Description
本發明涉及一種應用於液晶顯示領域之背光模組,尤其涉及一種直下式背光模組及其光源組件。
液晶顯示裝置係一種被動式顯示裝置,其不具有發光特性,需要為其提供背光模組以實現顯示功能。背光模組按結構可分為側光式背光模組與直下式背光模組。先前之直下式背光模組包括光學膜片、擴散板、導光板以及光源。擴散板設置於光源之上方,並與光源相距一混光距離,光學膜片設置於擴散板之上方。為使整個背光之亮度均勻,需增大光源與擴散板之間之混光距離。然前述背光模組厚度較厚,不利於薄型化設計。
鑒於前述內容,有必要提供一種薄型化且出光均勻之背光模組及其光源組件。
一種光源組件,其包括基板、固定於該基板上之LED光源、第一反射件、第二反射件及擴散板。該第一反射件包括基底部及複數凸起,該基底部固定於該基板上並開設有穿設孔以供該LED光源穿過,該複數凸起凸伸形成於該基底部背離該基板之一側並相互平行,且每一凸起環繞該穿設孔之週緣延伸,每一凸起鄰近該穿
設孔之一側形成有相對該基板傾斜設置之反射面,該第二反射件包括反射部及凸伸形成於該反射部一側之複數連接部,該複數連接部固定於鄰近該穿設孔之凸起之反射面上,該反射部上貫通開設有複數透光孔,該擴散板疊設於該反射部背離該連接部之一側。
一種背光模組,其包括框體、收容於該框體內之光學膜組件、收容於該框體內並位於該光學膜組件下之複數光源組件。該複數光源組件呈矩陣排列,每一光源組件包括基板,固定於該基板上之LED光源,固定於該基板上之第一反射件,固定於該第一反射件上並罩設於該LED光源上之第二反射件,以及固定於該第二反射件上之擴散板,該第一反射件包括基底部及複數凸起,該基底部固定於該基板上並開設有穿設孔以供該LED光源穿過,該複數凸起凸伸形成於該基底部背離該基板之一側並相互平行,且每一凸起環繞該穿設孔之週緣延伸,每一凸起鄰近該穿設孔之一側形成有相對該基板傾斜設置之反射面,該第二反射件包括反射部及凸伸形成於該反射部一側之複數連接部,該複數連接部固定於鄰近該穿設孔之凸起之反射面上,該反射部上貫通開設有複數透光孔,該擴散板疊設於該反射部背離該連接部之一側。
本發明之背光模組,藉由第一反射件與第二反射件之配合反射及擴散板之擴散,使得背光模組獲得了出光均勻之效果,且縮短了混光距離,薄化了背光模組。另藉由第二反射件罩設在LED光源上方,可避免出現光源亮點。

請參閱圖1,本發明實施方式之背光模組100包括框體10,收容於框體10中之光學膜片組20,以及收容於框體10中並位於光學膜片組20下方之複數光源組件30。複數光源組件30呈矩陣排列。
框體10由具有高反射率之金屬或塑膠製成。可理解,框體10還可為塗佈有高反射率塗層之金屬或塑膠製成。
光學膜片組20包括複數光學組件。優先地,複數光學組件為層疊設置之擴散片21、棱鏡片23、擴散片24及擴散板25。
請一併參閱圖2至圖4。每一光源組件30包括基板31,固定於基板31大致中部位置之LED光源33,固定於基板31上並罩設LED光源33之封裝結構36,以及固定於封裝結構36上之擴散板38。封裝結構36大致為矩形,其包括第一反射件361及固定於第一反射件361上之第二反射件363。
第一反射件361大致為矩形,其包括基底部3611及複數凸起3614。基底部3611大致為板狀,其固定於基板31上,且其中部貫通開設有穿設孔3612,用於供相應之LED光源33穿過。複數凸起3614凸伸形成基底部3611背離基板31之一側並相互平行,且每一凸起
3614環繞穿設孔3611之週緣延伸。凸起3614之橫截面為V形,其包括相互連接之反射面3615及連接面3616,每一連接面3616連接相鄰二凸起3614之反射面3615。反射面3615位於凸起3614鄰近穿設孔3612之一側,連接面3616位於凸起3614背離穿設孔3612之一側。每一反射面3615相對基板31傾斜設置,每一連接面3616垂直於基板31,且每一凸起3614之反射面3615與其相應之連接面3616之夾角為銳角。本實施方式中,反射面3615為斜面。可理解,反射面3615還可為曲面。
第二反射件363固定於第一反射件361上,且其位置與穿設孔3612之位置相對應,以遮蔽並反射LED光源33發出之光線。第二反射件363包括反射部3631及凸伸形成於反射部3631一側之複數連接部3634。複數連接部3634環繞穿設孔3612之週緣間隔固定於鄰近穿設孔3612之反射面3615上。反射部3631大致為圓盤狀,其中心線與穿設孔3612之中心線相重合。反射部3631鄰近穿設孔3612之一側為一向LED光源33凸出之錐曲面3633。反射部3631貫通錐曲面3633開設有複數透光孔3632,用於部分透射LED光源33發出之光線,以提供第二反射件363上方顯示所需之光通量。本實施方式中,第一反射件361及第二反射件363均為具有高反射率之塑膠或金屬製成。透光孔3632均勻分佈於錐曲面3633上。可理解,還可於第一反射件361及第二反射件363之表面塗佈形成一反射層,以進一步增強其反射能力。第一反射件361及第二反射件363還可一體成型。
