Description
本發明涉及一種緊固組件,特別涉及一種對數量為二或二以上之工件進行固定之緊固組件。
通常在大部分組裝中需用到緊固件,這些緊固件包括螺釘、銷釘等。然,採用螺釘或銷釘對一些由較軟材料製成之工件進行緊固時,對螺釘或銷釘之用力方向偏差容易導致工件變形,出現位移偏差而導致產品加工精度降低,定位效果不佳。對於定位要求較高之工件,導致工件需重新加工而浪費成本。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種定位效果較好之緊固組件。
一種緊固組件,其包括固定件、與其配合之鎖合件以及套設於固定件上之彈性件,固定件形成有一弧形之抵持壁,彈性件包括本體及由本體朝向同一側凸伸形成之複數間隔設置之彈片,該複數彈片之外壁共同圍成外徑沿著遠離本體方向逐漸減小之空心圓台,每一彈片沿著遠離本體方向逐漸向本體之軸線靠近,且每一彈片之內壁朝向本體之軸線凸伸形成有弧形凸起,該弧形凸起與該固定件之抵持壁相匹配。
上述緊固組件由於固定件具有弧形之抵持壁,彈性件各間隔設置之彈片具有弧形凸起,且彈片沿著遠離本體方向逐漸向本體之軸
線靠近,使得彈性件套設在固定件時,弧形凸起能夠與抵持壁相抵持,複數彈片在抵持壁之抵持下向外均勻擴張,使得緊固組件在緊固工件之過程中,彈片對工件施力均勻,不會產生位移偏差,定位效果好。

請參閱圖1,本發明實施方式之緊固組件100包括固定件10、套設於固定件10之彈性件30及鎖合件50。
固定件10包括握持部11、凸伸形成於握持部11一端之抵持部13以及形成於抵持部13遠離握持部11一端之螺紋部15。握持部11大致呈圓柱狀,其遠離抵持部13之一端開設有一凹槽111,凹槽111可用於握持部11不方便握持時,將塊狀物體插入凹槽111中轉動,從而帶動握持部11轉動。可理解,握持部11可為其他形狀,如棱柱狀等。
抵持部13之形狀大致為弧線繞軸線旋轉一週之旋轉體,其直徑沿遠離握持部11之方向逐漸減小。抵持部13包括一弧形之抵持壁131。在本實施方式中,抵持壁131之弧度沿遠離握持部11之方向逐漸減小。螺紋部15形成於抵持部13遠離握持部11一端,在本實施方式中,螺紋部15之螺紋形成於螺紋部15之外壁。
彈性件30包括本體31以及於本體31一端凸伸之複數彈片33。本體31大致為圓環狀,其內徑小於握持部11,即握持部11無法從彈性件穿透。
複數彈片33分別沿著本體31之圓環朝向一側凸伸形成,相鄰彈片33之間形成有間隙35。每一彈片33凸伸時,遠離本體31一端逐漸向本體31之軸線靠近。
請同時參閱圖2,彈片33靠近軸線之一側上形成有弧形凸起331,彈片包括外壁333及內壁335。弧形凸起331於內壁335上朝向本體31之軸線凸伸形成,且弧形凸起331之弧度與抵持壁131相匹配。外壁333呈圓弧狀,其圓弧之彎曲方向及弧度大致與本體31之弧度相同。複數彈片33之外壁333形成大致中空圓台狀,且外徑沿著遠離本體31之方向逐漸減小。鎖合件50形成有螺紋孔51,在本實施方式中,鎖合件50為六角螺母。
請參閱圖3及圖4,使用時,利用緊固組件100緊固第一板塊200及第二板塊300,第一板塊200上開設有裝配孔201,第二板塊300上開設有裝配孔301,且第一板塊200開設之裝配孔201與第二板塊300上開設之裝配孔301相適配。在本實施方式中,第一板塊200之裝配孔201及第二板塊300上之裝配孔301均為圓形通孔,其裝配孔201及裝配孔301之數量均為二。相對應地,採用二緊固組件100對第一板塊200及第二板塊300進行緊固。第二板塊300遠離第一板塊200一側開設有容納鎖合件50之凹槽303。
將第一板塊200與第二板塊300重疊且裝配孔201與裝配孔301對齊,彈性件30插入裝配孔201及裝配孔301中,本體31容納於裝配孔301中,彈片33穿設於裝配孔201及裝配孔301並凸出於第一板塊
