Referring to Fig. 3, the floor wiring harness 10 of the present embodiment includes an appliance module 6 and a floor wiring member 1. As shown in FIGS. 2A to 2D, the floor wiring member 1 includes a fastening plate 2 and a cover member 3.

The opening 8 exposes the wiring harness 5 located under the floor to the outside. A seat 21 projects into the opening 8 from a wall defining the rear side portion of the opening 8. Viewed from above, the cover 30 is flat and circular. The front side of the cover 30 includes a slot 30a through which a cable is inserted. The rear side peripheral portion of the cover 30 includes a support portion 31a that rotatably supports a shaft 4. The support portion 31a is screwed to the rear surface of the cover 30. The shaft hole 31b extends between the support portion 31a and the lid body 30. When the lid body 30 is closed and viewed from the right side, the shaft hole 31b protrudes toward the lower side. As shown in Fig. 2D, the cover 30 is supported by the shaft 4 inserted through the shaft hole 31b and pivoted about the shaft 4. As shown in FIGS. 1A to 1C, an opening button 32a (release portion) is exposed to the upper side by the cover 30. The opening button 32a is integrally formed with the locking piece 32b (locking portion), and the locking piece 32b protrudes outward in the radial direction from the peripheral portion of the cover body 30 at the back side of the cover member 3. A spring (not shown) applies a force to the locking member 32b to project the locking member 32b toward the outside. When the cover 30 is closed, the locking member 32b is grasped by the back of the fastening plate 2. This keeps the cover 30 closed. The coil spring 9 is disposed on the back surface of the lid body 30 (see FIG. 4B). The coil spring 9 is compressed between the closed cover 30 and the holder 21. The cover 30 includes a cable insertion door 33 that opens and closes a quadrilateral plate of the slot 30a. The front side of the cable insertion door 33 forms a portion of the periphery of the cover 30. The rear side of the cable insertion door 33 includes a shaft (not shown) that extends in the lateral direction. The cable insertion door 33 is pivotally supported by the shaft to open in the obliquely upward direction on the front side. The left and right sides of the cable insertion door 33 each include a flat leg portion 34 that protrudes in the lower direction. A sleeve 35 extends between the feet 34 to protect the cable 14 that enters the floor through the opening of the cable insertion door 33.

The floor panel 11 includes a concrete floor portion 12 and a surface material 13. The surface material 13 is coated on the surface of the floor portion 12. The wiring device 5 is disposed in the wiring box portion 7a. For example, the wiring device 5 is used as a standardized AC 100 V socket of a large polygonal connection wiring device, and is fastened to a frame 6b which is formed of a synthetic resin. For example, a cable (not shown) extending from the wiring harness 5 and passing through the cable tube 15 is connected to the power distribution board. When both the cover 30 and the cable insertion door 33 are closed (Fig. 4A), the user extends from the outside of the opening button 32a (the right side of the fastening plate 2) toward the opening button 32a. When the cover 30 is opened, the wiring device 5 is exposed to the outside through the opening 8. The user inserts the plug 16 into the opening 8 and connects the plug 16 to the connection socket of the wiring harness 5.

The cable insertion door 33 is pivoted in the upper direction (Fig. 5A). The cable insertion door 33 is thus opened and the sleeve 35 is exposed to the upper side of the cover 30. The cover 30 is then closed with the cable 14 loaded into the slot of the sleeve 35 such that the cable 14 is pulled out of the slot 30a onto the floor 11. The foot 34 is placed over the support 23 to maintain the cable insertion door 33 open.

The user reverses the above procedure to close the cable insertion door 33 and the cover 30.

As described above, the floor wiring member 1 of the present embodiment includes the buckle plate 2, the lid member 3, and the opening button 32a (release portion).