擴散板38疊設於反射部3631背離連接部3634之一側。擴散板38背離反射部3631之一側凹設形成有複數凹槽381,每一凹槽381之位
置與相應透光孔3632之位置相對應,以使LED光源33經透光孔3632透射之光線可由相應之凹槽381均勻射出至光學膜片組20。本實施方式中,擴散板38為透明塑膠板。可理解,還可在擴散板38中添加擴散離子,以使光線在擴散板38內發生特定之折射、衍射、反射與散射等光學作用,將LED光源33出射光擴散成均勻出射光至光學膜片組20。還可將擴散板38之出光面加工形成粗糙紋路,同樣可將LED光源33出射光擴散成均勻出射光至光學膜片組20。
請參閱圖5,使用時,LED光源33正向出射光線,其中一部分光線直接透過複數透光孔3632出射至擴散板38,擴散板38將該部分光線擴散為均勻光出射光學膜片組20;其中另一部分光線則藉由第二反射件363之錐曲面3633反射至複數凸起3614,並經由凸起3614之反射面3615二次反射為均勻光線出射至光線膜片組20。
本實施方式中,出射至錐曲面3633鄰近錐頂之光線反射至遠離穿設孔3612之反射面3615上,出射至錐曲面3633遠離錐頂之光線反射至鄰近穿設孔3612之反射面3615上。可理解,藉由調節錐曲面3633之表面曲率及反射面3615之斜率,可使具有不同發光特性之LED光源33出射之光線均可藉由錐曲面3633反射至反射面3615,再二次反射成均勻光出射至光學膜片組20。
可理解,基板31、LED光源33及封裝結構36之組裝關係並不限於上述實施方式,還可將複數LED光源呈陣列排佈於整塊基板31上,每一封裝結構36罩設於相應之LED光源33上,只要能使LED光源33發出之光線經封裝結構36後可轉換為均勻光出射至光學膜片組20即可。
本發明之複數光源組件30呈矩陣排列於背光模組100中,藉由設置獨立之驅動電路可獨立控制每一光源組件30中之LED光源33之開關狀態,使得本發明之背光模組100具有局部點亮之功能。如圖6所示,僅開啟區域600中之LED光源33(參閱圖2),因此,僅區域600對應之液晶顯示面板(圖未示)被點亮。
本發明之背光模組100,藉由第一反射件361與第二反射件363之配合反射及擴散板38之擴散,使得背光模組100獲得了出光均勻之效果,且縮短了混光距離,薄化了背光模組100。另藉由第二反射件363罩設在LED光源33上方,避免出現光源亮點;且藉由獨立之驅動電路獨立驅動相應之LED光源33,從而實現局部點亮之功能。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出申請專利。惟,以上該者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,在爰依本發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下之如申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)
- 一種光源組件,其包括基板及固定於該基板上之LED光源,其改良在於:該光源組件還包括第一反射件、第二反射件及擴散板,該第一反射件包括基底部及複數凸起,該基底部固定於該基板上並開設有穿設孔以供該LED光源穿過,該複數凸起凸伸形成於該基底部背離該基板之一側並相互平行,且每一凸起環繞該穿設孔之週緣延伸,每一凸起鄰近該穿設孔之一側形成有相對該基板傾斜設置之反射面,該第二反射件包括反射部及凸伸形成於該反射部一側之複數連接部,該複數連接部固定於鄰近該穿設孔之凸起之反射面上,該反射部上貫通開設有複數透光孔,該擴散板疊設於該反射部背離該連接部之一側。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光源組件,其中該反射部鄰近該複數連接部之一側為朝向該LED光源凸出之錐曲面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光源組件,其中每一凸起背離穿設孔之一側形成有垂直於該基板之連接面,每一連接面連接相鄰二凸起之反射面。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光源組件,其中該擴散板背離該反射部之一側凹設形成有複數凹槽,每一凹槽之位置與相應之透光孔之位置相對應。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光源組件,其中該擴散板內分散有散射離子。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光源組件,其中該擴散板背離該反射部之一側形成有粗糙紋路。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光源組件,其中該第一反射件及該第二反射件為具有高反射率之塑膠或金屬製成。
