Description

The present invention relates to a ceiling-embedded lighting fixture.

2. Description of the Related Art As a ceiling-embedded lighting fixture that is embedded in a ceiling or the like, there is known one in which a fixture body and a metal lighting device mounting plate to which a lamp lighting device is attached are integrated. This type of lighting fixture has been proposed that enables stable mounting even when there is an obstacle above the ceiling mounting hole or when the ceiling pocket is low (for example, Patent Document 1).

As shown in FIG. 6, the lighting fixture 100 of Patent Document 1 integrally connects a fixture main body 101 and a metal lighting device mounting plate 104 to which a lighting device portion 103 of a lamp 102 that is a light source is mounted. is there. The instrument main body 101 includes a lamp housing 105 in which the lamp 102 is housed, and a top plate 106 coupled to the lamp housing 105. The top plate 106 has support pieces 107 extending downward from both side edges of the other end in the longitudinal direction, and connecting pieces 108 extending from both side edges of the end of the lighting device mounting plate 104 on the fixture body side. Are overlapped on the support piece 107 and joined by the shaft portion 109. With this configuration, the lighting device mounting plate 104 can swing in the vertical direction with respect to the instrument body 101. The shaft portion 109 is fixed to the connecting piece 108 and is inserted into a long connecting hole 110 formed in the support piece 107.

At the time of construction, the lighting device 100 is first inserted from below into the mounting hole 112 of the ceiling 111 in a state where the lighting device portion 103 is rotated with respect to the device main body 101 as shown in FIG. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 7, the end of the lighting device 103 on the side far from the instrument body 101 is gradually separated from the attachment hole 112, and the angle formed between the upper surface of the instrument body 101 and the opening surface of the attachment hole 112 is small. Thus, the lamp housing 105 is inserted into the mounting hole 112. Finally, the peripheral portion of the mounting hole 112 is sandwiched between the outer flange portion 113 of the lamp housing 105 and the mounting bracket.

According to this lighting fixture 100, the fixture main body 101 and the lighting device portion 103 are coupled in a state where the relative position is variable, so that the lighting device portion 103 can be kept horizontal in the construction completion state. The range of the thickness of the ceiling 111 is widened. Thereby, even when the obstacle 114 is above the attachment hole 112 and the ceiling 111 is relatively thick, the lighting device unit 103 is arranged without being inclined toward the back surface of the ceiling, and the fixture body 101 can be stably attached to the ceiling 111.

0026)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-158465 (Claim 1, FIG. 4, paragraph 0026)

However, in the above-described conventional lighting fixture 100, the shaft portion 109 fixed to the left and right connecting pieces 108 is inserted into a long connecting hole 110 formed in the support piece 107, and the lighting device mounting plate 104 is attached to the fixture. The main body 101 can be swung. For this reason, the two shaft portions 109 have to be attached by screwing work while the left and right connecting holes 110 are aligned with predetermined positions of the connecting piece 108, resulting in a problem of poor assembly workability.

The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and when there is a ceiling with a low ceiling and obstacles behind the ceiling, the assembly workability is ensured while ensuring the workability when the ceiling is relatively thick as in the conventional case. The object is to provide an improved luminaire.

The lighting fixture of the present invention includes a fixture main body that is inserted into a mounting hole formed in the ceiling from below and attached to the ceiling, a top plate that extends from the upper surface of the fixture main body in parallel with the ceiling, and a mounting plate A lighting device mounting plate having a front end in contact with the back surface of the ceiling and to which the power supply unit is mounted, a pair of connecting pieces that are bent from both sides of the mounting plate base end in a direction perpendicular to the ceiling and sandwich the top plate, and the connecting pieces A pair of cutout holes formed on the top of the mounting plate and having a height greater than the thickness of the top plate, and a pair of projections projecting from both sides of the top plate sandwiched between the pair of connecting pieces and inserted into the cutout holes. An engaging projection, and a retaining screw that is screwed to the lighting device mounting plate and abuts against the top end of the top plate to restrict the engagement projection.

And as for the lighting fixture of this invention, the open slit which open | releases the said notch hole is formed by the attachment board lower surface and a connection piece notch end surface.

Moreover, the lighting fixture of this invention has the said notch hole formed in a rectangular shape.

