施例中,係以鋁製成,但不侷限於此。且,為了有效達成快速方便安裝,該傾斜面511位於該第二通孔512處具有二分別位於相對兩側的嵌合弧邊514,以及二分別位於每一該嵌合弧邊514之間的嵌合邊515。該燈座60包含有一位於該燈座60底端且朝該第二通孔512凸出並穿伸該第二通孔512的第二凸部65,該第二凸部65係配合每一該嵌合弧邊514與每一該嵌合邊515,該第二凸部65的側邊具有至少一嵌接每一該嵌合弧邊514與每一該嵌合邊515的斜嵌合槽650。該斜嵌合槽650之內部空間朝一端遞減,使該燈座60旋轉至一端時,因該斜嵌合槽650之內部空間朝一端遞減的關係,使該第二凸部65緊配合於該傾斜面511上,讓該燈座60固定於該調整座51上端。
  此外,本發明若將如第4圖至第5-2圖所示的該LED裝置之結構使用於具有影響該LED裝置中元件連結強度之因素的室外或惡劣環境中,如遭遇強風或雨水等因素,其固定強度恐易受影響之虞,本發明人針對該些狀況進一步提出解決手段,如第6圖至第7-2圖所示,該固定座4包含有複數對環繞於該第一通孔40外側的定位孔41,該基座52包含有一對位於該第一凸部521外側並定位於其中一該對定位孔41的定位凸部527。每一該對定位孔41之間具有一間距,於較佳實施例中,當連結強度足夠且該固定座4夠大而能每隔一度就開設一對定位孔41,即可讓該調整單元5之水平旋轉角度達0゚~359゚之任一角度皆旋轉調整定位。
  請參閱第8-1圖至第10圖所示,進一步描述本發明作動關係,本案圖示以具有複數對定位孔41的該LED裝置舉例說明,當該LED燈單元6要水平旋轉至另一角度照射時,利用手部將該調整座51往上提取,該對定位凸部527會從其中一該對定位孔41上抽離,而位於該第一凸部521外周圍且位於該固定座4與該支撐件53之間的該彈性件54因該調整座51向上提取而與該固定座4擠壓,此後將該調整座51旋轉至另一角度的另一該對定位孔41,讓位於該傾斜面511上的該LED發光元件611朝另一角度方向照射,一旦調整完畢後鬆開手部讓該彈性件54依自身彈性回復力自動回復,使該對定位凸部527自動定位於另一該對定位孔41上,以達成另一照射角度之調整需求。
  接續,而第4圖至第5-2圖所示之結構與上述作動關係大致相同,僅差別於該對定位凸部527與每一該對定位孔41之間的作動,於第4圖至第5-2圖所示之結構中,當手部將該調整座51往上提取,直接將該調整座51旋轉至另一照射角度使位於該傾斜面511上的該LED發光元件611朝另一角度方向照射,此後鬆開手部讓該彈性件54依自身彈性回復力自動回復,即完成另一照射角度之調整需求。
  於本案第4圖至第7-2圖所示的實施例中,該第一通孔40、該調整單元5與該LED燈單元6皆設為一個,亦能如第11圖所示將該第一通孔40、該調整單元5與該LED燈單元6設為二個,並配合將該傾斜面511之角度設為不同且朝不同方向設置,以讓每一該LED發光元件611朝不同角度方向照射。因此於實際作業環境時,可依需求將該固定座4上該第一通孔40,位於該第一通孔40上的該調整單元5及連接該調整單元5的該LED燈單元6設為複數個,且每一該傾斜面511之傾斜角度可設為都不相同或部份相同或全部相同,並將其中一該傾斜面511之角度與另一該傾斜面511之角度的差值設為20的整數倍,舉例說明一,將其中一該傾斜面511之角度設為1゚,而另一該傾斜面511之角度設為1゚或21゚或41゚或61゚;舉例說明二,將其中一該傾斜面511之角度設為6゚,而另一該傾斜面511之角度設為6゚或26゚或46゚或66゚;舉例說明三,將其中一該傾斜面511之角度設為45゚,而另一該傾斜面511之角度設為5゚或25゚或45゚或65゚,但不以舉例的態樣為限。一旦要獲得較廣照射範圍時,可個別調整每一該調整座51水平旋轉角度讓每一該傾斜面511朝不同方向設置,此後透過每一該LED發光元件611發出光線,藉此獲得最廣照射的光線範圍。而當要將光線固定於特定點時,仍可個別調整每一該調整座51水平旋轉角度讓每一該傾斜面511朝特定點方向設置,此後透過每一該LED發光元件611發出光線,讓光線直接朝特定點照射。
  綜上所述,本發明藉由該調整單元5可進行0゚~359゚角度水平旋轉並配合該傾斜面511的角度設為1゚~179゚,讓該LED裝置能具有不同照射模式而有最大調整角度、最廣照射範圍或特定點等彈性照射模式,讓使用者藉此依實際作業環境來自行任意調整。又,本發明透過該固定座4、該調整單元5及該LED燈單元6之間是採模組化方式個別組裝於一體,一旦該固定座4、該調整單元5或該LED燈單元6之其中一故障受損或檢修時,皆可單獨更換或檢修以達快速拆裝並檢修。另,透過該彈性件54的設置將該調整單元5之該調整組50與該支撐件53夾固於該固定座4上,且透過該彈性件54的設置讓該調整單元5之該調整組50與該支撐件53能具有0゚~359゚的水平旋轉。且,本發明亦可透過該散熱件64的設置來降低該LED發光元件611的溫度,藉此提高使用壽命。再者,透過該斜嵌合槽650的設置,使該燈座60能於該調整座51上達到快速方便安裝拆解。此外,增設該對定位凸部527定位於其中一該對定位孔41,以強化該調整單元5於該固定座4上的連結強度。