200。由於彈片33沿遠離本體31之方向逐漸向本體31之軸線靠近,故此時彈片33之外壁333與裝配孔201之側壁及裝配孔301之側壁不相貼合。然後握持固定件10之握持部11從遠離第二板塊300之一側將固定件10插入彈性件30中,由於抵持部13之抵持壁131為弧形,且抵持部13之直徑朝向遠離握持部11逐漸減小,故固定件10插入彈性件30之過程中,抵持部13與彈片33之弧形凸起331相抵持,抵持壁131與彈片33之內壁335逐漸貼合,當固定件10繼續插入時,由於相鄰彈片33之間存在間隙35,使得每一彈片33在抵持壁131之抵持下逐漸向外擴張,抵持壁131與內壁335繼續保持貼合,繼續插入固定件10直至彈片33之外壁333與裝配孔201之側壁及裝配孔301之側壁緊密貼合,此時,彈片33不能繼續擴張,抵持部13在彈片33之抵持下,使得固定件10不能繼續插入。此時,螺紋部15容納於凹槽303中,將鎖合件50旋轉套設在螺紋部15上,在將螺紋部15旋入鎖合件50之過程中,若利用握持部11旋入時較為困難,可借助其他片狀工具插入凹槽111中旋轉,從而較輕鬆地將螺紋部15旋入螺紋孔51中。
可理解,當緊固組件100進行緊固時,需穿過之裝配孔為方形孔,則彈性件30之外輪廓可製造為與裝配孔相適配之棱柱形。
緊固組件100由於固定件10具有弧形之抵持壁131,彈性件30間隔設置之彈片33具有與抵持壁131相匹配之弧形凸起331,且彈片33遠離本體31之一端逐漸向本體31之軸線靠近,使得彈性件30套設在固定件10時,內壁335能夠與抵持部13相抵持,複數彈片33在抵持部13之抵持下向外均勻擴張,使得緊固組件100在緊固第一板塊200及第二板塊300之過程中,彈片35對第一板塊200及第二
板塊300施力均勻,不會使得第一板塊200及第二板塊300產生位移偏差,定位效果好。
綜上所述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,本發明之範圍並不以上述實施方式為限,舉凡熟悉本案技藝之人士,於爰依本案發明精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應包含於以下之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (7)
- 一種緊固組件,其包括固定件及與該固定件配合之鎖合件,其改良在於:該固定件形成有一弧形之抵持壁,該緊固組件還包括套設於該固定件上之彈性件,該彈性件包括本體及由該本體朝向同一側凸伸形成之複數間隔設置之彈片,該複數彈片之外壁共同圍成外徑沿著遠離本體方向逐漸減小之空心圓台,每一彈片沿著遠離本體方向延伸並逐漸向本體之軸線靠近,且每一彈片之內壁朝向本體之軸線凸伸形成有弧形凸起,該弧形凸起與該固定件之抵持壁相匹配。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之緊固組件,其中該固定件形成一握持部及凸伸於握持部之抵持部,該抵持壁為該抵持部之外壁。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之緊固組件,其中該抵持部為弧線繞軸線旋轉一週之旋轉體,該抵持部之直徑沿遠離該握持部之方向逐漸減小。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之緊固組件,其中該抵持部遠離該握持部之一端形成有螺紋部,該螺紋部與該鎖合件配合。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之緊固組件,其中該握持部遠離該抵持部之一端開設有凹槽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之緊固組件,其中該彈性件本體為圓環狀,該複數彈片沿著該本體邊緣朝向靠近該固定件之一側間隔凸伸形成。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之緊固組件,其中該鎖合件為與該螺紋部配合之螺母。