According to the lighting fixture according to the present invention, when there is a ceiling with a low ceiling or an obstacle behind the ceiling, the assembly workability is improved while securing the workability when the ceiling is relatively thick as in the conventional case.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the lighting apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view in which a portion of a ceiling-embedded lighting fixture according to the present invention is cut away, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the lighting fixture shown in FIG.
The lighting fixture 10 is assembled by integrally connecting a fixture body 11 and a lighting device mounting plate 12. A power supply unit 14 of an LED unit 13 including a plurality of LEDs that are light sources is attached to the lighting device attachment plate 12.

The instrument body 11 is attached to the ceiling 15 by being inserted from below into an attachment hole 16 formed in the ceiling 15. A plurality of heat radiation fins 17 are provided on the upper part of the instrument body 11. A cylindrical frame 18 is connected to the lower side of the instrument body 11. The frame 18 surrounds the LED unit 13. The LED unit 13 is fixed to the instrument body 11 via a heat dissipation sheet 19. A reflector 20 is disposed on the outer periphery of the LED unit 13 in the light emitting direction. The light emission side of the reflection plate 20 is covered with a light diffusion panel 21. Light from the LED unit 13 passes through the light diffusion panel 21 and is emitted through an opening window 22 that opens below the frame body 18.

The frame 18 has a flange 23 that protrudes outward over the entire circumference of the lower edge. The frame body 18 is inserted into the circular mounting hole 16 drilled in the ceiling 15 from below, so that the flange portion 23 comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the mounting hole 16. A plurality of (three in this embodiment) mounting brackets 24 are provided on the outer periphery of the frame 18 so as to sandwich the periphery of the mounting hole 16 with the flange 23.

A top plate 25 extending parallel to the ceiling 15 is attached to the upper surface of the instrument body 11. In the top plate 25, the top plate base end portion 27 is positioned between a pair of clamping and fixing portions 26 erected on the upper surface of the instrument body 11. Further, the top plate 25 has a pair of abutting pieces 28 provided on both sides of the top plate base end portion 27 so as to sandwich the upper surface side portion 29 of the instrument main body 11. In this state, the top plate 25 is fixed to the instrument body 11 with a fixing screw (not shown). The top plate 25 having the top plate base end portion 27 fixed to the instrument body 11 has a top plate distal end 30 extending from the instrument body 11 in parallel with the ceiling 15.

The lighting device mounting plate 12 is formed in a rectangular plate shape whose longitudinal direction is the left-right direction in FIG. The lighting device mounting plate 12 has a mounting plate tip 31 in contact with the ceiling back surface 32. On the lighting device mounting plate 12, the power supply unit 14 for lighting the LED unit 13 is mounted using a plurality of fixing screws (not shown). A terminal block 33 for supplying power to the LED unit 13 is connected to the power supply unit 14 by an electric wire (not shown).

On both sides of the mounting plate base end portion 34, a pair of connecting pieces 35 that are bent in a direction perpendicular to the ceiling 15 and sandwich the top plate 25 are provided.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the vicinity of the connecting piece shown in FIG.
A cutout hole 36 is formed in the connecting piece 35. The cutout hole 36 is open on the tip end side of the mounting plate (left side in FIG. 3) and has a height H greater than the thickness of the top plate 25.

On the other hand, a pair of engaging projections 38 protrude from the top plate side portions 37 of the top plate tip 30. Respective engaging projections 38 projecting from both side portions 37 of the top plate sandwiched between the pair of connecting pieces 35 are inserted into the cutout holes 36.

A retaining screw 39 is screwed into the lighting device mounting plate 12 in which the cutout hole 36 is engaged with the engagement protrusion 38 of the top plate 25. The retaining screw 39 is screwed into a female screw formed at the center of the mounting plate base end portion 34. The retaining screw 39 is screwed to the lighting device mounting plate 12, thereby abutting against the top plate tip 30 and restricting the engagement protrusion 38 from being removed from the notch hole 36. With this configuration, the lighting device mounting plate 12 can swing in the vertical direction with respect to the instrument body 11. That is, the lighting device mounting plate 12 is supported so as to be able to swing with respect to the instrument body 11.

