Description

電子總成及電子裝置
本發明是有關於一種電子裝置，且特別是有關於一種電子總成與應用此電子總成的電子裝置。
近年來，隨著科技產業日益發達，手持式裝置，例如智慧型手機(smart phone)及平板電腦(tablet computer)等，越來越普遍，並朝著便利、多功能且美觀的設計方向發展，以提供使用者更多的選擇。隨著使用者對於手持式裝置的需求日漸提升，使用者以其手部握持手持式裝置的時間不斷增加，故手持式裝置的握持手感也日益重要。為了提升手持式裝置的握持手感，手持式裝置的外殼也經常設計成曲面，以符合人體工學。
某些類型的手持式裝置內建有卡片連接器以插入小型的電子卡，例如SIM卡或記憶卡(SD)等。當卡片連接器的數量增加時，手持式裝置的主機板通常會增加面積來安裝這些卡片連接器，但這樣的作法造成手持式裝置的體積變大。
本發明提供一種電子總成，適用於一電子裝置，用以增加電子裝置的外觀曲率，或減少電子裝置的整體厚度。

本發明提供一種電子總成，包括一顯示模組、一主機模組、一電池模組及一擴充模組。主機模組疊設在顯示模組的上方，且包括一處理單元及一記憶單元。電池模組疊設在顯示模組上，且與主機模組並排相接。擴充模組疊設在電池模組的上方。擴充模組包括一擴充電路板及多個卡片連接器。擴充電路板疊設在電池模組的上方。這些卡片連接器設置在擴充電路板上。
本發明提供一種電子裝置，包括一後殼體、一前蓋板及一電子總成。後殼體具有一前開口。前蓋板設置於前開口，並與後殼體構成一容置空間。電子總成包括一顯示模組、一主機模組、一電池模組及一擴充模組。顯示模組設置於容置空間內，且疊設於前蓋板的上方。主機模組設置於容置空間內，且疊設在顯示模組的上方。電池模組設置於容置空間內，疊設在顯示模組的上方，且與主機模組並排相接。擴充模組設置於容置空間內，且疊設在電池模組的上方。擴充模組包括一擴充電路板及多個卡片連接器。擴充電路板疊設在電池模組的上方。這些卡片連接器設置在擴充電路板上。
基於上述，本發明將主機模組與電池模組並排相接地疊 設在顯示模組上，並將擴充模組疊設在電池模組上，使得後殼體可具有較大的外觀曲率，並可降低電子裝置的整體厚度。
為讓本發明的上述特徵和優點能更明顯易懂，下文特舉實施例，並配合所附圖式作詳細說明如下。

圖1是本發明的一實施例的一種電子裝置的後視分解圖。

圖1是本發明的一實施例的一種電子裝置的後視分解圖。圖2是圖1的電子裝置於組合後的前視圖。圖3是圖2的電子裝置沿線I-I的放大剖視圖。圖4是圖2的電子裝置沿線II-II的放大剖視圖。請參考圖1至圖4，本實施例的電子裝置50例如是智慧型手機、平板電腦或類似型態的電子裝置。電子裝置50包括一後殼體52、一前蓋板54及一電子總成100。後殼體52具有一前開口52a，而前蓋板54(例如是玻璃板)設置於前開口52a，並與後殼體52構成一容置空間S，如圖3及圖4所示。電子總成 100設置於容置空間S內。
電子總成100包括一顯示模組110、一主機模組120、一電池模組130及一擴充模組140。顯示模組110設置於容置空間S內，且疊設於前蓋板54上。顯示模組110所產生的影像可穿過前蓋板54，以讓使用者所觀看。顯示模組110例如是LCD液晶顯示模組或OLED有機發光元件等，並可內建或外加透明觸控線路，以同時提供觸控功能。
主機模組120設置於容置空間S內，且疊設在顯示模組110的上方。顯示模組110電性連接至主機模組120。主機模組120可包括一主機線路板122、多個電子零件124及一屏蔽蓋126。主機線路板122疊設在顯示模組110的上方，且與電池模組130並排相接。這些電子零件124疊設(例如銲接)在主機線路板122上，即疊設在主機線路板122的兩面。在本實施例中，這些電子零件124包括處理單元124a(例如中央處理器)及記憶單元124b(例如記憶體模組)。屏蔽蓋126疊設(例如銲接)在主機線路板122上，且籠罩某些電子零件124。
電池模組130設置於容置空間S內，疊設在顯示模組110的上方，且與主機模組120並排相接，並電性連接至主機模組120。電池模組130例如是鋰電池或其他薄形電池。
擴充模組140設置於容置空間S內，且疊設電池模組130的上方。擴充模組140更可疊設於主機模組120與電池模組130的上方。並且，擴充模組140的寬度小於電池模組130的寬度， 且電池模組130的寬度小於顯示模組110的寬度。此外，顯示模組110的寬度小於前蓋板54的寬度。後殼體52之一部分(例如底部)沿曲面延伸，而上述元件的寬度遞減可使後殼體52具有較大的外觀曲率。另外，電池模組130在其寬度上的一側緣130b較擴充模組140在其寬度上的一對應側緣140b靠近後殼體52的一對應側壁52b。
擴充模組140包括一擴充線路板142及多個卡片連接器144。擴充線路板142疊設在電池模組130的上方，而這些卡片連接器144疊設(例如銲接)在擴充線路板142上。這些卡片連接器144用以插入小型電子卡C，例如SIM卡或SD卡等。此外，各卡片連接器144的寬度小於擴充線路板142的寬度，且擴充線路板142的寬度小於電池模組130的寬度。同樣地，上述元件的寬度遞減可使後殼體52具有較大的外觀曲率。
擴充模組140包括一軟性線路板146，以連接至主機模組120。在本實施例中，軟性線路板146連接擴充線路板142與主機線路板122，以達成擴充模組140與主機模組120之間的電性連接。
在本實施例中，擴充模組140疊設於主機模組120與電池模組130的上方。不過，在另一未繪示的實施例中，當主機模組120的整體厚度大於電池模組130的厚度時，擴充模組140可僅疊設於電池模組130的上方，而不疊設在主機模組120的上方。
請再參考圖3，後殼體52之一部分(例如底部)沿曲面延伸。然而，如圖5所示，在另一實施例的電子裝置50A中，後 殼體52A之一部分(例如底部)則可沿斜面延伸。綜上所述，本發明將主機模組與電池模組並排相接地疊設在顯示模組上，並將擴充模組疊設在電池模組上，使得後殼體可具有較大的外觀曲率，並可降低電子裝置的整體厚度。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種電子裝置，包括：一後殼體，具有一前開口；一前蓋板，設置於該前開口，並與該後殼體構成一容置空間；一電子總成，包括：一顯示模組，設置於該容置空間內，且疊設於該前蓋板的上方；一主機模組，設置於該容置空間內，且疊設在該顯示模組的上方；一電池模組，設置於該容置空間內，疊設在該顯示模組的上方，且與該主機模組並排相接；以及一擴充模組，設置於該容置空間內，且疊設在該主機模組與該電池模組的上方，其中該擴充模組包括一擴充電路板及多個卡片連接器，該擴充電路板疊設在該主機模組與該電池模組的上方，且該些卡片連接器設置在該擴充電路板上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子裝置，其中該擴充模組的寬度小於該電池模組的寬度，且該電池模組的寬度小於該顯示模組的寬度。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的電子裝置，其中該顯示模組的寬度小於該前蓋板的寬度。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子裝置，其中該主機模組包括： 一主機線路板，疊設在該顯示模組的上方，且與該電池模組並排；多個電子零件，疊設在該主機線路板上，其中該些電子零件包括一處理單元及一記憶單元；以及一屏蔽蓋，疊設在該主機線路板上。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子裝置，其中該後殼體之一部分沿曲面或斜面延伸。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子裝置，其中該電池模組在其寬度上的至少一側緣較該擴充模組在其寬度上的一對應側緣靠近該後殼體的一對應側壁。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子裝置，其中各該卡片連接器的寬度小於該擴充線路板的寬度，且該擴充線路板的寬度小於該電池模組的寬度。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電子裝置，其中該擴充模組具有一軟性線路板，用以連接該主機模組。