The opening slit 40 that opens the cutout hole 36 is formed by the attachment plate lower surface 41 and the connecting piece cutout end surface 42. In the lighting fixture 10, since one of the open slits 40 becomes the mounting plate lower surface 41, the top projections 30 are slid along the mounting plate lower surface 41, so that the engagement protrusions provided on the top plate side portions 37. 38 is easily inserted into the cutout hole 36 from the open slit 40. Thereby, the assembly workability is improved.

The cutout hole 36 is formed in a rectangular shape. In the luminaire 10, the engagement protrusion 38 having substantially the same length as the longitudinal direction of the notch hole 36 is inserted into and engaged with the rectangular notch hole 36. Can be rotated around a central axis perpendicular to the connecting piece 35. Further, since the engaging protrusion 38 can be translated in the height direction of the cutout hole 36, the lighting device mounting plate 12 and the fixture body 11 are relatively moved in the vertical direction while maintaining the horizontal state of the lighting device mounting plate 12. The position is variable.

Next, the effect | action of the lighting fixture 10 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated.
FIG. 4 is a diagram for explaining the operation when the fixture body 11 of the lighting fixture 10 shown in FIG. 1 is attached to the attachment hole 16 while being rotated, and FIG. FIG. 4B is a side view of the main part when the engagement protrusion 38 is rotated by a small amount, and FIG. It is a side view.
At the time of construction of the embedded lighting fixture of this embodiment, first, as shown in FIG. The mounting plate 12 is inserted. As shown in FIG. 5A, the rotation can be performed by rotating the engagement protrusion 38 inside the notch hole 36. If the rotation angle of the lighting device mounting plate 12 is small with respect to the fixture body 11, as shown in FIG. 5B, the rotation of the engagement protrusion 38 in the cutout hole 36 is also small.

Thereafter, the mounting plate tip 31 on the side of the lighting device mounting plate 12 far from the fixture body 11 gradually moves away from the mounting hole 16 in the ceiling 15. Accordingly, the frame 18 is inserted into the mounting hole 16 so that the angle formed between the upper surface of the instrument body 11 and the opening surface of the mounting hole 16 becomes smaller. Finally, when the peripheral portion of the mounting hole 16 in the ceiling 15 is sandwiched between the flange portion 23 of the frame 18 and the mounting bracket 24, the lighting fixture 10 is completely mounted on the ceiling 15.

As described above, the lighting fixture 10 to be attached includes the top plate 25 extending from the fixture main body 11 and the lighting device mounting plate 12 to which the power supply unit 14 is attached. The mounting plate 12 is engaged with and connected to the notch hole 36. When the engagement protrusion 38 moves inward of the notch hole 36, the attachment body tip 11 is rotated and attached so that the attachment plate tip 31 does not hit an obstacle such as a building structure behind the ceiling. . Thereby, attachment of the instrument main body 11 when there is a ceiling 15 with a low ceiling pocket or an obstacle behind the ceiling is possible.

Moreover, in the lighting fixture 10, the notch hole 36 is formed so that a height direction may follow the up-down direction of the fixture main body 11. As shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5C, the relative position in the vertical direction between the lighting device mounting plate 12 and the fixture body 11 is variable while maintaining the lighting device mounting plate 12 horizontal. Thereby, even if the thickness dimension of the ceiling 15 changes within the mountable range of the dimension D shown in FIG. 1, the lighting device mounting plate 12 is unlikely to be inclined, and the workability when the ceiling 15 is relatively thick is conventional. Is assured as

Further, when the lighting fixture 10 is assembled, if the engaging projection 38 is inserted into the cutout hole 36, only the one retaining screw 39 is screwed to the lighting device mounting plate 12, and the top plate 25 and the lighting device are mounted. The connection with the plate 12 is completed. For this reason, the assembly workability is greatly improved as compared with the conventional work in which the two shaft portions are screwed together while the left and right connection holes are aligned with predetermined positions of the connection piece 35.

Therefore, according to the lighting apparatus 10 of the present embodiment, when there is a ceiling 15 with a low ceiling and obstacles behind the ceiling, the assembling work is performed while ensuring the workability when the ceiling 15 is relatively thick as in the conventional case. The characteristics are greatly improved.
